PurposeThe study examines the impact of digital platforms and supply chain capability on operational performance and tests the mediation effect of supply chain capability. Further, the purpose is to examine the moderating effect of digital culture and sharpen our knowledge of how organizational culture as a contextual factor affects the firm's digitalization.Design/methodology/approachThe data were harvested from 194 Finnish manufacturing companies, and structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses.FindingsThe findings show that digital platforms positively and significantly affect supply chain capability. Moreover, supply chain capability mediates the relation between digital platforms and operational performance. Further, this study confirms that digital culture is a contextual factor that explains the differences in the effects of digital platforms on firm performance.Originality/valueThis study is one of the first attempts to examine the effect of digital culture in the context of digital platforms, supply chain capabilities, and operational performance.
El terrorisme de l'organització ETA ha estat un dels problemes més greus de les últimes dècades en la societat i política espanyola, i el cinema espanyol no ha estat aliè a això. Al llarg dels últims quaranta anys s'han realitzat a Espanya més de quaranta films que, amb més o menys rigor i mitjançant la ciència ficció o el documental, han abordat el tema d'ETA o han reconstruït la història de l'organització. More than 40 films on ETA were created in Spain in the last forty years, and most of them were essentially documentary or science fiction -having more or less rigour-. В статье рассмотрены теоретические основы метода педагогических ситуаций и особенности его практического применения при реализации основной образовательной программы общеобразовательной организации, обоснованы возможности применения ситуативной педагогики в условиях реализации приоритетных направлений национального проекта «Образование» и описаны особенности моделирования ситуаций, способствующих бесконфликтному межэтническому взаимодействию обучающихся. Источниками анализа стали научные труды по этнопедагогике, теории и стратегии развития современной системы воспитания. Прослежена история становления концептуальных положений о сущности и структуре ситуаций в педагогике с целью характерологической конкретизации понятий «ситуация», «событие», «ситуативный метод». В исследовании выделены следующие коммуникативные ситуации в процессе формирования культуры межэтнического общения у старшеклассников во внеурочной деятельности: ситуация актуализации интереса к другому этносу, ситуация вхождения в диалог с представителями другого этноса, ситуация преодоления собственных этнокультурных стереотипов, ситуация интеграции делового и межличностного компонента в межэтническом общении. Представлено содержательное наполнение педагогических коммуникативных ситуаций как инновационного метода воспитания, способствующего эффективному решению проблемы формирования культуры межэтнического общения старшеклассников, результатом которой должны стать развитость мотивационной, когнитивной, деятельностной сферы личности учащихся, сформированность базовых компетенций: культурной и социальной грамотности, умения общаться, адаптироваться в полиэтническом социальном окружении. Основные положения исследовательской работы могут применяться в качестве содержательного и методологического компонентов программ внеурочной деятельности, этнокультурного образования, педагогических и ученических проектов. Дальнейшее исследование данной проблемы предполагает описание авторских технологий моделирования и применения обозначенных педагогических ситуаций. The article addresses the theoretical foundations of the method of pedagogical situations and features of its practical application in the implementation of the basic educational program of the educational organization; justifies the possibility of using situational pedagogy in the implementation of the priorities of the national project «Education» and describes the features of modeling the situations that contribute to conflict-free interethnic cooperation of students. The sources for the analysis were scientific works on ethnopedagogy, theory and strategy of development of the modern system of education. The paper traces the history of the formation of concepts about the intension and structure of situations in pedagogy in order to specify the characterological concepts «situation», «coexistence», «situational method». The study highlights the following communicative situations in the process of forming the culture of interethnic communication among senior schoolchildren in extracurricular activities: the situation of actu-alization of interest in another ethnic group, the situation of entering into a dialogue with representatives of another ethnic group, the situation of overcoming their own ethnocultural stereotypes, the situation of integration of business and interpersonal component in interethnic communication. The article also presents the content of the pedagogic communicative situations as an innovative method of education that supports an effective solution of problems of formation of culture of interethnic communication of pupils, the result of which should be the development of motivational, cognitive, activity sphere of personality of students, formation of basic competences: cultural and social literacy, the ability to communicate, to adapt in a multi-ethnic social environment. The main provisions of the research work can be used as substantive and methodological components of extracurricular activities, ethnocultural education, pedagogical and student projects. Further investigation of these problems involves the description of the authors' technologies of modeling and application of the above-mentioned pedagogical situations.

