Les élections municipales et autonomiques qui se sont déroulées le 22 mai 2011 en Espagne représentent le plus important succès électoral du Parti Populaire à l'échelle territoriale. Ce papier analyse les données du scrutin, en observant la participation électorale, la répartition territoriale des votes obtenus par chacune des formations politiques, de même que la position de ces élections municipales et autonomiques dans le cycle électoral des vingt dernières années. Après avoir traité des explications globales de ce renversement, il se focalise sur la Catalogne, où seules avaient lieu les élections municipales ; Municipal and autonomic elections, which took place in May 2011 in Spain, represent the largest electoral victory for the Popular Party at the territorial level. This paper analyzes data polling , scrutinizing voters' turnout, the territorial distribution of electoral votes obtained by each party as well as the position of the autonomic and municipal elections within the electoral cycle of the last twenty years. En septiembre de 1955, un movimiento encabezado por las Fuerzas Armadas junto con la adhesión de numerosos sectores civiles, dieron fin al gobierno peronista mediante un golpe de estado. Luego del mismo, y del fracaso del proyecto conciliador del General Eduardo Lonardi, el presidente Pedro Eugenio Aramburu habilitó una serie de acciones tendientes a revisar el "régimen depuesto". En este marco surgieron las denominadas Comisiones Investigadoras con la finalidad de obtener herramientas justificadoras de la persecución y proscripción del peronismo. En este trabajo analizaremos los expedientes que elaboró la denominada "Comisión n° 22", la cual tuvo a su cargo la investigación sobre lo actuado en YPF durante el gobierno peronista, enfocándonos en los tipos de denuncias que se hallaron en los mismos. La hipótesis que guía este artículo es que no solamente la Revolución Libertadora impugnaba la politización de YPF, que la habría llevado a la decadencia y por ende a la "entrega del petróleo", sino que lo que resultaba ahora inadmisible era la fidelidad al peronismo que todavía expresaban los agentes de la empresa estatal luego de 1955. The article is devoted to the issue of the interaction of sacred and artistic words in the individual author's era. The purpose of the study is to trace how N.S. Leskov's poetics reflected his attentive attitude to the originality of the biblical word. The material is the story "Languor of the Spirit", the title and epigraph of which are quotations from the book of Ecclesiastes. On the basis of biblical and literary texts, the semantics of the combination "languor of the spirit" is determined. The study of the corresponding motive in Leskov's story necessitated the analysis of the work based on the concept of the dialogue of "literature" and "language arts", developed by S.S. Averintsev. The article indicates the main lines of comparison of the two creative principles formulated by the scientist. The features of "language arts" indicated by Averintsev are compared with the specifics of the genre, architectonics, plot, images of the heroes of Leskov's story, thanks to which the dominants of poetics are established: an image of the world as an "olam", an absence of portrait and landscape descriptions, a special concept of memory, an organization of the metaphysical perspective of the narrative around the motif of languor of the spirit. The results of the analysis allow to conclude about the interdependence of the elements of "literature" and "language arts" in the artistic creativity of the writer.

In our target article (Markowitz & Bowerman 2011), we reported findings from a series of surveys suggesting that a large majority of Americans possess positive attitudes towards reducing consumption, with implications for individual and policy actions. Commentators Katherine Arbuthnott, Keith Brown, and Susan Clayton draw attention to both strengths and weaknesses in our target manuscript and raise important points about the role of consumption‐related attitudes and norms in shaping behavior and policy. As readers following this prior discussion are aware, our initial research centered around a consistent finding regarding Oregonians' attitudes towards consumption: across a series of state‐wide surveys and in‐depth interviews, we found that the vast majority of Oregonians agreed that "Our country would be better off if we all consumed less." At the same time, we found decidedly mixed support regarding the translation of such "de‐consumption" beliefs into actual behavior and policy preferences. All three of the commentators appear to share our own guarded optimism regarding the potential implications of these findings for confronting issues related to over‐consumption (e.g., climate change). We are largely in agreement with the various points and critiques each raises and herein aim to offer an actionable response.

This paper addresses the relative lack of studies of military phenomena by ethnonmethdology and conversation analysis (EMCA). It focuses in particular on Garfinkel's unique adequacy requirement of methods – the utility of which is argued still remains - and addresses the perceived (and actual) limitations of a researcher's absence of first-hand 'military' experience may raise. It argues 'limitations' can potentially be addressed through reflection upon what constitutes a military phenomenon and what corresponding uniquely adequate familiarity the researcher therefore may have. When issues of correspondence still remain, it is suggested (and illustrated) that creative EMCA methodologies can frequently overcome them through the judicious use of various data collection practices and analysis in light of that assessment. The ultimate aim of this paper is to suggest ways of opening-up to greater ethnomethodological scrutiny under-researched phenomena of military, militarism and militarisation practice. An important additional aim is to illustrate that methodological attention to 'unique adequacy' can usefully be deployed in the research design of non-ethnomethodological formal analytic studies of military phenomena (and indeed non-military phenomena): Critical Military Studies is used as perspicuous example of this. ; + Sprache: eng
