Corona Virus Disease 2019 is a new type of disease caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) or commonly known as the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV). Covid 19 has had a major impact because of this corona virus, various policies have been issued by the government. The government's efforts will be successful if we as a society obey the policies that have been made, however, many of the people underestimate this Covid-19 because they think that this virus has the same symptoms as the common cold which will heal by itself. Even some people are still carrying out activities outside without wearing masks and implementing social distancing or keeping a distance from others and have not gotten used to washing hands with soap to reduce the risk of being exposed to the corona virus. This condition underlies me to do service that aims to reduce the chain of spread of Covid-19 in the community. Efforts to prevent the corona virus have many ways, such as applying a healthy living culture. Healthy living culture itself is something that must be applied in life. According to Kotler, a healthy lifestyle is a description of our activities or activities that are supported by our desires and interests and how our minds live them in interacting with our environment (Department of Health, n.d.). Providing assistance to the community regarding the importance of a healthy lifestyle is important during a pandemic like today. Assistance with healthy lifestyles can be done through online and offline media. With this assistance, it is hoped that the community will understand and know how to avoid the corona virus.

The article considers the main components of the conceptual model of interaction between public administration bodies and the public. It is determined that the conceptual model of interaction between public administration bodies and the public includes: subjects and objects of interaction (depends on the initiator actor); principles; goals, tasks, conditions; forms; mechanisms (information and communication, participatory, crowdsourcing and the mechanism of public control). When organizing the Interaction Process for making managerial decisions, the actors of the interaction in accordance with their actual tasks can be public administration bodies or the public. It was found out that the activities of Public Administration bodies should be transparent, that is, have information transparency. Therefore, regular public reporting (a report on the state, results achieved, strategies and plans for further development of public authorities) acts as an informational basis for the dialogue between the authorities and the public, is conducted at all levels of Public Administration, and is necessarily submitted to the public (including during public hearings) in the form of a separate publication, through the media, on the "Internet" network. It is proved that the application of a conceptual model of interaction in the public administration system will ensure transparency and accountability of Public Administration to civil society in order to combat unjustified budget expenditures and global growth in corruption, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and effectiveness of the system of executive authorities and their officials (especially in terms of providing them with public services to the population), improve the quality of life of the population. Strengthening interaction between authorities and the public should be a priority task in reforming and improving the management of social and economic development processes.

Social inclusion and poverty alleviation are central to the United Nations (UN) new urban agenda and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially Goal 11 on sustainable cities and communities. In Nepal, the goal of the National Urban Agenda is to "make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, sustainable and smart to enhance their ability to provide decent jobs and adequate housing, infrastructure and services to the ever-growing urban population". Against this backdrop, many international and national non-governmental organisations and the national federations of informal settlers in Nepal have been advocating for the rights of urban informal settlers to be included in the urban planning processes. In response, the Nepal government has formulated new policies to assess the "authenticity" of informal settlers and accelerate the informal to formal transition process. Drawing from the textual analysis of existing national policies, literature and media publications, in this paper, we document what (dis)connections and contradictions exist in the formal policies and interventions that the national government has designed for addressing urban informality issue and how they frame urban informality issues and the solutions to manage the same. Our analysis shows that although government policies are rhetorically inclusive and progressive, indicating a desire to resolve informality issues, policies issued by different ministries and departments are disconnected. We also find that the practices often contradict the policies, and attempts to secure transitions to formality are undermined by a failure to recognise the legitimate stake that informal settlers have in the process. We conclude by discussing how these contradictions and inconsistencies can potentially be redirected towards socially just urban transition and suggesting ways forward for addressing the protracted urban informality issue in Nepal.

