At the end of the 2000s, an independent scene created by young middle-class musicians and visual artists, mostly non-professionals, was formed in Lima. Influenced by the cultura popular, specific to a city that metamorphosed with andean migrations in the last quarter of the 20th century, they present creations that reflect who they are, and have a growing audience in their self-organized concerts and markets, the ferias. It is on the basis of this success, and on the fact that this cultural and organizational proposal seduces and brings together people from various districts of the immense capital, that we propose a study of the mechanisms of social reconstruction in an urban environment. We have thus worked in depth on the construction of Lima and on the categories that are legion there, in order to understand the birth, the success, the challenges of this scene and, above all, what it generates in the city.The movida, as its protagonists call it, operates in the greatest informality, like most of the activities in Lima. It claims its independence with an anti-system speech, while being able to modulate its position towards this system – which corresponds to the State and the institutions for the members of this scene – in order to develop its activities. The artists spread their productions and their speech through social networks which allow them to increase their visibility and their audience outside the media and official channels. They seduce their audience with a critique of capitalist and neoliberal policies, of government corruption, of the powerlessness of institutions and of what they perceive as an injunction to an identity categorization with the praise of "peruanity" or "multiculturalism" in which they do not recognize themselves and of which they are wary of the great media coverage. The article studies the poetry of Clara Janés written during the years close to the Spanish transition (1975-1978). My proposal is to examine the evolution experienced by the identity of women during this period of their literary career. For that, I will consider the collections of poems written by Janés from 1973 to 1986. I will organize my study in three levels. First, I examine the cultural assumptions about women writers in the last years of Francoism and the first years of democracy. Secondly, I will assume the effect of the personal and creative crisis and the influence of Vladimí­r Holan on the work of Janés. In the third place, I will study the closeness between the works of Janés written in the eighties and the Spanish feminist claims of these years. Through these three levels, the main objective of this article is to demonstrate that these works of poetry belong to a creative phase dominated by the conquest of a woman's identity. ; Este artí­culo estudia la poesí­a de Clara Janés escrita durante los años cercanos a la Transición (1975-1978) con el propósito de examinar la evolución que se produce del sujeto mujer a lo largo de este periodo de su trayectoria. Para ello, consideraré los poemarios escritos por Janés desde 1973 hasta 1986 y organizaré mi estudio en tres niveles. En primer lugar, abordaré los presupuestos culturales que definen a la mujer escritora en los años del tardofranquismo y de la primera democracia. En segundo lugar, explicaré el impacto que la crisis creativa y personal de Janés genera en su trayectoria y en qué medida influye en esta etapa el descubrimiento de la poesí­a de Vladimí­r Holan. This dissertation is about the representation of queens in early modern English drama through the tragic figures of Dido in Dido, Queen of Carthage , by Christopher Marlowe, Lady Macbeth in Macbeth and Cleopatra in Antony and Cleopatra by William Shakespeare, as well as the eponymous character in The Duchess of Malfi by John Webster. The theory of the king's two bodies by Ernst Kantorowicz, once applied to queenship, sheds light on the complex alliance between the queens' gender identity and their political authority. This leads to a reflection on the importance of spectatorship, representation and theatricality in their exercise of power. These elements draw a parallel between the characters under scrutiny and a historical figure. As a matter of fact, the Renaissance was a period deeply influenced by feminine reigns, among which that of Elizabeth I in England. Her use of her gender identity and of theatrical representation may offer a useful point of comparison with her fictive counterparts to better understand her influence upon the evolution of the representation of queens on stage. ; Ce mémoire examine la figure des reines dans le théâtre anglais de la première modernité à travers les personnages tragiques de Didon dans Dido, Queen of Carthage , de Christopher Marlowe, de Lady Macbeth dans Macbeth et de Cléopâtre dans Antony and Cleopatra de William Shakespeare, ainsi que du personnage éponyme de The Duchess of Malfi de John Webster. Cela mène à une réflexion sur la place accordée au regard et à la théâtralité dans leur exercice du pouvoir. Ces éléments créent un parallèle entre les personnages étudiés et un personnage historique. En effet, la Renaissance fut une époque fortement marquée par des règnes féminins, notamment celui d'Élisabeth I en Angleterre. Son rapport à son identité de genre et au spectacle permet de la comparer à ses homologues fictives pour mieux comprendre son influence sur l'évolution de la représentation des reines sur scène.

