The article is dedicated to a tourism segment, especially health, wellness and thermal tourism that are becoming an increasingly popular option for visitors looking to access procedures that are seemingly unavailable to them in their home countries due to lack of affordability, lack of availability or lengthy waiting lists. The better understanding regarding the essence of innovation process and relational marketing: theoretical and practical implications, in specific contexts of health, wellness and thermal tourism in cross-border destinations are provided. This article is suggested as a conceptual paper with a literature review that brings together the major components of innovation and its implications tourist perspective and relationship marketing (i.e. visitor perspective). On the base of in-deep analysis of the scientific literature the classification of health and medical tourism has undergone further development. The presented investigation intends to contribute theoretically to the management of innovation in specific tourism contexts (i.e. wellness, health, and thermal tourism) in cross-border tourist destinations (Portugal and Spain, specifically the Euroregion of Northern Portugal and Galicia). A conceptual model that summarizes the dynamic nature of the triggering process was adapted to the processes in health, wellness, and thermal tourism. A cross-border region as a territory on the border composed of local governments involved in cross-border cooperation agreements was defined. There were also proved that cross-border regions may vary, for example, depending on the degree of cooperation (high or low intensity) or geographic extent (low or high). The special attention to Euroregion which tend to define themselves as micro cross-border regions, with a reduced geographical extension between contiguous spaces was paid. The conceptual model that relates relational marketing and the result of innovation in tourism (favoring trust, commitment, quality of service, satisfaction and loyalty) was suggested. The proposed model describes the relationship between the following variables: cooperation, satisfaction of healthcare and thermal tourism; commitment and satisfaction of healthcare and thermal tourism; trust and satisfaction of healthcare and thermal tourism; general satisfaction of the healthcare and thermal tourism. ; Стаття присвячена сегменту туризму, особливо оздоровчому, велнес та термальному, які стають все більш популярними варіантами для відвідувачів, охочих отримати доступ до процедур, що виявляються недоступними для них у їхніх рідних країнах через відсутність коштів, відсутність доступності або тривалого очікування у списках бажаючих. Удосконалено розуміння сутності інноваційного процесу та реляційного маркетингу: теоретичні та практичні наслідки для оздоровчого, велнес та термального туризму в транскордонних напрямках. Ця стаття пропонується як концептуальна робота з оглядом літератури, яка об'єднує основні компоненти інновацій та їх наслідків з точки зору туриста і маркетингу відносин (тобто з точки зору відвідувача). На основі глибокого аналізу наукової літератури зазнала подальшого розвитку класифікація оздоровчого та медичного туризму. Представлене дослідження покликане здійснити теоретичний внесок в управління інноваціями в конкретних туристичних контекстах (тобто оздоровчий, лікувальний і термальний туризм) в транскордонних туристичних напрямках (Португалія і Іспанія, зокрема, Єврорегіон Північної Португалії та Галісії). Концептуальна модель, яка узагальнює динамічну природу процесу запуску, була адаптована до процесів в оздоровчому, велнес та термальному туризмі. Було дано визначення транскордонного регіону як території на кордоні, що складається з місцевих органів влади, що беруть участь в угодах про транскордонне співробітництво. Також було доведено, що транскордонні регіони можуть відрізнятися, наприклад, залежно від ступеня співробітництва (висока або низька інтенсивність) або географічної протяжності (низька або висока). Особливу увагу було приділено Єврорегіонам, які схильні визначати себе як мікро-транскордонні регіони, зі зменшеною географічною протяжністю між суміжними просторами. Була запропонована концептуальна модель, що пов'язує маркетинг відносин і результат інновацій в туризмі (довіра, прихильність, якість послуг, задоволеність і лояльність). Запропонована модель описує взаємозв'язок між такими змінними: співпраця, задоволеність медичним і тепловим туризмом; прихильність і задоволеність медичним і тепловим туризмом; довіра та задоволеність медичним і тепловим туризмом; загальна задоволеність медичним і тепловим туризмом.