The development of information and communication technologies has influenced the lifestyle of consumers. Online shopping saves time and seemingly money, because it allows consumers to shop from home at any time 24/7/365. Today's consumers are online consumers, but the difference in generations indicates the need for consumers as such to be profiled and analyzed. The fact that 2020 is marked as the Corona year gives special importance to the analysis of online shopping intention. Measures to slow down the pandemic, among other things, were distancing, quarantine, isolation, so online shopping is becoming more convenient or the only possible option. The willingness of consumers to shop in a pandemic has accelerated the online shopping process in many countries and led to the creation of a new pattern of consumer behavior. The subject of this paper is Generation Z, which mostly follows the development of information and communication technologies. The aim of the research is to confirm the connection between the lifestyle of Generation Z, primarily students, as members of the dominant academic environment and online shopping. A well-structured questionnaire adopted from various previous studies was conducted through an online survey of 320 students across Serbia. Consumer lifestyle identification statements include activities, interests and opinions (AIO), where activities relate to a person's daily activities in terms of entertainment, leisure and shopping, interests relate to the importance a person has for fashion, food, recreation, media, and opinions focus on social issues, products, future, culture. The study uses a simple random sampling technique. The study performs a research factor analysis to isolate the factors that have emerged as bearers of consumer lifestyle characteristics.

This paper explores the everyday experiences, perceptions, and practices of Kosovo Serbs residing in the rural fabric of Southeast Kosovo with regard to security-related issues. Building on previous qualitative social research conducted in Central Kosovo, it particularly investigates how local responses of ordinary Serbs reflect a certain pragmatic performativity in the face of Kosovo Albanians. In-depth interviews and focus groups were held with locals, while field observation was conducted to construct locally nuanced knowledge about the relations between ordinary Serbs, their identity, and the surrounding landscape. Similar to the Central Kosovo study's findings, the results confirm that in Southeast Kosovo, local Serbs neither displayed nor unfolded forms of vernacularism or disloyalty toward Kosovo Albanians. Conversely, they were found reflecting on potential creative solutions for tackling poverty and underdevelopment in the hope of avoiding replications of post-1999 Kosovo War ideologies emanated by respective national media coverages and political rhetoric. Moreover, it is argued that security experts have de facto overlooked untapped processes of present-day interethnic coexistence and resilience between Serbs and Albanians in the rural fabric by largely giving salience to the tense atmosphere in the Serb-majority urban clusters of North Kosovo. In fact, results also show that Kosovo Serbs pragmatically perform an account of quotidian practices for restoring a sense and self-image of 'personhood' in the eyes of the 'ethnic other'. Employing a research approach that aimed at avoiding unnecessary ethnicisation, this paper sheds light on a peace potential and true civic responsibility that emerged spontaneously from Kosovo Serb voices. Overall, the paper lays the ground for debating the notion of 'personhood' as a lens through which to unravel inconspicuous yet present interethnic coexistence in post-conflict Kosovo.

The article is devoted to the study of features and patterns of formation of party brands, analyzes colors, party symbols, key slogans of parliamentary parties in 2019. The essence of the concept of "political brand" and "party brand" is clarified, their characteristics and structure are defined. Article outlines the features of the processes of virtualization and mediatization of politics, pointing to the place of the political and party brand in these processes. The author outlines the features of political branding as a technology of political marketing, analyzes the technology of formation and promotion of political and party brand. Examining the practical experience of using political branding by modern Ukrainian political parties during the parliamentary election campaign in 2019, the author points to successful cases and explains their features. Installed. that the party brand is a virtual social phenomenon that creates in voter a sense of belonging to a particular community.It was found, that the common features of all party brands include: the presence of integral components of the party brand, the hypertrophied nature of the personal factor in the construction and promotion of political and party brand, the use of political advertising, co-branding and "star brand". Established, that the party brands of modern parliamentary parties of Ukraine can be identified as those that are recognizable by the majority of the population, have similar popularity at both local and national levels, have potential for long stay in the political space, are constantly mentioned in the media. It was revealed, that the distinctive features of party brands during the 2019 election campaign are various communication channels in which the brand is popularized, as well as the dominant technology of brand construction.