The article explores how the EU populist radical right in opposition to its national governments uses the concept of rights and freedoms when constructing identities. The research is based on a discourse analysis of speeches given by the leader of the French Rassemblement National Marine Le Pen in the run-up to the 2019 European parliamentary elections. The analysis of discursive strategies employed in these texts allows to empirically demonstrate and elaborate some of the existing theories on key ideological and discursive features of the populist radical right and its positions on rights and freedoms. It also shows, however, that these models need to be reviewed or altered in a number of aspects. The research corresponds to the existing models as it shows the opposition the Self vs. the Other to be one of the central elements in the populist radical right discourse. For instance, when speaking about rights and freedoms, Marine Le Pen constructs the identity of the French people and European peoples by opposing them to the negative Other along two axes: vertically – by constructing a populist opposition to the elites – and horizontally – by constructing a nativist opposition to alien identities. The people is predicated to possess various rights, the Rassemblement National is represented as the defender of these rights, while the elites and the aliens are depicted as a threat to these rights. Yet, these oppositions are not always clearly articulated with numerous 'grey zones' systematically constructed: the research demonstrates that the depiction of some actors in a positive or negative way depends on context. The European identity constructed by the populist radical right is also ambivalent: it is not completely rejected although the ongoing European integration project – the EU – is reproached for infringing rights and freedoms. In general, the analysis allows to conclude that the populist radical right in the EU should be regarded as an active contester in the ongoing interpretive struggle over the concept of rights and freedoms rather than its enemy.

Este artículo estudia la poesía de Clara Janés escrita durante los años cercanos a la Transición (1975-1978) con el propósito de examinar la evolución que se produce del sujeto mujer a lo largo de este periodo de su trayectoria. Para ello, consideraré los poemarios escritos por Janés desde 1973 hasta 1986 y organizaré mi estudio en tres niveles. En primer lugar, abordaré los presupuestos culturales que definen a la mujer escritora en los años del tardofranquismo y de la primera democracia. [EN] Even today in the history of Cuban anthropology, little attention is paid to the writer and anthropologist Lydia Cabrera, who has only recently begun to be part of the list of intellectuals in official Cuban culture. However, because of her work and life trajectory, Cabrera can be considered the modern founder of studies on Afro-Cuban religions. The main purpose of this text is to analyse Lydia Cabrera's ethnographic work based on the idea that there was a 'counterpoint', a dialogue, a metaphorical game, between the liminal identity of the author herself – manifested in a racial, cultural, gender, social and political sense – and her interest and dedication to the contribution of slaves and the population of African origin to the history, culture and, ultimately, the identity of their Cuban homeland. ; [ES] Todavía hoy en la historia de la antropología cubana se presta poca atención a la escritora y antropóloga Lydia Cabrera, quien solo muy recientemente ha empezado a formar parte de la nómina intelectual de la cultura cubana oficial. Sin embargo, en función de su obra y trayectoria vital puede considerarse a Cabrera como la fundadora moderna de los estudios sobre las religiones afrocubanas. El objeto central de este texto es analizar el trabajo etnográfico de Lydia Cabrera a partir de la idea de que existe un contrapunteo, un diálogo, un juego metafórico, entre la identidad liminar de la propia autora -manifiesta en un sentido racial, cultural, de género, social y político- y su interés y dedicación a la aportación de los esclavos y la población de origen africano a la historia, a la cultura y, en última instancia, a la identidad misma de su patria cubana. ; Este trabajo se ha llevado a cabo formando parte del Proyecto Connected Worlds: The Caribbean, Origin of Modern World (ConnecCaribbean). Este artículo examina la trayectoria política de Julio Troxler, a fin de identificar cómo se expresaron en los posicionamientos de este militante las reconfiguraciones identitarias de la izquierda peronista (IP). En este sentido, abordaremos la forma en la que fueron apareciendo en su discurso político los tópicos característicos de esa izquierda, como son el tercermundismo, la reivindicación del socialismo y la oposición a la "burocracia" sindical y política del movimiento.A su vez, dado que