Terrorists in Indonesia arise due to the degree of subjectivity of the interpretation of Islam in religious groups. To this is added the problem of interaction with foreign cultures that have other viewpoints on the teachings of Islam. This study aims to describe the role of the Foundation Education of "Peace Circle" in conducting moderation education for former terrorists. This research uses a social definition paradigm, a qualitative approach, with a phenomenological type of research. With phenomenological analysis, the results are as follows: The presence of Peace Circle Foundation (PCF) is interpreted and felt by former convicts as a place of refuge and hope for spiritual and non-spiritual support for the future life. The insight and understanding of Islam provided are overly broad and thorough, and the skills and training are very real and functional. As a result, the subject is no longer radical and angry with the government. All subjects were happy with PCF's presence to handle the healing and help of ex-terrorist convicts who had carried out disengagement. ; Los terroristas en Indonesia surgen debido al grado de subjetividad de la interpretación del islam en los grupos religiosos. A esto se añade el problema de la interacción con culturas extranjeras que tienen otros puntos de vista sobre las enseñanzas del islam. Este estudio pretende describir el papel de la Fundación de Educación del "Círculo de la Paz" en la conducción de la educación para la moderación de los antiguos terroristas. Esta investigación utiliza un paradigma de definición social, un enfoque cualitativo, con una investigación de tipo fenomenológico. Con el análisis fenomenológico, los resultados son los siguientes: La presencia de la Fundación Círculo de Paz (PCF) es interpretada y sentida por los ex convictos como un lugar de refugio y esperanza de apoyo espiritual y no espiritual para la vida futura. La visión y la comprensión del islam que se ofrece son muy amplias y profundas, y las habilidades y la formación son muy reales y funcionales. Como resultado, el sujeto ya no es radical ni está enfadado con el gobierno. Todos los sujetos estaban contentos con la presencia del PCF para gestionar la curación y la ayuda de los ex convictos terroristas que habían llevado a cabo la desvinculación. ; Os terroristas na Indonésia surgem devido ao grau de subjetividade da interpretação do Islã em grupos religiosos. A isto se soma o problema da interação com culturas estrangeiras que têm outros pontos de vista sobre os ensinamentos do islamismo. Este estudo visa descrever o papel da Fundação Educação do "Círculo de Paz" na condução de uma educação moderada para ex-terroristas. Esta pesquisa utiliza um paradigma de definição social, uma abordagem qualitativa, com um tipo fenomenológico de pesquisa. Com a análise fenomenológica, os resultados são os seguintes: A presença da Peace Circle Foundation (PCF) é interpretada e sentida pelos ex-presidiários como um lugar de refúgio e esperança de apoio espiritual e não-espiritual para a vida futura. A visão e a compreensão do Islã fornecidas são excessivamente amplas e completas, e as habilidades e o treinamento são muito reais e funcionais. Como resultado, o assunto não é mais radical e furioso com o governo. Todos os sujeitos ficaram contentes com a presença da PCF para lidar com a cura e ajuda de ex-condenados terroristas que haviam realizado a desobrigação.

Abstract In Finland, the participation rate of teacher education students in international mobility is low when compared to students in other faculties. The same tendency applies to teacher education students in other Nordic and European countries. Moreover, the number of teacher education students from Europe seeking mobility to developing countries is very small. In this study we examined the factors which support or hinder teacher education students' mobility both in general, and to developing countries in particular. The target groups selected for the web questionnaires and interviews were teacher education students from nine different universities (Helsinki, Eastern Finland, Jyväskylä, Lapland, Oulu, Tampere, Turku, Åbo Akademi and Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences), and international student mobility coordinators in these universities. The student response rate was high (n = 698) and 12 of the respondents were also interviewed. Nine international mobility coordinators responded to the questionnaire and eight of them were interviewed. Four significant factors were found to influence student mobility: 1) Prevailing educational policy and societal circumstances; 2) Schools (as future work contexts); 3) Actions taken by the universities responsible for teacher education; 4) Teacher education students' personal views, experiences, and opinions regarding studies or internship periods abroad. The students highlighted the significance of the personal learning experience as the key motivating factor. Almost all the students felt that their teaching expertise had improved as a result of the international experience. Factors hindering mobility included the fear of international mobility delaying graduation, the specialisation