Reverse migration was the trending issue in several news articles and channels during the pandemic. The authors attempt to investigate migrants' sensitivity during COVID-19. Reverse migrants are sensitive to crucial aspects that bother them during their reverse migration such as mental stress, social issues, transportation issues, job loss, and income loss. The Government of India launched several initiatives to help the reverse migrants, but it is not reaching the migrant people adequately. Hence, in this article, authors critically analyzed the Indian Government's commitment to the post-return situation and sensitivity toward the rural reverse migrants.

The adult social care sector in England has been encouraged to increase the role of volunteers in service delivery. To understand the volunteer role in care delivery and its impact upon paid care work, we undertook 94 qualitative interviews in seven care settings for older people in England. While the boundaries between care worker and volunteer were clearly established in some organisations, they were more indistinguishable in others. We discuss how both clear and murky boundary making, especially regarding 'emotional' and 'bodily' aspects of care, can contribute towards paid care work's invisibility, lack of recognition and poor remuneration.

Russia's aggression against Ukraine in February 2022 caused Europe's largest influx of war refugees to the European Union after World War II. This is unprecedented in many aspects, covering primarily the Central and Eastern Europe, which historically have been countries of emigration rather than migration. Against this background, grassroots initiatives and civic actions taken in Poland, local government bodies, state authorities, as well as the Catholic Church are considered. The key challenges and problems in supporting migrants from Ukraine are interpreted in terms of the theory of resource mobilization and the concept of "new social movements".

Political leadership is unique power, it is a combination of leadership skills with the ability to inspire human behaviours in the social scale. Political leader has power over people as a result of their authority or by force. They can be either a democrat or a dictator. However, in all cases a political leader somebody more than ordinary politician, becoming positive or negative political giant.

Like (almost) all other areas of life, the parliamentary public sphere is also being signifi- cantly changed by digitalization . Many work processes benefit from digital possibilities, but it is precisely the "social" networks that contribute to the dismantling of the parliamentary public sphere as we have known it for decades . The article is dedicated to these dark sides of digitalization and uses ten aspects to identify how parliamentary democracy is depriving itself of its parliamentary public sphere through digital instruments . Five proposals attempt to establish parliamentary democracy with its parliamentary public sphere in the digital age .

The findings emphasize the need for a balanced and responsible approach by media outlets when covering yoga and spirituality to ensure accurate and ethical portrayal.

AbstractIn 1970s Australia, a Royal Commission on Human Relationships asked people to have their say about all aspects of national life bearing upon relations between the sexes and family life. Historians have focused on the Commission's implications for women and feminist public policy in a period of profound social change. In this paper, we shift attention to the Commission's interrogation of the male role in society. We argue that the Commission broadcast and inculcated the possibility that men could change, even if the imminent revolutionising of the male role proved a bridge too far.

The text below discusses inclusive education not only in legislative but also social terms. Society's attitude towards people with an intellectual disability has changed over decades from exclusion, through remorse and charity to integration trends in various aspects of life, including education. Inclusion in education is one of the keystones in present Czech education. The text aims to introduce the understanding of inclusion in the Czech Republic and present the educational system of special educational needs focused on people with an intellectual disability. The second aim concerns the right to be educated and the right to lifelong education.

The aim of the study is to reveal the all-encompassing, all-pervasive impact of technology on the political-legal space over a technological revolution, exposing the total social control of the power machine. The complex methodological approach of the research allowed to present the processes of technology autonomization in conditions of intensive technological development in an interdisciplinary field. The institutions, principles and relations that form the subject matter of the study are examined within the framework of the historical-legal aspect, which involves a combination of comparative and formal legal analysis.

Dans cet article nous avons voulu faire ressortir le rôle qu'ont eu les voyages que Léon Tolstoï a faits vers l'Italie et les contacts qu'il a eu avec certains Italiens. En effet, Tolstoï fit quatre brefs voyages en Italie dont il en ressort riche d'expériences sur différents aspects : politique, religieux, intellectuel, social, littéraire, et surtout l'aspect pédagogique qui est peu connu. En outre, il rencontra deux personnages italiens : un anthropologue et un prix Nobel de la paix. Enfin, nous nous sommes arrêtés sur les traces existantes aujourd'hui de Tolstoï en Italie.

The article discusses some interesting themes of using the image of the Egyptian sphinx in contemporary contexts: the Egypt Awakened (Nahdat Misr) monument in Cairo, symbolizing modern Egypt, and the use of the sphinx motif as an aspect of social protests; the so-called Arab Spring and the political upheaval in Egypt of 2010–2012. ; W artykule omówiono kilka interesujących wątków wykorzystania wizerunku egipskiego sfinksa we współczesnych kontekstach: pomnik Egypt Awakened (Nahdat Misr) w Kairze, symbolizujący współczesny Egipt, oraz wykorzystanie motywu sfinksa jako aspektu protestów społecznych; tzw. arabska wiosna i przewrót polityczny w Egipcie w latach 2010–2012.

The present study addresses a set of key questions arising from the direct observation of the relationship between literature and knowledge, considering that the Transylvanian space that generated Romanian literature may be ascribed to the wider context of the modern/colonial world system. The present discussion focuses on the analysis of two of Slavici's less-known novels, and identifies within the narration hypostases of colonial discourse, the roots of modernity reflected by social evolution, aspects regarding work relations and the circuits of raw materials in Transylvania and the Principalities in the second half of the nineteenth century.

In the first part of the article, the author presents in a synthetic way the etymology of the concept of hybrid war, as well as its derivatives. It briefly describes the theory of hybrid war according to the views of American and Baltic theorists. In the following parts, he presents Russian views on waging a hybrid war, as well as selected aspects of its practical application with the use of a wide range of economic, social, military and political conditions. In conclusion, in a synthetic approach, it identifies the specificity of future wars in the confrontation with the war of 2022.

La un interval de aproximativ trei decenii de la stabilirea relaţiilor diplomatice dintre România şi Republica Moldova, subiectul cu referire la relațiile moldo-române rămâne a fi unul prezent atât în discursul politicienilor, cât și în cercetările reprezentanților comunității academice. Primul stat care a recunoscut independenţa Republicii Moldova a fost România. În contextul analizei relațiilor moldo-române prezentul articol este axat pe cercetarea specificului colaborării Republicii Moldova cu România pe dimensiunea economică. Astfel, sunt reliefate principalele aspecte ale relațiilor politice, comercial-economice și sociale moldo-române din perioada anilor 2009-2021.
