The purpose of the article is to reveal the main theoretical and methodological aspects of organizational and institutional support for sustainable development of entrepreneurship in agriculture. Research methods. During the research, dialectical methods of scientific knowledge of the process of sustainable development of entrepreneurship in agriculture were used, primarily analysis and synthesis as well as induction and deduction to characterize the organizational and institutional parts of the provision. Research results. It has been established that the system of organizational and institutional support for sustainable development of entrepreneurship in agriculture combines various interdisciplinary aspects of the economic, social and environmental components for organizing activities in the sustainable development system and forming the rules and systems by which these components function. The institutional component of ensuring the activities of the enterprise makes it possible to combine various organizational processes and form various directions in production to ensure the implementation of the goals of the social, environmental or economic components of sustainable development of entrepreneurship in agriculture. Scientific novelty. The main points of organizational and institutional support for sustainable development of entrepreneurship in agriculture are described and the main components of this process are revealed. Practical significance. The main features of organizational and institutional support of sustainable development should be used as a basis for further research into the nature of institutions and the process of organizing production for the system of sustainable development of entrepreneurship. The article deals with the interpretation of cultural paradiplomacy as one of the key tools for deepening the interaction of regions and the interpretation of this type of paradiplomacy as a component of the «soft power» of subnational actors. This kind of paradiplomacy is realized in the instrumental and symbolic aspects. The main goal of these aspects is the new quality of interactions through motivation of actors for economic cooperation, support of ethnic diasporas abroad and thereby, building the stability of the international relations in perspective. It is substantiated that culture plays one of the most important roles of modern politics and creates a positive image abroad. The cultural component of subnational regions does not rank first in a number of priorities in international relations, but despite this, the establishment of cultural ties is extremely important for them. It has been established that culture as a strategic resource conceals a tremendous potential for long-term strengthening of its international positions without the use of violent methods or unconventional methods of pressure on social relations. It is proved that the factor of culture as a component of «soft power» in world politics has recently acquired a new meaning, its influence on world social and economic processes and interstate relations is seriously increasing. It is determined that, in general, regions that implement paradiplomacy have a basic set of motives for this activity, which are in political, economic and cultural contexts.

Muslim rule in India (1526-1707) is considered a golden chapter in the history of the culture of this region. Muslims established the Mughal Empire in India which was contemporary to the Safavid Empire in Iran. Massive migration to India occurred due to the wealth and grandeur of the Mughal court. Mughalstransformed every sphere of the Indian culture. Their Central Asian background created an aroma in the native culture and with the amalgamation of two; Mughals gave new dimensions to Muslim civilization in India. The cultural aura of Mughals affected every sphere of Indian social life. New ways of dining wereintroduced. Muslims established new industries of clothing and textile. New forms of beautification were launched. Cultural feasts and festivals were regularly celebrated. Music and dance touched the heights of glory. Royal painting studio laid new styles of Indian painting. This culture gave space to every communityto become its part. In the visual arts, the adaptation of local modes to the Mughal cultural environment involved a change of their ethos from religious devotion to secular entertainment. This paper focuses on the reinterpretation of Indian culture under the sway of Mughals. Every historian and scholar spells ink on the political and economic aspects of Indian history in medieval times. However, this work analyzes the cultural and social image of Muslim civilization which was developed under the policy of co-existence. Certain aspects of other cultures were also adopted by Mughal rulers under the policy of "Peace for All."