requirement, the desire to conduct all studies in Finland, uncertainty about whether studies undertaken abroad are admissible to Finnish degrees, the lack of information and support regarding studying abroad, family-related factors, the fear of not coping well abroad and inadequate language skills, and issues related to security. The recommendations for the government and the universities providing teacher education emphasize a positive approach to international student mobility, highlighting new learning experiences. For teacher students themselves the main motive for studying or training abroad is personal growth. ; Tiivistelmä Suomalaisissa yliopistoissa opettajaopiskelijoiden kansainvälinen liikkuvuus on muiden tiedekuntien opiskelijoihin verrattuna vähäistä. Myös muissa Pohjoismaissa ja Euroopassa opettajaksi opiskelevien liikkuvuus on vähäisempää kuin muiden alojen opiskelijoiden. Kehitysmaihin tai kehittyviin maihin lähtevien opiskelijoiden määrä on hyvin pieni. Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitettiin opettajaopiskelijoiden kansainväliseen liikkuvuuteen yleisesti ja erityisesti kehitysmaihin suuntautuvaan liikkuvuuteen vaikuttavia tekijöitä. Verkkokyselyn ja haastattelujen kohderyhmiksi valittiin opettajaopiskelijat yhdeksästä korkeakoulusta (Helsinki, Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Jyväskylän ammattikorkeakoulu, Lappi, Oulu, Tampere, Turku, Vaasa/Åbo) ja kansainvälistä opiskelijaliikkuvuutta koordinoivat suunnittelijat. Opiskelijat vastasivat verkkokyselyyn aktiivisesti (n = 698), ja vastaajista 12 myös haastateltiin. Yhdeksän kansainvälisen liikkuvuuden koordinaattoria vastasi kyselyyn, ja heistä kahdeksan haastateltiin. Neljän merkityksellisen tekijän havaittiin vaikuttavan kansainväliseen liikkuvuuteen: 1) yleinen koulutuspolitiikka ja yhteiskunnallinen tilanne; 2) koulut (tulevat työkontekstit); 3) opettajankoulutuksesta vastaavien yliopistojen toiminta; ja 4) opettajaopiskelijoiden omat näkemykset, kokemukset ja mielipiteet ulkomailla suoritettavan opiskelijavaihdon tai harjoittelun mielekkyydestä ja lähtöä hankaloittavista tekijöistä. Opiskelijat korostivat henkilökohtaisen oppimiskokemuksen merkitystä motivoivana tekijänä. Lähes kaikki opiskelijat kokivat oman opettajuuteen liittyvän ammattitaitonsa parantuneen ulkomailla saadun kokemuksen kautta. Liikkuvuutta estäviksi tekijöiksi todettiin opintojen viivästymisen pelko, luokanopettajan opintoihin liittyvä erikoistumisen vaatimus, halu suorittaa opinnot Suomessa, ulkomailla suoritettujen opintojen soveltuvuus omaan tutkintoon, ulkomailla suoritettavista opinnoista saadun tiedon ja tuen puute, perheeseen liittyvät tekijät, pelko selviämisestä uudessa maassa ja kielitaidon riittämättömyydestä, ja turvallisuuteen liittyvät tekijät. Suosituksissa ministeriöille ja opettajankoulutusta tarjoaville yliopistoille painottuu positiivinen, uusia oppimiskokemuksia korostava suhtautuminen opiskelijaliikkuvuuteen. Opettajaopiskelijoille merkittävin motiivi ulkomailla opintojen tai harjoittelun suorittamiseen on selkeästi henkilökohtainen kasvu.

La République de Djibouti (RdD), indépendante depuis juin 1977 et la République populaire de Chine (RPC) entretiennent des relations diplomatiques depuis plus de quarante-deux ans. Peu significatifs durant longtemps, au cours de deux dernières décennies, les liens politiques entre la Chine et Djibouti ont connu une croissance fulgurante. S'appuyant sur la mondialisation, le petit pays a entamé, sous l'impulsion du président Guelleh, élu en 1999, une ouverture politique sur la scène internationale, se désengage de ses relations privilégiées avec l'Occident, a ouvert sa première ambassade à Pékin en 2001, et a entrepris une coopération multisectorielle avec la Chine qui a financé pour le compte de Djibouti de nombreuses infrastructures estimées à 14 milliards de dollars. La politique gouvernementale de multiplication des projets d'envergure a fortement augmenté la dette du jeune État, qui atteint 104% du PIB selon le FMI. La situation de surendettement du petit pays suscite les inquiétudes des institutions financières internationales et des observateurs, redoutant de voir Djibouti, en cas de défi de solvabilité, perdre sa souveraineté sur ses propres infrastructures. Les autorités djiboutiennes disent maitriser cette problématique et promettent d'honorer la dette. Malgré l'opposition des puissances occidentales, Djibouti a validé la création sur son sol de la première base militaire chinoise hors de Chine, inaugurée en 2017. Cette base chinoise venue s'ajouter aux autres emprises occidentales et alliés comme le Japon, le jeune État s'est transformé en une caserne mondiale. Signe de l'amitié grandissante entre les deux pays, le 17 novembre 2017, Djibouti et Pékin ont convenu de rehausser leurs relations en « partenariat stratégique ». La croissance des relations sino-djiboutiennes questionne les pays occidentaux au sujet de cette petite république francophone chasse gardée de la France, et provoque une forte tension entre les Américains et les Chinois devenus voisins pour la première dans un espace si restreint. Insignificant for a long time, over the past two decades, political