This paper discusses recent developments in financial inclusion and financial literacy in Kyrgyz Republic. While financial inclusion is considered one of the key drivers of today's development, it is quite new to Kyrgyz Republic. The first attempts to introduce the notion of financial inclusion arose after a violent power shift in 2010. The economy experienced an overall decline, the banking sector shrank, and financial intermediation slowed down. The National Bank introduced a number of regulatory measures to tighten the supervision of financial sector and increase consumer protection. Some of the efforts have worked well: the banking sector has rebounded, savings have been mobilized, and financial markets have started developing. However, national development patterns, such as unstable economic growth, a high poverty rate, and weak governance are the key vulnerabilities for increasing inclusivity of financial products and services. Income inequality, especially when comparing rural versus urban areas, is substantial and restricts access to financial services for the rural population. Small and medium-sized enterprises face barriers for getting sufficient financing because of high collateral requirements. The population has a low level of financial literacy and is reluctant to use modern financial services. Our analysis suggests that there is an urgent need for consolidated efforts to include more people and businesses into financial activities, mobilize their savings, and improve access to credit.

This paper examines the economic promotion of a small country in the case of Slovenia, which is facing certain economic and social problems. One reason for this is the current financial and economic crisis, which is continuing to affect the country´s economy. Economic promotion is therefore very important for Slovenia and its economic performance in both the short and long run.

У статті розглянуті підходи до визначення сутності академічного підприємництва, наведені основні складові сучасної інноваційної інфраструктури. Виявлено роль технопарків і бізнес-інкубаторів як пріоритетних складових академічного підприємництва у формуванні інноваційної економіки України. Досліджено, що академічне підприємництво сприяє розвитку підприємств, підвищенню інноваційності країни та формуванню її конкурентних переваг. Значну роль у національному розвитку академічного підприємництва відіграє держава, яка формує законодавчу базу, регламентує процес формування наукомістких технологій та їхню комерціалізацію. Для підвищення ефективності комерціалізації результатів науково-дослідної роботи в Україні необхідною є державна законодавча підтримка патентно-ліцензійної діяльності та трансферу технологій вітчизняних ВНЗ і науково-дослідницьких інститутів (установ), створення спеціалізованих загальноукраїнських і галузевих організацій із трансферу технологій, посилення мотивації науково-педагогічного персоналу до розробки інноваційних технологій, здійснення винаходів, патентування і ліцензування важливих для народного господарства результатів науково-дослідної роботи. Запропоновано механізм формування академічного підприємництва в процесі підвищення ефективності підприємств і розвитку національної інноваційної економіки. Визначено основні джерела фінансування інноваційних проектів в сучасних умовах господарювання. Проаналізовано проблеми та перспективи розвитку академічного підприємництва в Україні з урахуванням особливостей національної економіки. ; In the article approaches to the definition of the essence of academic entrepreneurship are considered, the main components of the modern innovation infrastructure are given. The role of technology parks and business incubators as priority components of academic entrepreneurship in shaping the innovative economy of Ukraine has been revealed. It has been studied that academic entrepreneurship promotes the development of enterprises, increases the country's innovation and the formation of its competitive advantages. A significant role in the national development of academic entrepreneurship is played by the state, which forms the legislative base, regulates the process of formation of high technologies and their commercialization. To increase the efficiency of commercialization of research results in Ukraine, it is necessary to provide state legislative support for patent-licensing activities and the transfer of technologies of domestic VNZ and research institutes (institutions), the creation of specialized all-Ukrainian and branch organizations from technology transfer, strengthening the motivation of scientific and pedagogical staff To the development of innovative technologies, the implementation of inventions, patenting and licensed Not important for the national economy of the results of scientific research work.The mechanism of formation of academic entrepreneurship in the process of increasing the efficiency of enterprises and innovation economy development is offered. The main sources of financing innovative projects in the current economic conditions are determined. The problems and prospects for the development of academic entrepreneurship in Ukraine are analyzed taking into account the peculiarities of the national economy.

Die indische Wirtschaft ist auch anch der 1991 begonnen Liberalisierung immer noch zu einem Gutteil staatlich gelenkt. Dennoch hat die Marktöffnung Indien seine bisher elf besten Jahre beschert: ein hohes reales Wirtschaftswachstum von durchschnittlich 5,4%, Währungsreserven von heute 50 Mrd. US$, eine allgemein verbesserte Zahlungsbilanz und abnehmende Inflationsneigung. Nach Abschaffung der Importlizenzierung und stufenweiser Reduzierung der Zöller erschlossen sich die indischen Märkte erstmals für Lieferanten außerhalb des Landes. Dies war auch für die indischen Konsumenten von Vorteil. Sie konnten fortan aus einem größeren und qualitative verbesserten Warenangebot auswählen. Darüber hinaus entstanden neue Wirtschaftszweige wie die Informationstechnologie und neue Unternehmen, wie das Chemieunternehmen Reliance und das Pharmaunternehmen Ranbaxy, die international wettbewerbsfähig sind. Die Wirtschaftsbereiche, die von den Reformen nur marginal oder gar nicht erfasst wurden, wie etwa die Landwirtschaft oder der Small Sektor der Scale Industries, haben eher das Nachsehen.
