Present study focus on the local system of child protection. It undertakes to provide a detailed picture of the structure of the system but in the same time paying special attention to interpersonal relations and the work through interpersonal nexuses. According to our hypotesis a deep, informal network lies between the authorities and institutions. Present study also involves the dimension of social connections in the interpretation. We hypothesize that centralization tendencies are not affecting the local system of child protection significantly because it is a dinamic system with an operation based on the relations of individuals and professionals.

The term social infrastructure is increasingly being discussed in academic literature, policy reports and public forums. We might even go so far as to say it is the latest buzzword. Feminist economists understand social infrastructures as encompassing all aspects of social reproduction, but these ideas are routinely sidelined in wider debates. This article provides a critical reading of key trends in the ways the term social infrastructure is currently being defined and deployed: namely, as being equivalent to social spaces and spaces of sociability, such as community centres, parks and libraries, rather than being understood in terms of labour, gender and social reproduction. Part of the reason for this is the association between social reproduction and the home, which leads to a dismissal of reproductive work in communities at large. In writing about infrastructures more generally, it is not uncommon for gendered labour, care and reproduction to go completely ignored, or at least to only be discussed in relation to physical infrastructure. This simultaneous erasure and co-optation of feminist ideas has the effect of diminishing, diluting and marginalising the role of social reproduction as the foundation of our economy and society. It is therefore also a form of depoliticisation. In the article's conclusion, the case is made for recognising and reclaiming social reproduction as social infrastructure: an infra-structural approach could help alleviate long-standing tensions in definitions of social reproduction as both process and practice, and as operating on multiple scales.
The general concept of marketing of the whycle market consists of a marketing complex development. It represents the marketing strategy and the marketing program realization. The marketing strategy includes a choice of the target markets, a choice of target segments, making up of the strategy of positioning for these segments in the selected markets, the strategy of steering of a brand and making up of long-range image of a brand. The marketing program represents a complex of operations, directed on realization of the accepted strategy, powering up number of programs: grocery, price, marketing and advancement. Making up of a tool set of a marketing complex depends on a condition status and the basic tendencies of developing of an environment. The environment of the company can be subdivided into a microhabitat (buyers, automobile companies, a dealer network), and the macroenvironment consisting of the economic, social, political and technological environment.
This note addresses terrorism with a focus on selected economic and policy issues, including the actual role of the OSCE in the fight against terrorism. Considering the vast amount of literature on terrorism published after "9/11," a selection of topics and reference material had to be made, partly relying on personal preferences and perception of the phenomenon. However, we believe that the selected issues are relevant for addressing terrorism from the standpoint of economic policy at least. Four parts are distinguished: —The first one reviews a set of preliminary issues such as defining terrorism, history, geography, data and research. —The second part presents recent findings about the costs of terrorism and the benefits of antiterrorism. —The third part concentrates on the economic analysis of the phenomenon and policy implications: statistical regularities and forecasting, poverty, suicide terrorism, wealth and sponsoring, and immigration. —The fourth part summarizes the role of the OSCE economic dimension in the fight against terrorism. It should be made clear that terrorism is a very complex phenomenon that combines many factors such as ethnicity, minority/majority status and relations, social stratification and mobility, "territoriality" and statehood, etc. Subsequently, for the sake of effectiveness and success, economic policy measures that address terrorism must be designed in the context of broader policies and strategies that integrate other, and possibly, more important dimensions, including the need for a sustainable peace settlement in the Middle East, and moving ahead with democratization and the protection of human rights in many countries, including those that are seen as "fragile states" by the OECD.
In our currently used language, the word evidence represents the logical-mental operation by which we attempt to prove something, to demonstrate, to emphasize a certain statement which provides credibility to a particular situation. The institution of evidence in objective law was differently regulated in material law as opposed to procedural law, depending on the different factors which configured private law, but also in direct connection with the lawmaker's interest. Thus, the current Civil Code no longer contains regulations regarding evidence in antithesis with the 1864 Civil Code; however the institution is regulated in the new Civil Procedure Code, namely law no. 134/2010 regarding the Civil Procedure Code, which would later be republished with subsequent changes. As a consequence, the institution is currently studied in Civil Procedure Law, whereas, before this new regulation, it was studied within the general theory of Civil Law.
DATA CONSCIENCE ALGORITHMIC S1EGE ON OUR HUM4N1TY EXPLORE HOW D4TA STRUCTURES C4N HELP OR H1NDER SOC1AL EQU1TY Data has enjoyed 'bystander' status as we've attempted to digitize responsibility and morality in tech. In fact, data's importance should earn it a spot at the center of our thinking and strategy around building a better, more ethical world. It's use--and misuse--lies at the heart of many of the racist, gendered, classist, and otherwise oppressive practices of modern tech. In Data Conscience: Algorithmic Siege on our Humanity, computer science and data inclusivity thought leader Dr. Brandeis Hill Marshall delivers a call to action for rebel tech leaders, who acknowledge and are prepared to address the current limitations of software development. In the book, Dr. Brandeis Hill Marshall discusses how the philosophy of "move fast and break things" is, itself, broken, and requires change. You'll learn about the ways that discrimination rears its ugly head in the digital data space and how to address them with several known algorithms, including social network analysis, and linear regression A can't-miss resource for junior-level to senior-level software developers who have gotten their hands dirty with at least a handful of significant software development projects, Data Conscience also provides readers with: Discussions of the importance of transparency Explorations of computational thinking in practice Strategies for encouraging accountability in tech Ways to avoid double-edged data visualization Schemes for governing data structures with law and algorithms.