ties between China and Djibouti have grown tremendously. Relying on globalization, the small country began, under the leadership of President Guelleh, elected in 1999, a political opening on the international scene, disengaged from its privileged relations with the West, created its first embassy in Beijing in 2001, and undertook multisectoral cooperation with China, which has financed numerous infrastructures on behalf of Djibouti estimated at 14 billion dollars. The government policy of multiplying large-scale projects sharply increased the debt of the young state, which reached 104% of GDP according to the IMF. The small country's over-indebtedness situation raises the concerns of international financial institutions and observers, fearing to see Djibouti, in the event of a solvency challenge, lose its sovereignty over its own infrastructures. The Djiboutian authorities say they have this problem under control and promise to honor the debt. Despite the opposition of the Western powers, Djibouti validated the creation on its soil of the first Chinese military base outside China, inaugurated in 2017. This Chinese base came in addition to other Western and allied holdings like Japan, the young state turned into a world barracks. As a sign of the growing friendship between the two countries, on November 17, 2017, Djibouti and Beijing agreed to enhance their relations in "strategic partnership". The growth of SinoDjiboutian relations questions Western countries about this small French-speaking republic, which used to be France's preserve, and causes strong tension between the Americans and the Chinese who first became neighbors in such a small space. En el presente artículo se realiza una aproximación a la formulación que hizo Occidente del concepto de derechos humanos; se trata de una concepción burguesa que invierte el significado de los derechos humanos, donde la prioridad es la propiedad privada. Para comprender y explicar esa inversión, se recurre a algunos trabajos de Franz Hinkelammert, uno de los pensadores que más ha estudiado el tema. Luego se plantea que esa inversión de los derechos humanos tiene estrecha relación con la democracia capitalista y neoliberal; se expone cómo en América Latina, las democracias burguesas son la plataforma adecuada, para la aplicación de la economía de mercado, cuya concepción de derechos humanos consiste en esa visión invertida, que, en nombre de la libertad de empresa, la democracia y de esa formulación de derechos humanos, niega, reduce, quita, desaprueba y viola derechos humanos. Se muestra a modo de contraste esta situación con los logros obtenidos por algunos gobiernos de izquierda durante los tres primeros lustros del siglo XXI, y se concluye exponiendo lo que Cuba -un país bloqueado económicamente-, ha hecho por los derechos humanos, en una perspectiva opuesta a la visión burguesa de los derechos humanos. ; In the present article an approximation will be made to the formulation fashioned by the West of the concept of human rights; it is a bourgeois conception that inverts the meaning of human rights, where the priority is private property. To understand and explain this reversal, resource is made to some works by Franz Hinkelammert, one of the premier thinkers on the subject matter. Then it is suggested that this inversion of human rights is closely related to capitalist and neoliberal democracy; it is exposed how in Latin America bourgeois democracies are the appropriate platform for the application of the market economy, whose conception of human rights consists of such inverted vision that, in the name of freedom of enterprise, democracy and of this formulation of rights human rights, denies, reduces, removes, disapproves of and violates human rights. This situation is shown by way of contrast with the achievements had by some leftist governments during the first three decades of the 21st century and it concludes by exposing what Cuba―an economically blocked country―has done for human rights, from a perspective opposite to that of the bourgeois vision of human rights. ; Neste artigo é feita uma abordagem da formulação feita pelo Ocidente do conceito de direitos humanos; é uma concepção burguesa que inverte o significado dos direitos humanos, onde a prioridade é a propriedade privada. Para entender e explicar essa reversão, são utilizadas algumas obras de Franz Hinkelammert, um dos pensadores que mais estudou o assunto. Também, sugere-se que essa inversão dos direitos humanos está intimamente relacionada à democracia capitalista e neoliberal; expõe-se como na América Latina as democracias burguesas são a plataforma adequada para a aplicação da economia de mercado, cuja concepção de direitos humanos consiste naquela visão invertida que, em nome da liberdade de empresa, da democracia e daquela formulação de direitos humanos, nega, reduz, remove, desaprova e viola os direitos humanos. Esta situação se contrapõe às conquistas de alguns governos de esquerda durante as três primeiras décadas do século XXI e se conclui expondo o que Cuba - um país economicamente bloqueado - fez pelos direitos humanos, numa perspectiva oposta à da visão burguesa dos direitos humanos.