El principal riesgo se presenta en no poder cumplir con el pago delos intereses periódicos debido al bajo salario mensual que percibe el cliente. El objetivo de este artículo es examinar la salud financiera en créditos hipotecarios mexicanos - públicos y privados - a partir de un estudio de mercado con datos reales del 2015. El método empleado fue cuantitativo experimental y la metodología usada fue de amortización con periodicidad de pagos mensuales. El principal hallazgo de esta investigación se dio a través de evidencia empírica, donde se mostró que la población de clase media baja puede tener un alto riesgo de incumplimiento en sus créditos hipotecarios, dado a que su ingreso mensual va desde $2103 MXN hasta $6309 MXN. Por este motivo, la investigación buscó dar a conocer a este tipo de población los factores de riesgo a la hora de adquirir un crédito hipotecario. La conclusión es que únicamente en cuatro escenarios analizados, donde el interés total a pagar es menor al 50 % del valor de la propiedad, el cliente debe destinar al pago de su crédito hipotecario la cantidad de $10 000 MXN que, a marzo de 2015, equivalía aproximadamente a 4.75 salario mínimo vigente en el Distrito Federal (SMVDF).

Rationale and aims: The COVID-19 pandemic is thought to be the greatest challenge the United Kingdom (UK)'s intensive care units (ICUs) have faced. The literature on experiences of nurses working during the COVID-19 pandemic is rapidly evolving. However, there appears to be a scarcity of research on how nurses who worked in ICUs during the pandemic construct their experiences and identities, within social, cultural and political contexts. Methodology: A qualitative approach, specifically narrative inquiry, was employed to explore the accounts of six nurses, all of whom worked in an ICU during the COVID- 19 pandemic. The nurses were both ICU-trained nurses and redeployed nurses from other departments, recruited from a specialist cardiothoracic hospital. Nurses were interviewed individually using a semi-structured format. The content and structure of their narratives were analysed, with attention to performative and contextual aspects and the construction of narrative identity. Analysis: Nurses constructed rich, multi-layered narratives, enhancing the existing literature. Three broad stories were observed across the accounts: 1. "It came with like a bang", 2. Working in the red zone, and 3. Looking back, looking forward. Nurses faced a multitude of morally challenging situations, including an inability to provide the usual standard of care, lack of adequate personal protective equipment (PPE), and faced the danger of contracting the virus and fears of infecting others. The analysis highlighted that the nurses worked to construct credible narratives that conveyed the difficulties they encountered. This particularly can be seen within the broader contention relating to the existence of the pandemic, despite being depicted as 'heroes' by society, the Government and the media. Clinical implications and future research suggestions are proposed.

Until now the development of Covid-19 in Indonesia is still increasing in number. Due to the increase in Covid-19 cases, the government implemented various policies in the form of PSBB, lockdown, restrictions on a limited scale, social distancing, new normal, obeying health protocols, and other policies. The effectiveness of the PSBB in practice in the field will only be successful if every member of the community is willing to do so. Since the implementation of the Micro PPKM policy on February 9, 2021, active cases of COVID-19 have begun to be suppressed. In Gondosari Hamlet, Tamansari Village, the handling that has been carried out by the Village Government (Pemdes) and RT / RW is only limited to spraying disinfectants, starting from 1 week 1x, 1 month 1x, and currently 3 months 1x, socialization using loudspeakers regarding prevention the dangers of Covid-19. The method of activity used is the online and offline method which will be carried out by lecturers and students and students together with village youth organizations. Service activities in the form of Socialization of PPKM Activities (Enforcement of Community Restriction Activities) at the Village Level Together with Karang Taruna Youth in the form of providing education through leaflets and posters media are also accompanied by donations in the form of 100 masks, Service activities are part of efforts to increase public knowledge in terms of policy delivery and the Government's message regarding restrictions on activities in the community through PPKM, as well as about the dangers of covid-19 and prevention efforts that can be done, as well as providing masks to the community in the hope of increasing public awareness and as one of the steps to minimize the transmission of covid-19.

