; The article explores the capabilities of applied swimming training on the basis the use of private motor experience students. The notion of basic skills of applied swimming technique economization is formulated. It was found that training basic skills of economization is most effective improves technical performance in the applied swimming. It was found that the use in the educational process methods of cascade economization technical elements of applied swimming can achieve the best performance of technical readiness of military service men. The results of the pedagogical experiment characterizing differences in performance control exercises by subjects of experimental and control groups are presented.

This paper considers the emergence of objects as something economic, in terms of their exchange value, & investigates the processes that have made this economization of society possible. The author draws on the thinking of Michel Foucault (1978) to consider the apprehension, anxiety, & tension that have accompanied this economization as a part of the process of the constitution of the (post)modern society. With the adoption of economics as the driving force of life, the lives of people have suffered. Work is valued only for its remuneration. True quality of life has been replaced by economic enhancement & the acquisition of objects.

The ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan constitute a large-scale program of transformation of the key principles of the country's development. The reforms are especially focused on the economy and this is reflected in Uzbekistan's foreign policy, which is increasingly acquiring the features of "economization". The strengthening of the trend towards economization is closely linked with the development of such a new component of Uzbek diplomacy as soft power, which is already showing its effectiveness at the regional level, bringing economic dividends as well. At the conceptual level, Uzbekistan's modern foreign policy creates the phenomenon of "multidimensional strategic cooperation," which in turn puts the dominant view on the foreign policy of the Central Asian countries as multi-vector in question.

International Journal of Urban and Regional Research Vol.38 Nr. 5, 1712 - 1731 ; European spatial governance is becoming an intriguing mix of ideas from the economic, political and cultural spheres. This article asserts that, in the EU's spatial planning, the cluster is increasingly part of a hybrid spatial politics, here named the 'cluster gaze', based on the interplay of innovation-oriented political rationality and spatial governance. To study this process, the article provides an empirical investigation into selected EU documentation. The investigation is based on two perspectives. First, the cluster is analysed as a mediating instrument to stimulate and rescale transnational market developments in the EU. Second, the cluster is studied as an instrument of spatial management - one that builds on a business managerial ethos and endorses a specific hierarchical spatial imaginary and a cluster evidence base to assess the productivity and efficiency of European clusters. Both of these perspectives pave the way for a European 'politics of cluster excellence' that is about the constant sharpening of cluster practices, continuous evaluation and ranking, and the enhancement of cluster performance to rise from the 'European league' towards the 'world class'.

Intended as an introduction, this article aims to highlight some of the lessons that stem from the different contributions that compose this issue on the "politics of economization". Referring to the paradox that is underlying this particular form of politization, we draw attention on three analytical figures that are found in all the presented studies, though at varying degrees and through different formulas. According to this initial inventory, we address the politics of economization following three dimensions: (1) in the first dimension they should be understood as a bypassing of politics; (2) in the second dimension it is necessary to understand them in their opposition to politics; (3) in the third dimension they are best understood as politics that are not spelled out as such. These three dimensions are referred to the concepts of "subpolitics", "anti-politics" and "quasi-politics"; we propose a definition for each of these dimensions. Adapted from the source document.
We live in the era of the knowledge-based economy, and this has major implications for the ways in which states, cities and even supranational political units are spatially planned, governed and developed. In this book, Sami Moisio delves deeply into the links between the knowledge-based economy and geopolitics, examining a wide range of themes, including city geopolitics and the university as a geopolitical site. Overall, this work shows that knowledge-based "economization" can be understood as a geopolitical process that produces territories of wealth, security, power and belonging. ; We live in the era of the knowledge-based economy, and this has major implications for the ways in which states, cities and even supranational political units are spatially planned, governed and developed. Individuals who are strongly oriented towards market-based values are more likely to devalue groups identified as "unprofitable" from an economic point of view. Drawing on insights from Institutional Anomie Theory (IAT), this study explores economically legitimized prejudice in light of a far-reaching economization of the institutional and cultural structure. Multilevel models using data from the European Social Survey (2018) show that hostility towards immigrants is expressed more among individuals who strongly embrace market-based values and in countries where the institutional structure is dominated by the economy and non-economic social institutions are enfeebled (institutional imbalance). Aggregated market-based values (a "marketized anomic culture") mediate the effect of a) individual market-based values and b) institutional imbalance on anti-immigrant attitudes. This study contributes to a better understanding of group prejudice under conditions of economization. It shows that applying IAT within a multilevel framework offers a fruitful explanation not only for crime but for other sociological phenomena.

During the past decade, the dynamics of crisis in the US-economy was determined by a fact which was hardly noticed: by an economization of non-reproduceable natural ressources, especially of land. Tue government's and TNC's land politics have reached their limits. they have caused an enormously high amount of dept and provoked new forms of local resistance.