ilustraciones, fotografías ; Este trabajo se inscribe en el marco de la historia cultural y compara la censura en las dictaduras de Marcos Pérez Jiménez y Gustavo Rojas en los años de 1948 a 1958 en Caracas y Bogotá. En cuatro capítulos analiza las tensiones entre grupos de intelectuales y la configuración de un campo periodístico influido por la implementación de formas y leyes de censura. La tesis define las relaciones e interacciones entre escritores, periodistas y censores de los dos países y diferencia las formas de censura, su complejidad y relaciones en un marco político e ideológico. La actitud totalitaria de los dictadores frente a la información afectó la actividad de los escritores de prensa que resistieron las políticas de difusión de la información escrita, y, por ello, sufrieron la persecución de los gobiernos. Estos lograron cohesionar grupos de políticos, actores sociales y gremios en contra de los dictadores. La recopilación de las fuentes de prensa se hizo en las dos ciudades y fueron analizadas a la luz de perspectivas teóricas provenientes de la crítica del lenguaje, categorías sociológicas, de la historia cultural, la política y el análisis de medios, para dimensionar la actitud de los estados frente a las publicaciones y la respuesta del campo periodístico. La historiografía de los dos países ha enfatizado en las perspectivas socioeconómicas, políticas, militares, las relaciones internacionales y han incluido de manera tangencial a escritores, periodistas y editores, quienes desempeñaron un papel relevante en las historias políticas locales y establecieron vínculos internacionales. Al abordar el silenciamiento, la historiografía ha observado la supresión libertades, la persecución a partidos, la propaganda política, ello, en relación con posturas ideológicas. La indagación dejó ver que hoy en la memoria de periodistas, políticos e intelectuales pervive la imagen de los dictadores y sus incidencias en la palabra escrita. (Texto tomado de la fuente). ; This work falls within the framework of cultural history and compares censorship in the dictatorships of Marcos Pérez Jiménez and Gustavo Rojas in the years from 1948 to 1958 in Caracas and Bogotá. In four chapters, he analyzes the tensions between groups of intellectuals and the configuration of a journalistic field influenced by the implementation of forms and laws of censorship. The thesis defines the relationships and interactions between writers, journalists and censors of the two countries and differentiates the forms of censorship, their complexity and relationships in a political and ideological framework. The dictators' totalitarian attitude towards information affected the activity of press writers who resisted the policies of dissemination of written information, and therefore suffered persecution from governments. These managed to unite groups of politicians, social actors and unions against the dictators. The compilation of the press sources was made in the two cities and they were analyzed in the light of theoretical perspectives from the criticism of language, sociological categories, cultural history, politics and media analysis, to measure the attitude of the states in front of the publications and the response of the journalistic field. The historiography of the two countries has emphasized socioeconomic, political, and military perspectives, as well as international relations, and have tangentially included writers, journalists, and editors, who played a relevant role in local political histories and established international links. When addressing the silencing, historiography has observed the suppression of freedoms, the persecution of parties, political propaganda, in relation to ideological positions. This study aimed to describe the epidemiological profile of food poisoning in Brazil with its trends and prospects for prevention, between the years 2016 and 2020. A cross-sectional, retrospective study with a quantitative approach was developed, the data for the research were taken from official government websites, namely: SINITOX (National System of Toxic-Pharmacological Information), DATASUS and IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics). It became evident