While research on CSR has so far been largely developed at the macro level, looking at the impact of these policies on employees (individual level of analysis or micro CSR) is an innovative approach (Rupp et al., 2006). Indeed, the employees are the functional core in the success of the CSR policy. They are more likely to evaluate and react to CSR activities. CSR can be considered from the perspective of organizational justice theories (Rupp, 2011). In particular, through third-party justice research (DeCremer and van Hiel, 2006, Skarlicki and Kulik, 2005), it is possible to examine employees' perceptions of their organization's policy towards external stakeholders. Employees can judge the distributive, procedural and interactional justice of their organization (Colquitt et al., 2001).The purpose of this thesis is precisely to study the consequences of justice perceptions towards external stakeholders on employee attitudes and behaviors, including organizational commitment. It is also important to understand the mechanisms that link employees' perception of justice with their attitudinal and behavioral responses because each employee is unique in his own psychological reactions. We propose to integrate the deontic justice with other psychological mechanisms in mediation or moderation to better explain organizational commitment. ; Alors que jusqu'à présent les recherches sur la RSE se sont principalement situées à un niveau macroéconomique, s'intéresser aux conséquences de ces politiques sur les employés (la micro RSE) représente une approche novatrice (Rupp et al., 2006). Les employés peuvent ainsi juger la justice distributive, procédurale et interactionnelle de leur entreprise (Colquitt et al., 2001).L'objet de cette thèse est précisément d'étudier les conséquences des perceptions de justice envers les parties prenantes externes sur les attitudes et comportements des employés, notamment l'engagement organisationnel. Il est également important de comprendre les mécanismes sous-jacents qui lient perception de justice des employés et leurs réactions attitudinales et comportementales car chaque employé est unique dans ses propres réactions psychologiques. Nous proposons ainsi d'intégrer la justice déontique avec d'autres mécanismes psychologiques en médiation ou en modération pour mieux expliquer l'engagement organisationnel.

"Das Arbeitspapier richtet sich an alle, die einen Einstieg in die Sozialpolitikforschung suchen und bietet einen Überblick über die zentrale Konzeptionen, Theorien und Wirkungen von Sozialpolitik. Sozialpolitik war von jeher ein schillernder Begriff und entzieht sich einer allumfassenden Definition, weshalb sowohl eine engere Konzeption als auch weiter gefasste Varianten der Sozialpolitik diskutiert werden. Die enge Konzeption bezieht sich auf 'Sozialpolitik als Staatstätigkeit' und wird dann auf sektoraler, funktionaler und territorialer Ebene erweitert. Die Theorien zur Entstehung, zum Wandel, zum Umbau und den nationalen Unterschieden der Sozialpolitik werden systematisch nach drei dominierenden Schulen (Funktionalismus, Machtressourcenansatz, Institutionalismus) abgehandelt und kritisch kommentiert. Im letzten Teil werden die sozialen, wirtschaftlichen und politischen Wirkungen sozialpolitischer Interventionen erörtert. Abstract
Social learning is a critical adaptation for dealing with different forms of variability. Uncertainty is a severe form of variability where the space of possible decisions or probabilities of associated outcomes are unknown. We identified four theoretically important sources of uncertainty: temporal environmental variability; payoff ambiguity; selection-set size; and effective lifespan. When these combine, it is nearly impossible to fully learn about the environment. We develop an evolutionary agent-based model to test how each form of uncertainty affects the evolution of social learning. Agents perform one of several behaviours, modelled as a multi-armed bandit, to acquire payoffs. All agents learn about behavioural payoffs individually through an adaptive behaviour-choice model that uses a softmax decision rule. Use of vertical and oblique payoff-biased social learning evolved to serve as a scaffold for adaptive individual learning – they are not opposite strategies. Different types of uncertainty had varying effects. Temporal environmental variability suppressed social learning, whereas larger selection-set size promoted social learning, even when the environment changed frequently. Payoff ambiguity and lifespan interacted with other uncertainty parameters. This study begins to explain how social learning can predominate despite highly variable real-world environments when effective individual learning helps individuals recover from learning outdated social information.

This is an open access book. Massive development of the internet in the current era of openness delivers enormous benefits for easy access to information for both individual users, groups and governments. However on the other hand, this development has also resulted in various types of challenges with certain consequences, one of the challenges is guaranteeing the security of access to personal data. The important role of personal data is to complete individual rights, such as in obtaining social security, banking services, conducting general elections and others, as in this case the presence of the state in participating in ensuring the confidentiality of personal data is very necessary. The State through the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in Article 28G clearly stipulates "every person has the right on protection for his/herself, family, honor, dignity, and property of objects that under his/her power, and entitled on a sense of safe and protection from the threat of fear to do or not to do something which is a human right". Along with the development of information through the internet, technology continues to find various applications and various variations of new technology. Technological growth is directly align to development growth and impulsively drives population movement. As the object and subject of development, the population is recognized, identified, sorted and analyzed as the development policies implemented capable to be targeted. Population data and information thus occupy a very strategic position. Through Law Number 52 of 2009 on the Population Development and Family Development, the central government and local one are given the mandate to collect, process and present data and information on population and family. These efforts can be done through censuses, surveys and family data collection. One of the developed and applied technologies is the development of Big Data technology. Big Data technology utilized to improve public services provided by the government. The development of this technology consistently utilized to build a complete and centralized database in a single identity. In its implementation, the government has opportunities and challenges to take advantage of this technology. Some of the challenges are related to data security and the community's perspective on managing their population data. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study of the application of this technology from various scientific sides to address the opportunities and challenges, especially regarding the security of population data and the behavior of the society towards the guarantee of population data which is managed in the current era of openness. Based on the background above, the D-4 Demographic and Civil Registration Study Program, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta Vocational School will hosting an Online International Seminar on Demography and Civil Registration with main theme: "Challenges on Population Data Security, Demographic Behavior and Transformation in the Openness Era".

