Nervous shock nowadays become one of the serious issues in our society. Many people lost their life due to nervous sock. The word 'nervous shock' means a psychiatric condition or injury suffered by an individual as a result of events which have occurred due to the intentional or negligent acts or omissions of another person or authority. The author through the present paper will try to find out the various issues involved in the cases of nervous shock in the light of various judicial pronouncements. The paper would also be an analysis of the current existing legal framework for nervous sock in India. The author has also made an effort to make a comparative analysis of the legislation pertaining to nervous sock existing in USA and U.K to those with Indian legislation.

The purpose of this paper is that the author tries to explain the concept of bureaucracy and government. In addition, the author also describes the differences between bureaucracy and government in terms of definition, theory, and task. This paper also aims to discuss the position of the bureaucracy in the trias politica system where there is a classification of power, namely the executive, legislative and judiciary. Then, this paper will lead to the administration and implementation of public services. The conclusion from this paper is that government and bureaucracy are two different things and bureaucracy can become its own entity outside of the executive, legislative and judiciary and those in charge of providing public services are the bureaucrats, not the government, although actually bureaucrats and government have different roles in responsibility to deliver public service.

The article presents the main assumptions and conditions of collaboration between the author and the vision-impaired research participants over several years of ethnographic research (2011–2017). Adopting the perspective of philosophy of dialogue, the author follows different stages of rapport, focusing on mutual expectations and emotions, as well as relationship dynamics and its underlying conditions in general. The author's long-term research was inspired by concepts developed by Luke Lassiter in his collaborative ethnography and by Anna Wyka in her social research through shared experience, both of which marked the author's ethical and methodological choices, including invitation extended to research participants to comment on the research findings. The second part of the article is based on research participants' impressions and reflections on their role, engagement and relationship with the researcher.

The author analyzes the institution of child support in Italy in the article. The issues of establishing the amount of alimony in court and by concluding an alimony agreement are considered: factors affecting the amount of alimony, grounds for revising this amount and the consequences of non-fulfillment of obligations. The obligation to support children in terms of the payment of alimony is considered both in relation to minor children and in relation to children who have reached the age of majority. The features of the institution of alimony obligations for a child in Italy are considered by the author not only on the basis of regulatory legal acts, but also on the basis of the established law enforcement practice, which makes it possible to eliminate many legal gaps.

Despite the paramount role of drylands in supporting people's livelihoods and rendering ecosystem services, legislation on Environmental Impact Assessment has been introduced belatedly after several decades. By exemplifying Iran, the author proposes two main reasons for such a delayed action. First, drylands are misleadingly considered as barren lands where biodiversity is relatively low. In one classification, deserts are even categorized along with rocks. Second, the author emphasizes that drylands have been subjected to unprecedented changes due to the expansion of infrastructure and urbanization that started in the 1970s. These growing pressures have been beyond the ecological resilience of drylands and have not been monitored, assessed, and modified correctly. Further scrutiny regarding EIA undertakings in drylands and the way they can be improved is now needed.

The Polish Solidarity movement of 1980–1981 and the Czechoslovak dissident movement both developed an original model of democracy. The dissidents sought to reconcile the tensions between the individual and the community—personal independence and engagement with public affairs—by building a pluralist, debating civic community entrenched in objective values. Calling upon on the phenomenological tradition and the interpretative frames perspective used in social movement studies, the author seeks to interrogate the intellectual roots of the dissident vision of democracy and the reasons behind one of its future interpretations, which viewed it through the lens of the republican political tradition. Drawing on the popularity and the character of the phenomenological tradition, the author explains the differences in the understanding of community in Poland and Czechoslovakia.

Abstract

The Principle of the Irretroactivity of the Law in the Roman Legal Experience in the Republican Age. Through an in-depth analysis of literary and legal sources (primarily Cicero) and of epigraphic evidence, the author demonstrates that the principle of the law's non-retroactivity was known to, and applied by, the Romans since the Republican age. The political struggle favored on several occasions the violation of this principle by imposing an extraordinary criminal legislation, aimed at sanctioning past behaviors of adversaries. But, although with undeniable limits of effectiveness in the dynamic relationship with the retroactivity, the author acknowledges that at the end of the first century BC non-retroactivity appeared as the dominant principle, consolidated both in the field of the civil law as well as substantive criminal law.