that a significant and sharp decrease in cases of food poisoning in Brazil and in its five socio-political regions (p<0.0001) in the year 2020, such fact being probably related to the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic. Regarding the occurrence of food poisoning by gender there was predominance in males with a sharp and significant decrease in the year 2020 for both genders. The age group between 15-19 years was the most prevalent, followed by children under 1 year old. Thus, it can be concluded that food poisoning is closely related to food consumption outside the home, reinforcing the importance of the professional nutritionist as a propagator of good hygiene, handling, and healthy eating practices. ; Este estudio tuvo como objetivo describir el perfil epidemiológico de la intoxicación alimentaria en Brasil con sus tendencias y perspectivas de prevención, entre los años 2016 y 2020. Se desarrolló un estudio transversal, retrospectivo con enfoque cuantitativo, cuyos datos para la investigación fueron tomados de sitios web del gobierno. funcionarios, a saber: SINITOX (Sistema Nacional de Información Toxicológica-Farmacológica), DATASUS e IBGE (Instituto Brasileño de Geografía y Estadística). Hubo una disminución significativa y acentuada de casos de intoxicación alimentaria en Brasil y en sus cinco regiones sociopolíticas (p <0,0001) en 2020, y este hecho probablemente esté relacionado con el advenimiento de la pandemia COVID-19. En cuanto a la ocurrencia de intoxicaciones alimentarias por género, hubo predominio en el sexo masculino, con un descenso marcado y significativo en 2020 para ambos sexos. El grupo de edad de 15 a 19 años fue el más prevalente, seguido de los menores de 1 año. Así, se puede concluir que la intoxicación alimentaria está estrechamente relacionada con el consumo de alimentos fuera del hogar, reforzando la importancia del nutricionista profesional como propagador de buenas prácticas de higiene, manipulación y alimentación saludable. ; Este estudo teve como objetivo descrever o perfil epidemiológico das intoxicações alimentares no Brasil com suas tendências e perspectivas de prevenção, entre os anos de 2016 e 2020. Foi desenvolvido um estudo transversal, retrospectivo com abordagem quantitativa, cujos dados para a pesquisa foram retirados de sites oficiais do governo, a saber: SINITOX (Sistema Nacional de Informações Tóxico-Farmacológicas), DATASUS e IBGE (Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística). Evidenciou-se uma diminuição significativa e acentuada dos casos de intoxicações alimentares no Brasil e em suas cinco regiões sociopolíticas (p <0,0001) no ano de 2020, estando tal fato provavelmente relacionado ao advento da pandemia COVID-19. Em relação à ocorrência de intoxicações alimentares por gênero houve predomínio no sexo masculino com queda acentuada e significativa no ano de 2020 para ambos os sexos. A faixa etária de 15 a 19 anos foi a mais prevalente, seguida pelas crianças menores de 1 ano. Assim, pode-se concluir que a intoxicação alimentar está intimamente relacionada ao consumo alimentar fora do domicílio, reforçando a importância do profissional nutricionista como propagador de boas práticas de higiene, manuseio e alimentação saudável.

Ancak 1974 Kıbrıs Barış Harekâtı sonrasında ABD'de Türkiye aleyhinde kampanyalar yürütülmüştür. Bu kampanyalar neticesinde Türkiye, ABD Kongresinde bazı etnik grupların girişimleriyle NATO ittifakına uymayacak yaptırımlara maruz kalmıştır. Kıbrıs meselesi ve Türk -Yunan ihtilâfındaki meseleler üzerinden politik bakımından Türkiye'yi zor durumda bırakmak, Türkiye'nin Amerikan yapımı teçhizata bağımlı olan Türk savunmasını sınırlandırmak ve hatta dondurmak amacıyla Türkiye'ye 1975 yılında silah ambargosu uygulanmıştır. Ambargo kararına Türkiye'de siyasi, askeri ve sivil çevreler, sert tepki göstermiştir. Dönemin Türk Hükümeti tarafından Ambargo kararına misilleme olarak İncirlik dışında Türkiye'deki bazı tesislerin faaliyetleri durdurulmuştur. ABD kongresinde alınan bu Ambargo kararının arkasındaki en büyük itici güç, şüphesiz Yunan Lobisi olmuştur. Ancak bu etnik lobi dışında bu karara destek veren ABD'deki diğer en büyük etnik lobi olarak bilinen Yahudi