The urgency of the raised problem is substantiated, that is first of all caused by the necessity of realization of the system, complex, interdisciplinary scientific and pedagogical researches based on the integration of achievements in the field of education and science in Ukraine and abroad. Scientific publications on the researched problem are analyzed. The pedagogical principles and regularities recognized by the national scientific and pedagogical community are considered. Particular attention is paid to the coverage of pedagogical regularities and principles substantiated by the Academician S. Goncharenko. The essence of the principles and regularities of the development of the organizational culture of future primary school teachers is outlined. The conclusion is substantiated that the principles specify the natural links of development of the organizational culture of future primary school teachers at the levels of pedagogical interaction subjects, educational process, levels of management.It is emphasized that the set of principles and regularities, functions of development of the organizational culture of future primary school teachers, corresponding forms and methods of its development make conceptual bases of development of the organizational culture of future teachers. Emphasis is placed on the importance of active, productive educational and cognitive activities of future teachers in the educational environment of higher education, which should be humanistically oriented and based on the principles of democracy, cooperation, partnership. The US Army Public Health Center (APHC) adopted the National Association of County and City Health Officials' (NACCHO) Roadmap to a Culture of Quality (CoQ) Improvement framework to define its current culture and adapted the NACCHO's Organizational CoQ Self-Assessment Tool for applicability to a federal agency and workforce. More than 500 Civilian and Military personnel completed the self-assessment in October 2017. The results indicated that the APHC was categorized in the third of six total phases of the NACCHO's Roadmap to a CoQ (Phase 3: Informal or Ad Hoc QI Activities), which generated 13 transitional strategies to advance the APHC toward a CoQ. The APHC demonstrated that a federal public health organization can use and apply results from currently available self-assessment tools and frameworks related to a CoQ. By doing so, the APHC is optimizing its ability to ensure America's Soldiers and the Army Family receive essential and effective public health services.
This study contributes to the literature on tea culture and industry by examining the impact of social capital on customer perception which controls the decision to buy the tea products. Prior research suggests that individual cognition is the most essential element to target to achieve the required tea purchasing decision power. Individuals who socially connect and share views via social media are more likely to share a buy recommendation that psychologically inspires the buying decisions of customers. For present study data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 300 universities students usually use social media to get required information, knowledge and ask from other friends regarding product recommendation which is more trustworthy and easily accessible. The findings of the present study provide new insights into the development of the tea industry and encourage the use of tea products.
In 2009, the first radiocarbon chronology of the Bronze Age and Scythian period of the Minusinsk Basins was published, which laid foundation for a system analysis of further results. Over the past decade, the total number of radiocarbon definitions has further increased by almost a quarter. The most important changes have affected the chronological frames of Afanasyeva Culture. A vast series of new AMS dates obtained from the Altai Mountains sites showed that a significant number of the earlier age estimates erroneously suggested the sites to be considerably older. This phenomenon probably affected the Minusinsk Basins as well. The new dates shifted the boundaries of the Afanasyeva Culture in the Middle Yenisei Region to the 30th–25th c. BC, and the timing of the earliest Okunev Culture burials to the end of the 26th c. BC rather than the beginning of the 25th c. BC. This suggests a 100-year period of coexistence of the Afanasyeva and Okunev Cultures. Moreover, the new dates filled the "hiatus" between the end of the Okunev and beginning of the Andronovo Culture, discussed in 2009. The end of the Okunev can now be attributed to the 17th c. BC. The new dates fully confirm the narrow chronology of the Andronovo (Fedorov) Culture on the Middle Yenisei — 17th–15th c. BC. Minor changes are seen at the beginning of the Late Bronze Age in the Minusinsk Basins, previously called the Karasuk Culture. The new determinations suggest the end of the 15th c. BC as the beginning of this period, which is somewhat older than previously thought. The end of the Bronze Age is still dated to the end of the 9th c. BC.

Digital has transformed the way to produce, transmit and share knowledge. The increasingly widespread diffusion of digital methods and techniques in all the social and cultural levels of the communities, in fact, brings an unheard democratization of knowledge and culture, making the citizen a privileged and intelligent actor in the sustainable development of the new smart societies which are based on the process of digitization, digital co-creation and digital design. The art. 2 of the UE "Council conclusions of 21 May 2014 on cultural heritage as a strategic resource for a sustainable Europe" (2014/C 183/08) states: "Cultural heritage consists of the resources inherited from the past in all forms and aspects - tangible, intangible and digital (born digital and digitized), including monuments, sites, landscapes, skills, practices, knowledge and expressions of human creativity, as well as collections conserved and managed by public and private bodies such as museums, libraries and archives. It originates from the interaction between people and places through time and it is constantly evolving. These resources are of great value to society from a cultural, environmental, social and economic point of view and thus their sustainable management constitutes a strategic choice for the 21st century". It is therefore inevitable to rethink digital and digitization as social and cultural expressions of the contemporary age. This implies the need to rethink data as cultural entities and no longer as mere tools for simplifying administration management, or as extemporary surrogates for enhancing the fruition of tangible and intangible cultural heritage. The current process for archiving and storing data, although they generate from the awareness of the need to preserve them, don't solve the problem of their both current and historical reuse, because they are still strongly conditioned by the instrumental function that presides over their production and use.
