Self-Realization and the Ancestors: An Analysis of Two Japanese Ritual Procedures for Achieving Domestic Harmony

The present article wants to describe some of the fundamental principles and modes concerning the path of spiritual self-realization as outlined by the authorities of Sufism within the Islamic tradition. It focuses on the individual and cosmological implications which, in the traditional Sufi world-view, are at the base of the concept of 'universalization of the individual' and investigates the role and relationship that develops and subsists between the accomplished master and his pupil during this process. The Sufi initiate undergoes not only a process of transformation, but of sublimation and refinement of his human dimension in an approach to the divine which, to many modern muslims and non-muslims, may appear as alien and provocative as it is challenging, since it relies on a wisdom and a vision more and more unfamiliar for those whose perception of Islam is increasingly defined by the 'outer', purely social and political dimension of Islam.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the Dnieper (Naddnipryanshchyna) political emigrants' influence on the Western Volyn region theatrical life: from the mobile theater troupes spread to the VUT creation, which facilitated their adaptation and promoted creative self-realization. The methodology of the research is based on the historical, cultural chronological methods, as well as the analysis and systematization methods, which made it possible to consider Volyn Ukrainian Theater mobile troupes appearance conditions, to trace their relations with the Polish authorities, the repertoire features and the importance of creativity for the national consciousness of the local Ukrainian population. The prosopography method was applied in order to find out the artists' names. The scientific novelty of the article is the introduction to the scientific circulation of the new archival documents, the interwar periodicals, which made it possible to show the Dnieper (Naddnipryanshchyna) political emigrants' influence on the interwar Volyn theatrical life development. The Conclusions. The Ukrainian political emigrants became fully involved in the cultural and artistic activities, realized their talents and skills in the theater and amateur work, after the revolution defeat of 1917 – 1921 in the territory of Volyn Voivodeship. In the first half of the 1920-ies, mobile theaters became a means of embodying the creative aspirations of the artists and the golden opportunity to earn a living. The commencement of the "Volyn experiment" by voivode H. Yuzevskyi, M. Pevnyi's and other artists, who came from Naddnipryanshchyna relocation to Lutsk caused the VUT establishment, which during the 1930-ies of the XXth century kept the national spirit, Ukrainian traditions, the way of life and culture. The establishment of Bolshevik power in the region in 1939 led to the total control over the cultural life of the region, including the theatrical arts.

The results of research analyzing psychological characteristics of 50+ age group individuals are revealed in the article, their activity to self-realization as dynamic entity that determines the development of human resource capabilities and ability to master and implement various productive activities, personality competencies that extend economic and social ability of people 50+ category. Relevance of research is related to the modern notions of continuity of personal development process throughout their lives, when increased interest in this problem is due to demographic aging and global search optimization strategies towards global world community with separate development programs of persons age 50+ category. Research of self-realization activation of persons 50+ age group is related to the organization of adult learning within social-psychological concept of continuity of learning. It is concluded that activation of self persons 50+ age group as creatively active mental life depends on factors such as adaptation to new conditions of life in old age, level of reflection and psychological safety of active life. We assume that adaptation methods depend on individual psychological characteristics. Personality characteristics serve as factor of older person successful adaptation to retirement status. Important terms of the full development of man is his conscious desire to maximize full disclosure and implement their own potential, the ability to determine their lives and achieve their goals. However, the theory of personal growth and self-development, based on positive human nature theses, the value of each individual, can be seen as moral ideal for contemporary Ukrainian people in difficult conditions of democratic society. ; У статті розглянуто результати дослідження психологічних особливостей осіб вікової категорії 50+, особливості прояву їхньої активності до самореалізації як динамічного утворення, що визначає ресурсні можливості розвитку людини та її здатності до оволодіння й продуктивного виконання різних видів діяльності, формування особистісних компетенцій, які розширюють економічні та соціальні можливості людей категорії 50+. Актуальність теми дослідження пов'язана із сучасними уявленнями про неперервність процесу розвитку особистості протягом життя, коли підвищений інтерес до цієї проблеми обумовлений демографічним старінням населення і пошуком глобальних світових стратегій оптимізації шляху світового співтовариства з окремою розробкою програм розвитку осіб вікової категорії 50+. Вивчення активізації самореалізації осіб вікової категорії 50+ пов'язане з організацією навчання дорослих у межах соціально-психологічної концепції неперервності навчання. Зроблено висновок, що активізація самореалізації осіб вікової категорії 50+ як творчо активного психологічного ресурсу залежить від таких чинників, як адаптація до нових умов життя в похилому віці, рівень рефлексії та збереженості активного психологічного ресурсу. Припускаємо, що способи адаптації залежать від індивідуально-психологічних особливостей. Особистісні характеристики виступають фактором успішності процесу адаптації літньої людини до пенсійного статусу. Важливими умовами повноцінного розвитку людини є її усвідомлене прагнення до максимально повного розкриття й реалізації власних потенційних можливостей, спроможність самостійно визначати свій життєвий шлях і досягати поставлених цілей. Водночас теорія особистісного росту й саморозвитку, заснована на тезах про позитивну природу людини, цінність кожної особистості, може розглядатися як моральний ідеал, необхідний сучасному українському суспільству.