The article delves into the intricate domain of experimental research about linguistic consciousness dynamics. The exploration of linguistic consciousness dynamics encompasses a multifaceted examination that includes the analysis of how social, cultural, and psychological factors contribute to the formation of linguistic consciousness, the delineation of the developmental patterns it follows, the methodological principles that underpin its analysis, and the utilization of experimental techniques for its thorough investigation. The emergence of consciousness as a precise regulator of human behaviour is rooted in a complex interplay of inherent and acquired elements, all of which materialize during socialization. It is imperative to acknowledge that knowledge does not arise from unmediated perception; instead, perception is structured by cognitive models and schemas. Within the purview of the article, we underscore the efficacy of employing experimental methodologies, specifically those drawn from the realm of psycholinguistics, as a potent avenue for determining the precise position of specific concepts and the semantics of particular words within the intricate hierarchy of meanings and thoughts held by native speakers. The empirical data derived from experimental inquiries into the dynamics of linguistic consciousness serves as compelling affirmation for the existence of systematicity within this cognitive realm. Crucially, this systematicity does not represent an immutable trait etched indelibly into individuals; instead, it emerges due to their progressively deepening comprehension of the tangible world and the accrual of a more extensive spectrum of social experiences.

Abstract We contend that previous work on children's identification with social groups has looked at the mere categorization of the self in group terms and not subjective identification properly conceived. Drawing upon self‐categorization theory, the present research operationalizes identification as self‐stereotyping (i.e. the ability to conceive of the self in group‐relevant terms). Children's self‐stereotyping was explored in two studies using gender as the relevant ingroup. Study 1 required 5‐, 7‐ and 10‐year‐old children, on two separate occasions, to rate their similarity to, and difference from, same‐sex peers. Relative to the control condition, when gender had been made salient, children perceived significantly greater similarity, and smaller difference, between themselves and same‐sex peers, thus providing evidence of a capacity for self‐stereotyping and, hence, for subjective identification with a social category. Similarly, Study 2 sought trait ratings of the self both when gender had been made salient and when it had not. Boys of all ages (though not girls) rated ingroup‐stereotypical traits (such as bravery and strength) to be more characteristic of the self when gender was salient than when it was not. Together, these findings suggest that the capacity for subjective identification with social groups is present at least by the age of 5 years. Moreover, they demonstrate that children's self‐conceptions are contextually variable.

Until recently, the social-technical process of invention has fallen between sociological investigation of the genesis of a new idea (an ideational phenomenon) and the production of a new technology (a material phenomenon). The advent of post-modernism and post-structuralism offered new avenues for theorising invention, accounting for, on the one hand, its material nature, and, on the other, its ideational nature, through the notion of socio-technical ensembles: phenomena constructed through the co-producing, mutually constitutive action of actants (both human and otherwise). This paper argues that despite its potential, theorising within the sociology of science and technology is hampered by insufficient attention to the role of the researcher and the concept and practice of reflexivity. Reflexive practices within this field of knowledge are explored, and drawing on an empirical case study of an antibiotic preparation, a case is made for the necessity of reflexivity in the production of knowledge about invention.

This research aims to provide an overview of studies on knowledge sharing in Vietnam. Knowledge sharing is crucial in fostering innovation, collaboration, and organizational learning. Understanding the dynamics, challenges, and best practices of knowledge sharing in the Vietnamese context can contribute to developing effective strategies for knowledge management and transfer. The study utilizes a comprehensive literature review, including academic research, case studies, and reports, to examine various aspects of knowledge sharing in Vietnam. It explores the cultural, social, and economic factors influencing knowledge-sharing behaviors and practices among individuals, organizations, and communities.

Structural equation modeling was used to investigate the predictive associations between end of kindergarten academic, social behavioral, and biotic influences on end of third grade academic achievement among a nationally representative sample of low-socioeconomic (SES) children residing in urban areas. Findings validate the understanding that developmental and learning trajectories start early and are influenced by multifaceted factors. Understanding factors that positively and negatively affect learning and development among urban low-SES children informs intervention strategies potentially moderating the gaps that exist in these areas among SES groups.