Introduction. The last two decades are signed with culture meaning increase as one of the strategic priorities of the social and economic development of the EU related to the consolidation of common cultural space, management of socio-cultural activities, and development of "European citizens" identity under cross-cultural dialogue. Currently, the critical enabler of this cultural policy is special programmes. The application of the main principles of these programmes in real has been the key instrument of the European regional policy for last years. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the article is to cover the main tendencies and areas of concern of the European cultural policy based on comparative analysis of the cultural programme of the second generation. In the course of the research, the author has used the comparative, sociological, structural and functional, activity and situational-critical methods, with the help of which the features of the functioning of the above programmes were characterised. Results. Today the EU cultural policy implementation is via the prolonged "Creative Europe Programme 2021-2027" which, in comparison with other cultural programmes, is more structured and differs in an integrated approach to the organisation of the socio-cultural sphere, has incorporated all the implemented cultural and media programmes over the previous 20 years. Conclusions. In the article, there is the first analysis of the difference between the selected programmes in the context of verifying the thesis about the continuity of the programme's principles of the EU cultural policy at the present stage, as well as the objective trend of turning cultural policy into one of the main directions of European domestic policy for the development of the socio-cultural sphere.

Mexico's current government, led by president Andrés Manuel López Obrador (December 2018-November 2024), launched a program of major overhaul of the country's governance named "The Fourth Transformation (4T)". While the reform agenda is largely supported by the masses, these measures have met a strong, multifaceted and relentless reaction from the social and political interests being affected, couched in a right-wing discourse. This opposition, carried out either by individual actors or by coalitions of organized interests, has been sarcastically dubbed TUMOR ("Todos unidos contra Morena", All United against Morena, the party in power) by 4T supporters.This article aims at mapping and analyzing the right-wing movement of resistance to the 4T, identifying its main individual and collective actors, their strategies and their international allies. It tests the hypothesis suggested in Kevin Middlebrook's theory about conservatism and the right in Latin America: when economically and socially privileged actors feel deprived of political power to protect their interests, they resort to whatever means and strategy is at their disposal to regain the lost influence. If no political party offers them a reasonable expectation of representing them, winning elections and protecting their unquestioned influence, they will not hesitate to sabotage democracy and disrupt the legal order.Empirical information—under the form of a mostly qualitative narrative detailed in Annex (Appendix) 1—to test the hypothesis was obtained with a systematic follow up of events spanning from the inauguration of Mexico's current government on December 1, 2018 to June 6 2021 midterm elections; as reported in mainstream media, the president's office and internet-based information sources. Annex (Appendix) 2 offers a profile of the main actors in the opposition movement.

INTRODUCTION: Due to erratic growth of COVID-19 infection across the globe, the mortality and morbidity due to COVID-19 is rapidly changing across the world. An assessment of the perception and practices of community members is important to reduce the risk for COVID-19 infection. Therefore, this study aims to assess the perception and practice regarding prevention of COVID-19 infection among community people before and after lockdown. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A cross-sectional study was conducted among community sample from November 2020 to January 2021 at Janakpur sub-metropolitan city of Dhanusha district, Province-2, Nepal. Two stage random sampling technique was used to select the study sample (n=422). A structured questionnaire was administered. McNemar Chi-square test was used to assess the association of perception and practice regarding prevention of COVID-19 infection during and after lockdown. P-values less than 0.05 were considered as significant. RESULTS: The perception among community people regarding prevention of COVID-19 infection during and after lockdown was insignificant for all the component (p>0.05) except perception regarding preventive measures against COVID-19; p=0.002 whereas the practices for prevention of COVID-19 infection among community people for all the components during and after lockdown was found to be significant (p<0.0001). CONCLUSIONS: The study showed decreased practices among community people after lockdown for the prevention of COVID-19 infection compared to practices during lockdown. However, perception remains unchanged during and after lockdown for the prevention of COVID-19 infection. Therefore, the government and non-government agencies should implement awareness program through mass media and social campaigns to improve the practices on prevention of COVID-19 infection even after lockdown, among community people.