lobisi, dikkatlerden kaçmıştır. Yahudi Lobisinin İsrail'in Türkiye ile olan ilişkilerini zor duruma sokacak bu kampanyaya destek vermesi, dönemin siyasi otoriteleri tarafından ön görülmemiştir. Diğer taraftan bu kararın Yunanistan'ın askerî bakımından rahatlamasını ve Ege Denizinde hava ve deniz üstünlüğünü sağlamasına da imkân yaratacak bir karara Yahudi lobisinin destek vermesi şaşkınlıkla karşılanmıştır. Yahudi lobisinin bu karara destek vermesinin Türkiye'nin Arap dünyası ile ilişkilerinden mi yoksa ABD'nin İsrail'e rağmen Arap dünyası ile işbirliklerinden mi kaynaklandığı soruları da cevapsız kalmıştır. This article deals with the legal problem that arises in the application of two norms for the recognition of the retirement assignment of the Executive Level of the National Police and thus contribute to a better understanding of an object of study that deserves special attention. The minimum time of service required to achieve the financial, monthly and life benefit after the administrative employment relationship with the State has been terminated has been subject to modifications by the national government through laws and regulatory decrees. These norms have successively been declared null or void by the Council of State, a situation that has led them to go before the jurisdictional instances in search of the protection of the rights that they consider have been violated. From the normative and jurisprudential analysis carried out on the rulings issued in the years 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 by the Administrative Courts of Cartagena in the first instance to recognize the retirement allocation two theses emerged. The first applied Decree 1212/1990 and the second was Decree 1858/2012 and when the second instance was unleashed, the Administrative Court of Bolívar adopted an intermediate position, evidencing an exegetical interpretation in application of a normative integration when using the two statutes. From the study of the exegetical interpretation method in the application of the law, the results of the investigation indicate that Decree 1858/2012 becomes sufficient to solve the legal problem raised, as it contains all the elements and guarantees necessary to access the recognition of the periodic provision and not incurring in the legal phenomenon of the inescapability of the norm when bringing elements of two statutes for the same solution. ; Este artículo se ocupa del problema jurídico que se suscita en la aplicación de dos normas para el reconocimiento de la asignación de retiro del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional y así contribuir a una mejor comprensión de un objeto de estudio que merece especial atención. El tiempo mínimo de servicio exigido para alcanzar la prestación de naturaleza económica, mensual y vitalicia luego de finalizar la relación laboral administrativa con el Estado ha sido objeto de modificaciones por el Gobierno nacional mediante leyes y decretos reglamentarios. Estas normas sucesivamente han sido declaradas nulas total o parcialmente por el Consejo de Estado, situación que ha conllevado a que acudan ante las instancias jurisdiccionales en búsqueda de la protección de los derechos que consideran han sido vulnerados. Del análisis normativo y jurisprudencial realizado a los fallos emitidos en los años 2015, 2016, 2017 y 2018 por los Juzgados Administrativos de Cartagena en primera instancia para reconocer la asignación de retiro surgieron dos tesis. la primera aplica el Decreto 1212/1990 y la segunda el Decreto 1858/2012 y al desatar la segunda instancia el Tribunal Administrativo de Bolívar adoptó una posición intermedia, evidenciándose una interpretación exegética en aplicación de una integración normativa al emplear los dos estatutos. Del estudio del método de interpretación exegético en la aplicación de la ley, los resultados de la investigación indican que el Decreto 1858/2012 se torna como suficiente para resolver el problema jurídico planteado al contener todos los elementos y garantías necesarias para acceder al reconocimiento de la prestación periódica y no incurrir en el fenómeno jurídico de la inescinbilidad de la norma al traer elementos de dos estatutos para una misma solución.