The article highlights the issue of fashion in the works by Olena Pchilka and considers it as a multidimensional phenomenon. The study reveals the artistic function of the clothing-description (in terms of R. Bart: vêtement écrit) and determines the disposition of fashion and beauty in the characters' images depiction. The article provides an outline of the aesthetic views of the writer, with a focus on the political and ethical vectors. The political aspect is elucidated via the issues of national clothing and the Ukrainian language usage, which the author regards as a manifestation of public opinion. Exposing the cynicism of the vital positions of the townspeople and the petty nobility constitute the ethical vector of Olena Pchilka's aestheticism. The analysis of the author's texts has revealed a keen interest of the writer to the visible manifestations of the beautiful. Fashion trends are analyzed in many aspects: clothing, interior, cooking, education, etiquette, entertainment, etc. Clothes in the works of Olena Pchilka represent the social status, financial status, ideological and national beliefs. Vestimentary and gastronomic codes mirror the character system of different social groups. Beauty, in its disposition to fashion, appears both natural and acquired feature. A handsome person looks pretty even in plain (unfashionable) but appropriate outfits. External beauty reflects the inner perfection of a person. The writer often aesthetizes the portrayal of spiritually rich and nationally conscious people. In the article attempt to specify new directions of the further interpretation of political process in a domestic politological discourse in a context of ordering of the saved up experience in studying of its problem field is performed. Results of researches of different aspects of a problem field of political process are presented by such moments: the analysis of ratios of concepts «political process», «political changes», «political development»; the offer of different variants of the maintenance of concept «political process» – from its «wide» interpretation to «narrow» interpretation; the analysis of levels and results of its functioning as element of a social and political reality; determination of theoretical and methodological bases of its research; the justification of the basic characteristics of its realization and display and so on. In a context of the further studying of political process it is offered: first, to improve categorical and the conceptual device of its research by means of «new» categories from adjacent sciences with political science (sociology, psychology, economy). Such circulation should be connected, on the one hand, with the certain coordination in scientific community of the maintenance of these categories, and, from another – research bases. Secondly, to raise level of efficiency of search of theoretical and methodological bases of different aspects of its analysis. It assumes realization of a certain variant of synthesis of substantive provisions of the system approach with the basic statements of the concept of a social field of Р. Bourdieu and with key postulates of the theory of the conflict (conflictological approach).

AbstractThis article examines how administrators in social services (n = 70) and habilitation staff in healthcare (n = 40) in Sweden experience difficulties in their work with people with intellectual disabilities. The research aim was to investigate the most typical aspects of difficult working situations and to apply a comparative analysis of differences and similarities, where the respondents' organizational affiliations are taken into account. The results are primarily based on a content analysis. Contextual standardized questions were included in this study. The results revealed that experiences of difficulties were categorized in four typological themes: difficult situations associated with (1) structure, (2) professional role, (3) relationships, and (4) collaboration. The respondents' experiences of difficult situations in social services and healthcare organizations did not correspond to the respondents' work dissatisfaction or unclear goals. On the contrary, handling this plurality within a specific organizational context was a fundamental aspect of professionalism. The different characteristics of the organizations in this study reflected two different institutional logics. While the administrators mainly operated within an administrative logic based on a regulatory framework, the habilitation staff operated within a therapeutic logic based on a cognitive framework. Consequently, the two groups had their own specific norms and rule systems, which influenced when, and to what extent, everyday situations were experienced and defined as difficult. The organizational context seems to influence experiences of difficult situations in the work with people with ID and this calls for a discussion of how it impacts the quality of services within intellectual disability services.

Abstract
It is important to bear in mind as to what extent this distinction exists, or whether we can confidently say it does not exist at all. As a matter of fact, we find that with higher income, individuals spend more of their capital income on clothing. There is still an intangible class division and stratification on the street, even though it is representative. Therefore, it is important to examine the historical role played by clothing as a symbol or a form of self-expression within the social hierarchy, and to identify its antithetic aspects during post-industrial Britain and France, and from the twentieth century to present day. In this article, the principal plan is to outline the contrast between the past and the present examining two antithetic aspects of clothing within the social structure for those periods; the first era is post-Industrial Revolution in Britain and France. The intention is to explain the intensive opposition between the bourgeois, which represents the upper class, and the proletariat, which is the lower class in the mid-eighteenth century to the end of nineteenth century. The second period is the twentieth century to the present and democracy and equilibrium in fashion will be examined. Finally, class mobility through ether existing hierarchy or reduced representation (i.e. ambivalence to Democracy in fashion) as the main debate of multifaceted stratification in fashion will be elaborated and the class boundaries are increasingly blurred, yet whether we accept it or not, class distinctions still exist.

