AbstractEven in foreign services that, like Germany's Auswärtiges Amt, follow a generalist principle in their human resources' management, individual careers are shaped by specific experiences. The author uses his own curriculum vitae as a case in point: he served many years in Press and Public Affairs at the German Embassy in Washington DC and as Foreign Office Spokesman in Bonn; he also acquired solid expertise in Personnel and Administration and headed the German Foreign Ministry's Central Department. He was later selected for an assignment as the United Nations' Inspector-General.Paschke feels that interaction with the media, administrative matters and oversight in international organizations are as challenging and attractive as any other diplomatic activity. His professional expertise continues to be in demand even after his retirement.

Data mining is a non-trivial process of categorizing valid, novel, potentially useful and ultimately understandable patterns in data. In terms, it accurately state as the extraction of information from a huge database. Data mining is a vital role in several applications such as business organizations, educational institutions, government sectors, health care industry, scientific and engineering. . In the health care industry, the data mining is predominantly used for disease prediction. Enormous data mining techniques are existing for predicting diseases namely classification, clustering, association rules, summarizations, regression and etc. The main objective of this research work is to predict kidney diseases using classification algorithms such as Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine. This research work mainly focused on finding the best classification algorithm based on the classification accuracy and execution time performance factors. From the experimental results it is observed that the performance of the SVM is better than the Naive Bayes classifier algorithm.

On Sep 6, 2011, Robert Zoellick, then president of the World Bank, met in Beijing with Xi Jinping, then China's VP. The previous week, Zoellick had published an op-ed in the Financial Times titled 'The Big Questions China Still Has to Answer.' In it, he noted that China's economic growth was slowing and that the country faced myriad structural challenges: It needed to boost demand, lower savings, and increase consumption -- all while protecting the environment, addressing inequality, and reducing reliance on foreign markets. China needed to 'complete its transition to a market economy,' and the World Bank, Zoellick wrote, was willing to help. China's Communist Party had never issued a top 10 list before, but much like US presidents who get photographed carrying a particular volume up the steps of Air Force One, the country's leaders have long used books to send messages about their thinking, their intellectual depth, and their sense of history. The notion of authenticity seems to have grown more and more important for artistic documents during the last decades. Critics are using the term as a kind of distinction; an authentic novel or film is a good novel or film. Authenticity in these cases does not mean questioning the novel or film as an original work of art; rather, what is meant by authenticity is the relationship between reality and the content of a novel or film, assuming possible mimesis in terms of a mirror-like relationship. The highly acclaimed and award-winning film Das Leben der Anderen (The lives of others) can be considered one of the most successful recent German films about the GDR. Many critics focused on the film's authenticity and thus the film's truthful representation of life in the GDR. In this paper I would like to claim that this happens because of how the producers are using elements of the paratext in convincing us that what we watch is real, is authentic. By focusing on aspects like the producer's research, the personal experience and memory of producer and actors, and last but not least the approval by leading intellectuals and political institutions, the message of authenticity is broadcasted in an effective way.

Looks at the relationship between children and technology, based on a telephone survey in 2003 by Child's Play Communications and Insight Research Group, both of New York City. Finds that the large amount of time that many youngsters spend with rapidly changing technology options is not the negative that many parents believe: it lets them master new skills, develop their identities, and make new friends. Lists the types of technology most often found in homes or backpacks, breaking these findings down by age and sex, and exploring what they gained from these activities. Shows how this research can be used by marketers to communicate with these important audiences: since television, VCRs, PCs, the Internet and video game equipment are the most used options, these will be the best vehicles for conveying product messages.

Abstract
Rusts (Fungi, Basidiomycota, Pucciniomycotina, Pucciniomycetes, Pucciniales) are one of the most important causal agents of diseases and they are infecting many plants including cereals and field crops, vegetables, trees and many ornamentals. They have been studied for a long time and have economic importance among the plant diseases caused by agents of different species of fungi. In Europe, thirteen rust genera have been reported, of which the genus Gymnosporangium is the second largest after genus Phragmidium. The most significant fruit tree rust pathogen is the genus Gymnosporangium. The literature review shows quite limited scientific information about this genus and its species. Studies have mainly focused on some stages of the pathogen development cycle, which are significant for the spread of diseases - uredo and teleito stages. Special attention of the review was paid to European pear rust (caused by G. sabinae (Dicks.) G. Winter), the distribution of which has increased during the last ten years, especially in organic pear orchards. Currently there is a limited number of scientific publications about European pear rust, and they are mainly based only on observations in vitro without trials in the field, despite the fact that it has become one of the most devastating diseases. Therefore, the presented review analyses the rust exploration history, diversity and distribution of species, life cycle, development biology and plant protection issues.
