AbstrakKepala sekolah memiliki peran sentral dalam pengelolaan sekolah agar dapat mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Mengingat peran sentral tersebut, pemerintah telah menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Permendikbud) Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang Penugasan Guru sebagai Kepala Sekolah yang mengatur tentang persyaratan, penyiapan, proses pengangkatan, penugasan, pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan, pembinaan, dan penilaian prestasi kerja kepala sekolah serta pemberhentian tugas kepala sekolah. Meskipun demikian, peran sentral dan peraturan ini belum sepenuhnya diketahui dan dipahami oleh para guru dan kepala sekolah. Berdasarkan pengamatan penulis, lembaga pendidikan swasta belum dikelola secara optimal. Indikasinya adalah mayoritas mutu sekolah swasta masih sangat perlu ditingkatkan, minimnya pelatihan kepala sekolah dan masih rendahnya kompetensi kepala sekolah. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diselenggaraan dengan tujuan untuk memotivasi para kepala sekolah swasta untuk berikhtiar secara terus menerus meningkatkan kompetensinya. Metode peningkatan kompetensi kepala sekolah dilakukan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berfokus pada manajemen dan kepemimpinan sekolah berdasarkan Permendikbud Nomor 6 tahun 2018. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pemahaman kepala sekolah tentang kompetensi, tugas pokok dan fungsi kepala sekolah, kemampuan manajerial dan efektifitas kepemimpinan. The central role are the government has issued Minister of Education and Culture Regulation (Permendikbud) No. 6 of 2018 concerning the Assignment of Teachers as Principals governing the requirements, preparation, appointment process, assignments, continuing professional development, coaching, and evaluating the work performance of principals as well as dismissal of principals' duties. However, this central roles and regulations are not yet fully understood by teachers and principals. .Based on the writer's observation, private education institutions have not been managed optimally. The indications are that the majority of the quality of private schools still needs to be greatly improved, the lack of training of school principals and the still low competency of principals. This Community Service is held with the aim to motivate private school principals to endeavor to continuously improve their competence. The principal competency improvement method is carried out through education and training that focuses on school management and leadership based on Permendikbud number 6 of 2018. The training results indicate that there is an increase in principals 'understanding of the principals' competencies, principal tasks and functions, managerial abilities and leadership effectiveness. There has been a growing awareness of the importance of financial literacy in recent years, and any governments have become concerned with the levels of financial literacy of their citizens. Many have also recognized that financial literacy is especially important among the young, as this group faces increasingly more responsibility in making financial decisions. Nevertheless, there is less attention paid to financial literacy education at the primary or elementary level, especially in countries of the global south, despite the potential benefits it can offer. The main aim to explore teachers' beliefs on financial literacy education in the primary school setting in Cameroon. Previous research on financial literacy education is mostly quantitative, focusing on students', teachers' or parents' level of financial literacy and how it affects consumer behaviour. Only a few qualitative studies that look at how financial literacy can be taught effectively or how students, teachers, parents and other stakeholders perceive financial literacy education could be found, though teachers' beliefs have been studied a lot with regards to other subjects such as mathematics, ICT and languages. Previous researches also show that teachers' perceptions and beliefs in one-way or the other influence how they teach and/or behave towards certain subject matter such as financial literacy. My research is qualitative research and I collected from six primary school teachers who teach subjects that involve financial concepts. I used semi-structured interviews for data collection. The research questions that this study addressed were; a) what are teachers' beliefs about financial literacy education in Cameroonian primary schools? b) To what extent do educators attempt to implement financial literacy pedagogical strategies that are also culturally relevant to the learners they work with? The results derived from the analysis indicated that primary school teachers are well aware of the importance of financial literacy education for the youths. In schools, financial literacy is taught through three broader subjects, Mathematics, Home economics and general knowledge. Teachers' beliefs fell under procedural, epistemic and normative beliefs, and were categorized under macro, meso and micro beliefs. Most of the teachers could not practically teach financial literacy due to limited resources and training. Most of the teaching, therefore was theoretical, through problem solving exercises, family guest speakers and sometimes role play. All the same, the teachers were able to connect the lessons to the learners' culture and immediate environment.

The purpose of this manuscript is to examine the risk of sexual exploitation (both assault and harassment) associated with sorority and fraternity membership on U.S. college campuses. The results from this study come from data collected through an online survey. Participants (N=883) at a large Pacific Northwestern university provided information related to their sorority or fraternity membership, experiences of sexual violence (i.e., assault and harassment), and alcohol use. We both replicated and extended past research. Corroborating prior research, Greek-affiliated students experienced higher rates of sexual assault than non-affiliated students. We extended past research by focusing on sexual harassment experiences within the Greek life culture. Both male and female Greek-affiliated students reported higher rates of sexual harassment particularly unwanted sexual attention, compared to their non-Greek-affiliated peers. We also found that both sorority membership and alcohol-related problems predicted unique variance in women's exposure to nonconsensual sexual contact, attempted/completed rape, and unwanted sexual attention. Fraternity membership but not alcohol-related problems predicted unique variance in men's exposure to nonconsensual sexual contact and unwanted sexual attention. Implications discussed include the short- and long-term consequences of Greek-affiliation, institutional betrayal, and addressing sexual exploitation within this culture. Also identified are limitations of the current study and future directions for research on sexual exploitation within Greek life.