The aim of this article is to present the Visegrád Group's position towards the contemporary European migrant crisis. The author seeks to answer two main questions: what is the degree of coherence of the Group's position and what are the internal factors of the V4's stance towards the crisis? The article analyses the political situation in the Group's member states, the V4's stance towards the earliest propositions concerning the migrant crisis, its fight against the implementation of the mandatory quotas, its stance towards the implementation of the EU's decisions and internal factors of the V4's policies. The author argues that although the members of the Group differ in their approach to many international issues, their attitude towards the crisis is very similar.

The article examines the development of the US Arctic policy which is reflected in the US strategic documents. The author examines the evolution of doctrinal purposes from those focusing on environmental issues and regional cooperation to those focusing on logistics, security and military infrastructure. The evolution of the US strategic documents is considered in the context of the activities of such actors as Russia, Canada, China and a number of international organizations in the Arctic region. Contradictions and existing and prospective areas of cooperation are noted. The author shows the immutability of the US key strategic guidelines of the United States aimed at securing the status of an Arctic power for the United States and ensuring the promotion and protection of the US interests in the region.

In this poem, the author sheds light on the struggles of police brutality, racism, and injustice that rampage through the Black community. The author's poem illustrates the feeling of devastation from the lack of equality and justice for Black individuals in America, who constantly live-in fear. The author is a Black woman, who witnesses and experiences discrimination and unfairness, and questions is this what America really is? She writes this poem in an effort to hold the disruptive systems in America, racist individuals, and brutal police accountable for their damage and destruction of Black people and Black communities. The poem was unfortunately inspired by the killings of innocent Black individuals such as Daunte Wright, Brandon Bernard, Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and the many other Black lives reduced to a hashtag.

Abstract
In China, Naitō Konan's "theory on modernity since the Song" (Tang-Song transformation theory) did not elicit widespread academic interest until the twenty-first century. The following article provides a comprehensive analysis of the reception to Naitō's theory by Chinese historians and the implications for Chinese Song studies. The author discusses the Naitō hypothesis from six different perspectives: the theoretical basis and political background of Naitō's work, historical development patterns in China and the West, Chinese history as the history of a multiethnic country, international scholarship on the periodization of Chinese history, and the contributions by Chinese scholars. The author concludes that Chinese Tang and Song historians should turn the page and move on from Naitō Konan's modernity theory (transformation theory).

The article examines the state of industry in the Lower Volga region in the late 1920s on the eve of the first five-year plan. The author studies the branch structure of the economy, the process of dividing industry by structure and forms of subordination. The extreme limitation of material financial resources has become one of the main reasons not only for the consolidation of territorial entities, but also for the allocation of priority areas for industrial development. The introduction of new archival data into scientific circulation and the application of modern methodological principles allowed the author to establish that by the beginning of the first five-year plan, the Lower Volga region in economic terms was a pronounced agricultural region, in which 80% of gross output was produced by agriculture.

The article draws attention to the extraordinary, by African standards, respect in Eritrea for the soldiers of the Italian colonial troops, the Ascari, and even for some of their Italian officers, such as Amedeo Guillet. The author reveals the reason for this respect, which was not present in another former Italian colony Libya. After studying the materials on the number and combat path of the Ascari, colonial Libya, Eritrea, and Italy's policy in it, the author came to the conclusion that Italian colonialism from a clean slate formed an anti-Ethiopian identity in Eritrea. It was expressed in the Ascari who played an important role in the war of independence from Ethiopia that began in 1961. Its roots go back to 1896 when Ethiopians mutilated Eritrean prisoners after the battle of Adwa.

Abstract
This article examines the issue of joint authorship in (socio)linguistic publications. On the assumption that research work in the humanities has traditionally been performed on a "lone scholar" basis, discussion of authorship attribution has not dominated conversations in the arts and humanities as compared to the natural, health and engineering sciences. However, considering the increasing occurrence of collaboration in (socio)linguistics and its resultant joint publications, this article considers author trends in the humanities generally and linguistics in particular, who qualifies to be an author and how authorship ordering and assigning should be addressed in both an ethical and a fair manner. Considering the rise of collaborations in sociolinguistic research, varied sources of data used, and the growth of multi-site projects, authorship discussions in arts and humanities disciplines can no longer be muted.