Troxler no puede ser fácilmente encuadrado en ninguna de las organizaciones del heterogéneo campo de la IP, nos proponemos indagar en la red de individuos y grupos a la que pertenecía, ya que la misma posibilitó a esas expresiones resignificar conjuntamente su identidad peronista. In this regard, we will address the way in which the characteristic topics of that left, such as Third-Worldism, the vindication of socialism and the opposition of the union and political "bureaucracy" of the movement, appeared in his political discourse.At the same time, since Troxler cannot be easily related to any of the heterogeneous PL field organizations, we intend to inquire into the network of individuals and groups to which it belonged, as it enabled these expressions to jointly re-signify their Peronist identity. Abstract: These pages explain the making of an episcopal identity story. The medieval archbishopric of Tarragona wove a specific memory on episcopal authority, that defined a sacred identity, linked to the first Peninsular Christianization and with singular mechanisms of power. This tradition of the episcopal see was constructed contemporary and reinforced in subsequent times. Some key elements of these memories were: the restoration of the late-Roman Church, the sacred nature of the seat and of some bishops, the vindication of metropolitan and 'first' see, the religious authority in the region and against other powers, the recognition of pontifical support and patronage, the links with the major political powers, the religious charismae and the features of lordly power. In short, the archbishop's power was supported by the tradition of the see and drew on a set of iconic images that became a story of legitimacy and authority. Resumen: El arzobispado medieval de Tarragona tejió una memoria sobre su autoridad, revestida de una identidad sagrada, que difundió los caracteres específicos de su potestad y de la realidad dominical. Las tradiciones sobre la sede tarraconense fueron establecidas durante los siglos xii y xiii, con aportaciones destacadas como la del prelado Benet de Rocabertí. Algunos elementos laudatorios y reivindicativos de sus mensajes fueron: la vinculada a la primera cristianización peninsular, la restauración de la Iglesia romana tardía, la reclamación de la primacía, la naturaleza sagrada de algunos obispos, la preminencia en la jurisdicción religiosa y dominical, el reconocimiento del apoyo y patrocinio pontificio y los carismas religiosos. En resumen, el poder del arzobispo se dotó de una ideología que se apoyó en un conjunto de imágenes icónicas al servició de una narrativa legitimadora y para la afirmación de los poderes y las proyecciones de la mitra. The article presents a historical overview of Israeli studies at the Institute of Oriental Studies RAS in the first two decades of the 21st century. The paper demonstrates the main research fields and publications of the Department for the Study of Israel and Jewish Communities, as well as the list of its heads and research fellows. The article shows how, having successfully overcome the difficulties of the 1990s that were rather hard on Russian Academy as a whole, the staff of the Israeli Studies Department in their numerous publications, speeches at Russian and international academic forums tried to respond to the new challenges in a scholarly way. In the 2000s the number of works published on the history of relations between the USSR / Russia and Israel increased, and this trend continued in subsequent years. Access to the archives for the first time made it possible to analyze the formation and development of Soviet-Israeli relations before the break (in 1953). The department expanded the directions of its academic activity. Its topics included such directions as the study of the collective memory of Jews in modern Russia, cultural identity, cultural memory, religious and secular identity of Russian Jews, attitude towards disability and people with disabilities, study of youth communities in Israel, Russia and Europe, the impact of the US-Israeli relations on the US Jewish community. Development of basic methodology for researching the state of Jewish charity in Moscow was one of the new tasks for the fellows of the Department to solve. The novelty of the tasks also included new methodology of researching the economic and socio-political development of Israel using social networks data. The Department continued to study all aspects of the life of the State of Israel — economic, socio-political and cultural processes developing in the Israeli state, including new features in regional policy and the concept of Israeli security. At present, members of the department's, in addition to their current activities, are implementing a number of promising projects aimed at strengthening the department's position as the leading center of Israeli studies in the post-Soviet space.