[only abstract and keywords in English; full article, abstract and keywords in Lithuanian] Previous researches have shown that cochlear implantation (or hearing implantation) together with hearing recovery program provides successful social integration for children with sensorineural hearing loss. Cochlear implantation is implemented from 1998 in Lithuania. About 377 people were implanted until the end of 2017. Vast majority of whom are children. Most of the studies carried out in this field are dealing with clinical or technical aspects. There is a lack of research related to aspects of health policy or social integration problems. We overview the system of cochlear implantation, prevalence, and patients' pathway in this paper. We use a document analysis and descriptive statistics methodologies in this study. Employment relations, being one of the most important aspects of public life, are in the limelight of legislators. It should be noted that the decline in the number of labor resources is observed year by year, for example, in 2016, compared to 2015, labor resources have dropped by 95.2 thousand people. The global experience of employment in the state of employment shows that there is no single prescription for employment in all countries. It is different in different countries, depending on the degree of economic and social development of the given country and its national peculiarities. The autonomy of the HEIs and its limits is an object of constant discussions and inquiries. The question that is also researched and accentuated is the relationship between the autonomy of HEIs and the accountability to the society according to certain criteria. The financing aspect of higher education is also one of the most problematic aspects in the system of higher education. None of the models applied for the financing of higher education and measures chosen in Lithuania was able to ensure the accessibility of studies, quality, nor could attract qualified pedagogical personnel. It is stated that insufficient financing of higher education has direct influence on other dimensions of higher education system. If the universities are not granted autonomy of universities, they cannot be innovative and react effectively to social and economic changes, they are not able correspond social and economic needs of the state that cannot fulfil expectation of the students to achieve the better quality of life. The aim of the paper is to analyse the impact of chosen by the state financing method of higher education institutions on economic activities of the HEIs and their financial autonomy. In the first part of the paper the trends of the financing of the system of Lithuanian higher education are analysed. The second part of the paper analyses the impact of state financing on institutional autonomy of HEIs. The third part reveals the significance of financial autonomy of HEIs and its impact on economics of higher education.

Bengkala Inscription is one of the inscriptions which is located in Pekraman Village of Bengkala, Kubutambahan District, Buleleng Regency. The inscription was issued in 1103 Saka (1181 AD) by Paduka Haji Jayapangus Arkajacihna, one of the Ancient Balinese King, and his two empress, namely Parameswari Indujaketana and Mahadewi Sasangkajacihna. This research aims to understand various aspects of Bengkala Inscription, such as its language and its social instituition described there. Data were collected from observation and literature study. The data were analyzed using morphology and qualitative analysis, and various theories, such as structuralism, structural functionalism, and bureaucracy theory. Based on the analysis of palaeography and language aspects, Bengkala inscription used Ancient Javanese letter and Ancient Javanese language for most of its content, similar to other inscriptions issued between 11th-12th Century. The spelling of Bengkala Inscription were used commonly in the previous period. The type of affixation used in the inscription are para-, pari-, pa-, a-/ma-, ka-, di-, sa (prefix), -in-, -um- (infix), -an, --an, -?n, -nya (suffix), pa- + -an, ma- + -an, ka- + -an, pa- + -nya (circumfix). In the social institution mentioned in Bengkala inscription, there was government bureaucracy institution and the highest of its hierarchy owned by king. Economy institution in Bengkala inscription could be seen through the mentions of market trade system and the existence of tax levy and tax relief. Regarding to religion institution, there were two religions, developed in the past period, namely Siwa and Buddha, which could be seen through the mentions of their religious title.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the results and impact of policy PNPM Rural inDistrict Essang Talaud Islands. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Informants were takenfrom PNPM Rural actors at the district level, the PNPM Rural actors at the village level, and the citizensPokmas members in several villages. Informants who were interviewed as many as 10 people. Datacollection techniques used were interviews. Data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysistechniques-interactive model of Miles and Hubernann.Based on research results ditariki conclusions: (1) The results of PNPM Rural in DistrictEssang generally pretty good views of some aspects such as: the allocation and disbursement of funds,the management / implementation activities and the realization of the activities. (2) PNPM Rural inDistrict Essang impact on poverty reduction seen from several aspects such as: pencipaan / increaseempowerment of the economy of the poor, creation / enhancement of independence of the poor, realize orimprove the quantity and quality of facilities prasanara basic social and economic community, increasethe participation of the various parties in efforts to reduce poverty, and increase the welfare of society orof poor households.Based on the results of this penellian then it can be recommended some suggestions asfollows: (1) the PNPM Rural Policy would that be continued by the present government's.