The purpose of the research is to determine the stylistic purpose of J. Rutter's compositions, made in different years, but united by a spiritual genre indicator, which since the beginning of the last century has distinguished the multi-genre productions of English composers, from E. Elgar to B. Britten, W. Walter, M. Tippett and Rutter's teacher - J. Tavener. The methodological basis of the study is the intonation approach, as it was noted in the works of B. Asaf'ev's followers in Ukraine (see the publications of D. Androsova, O. Markova, O. Muravska, A. Sokolova), as well as based on the development of choral performance of the Odessa school (the works of V. Lugovenko, H. Shpak, other scientists). The scientific novelty of the work is noted in the originality of the presentation of the meaning of the stylistic diffusions of the choral heritage of England of the 20th century, from non-classical sections to the post-avant-garde eclecticism of the break of the 20th-21st centuries and the basic understanding of the national church expressive component in them, which provided and provides an independent stylistic taste with a corresponding typological combination, corresponding to the playful mosaic of post-avant-garde and post-post-avant-garde today. Conclusions. The stylistic eclecticism of the neo-baroque buildings of the past century and the neo-Gothic trends of the beginning of the 21st century is based, firstly, on the religious and practical assimilation of the products of the English Renaissance of the 20th century as the second Celtic Renaissance on the lands of Britain-England against the background of the existence of post-Victorian trends towards the Irish-British Orthodox origins of national culture. And, secondly, the validity of the spiritual and choral work of England at the beginning of the 21st century and within its limits the nomination of such masters as J. Tavener and J. Rutter related by the circumstances of their life and work to the neo-gothic tendencies of "absorption" of artistic self-sufficiency by the compensatory social need for compositions is indicated , which stand on the "borderline" of the spiritual-applied and spiritual spheres and in which the antithetical directions of styles and types of creativity are concentrated, up to the triumph in the works of J. Rutter of the fullness of popular thinking in the perspective of the seriousness of the spiritual glory of chorale-anthems.

The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the theatrical art of Western Muslim communities of the late 20th and early 21st centuries. on the example of Great Britain. Research methodology. The method of analysis and synthesis, the method of typological analysis, the historical and cultural method, the method of art research and theoretical generalisation was applied, which contributed to clarifying the peculiarities of the traditions of Islamic theatre and its development at the modern stage in Western Muslim communities, identifying the peculiarities and characteristic features of the theatres of the Muslim community of Great Britain . Scientific novelty. Peculiarities of theatrical art of Western Muslim communities were studied using the example of Great Britain; on the basis of the analysis of the productions of the "Khayaal Theatre" theatrical campaign, the peculiarities of the understanding of the place, role, and potential of theatrical art by representatives of modern Muslim communities in Europe were considered; the activity of the theatre of the multi-national Islamic school with education in English "SOBIS" (Cardiff) was analysed in the context of preserving the traditions of the Islamic theatre. Conclusions. The rich culture and spiritual experience of the Islamic world, represented in the productions of Western Muslim communities, exerts a noticeable influence on modern European society. The study revealed that the development of theatrical art in Western Muslim communities in the late 20th and early 21st centuries testifies to the selective integration of the leading trends of European performing arts, the attraction to multiculturalism, provided that traditional cultural and religious Islamic values are preserved. The originality of the scenographic solution, which has a direct connection with Islamic history, its visual and architectural heritage, expresses the ideas and values of Muslims. The main Muslim theatre companies in the UK are Khayaal Theatre, Ulfa Arts, Arakan Creative, Muju and others. Interactive forms of theatre, in particular forum-theatre, can become a powerful way of interacting and informing about the issues of British Muslim identity. Characteristic features of the activities of the theatres of the Muslim community of Great Britain are: honouring and popularising the philosophical-aesthetic, literary and artistic Islamic traditions; development of a diverse repertoire in order to reach a wide audience; promotion of intercultural dialogue, interaction of traditional and modern, mutual understanding between Muslims and people of other faiths and traditions.

The purpose of the article is to provide systematization and synthesis of data concerning the history of the separate directions of musical art in Ukraine in the XX century. Methodology. General scientific methods of research, analytical, typological, semantic, and comparative analysis - are applied to the terminological definition of a conceptual framework of the history of musical art and justification of its theoretical art criticism application. The scientific novelty consists in consideration of musical art in Ukraine in the XX century as a certain welfare community. Conclusions. The article considers the history of certain areas of musical art in Ukraine in the twentieth century. It was established that at the stage of the emergence of musical art in Ukraine, the initial music of a syncretic nature developed. This trend consisted in the fact that music, dance, song, and poetry were in constant unity and, accompanied both ceremonies, rites and rituals, and everyday life. During the twentieth century, Ukrainian music in a significant variety of genres and forms is widespread in our country and beyond. Ukrainian artists actively mastered classical European instrumental genres, including the Baroque suite, chamber sonata, trio, quartet, quintet. It was at this time that the aesthetics of the Art Nouveau era dictated an appeal to the style of impressionism, expressionism, and other directions of Art Nouveau (in association with traditional genres, forms, and means of musical expressiveness). This has had an appropriate impact on the field of music education. The development of Ukrainian professional music is associated with the evolution of Ukrainian statehood, which only in the 20th century received the driving forces for formation. This state dynamics influenced the development of Ukrainian culture (and musical art) as an integrated system that is necessary for the active development of the society of Ukraine and the international community as a whole. Speaking about the interaction following the results of the ХХ century of innovations and traditions (archaics) in the musical art of Ukraine, it should be pointed out that any tradition is an innovation in the past, and any innovation is potentially a tradition in the future. In addition, it is important that novelty and archaic in the composer's work should complement each other. It is through this trend that innovations in musical art differ significantly from innovations in technology, where a return to archaic cannot be considered an innovative development.