Many countries decide closing schools, colleges as well as universities, including Indonesia as an effort to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. To cut off the spread of Covid-19 and comply government regulations, educators and all students are forced not to be face to face temporarily. The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing schools, colleges and universities to shift their entire instructional device to one online delivery overnight. It is no longer a question of whether online education can deliver on the promise of quality higher education and more to how universities can promptly and effectively embrace the mass adoption of online learning. This research was conducted in locations affected by the covid-19 pandemic, because the covid-19 pandemic has a very significant impact on the survival of the lower class in particular. Entrepreneurs are expected to help overcome the economic problems of the nation and the State, although there are many challenges and obstacles that must be faced in overcoming problems due to limited education. and resource knowledge. This community service activity is carried out by providing online learning and training assistance for 1 month on building entrepreneurship character to youth organization (Karang Taruna). The activity is the increasing entrepreneurial knowledge and skills of participants in optimizing information technology-based programs in the marketing media for organic hydroponic vegetable Urban Farming products. The result of this activity is the increasing creativity of youth group organization and to motivate them and also create a connection model for microenterprise entrepreneurship and value creation with the economic, social and environmental aspects of sustainable development.

Youth is the nation's asset, determining the future direction of a better life. Their existence becomes a renewing energy and is critical of a distorted establishment. Youth is the breath of the times, the ideal group of the ummah and the nation who are rich in criticism, imagination, and their role in every event that occurs in the midst of changing society. It is undeniable that youth play an important role in almost every social transformation and struggle to achieve goals. The success of youth development as quality human resources with competitive advantage is one of the keys to opening opportunities for success in various other development sectors. Therefore, youth empowerment is considered as one of the programs that cannot be ignored in preparing the nation's life in the future. Youth have valuable assets as capital to make changes. These assets must be utilized so that they can be useful. Youth empowerment can be done through various ways, both in formal, informal, and non-formal channels. The purpose of empowerment is basically to shape the character of youth, so that they become fully Indonesian human beings or humans who have character that can optimize the talents or assets of youth so that they can prosper individuals and groups. Partners in community service with this Community Partnership Program scheme are the Talun Kenas Village Government, STM Hilir District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The output targets of this program are scientific publications, mass media publications, activity videos and being speakers in scientific meetings. The method used in this program is program socialization and Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) involving all targets so that young people can be empowered by releasing all their assets to form a joint business for mutual benefit.

BACKGROUND: In recent years, policymakers have increasingly used behaviourally informed policies, including 'nudges'. They have been implemented to produce desirable social outcomes such as healthier eating and physical activity. In Germany, a small research team at the Federal Chancellery acts as the central unit to promote the introduction of nudges in the design of public life. Despite this, the nudging concept itself as well as the understanding around it has not spread widely among German citizens. When reporting about the concept, German media is often very critical of the concept. METHODS: Using a for age, sex and educational level nationally representative online survey with 1000 participants, we investigate whether German citizens know about the concept of nudging. We also explore if they approve of the theoretical concept as well as a list of seven specific interventions regarding healthy eating and physical activity. A particular focus is placed on whether the level of approval is dependent on the target group of the intervention, as well as different intervention-initiators. RESULTS: We find that nearly 80% of the respondents have never heard of nudging. However when being provided with a definition, we find that a strong majority (90%) supports the concept of nudging as well as all the specific interventions. Acceptance rates are higher if interventions are targeted at the general population compared to only children. All initiators – statutory health insurers, the government, private companies, and independent experts – are accepted as nudge initiators. CONCLUSION: Amongst Germans nudges are an accepted method to promote health behaviours. Policy makers from various fields in Germany should take that into account to improve future health policy.