The article deals with the socio-economic and political consequences of the informatization of society and the integration of technologies (virtualization of life, formation of the modern informational culture of a person in conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and intensive development of the social Internet networks). Besides, in the article the problems of informational inequality, ensuring the informational security of the individual and the state in peaceful time and in conditions of information warfare are analyzed.A variety of approaches in the vision of the future is covered, an understanding of the concept of social information is formulated, examples of the social forecasting of prospects for a qualitatively new state of civilization associated with the «digitization» of the fundamental spheres of the social existence of homo sapiens are given by futurists.We are witnessing the unceasing technologization of the world, the unprecedented cultural revolution, largely due to ICT (information and communication technologies).We completely differently shape the surrounding world and interact with the environment. Information and communication technologies have evolved from an instrument of interaction with the world into modern interdependent social, environmental and anthropological forces. They are already creating the latest realities (physical and intellectual), forcing people to interpret the world in a different way.The real world is imperceptibly transformed into a virtual world and vice versa, generating for the person new rules and laws. Our world has become fragmented. We are witnessing the transformation of the analog world into digital. The human is divided between «online» and «offline».Modern ethics should be based on the informational ethics of the giant inosphere – in our language have appeared more and more new technical expressions, neologisms and abbreviations.The current time demands from the community (in particular, journalists) the information competence – the ability to work professionally in the information and educational environment. The paper reflects on recent developments towards authoritarianism and right-wing populism that have become apparent in a number of Western societies and aims at pinpointing possible cultural foundations for this trend. Using the example of the German PEGIDA movement and the wider milieu in which it is embedded, it identifies and describes a rapidly spreading culture of mistrust and discusses some of its political and epistemological implications. In a second step, the paper draws on Luc Boltanski's theory of justification in order to attain a better understanding of this political movement's specificities. It is argued that it is a quasi-violent refusal of justification which is constitutive for the movement in question, thereby transcending the reach of Boltanski's framework to some extent. In a third step, a closer look is taken at the epistemological paradox that results from the fact that a number of the PEGIDA movement's crucial points of criticism are effectively shared by a larger part of the overall population, raising severe problems for the question of sociological critique. The paper utilizes ideas by Bruno Latour in order to illuminate this paradox further and examine its consequences. It closes with remarks on the possibility to "reassemble" trust and critique as crucial but contested – and, hence, precarious – foundations of modern society. ; Tekst se bavi skorašnjim razvojem u pravcu autoritarizma i desničarskog popu- lizma koji je postao vidljiv u velikom broju zapadnih društava i pokušava da označi moguće kulturalno zasnivanje ovog trenda. Koristeći primer nemačkog pokreta PEGIDA i šireg miljea u koji je ugrađen, u tekstu se identifikuje i opisuje brzo širenje kulture nepoverenja i diskutuju neke od njenih političkih i epistemoloških implikacija. U drugom koraku, tekst se okreće teoriji opravdanja Lika Boltanskog, kako bi se postiglo bolje razumevanje ovog političkog pokreta. Argumentuje se da je kvazi-nasilno odbijanje opravdanja konstitutivno za ovaj pokret, te se stoga u izvesnoj meri transcendira okvir koji je postavio Boltanski. U trećem koraku, više pažnje je posvećeno epistemološkom paradoksu koji nastaje iz činjenice da su brojne glavne kritike koje iznosi pokret PEGIDA zajedničke za veći deo ukupne populacije, što dovodi do ozbiljnih problema za pitanje sociološke kritike. Tekst se koristi idejama Bruna Latura da bi bolje rasvetlio ovaj paradoks i ispitao njegove posledice. Zaključuje se sa primedbama o mogućnosti da se "ponovo združe" poverenje i kritika kao ključni, ali osporavani – i prema tome prekarni – temelji modernog društva.
The success of a Senior High School is directly determined by the quality of education and and the management system developed can guarantee the development of academic freedom and scientific autonomy. The purpose of this research is expressly useful to find out the extent to which the leadership and culture of the organization through the organizational climate affects the governance of Senior High School in Batam City. Includes causal research and the used in this study is a survey method. The population within the range of research is a teacher at Batam City Senior High School which numbers as many as 320 people. The number of samples was obtained as many as 178 people with a random sampling approach. This study uses path analysis whose data is processed using the SPSS program version 25. The study's findings suggest that there is a direct influence of leadership and organizational culture on organizational climate and governance. It is indirectly through the organizational climate that the leadership and culture organization has no effect on governance and this research can help and guide the current management of resources.
