Abstract
The author enters an already old dispute, that is, whether a countеrpart of the notion of philosophy could be encountered in the traditional India, upholds the view that the term ānvīkṣikī (lit. "investigation") was nearest to it and traces its meaning along the texts on dharma, politics, poetics and philosophy properly. Two main avenues to the understanding of philosophy's vocations in India have been paved in the Mānavadharmaśāstra, along with the commentaries thereon and by Kamandaki, the author of the Nītisāra (as the knowledge of Ātman) and in the Arthaśāstra and the Nyāya texts composed by Vātsyāyana and Uddyotakara (as a metascience helping the other branches of knowledge bear their fruits). Therefore philosophy in India as well was regarded as the duality of ideological and methodological constituents, while the emphasis on analytic practice in the definitions of ānvīkṣikī (Wittgenstein's conception of philosophy as a practice is also referred to in this context) paves a good promise for comparative philosophy.

The article specifies the place of contrastive linguistics in linguistic
research, how it is different from the other linguistic disciplines based on language
comparison: comparative-historical linguistics, translation studies and typology. In
particular, the author comments on one of the main concepts of contrastive linguistics
formulated by A.A. Reformatsky: when comparing facts of language, one must study those descriptive categories in which these facts are presented in each of the languages.
Using a number of examples of Russian (conjunctions a to, prichem and the
preposition krome), the author shows that comparing languages can lead to a revision
of the categorial apparatus in a particular grammar area of one of them. This becomes
possible due to the development of new contrastive analysis methods, for instance,
unidirectional and bidirectional analysis. Thus, contrastive linguistics can solve not
only practical problems, mostly related to foreign languages teaching, but also
contribute to theoretical language description.

This essay argues that George Lamming's In the Castle of My Skin presents an aesthetic quest into an alternative Caribbean subjecthood built on the capacity of feeling. Studying various dimensions of affectivity along with what Raymond Williams called "structures of feeling," it examines the feeling of "my people" in its "dominant," "residual," and "emergent" dimensions. The author considers first how the dominant image of "my people" as "the enemy" gains consent from the characters and supports the hegemony of the ruling class. He then explores the African past illustrated in the haunted dream of Pa as the residual aspect of "my people" and the characters' negative feelings toward it. Finally, taking Trumper's Pan-African vision of "my people" as an emergent cultural form, the author analyzes how the novel shows the ways in which the form falls short of what Lamming identifies as "the peasant sensibility," a Caribbean tradition of feeling toward the land.

The article presents data from a theoretical and empirical analysis of the parameters that are significant for the full development of the problem of self-realization: self-attitude ("self-compassion"), coping behavior, resilience, vitality. The results of the factor analysis of the self-realization questionnaire are presented, which make it possible to identify the three main components of the concept under study, and the self-realization analysis scheme is also indicated, including the determinants and consequences/results of the process.Based on a theoretical analysis, the author concludes that there are disparate points of view on the structure of self-realization and the presence of parameters that are not included in complex models, but have convincingly proven connections with the phenomenon under study. The author has introduced some parameters into the structure of the self-realization construct, which were previously expressed by other researchers, and also presents a statistical justification for this inclusion.

Malcolm X's appeal to the African Heads of State at the 1964 Organization of African Unity (OAU) meeting was necessary to strengthen the Pan-African bonds between Africans and African-Americans during that time. Following the anti-communism push in the post-WWII United States, many Black leaders disassociated with the anti-colonial movements in Africa and began to have a more domestic focus in their pursuit of freedom. While Malcolm X had consistently viewed the struggle of African-Americans as connected to the independence struggle of continental Africans, his 1964 appeal was a high mark. Through a comparative analysis of the speeches of the African Heads of State from this OAU summit, the author explores the way those leaders addressed the African-American, South African, and Palestinian struggles differently. Based on that study, the author concludes that Malcolm's appeal to these leaders was necessary if the African-American problem was going to gain more attention from them.

The article presents the military relations between Poland and the Soviet Union in the years 1921-1939, from the end of the war between Poland and the Bolshevik Russia until the beginning of World War II. Its content has been divided into four subchapters, in the first of which the author analyzes the state of research on the topic in question and the state of preservation of sources in Polish and foreign archives. In the following subsections, the author presents the military relations between Poland and the USSR in three periods: in the years 1921-1926, 1926-1935 and 1935-1939. The last subsection is key to the undertaken research problem. It contains findings on the changes in the mutual military relations to the disadvantage of Poland, in connection with the rapid expansion and modernization of the Red Army and the difficulties of the Polish military intelligence in their assessment and difficulties in recognizing the reconstructed cooperation between the USSR and Germany.

In the article, the author continues to study the features of the domestic form of government, dwelling on the content of the principle of separation of powers and its implementation in the public administration system of the Russian Federation. An analysis of the evolutionary development of the domestic form of government made it possible to identify the essential features and characteristic properties of the Russian system of public authority. Having considered the constitutional and legal status of the highest bodies of state power and administration - President of the Russian Federation, Government of the Russian Federation, Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, as well as their functioning and interaction with each other in the light of the constitutional amendments of 2020, the author substantiates the model of the form of state government that has developed in the Russian Federation, which he proposes to call as constitutional monocracy.