La infancia es una etapa clave en la asimilación de valores y patrones de comportamiento que conforman la identidad. Entre los agentes socializadores que influyen en este complejo proceso se encuentran cada vez más presentes los medios audiovisuales. Por ello, los productos que se ponen a disposición de los niños y niñas y la protección del menor respecto a los contenidos considerados nocivos o perjudiciales resultan esenciales para completar el proceso formativo en un período tan sensible del desarrollo cognitivo. En el presente artículo analizamos la influencia de los contenidos televisivos en el proceso de construcción identitaria del menor, así como el marco regulatorio de protección audiovisual de aplicación en España. Una década después de la entrada en vigor de la Ley 7/2010, de 31 de marzo, General de la Comunicación Audiovisual (LGCA), muchos de los retos planteados continúan sin resolverse. Como principales conclusiones destacamos la necesidad de respetar el horario de protección especial, la incorporación de descriptores temáticos en la señalización de los productos audiovisuales y una categorización legislativa completa de los contenidos nocivos para el desarrollo infantil y juvenil. Childhood is a key stage in the assimilation of values and behavioural patterns that shape identity. Among the socializing agents that influence this complex process are the audiovisual media. Therefore, the products that are made available to children and the protection of the child from harmful contents are essential to complete the training process in such a sensitive period of cognitive development. In this research we analyze the influence of television content in the process of constructing the identity of the child as well as the regulatory framework of audiovisual protection applied in Spain. A decade after the entry into force of Law 7/2010 of 31 March, General of Audiovisual Communication (LGCA), many of the challenges posed remain unresolved. As main conclusions we stress the need to respect the special protection schedule, the incorporation of thematic descriptors in the signalling of audiovisual products and a complete legislative categorization of harmful contents to children''s and young people''s development.

The article is dedicated to the researching of peculiarities of post-totalitarian reception of the Ukrainian national memory in the novel of Vasyl Kozhelianko Defilade in Moscow. The author had used method of alternative history for writing this novel. Researcher analyzes such literature experiment from point of view of memory and trauma studies, based on the rethinking of the traumatic experience of the history. We have to say that such kind of studies are widespread and very important for the explanation of the discussive process of forming of the national identity of Ukrainians. As we can see from the last events (Revolution of Dignity and the Russian-Ukrainian war on Donbass) Ukrainian society is still being recovering from the post-soviet stagnation. Literary rethinking of the World War II, as a point of historical bifurcation of all Europe, seems to be very actual nowadays because of the long-standing imposition of Soviet ideological myths led to the separation of the Ukrainian consciousness from its inherent European understanding of national, humanistic and cul- tural values. Deformation of knowledge and imaginations about historical memory very often leads to the misunderstandings between regions and ethnic groups. Such events as World War II became the objects of political manipulations. From the point of view of Russian Federation, there can't be any compromise in the reception of that tragedy of XX century. The author of the article appeals to the rethinking of the most fundamental Soviet ideologem – to the Great Victory in the war that became key in the creating of Soviet identity after 1945. What is more, this ideologem was not subject to any revision even after the collapse of the totalitarian state. In his novel Vasyl Kozhelianko suggested to look at the possibility of some opposite way of development of European history and geo-cultural policy after the World War II. El presente trabajo se centra en la importancia del deporte para promover el comportamiento y los valores en relación con un habitus específico. Se muestra cómo este vínculo es particularmente fuerte en el caso de los gimnasios populares autogestionados en Italia, en los que el factor ideológico hace que algunas preocupaciones focales típicas sean funcionales para la construcción de una identidad común entre los participantes en las disciplinas deportivas. La reflexión se desarrollará entorno a los conceptos del habitus bourdesiano y la estrategia de Certeau para mostrar: el vínculo que existe entre la identidad social y el deporte; cómo las actividades de los gimnasios populares (con especial atención al contexto italiano y a la práctica del boxeo) crean las condiciones previas para una conexión entre la acción estratégica, la cultura y la política. El objetivo del artículo es razonar sobre ciertos aspectos de la vida, a través de los cuales es posible problematizar experiencias y prácticas conflictivas de antagonismo colectivo, y en las que se enfatiza la relación entre la socialización del deporte y la construcción de nuevas identidades en el siglo XXI. ; This paper focusses on the importance of sport activities in encouraging behaviours and values in relation to a given habitus. This paper is aimed at showing how this link is particularly strong in the case of self-managed red gyms (palestre popolari ), in which aggregation and ideology reposition some typical focal concerns which are instrumental in building up a shared identity amongst those who take part to the activities. Key points of these considerations are the concepts of Bourdieu's habitus and of de Certau's strategy in order to show the following: the link between social identity and sport; how activities in red gyms (with particular regard to Italian palestre popolari and boxing) create the conditions for a connection between strategic action, culture, and politics. The ultimate aim of this paper is reflecting on specific aspects of life, through which it is possible to identify conflictual experiences and collective antagonism practices, and in which the relationship between sport socialisation and construction of new identities in the XXI century is emphasised.