El pluriempleo constituye un fenómeno emergente en el mercado de trabajo. Si bien existe un volumen creciente de literatura sobre los perfiles y motivaciones de los pluriempleados, pocos estudios adoptan un enfoque cualitativo. Este artículo pretende abordar esta brecha analizando la forma en que 101 trabajadores, entrevistados en cinco países europeos, enmarcan su condición de pluriempleados. Nuestro estudio proporciona evidencia de la gran diversidad y complejidad de las motivaciones y de su relación con algunas tendencias recientes en el mercado laboral.

У статті узагальнено теоретико-методологічні засади освіти дорослих та обґрунтовано напрями розвитку професійно-творчої самореалізації вчителя в системі освіти дорослих; розглянуто роль педагогічної фасилітації у професійній діяльності сучасного вчителя, подано педагогічне визначення педагогічної фасилітації педагога в системі навчання дорослих. Здійснено акцент на тому, що освіта дорослих в Україні залежить від створення відповідних об'єктивних передумов демократизації всієї системи освіти та гуманізації навчального процесу, а також урахування закономірностей розвитку теорії і практики системи освіти дорослих. Висвітлено принципи професійно-творчої самореалізації вчителя в системі освіти дорослих. ; The theoretical and methodological foundations of adult education and the directions of development of teacher's professional and creative self-realization in the adult education system; the role of pedagogical facilitation in the professional activity of the modern teacher, the pedagogical definition of teacher's pedagogical facilitation in adult education are summarized in this article. There has been made an emphasis on the fact that adult education in Ukraine depends on the establishment of appropriate objective prerequisites of entire education system democratization and the educational process humanization, as well as the patterns of development of the adult education system theory and practice. Also the principles of teacher's professional and creative self-realization in the adult education system have been highlighted. Adults' professional development is based on the general methodological principles and andragogy. The first group consists of principles of socio-economic determinism, consistency, continuity, comprehensiveness, scientific, predictability; the second is the individual experience and development of individual educational needs; qualification, vital and promising job, age approach, creating the conditions and freedom of choice, problem- situational training; promotion of self-education and independence training; joint activities in the educational process, development of creativity and moral-volitional sphere of the personality; updating of learning outcomes. In this regard, one of the important features of adult educators' activity is mastering the art of advising, or facilitation, which creates an atmosphere of trust, which is the basis of interaction and development of an adult's professional and creative-self-realization. Consequently, the use of adragogical principles in the process of adults' training promotes better organization and improves the learning efficiency. Application of adragogical approaches in adult's teaching has positive social and moral aspects. Bringing them to the real activities of planning, implementation, evaluation and correction of the teaching process, the rule of their independent activities, based on their specific circumstances, problems and goals, a certain freedom of choice in the process of studying, joint activities with teachers and methodologists contributes to the affirmation of an adult as an independent, self-governing individual; the development of his creativity; socialisation, development of collective work skills, the ability to combine personal responsibility and the public interest; the development of individual's education and spiritual needs, the humanistic value orientations.