Differences in the definitions of digital financial assets, digital currency and cryptocurrencies cause difficulties not only for law enforcement officers, but also in the science of Criminal Law. The author's research has shown that the term "cryptocurrency" is not included in the concept of digital currency, and moreover cryptocurrencies are not digital financial assets. Cryptocurrencies are defined by the author as a virtual asset that can be an object of financial activity and, together with digital rights and digital currency, all types of virtual assets are involved in monetary circulation, and, accordingly, the relations that develop in this area are subject to criminal protection as a type of financial activity. The author substantiates the conclusion that the list of objects protected by criminal law should include economic (financial) relations, part of which are legal relations in the sphere of turnover of virtual assets. The place of such legal relations in the section of crimes against the economy has been determined.

The article is devoted to the study of the current state of scientific and educational relations between Russia and the states of the Eurasian Economic Union. The current mechanisms of cooperation in this area are studied, conjunctural and systemic barriers to integration are identified, taking into account deep changes in the geopolitical and geo-economic sense, and the prospects for overcoming them are assessed. Special attention is paid to the study of promising cooperative projects that, according to the author, can not only give a "fresh" impetus to the general practice of scientific and educational interaction in the EAEU, but also bring the cooperation of the states of the region to a new level of interaction, provide the much-needed complexity to the entire project of Eurasian integration. In conclusion, the author attempts to build further projections of integration in the field of education, science and training in the Eurasian direction.

The article is dedicated to the 50-th anniversary of the Slavonic Languages Department of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Regional Studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University. The article describes the life of the department through the eyes of a teacher, who has had the luck of being a member of its staff all these years.
With teaching Bulgarian as an example, the article traces the transformation of the department from being an interfaculty one attributed to the Philological Faculty to gaining the status of a department that produces graduates with majors in Slavonic languages at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Regional Studies. The author describes challenges that the department has faced and analyses the unfortunate reasons why the department has stopped administering majors in Slavonic languages.
The author concludes that the department is a living organism directly related to the country's life and depending on its strategy in development of education.

Abstract
The most important records of the Austro-Hungarian administrative history of Bosnia and Herzegovina are kept in the fonds of the Provincial Government in Sarajevo and of the Joint Ministry of Finance, Department for Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Vienna, both forming part of the collection of the Archives of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo and together amounting to approximately 2000 shelf metres. The author looks here through the lens of "colonial archives" to assess the missed potential of the two fonds for writing the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina, pointing out that historians have hitherto used them primarily to study political history and a few segments of socio-economic history, neglecting recent approaches to re-establishing archives' value for research. Yet, as the author shows, the so-called "archival turn" would prove to be an asset in deepening the understanding not only of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Austro-Hungarian imperial history, but its history more generally.

This article does not deepen the insight on technical aspects related to artificial intelligence and facial recognition, but it highlights how relevant privacy aspects are also inside an IoT ecosystem. Furthermore, the author points out the risks of some resources found online, exposing face images, in the compliance with GDPR and privacy rules process. Indeed, adopting artificial intelligence to realize human face images of people who do not exist but realized starting from real persons can have consequences on data protection rules and the possible misuse by everyone who can retrieve them. Artificial intelligence might foster synthetic identity, or, better, artificial intelligence synthetic identity cases, building human profiles using particulars belonging to different persons. The author proposes an approach based on the innovative data protection and privacy relationships model (DAPPREMO) to address any activity or process related to data protection and privacy due to having a broader view of any investigation's subject.

Several specialists on this area of knowledge have been studying UNASUR's failure by using different explanatory factors. For the development of this essay, the author decides to select three of them, provided by the existing literature, so as to identify whether if there are elements in the integration statements, exit or permanence, and governmental policies of a hierarchy and the presence of those explanations related to 1) intergovernmentality vs supranationality 2) national policies relationship vs foreign policy; and identity: bolivarianism versus national identity. Explanations regarding the US hegemonic weight and the progressive isolation of Brazil since the end of Lula da Silva's term have been left out of this essay. For the analysis of these explanations, the statements of the actors are taken into account and not the texts of the analysts, which only allow us to identify the elements under study introduced by the author at the beginning of this research.

ABSTRACT
Leviticus 25 details legislation for the regularized practice of economic relief in sabbatical and jubilee years. Earlier scholarship described the jubilee legislation as utopian in order to question its feasibility. In contrast, this article employs the term as a critical lens through which to better appreciate the shape and character of the jubilee legislation. Building on scholarship on utopian literature as well as work on the role of law in utopian literature, the author argues that the author of Leviticus 25 employs distinctive economic practices, an idyllic description of Israelite society, and unique terminology and ritual practices for the jubilee in order to present its plausible utopian economic vision for Israelite society. This utopian legislation envisions a credible alternative to the existing practices of ancient Israelite society even if its specific historical context is difficult to determine and its specific statutes could be regarded as dystopian by some members of this society.

Dominic Ongwen was reported and became a suspect in the ICC trial for the heinous assault case of the Ugandan people. Dominic Ongwen with the background of a former child soldier can be projected as a relevant subject to analyze the psychology of crime. The research conducted by this author uses a descriptive type of research, which aims to enable the researcher to explain what it is about a legal event or legal condition. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative. In this paper, the author tries to analyze PTSD and its correlation to crimes against humanity that occurred in Uganda. Interference of an LRA commander, Dominic Ongwen, with acts of atrocities in attacks on Ugandan civilians. which is a controversial trial in this case, suspect Dominic Ongwen considers himself a hidden victim in the case that was brought to the ICC court. Conclusion the psychological causes of PTSD in Dominic Ongwen that resulted in the brutal assault he commanded in Uganda.