El propósito de este artículo es desarrollar un análisis crítico del proceso de despolitización del "género". Se propone desvelar un importante punto de inflexión en el uso de "género", de categoría analítica a característica individual, y su creciente sustitución del "sexo". Se argumenta que la comprensión del género como percepción o sentimiento de pertenencia entre múltiples identidades no representa un marco teórico comprometido políticamente y está despojado de sentido para la emancipación de las mujeres de la dominación masculina. A lo largo del artículo (1) se desarrolla una breve narrativa de la historia del concepto, (2) se examina la comprensión del género desde la óptica de la identidad, prestando atención a las acusaciones de voluntarismo dirigidas a Judith Butler y su respuesta a dichas críticas, (3) se analizan las ideas de "masculinidad" y "feminidad" y se expone lo que la superación del género conllevaría, y (4) se reflexiona sobre la constitución del sujeto político del feminismo desde una perspectiva post-identitaria. The purpose of this article is to develop a critical analysis of the depoliticising of "gender". It aims to reveal a major turning point within the use of "gender", from an analytical category to an individual characteristic, and its increasing substitution of "sex". It is argued that the understanding of gender as a perception or feeling of belonging between multiple identities does not represent a politically committed theoretical framework and is devoid of meaning for the emancipation of women from male domination. Throughout the article (1) a brief narrative of the history of the concept is developed, (2) the understanding of gender from the perspective of identity is examined, paying attention to the accusation of voluntarism directed at Judith Butler and her responses to said criticism (3) the ideas of "masculinity" and "femininity" are analysed and what the overcoming of gender would entail is exposed, and (4) the political subject of feminism is explored from a post-identity perspective.

Schutzräume (Safer Spaces) gehen auf eine historische Tradition der fremdbestimmten Zwangsisolierungen ausgewählter Subjekte zurück. Ausschlaggebend für die Konstruktion von Devianz sind heteronormative Gesellschaftsordnungen, die sich besonders auf Frauen, Queers und Crips auswirken, und sie zur Anpassung drängen. Im Rahmen dieser Masterarbeit werden verschiedenste Safer Spaces hinsichtlich ihrer identitätskonstruierenden Macht dargestellt und jeweils zwischen selbst- und fremdbestimmten Räumen unterschieden, die jedoch nicht wertend gegenübergestellt, sondern vielmehr als widersprüchliche und brüchige Ordnungsstrukturen gefasst werden. Mithilfe theoretischer Fundamente der Queer Studies und Disability Studies werden historische Diskurse rund um Safer Spaces in ihren unerwarteten Verschmelzungen analysiert, die nicht als entweder "gut" oder "schlecht" gelesen werden können: Wann bieten Safer Spaces Schutz, wie werden sie zum Zwang und was passiert dazwischen? Wie wirken sich aktuell stark präsente Self-Care Strategien auf Diskurse zu Schutzräumen aus? Warum stehen Frauen, Queers und Crips seit jeher im Fokus von Schutzraumkonstruktionen? Und wie wirkt sich dieser Umstand auf Identitätspolitiken aus? Mithilfe interdisziplinärer Zugänge wird ein Überblick zu Safer Spaces mit Rücksicht auf Heteronormativitäten gegeben, der mit einer queercrip Perspektive mit dem vermeintlich "Anderen" als Ausgangspunkt auftritt und damit ein politischer Beitrag zur Sichtbarkeit von Minderheiten und wenig etablierten Theorien darlegt. ; Safer Spaces are part of a historical tradition of nonautonomous forced isolation of selected subjects. Heteronormative social orders are the main reason behind the construction of deviance, which has a particularly strong impact on women, queers and crips. Especially people with these backgrounds are expected and forced to adjust.In this master thesis, Safer Spaces are presented as an identity constructing power. It distinguishes between autonomous and nonautonomous spaces, which are not compared to be judged but to highlight their contradictory and fragile nature as social structures. With a theoretical basis consisting of queer studies and disability studies, historical discourses surrounding Safer Spaces are analyzed, but rated neither "good" nor "bad".When do Safer Spaces offer protection, when do they become compulsory and what happens between the two extremes? What impact does the current trend of self-care have on discourses on Safer Spaces? Why is the construction of Safer Spaces mostly focusing on women, queers and crips? Also, how does all of this affect identity politics?This thesis provides an overview on the topic of Safer Spaces, using interdisciplinary approaches and considering heteronormativities.