The article sheds light on female emancipation in EU member-states being the magnet for Ukraine due to their living standards and values. The aim of the article is to analyze the economic activity of women and the dynamics of GDP per capita in EU member states. Gender equality is the integral part of EU internal and external policies being an overwhelming concept embracing many dimensions, including the economic one. The EU concentrates on engaging more females in the official labor market with guarantees of equal with males salaries, supporting work-life balance, voluntary and compulsory gender quotas in business and politics, ensuring safety for women at home and workplaces. A wide range of publications tries to persuade that there is a correlation between female economic emancipation and national economic advancement demonstrating that gender equality is only a new method guaranteeing additional profits for corporations and tax revenues for governments. The authors of this research paper apply Spearman coefficient to determine whether there is any correlation between economic growth and economic participation and opportunities for women, namely GDP per capita at current market prices and values of economic gender gap sub-index of EU member-states in 2016-2020. The average growth of GDP per capita in EU member-states equaled 11.6 percent in 2016-2020. Ireland showed the maximum relative increase of 29.1 percent, while Greece, Italy, Spain, and Sweden experienced the decline. The average gender gap in economic participation and opportunity in EU member-states decreased by 0.018 points in 2016-2020. The calculations show that the Spearman correlation coefficient is statistically insignificant. Therefore, economic gender equality by itself is not enough for stimulating economic growth and should be viewed as an indisputable human right and accompanied by fostering gender equality in other spheres, such as education, health care and politics. ; У статті розглядається емансипація жінок у країнах-членах ЄС, які є магнітом для України завдяки їхньому рівню життя та цінностям. Метою статті є аналіз економічної активності жінок та динаміки ВВП на душу населення в країнах-членах ЄС. Гендерна рівність є невід'ємною частиною внутрішньої та зовнішньої політики ЄС та потужною концепцією, що охоплює багато вимірів, включаючи економічний. ЄС концентрується на залученні більшої кількості жінок на офіційний ринок праці із гарантуванням рівних із чоловіками зарплат, підтримці балансу між роботою та особистим життям, добровільних та обов'язкових гендерних квотах у бізнесі та політиці, забезпеченні безпеки жінок вдома та на робочих місцях. Широкий спектр публікацій намагається переконати, що існує взаємозв'язок між емансипацією жінок та економічним розвитком, демонструючи, що гендерна рівність є лише новим методом, що гарантує додатковий прибуток для корпорацій та податкові надходження для урядів. Автори цього дослідження застосовують коефіцієнт Спірмена, щоб визначити, чи існує якась залежність між економічним зростанням і покращенням економічних можливостей жінок, а саме між ВВП на душу населення в поточних ринкових цінах та значеннями субіндексу економічного гендерного розриву у країнах-членах ЄС у 2016-2020. Середній приріст ВВП на душу населення в країнах-членах ЄС у 2016-2020 рр. становив 11,6 відсотки. Ірландія продемонструвала максимальний відносний приріст у 29,1 відсотки, тоді як Греція, Італія, Іспанія та Швеція зазнали зниження. Середній гендерний розрив в економічній участі та можливостях у країнах-членах ЄС зменшився на 0,018 пунктів у 2016-2020 роках. Розрахунки показують, що коефіцієнт кореляції Спірмена є статистично незначущим. Отже, економічна гендерна рівність сама по собі є недостатньої для стимулювання економічного зростання, та її слід розглядати як безперечне право людини та поєднувати зі сприянням гендерній рівності в інших сферах, таких як освіта, охорона здоров'я та політика.

The main objective of this article is to explain the economic rise of China, South Korea and Japan, based on developmental state theory. Through a qualitative and descriptive quantitative analysis, it is intended to answer the questions: What has been the impact of the developmental states: Japan, South Korea and China in their respective economic expansions? And what have been the characteristics that these countries have had in common in this process? This swill focus on the following specific aspects for each country and at the same time in common: intervention by the state (protection of certain productive sectors), stimulation of the national production as well as its exportation, and business conglomerates. It can be said that China's policy focused on "four modernizations" plus "four principles": agriculture, industry, science and technology, and defense via the socialist, dictatorship of the proletariat, leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and thinking of Marx-Lenin-Mao Zedong principles. South Korea, concentrated on the implementation of five-year plans focused on different strategic sectors, and on efficient educational training. Japan, its policy was focused on the education of the population; in granting privileges such as the distribution of raw materials, subsidies, rationalized credits, among others, mainly to the coal and steel sector, and the generation of new industries such as automobiles, heavy electrical machinery, computers and petrochemicals, and for this, the government applied measures as a special tax, import quotas, accelerated depreciation, among others (Nishijima 2009, 9). At the end it is concluded that the impact of the developmental state on the economic success of the three countries analyzed, was of vital importance in the economic expansion of these East Asian countries, proving that, without the active participation of the developmental state, the economic performance of these three nations would not have reached the achieved dimensions. ; El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal explicar el ascenso económico de China, Corea del Sur y Japón, teniendo como base la teoría desarrollista o developmental state theory. Por medio de un estudio cualitativo y cuantitativo descriptivo, se intenta responder las preguntas: ¿Cuál ha sido el impacto de los Estados desarrollistas: Japón, ¿Corea del Sur y China en sus respectivas expansiones económicas? Y ¿Cuáles han sido las características que estos países han tenido en común en dicho proceso? Este estudio se centra en los siguientes aspectos específicos para cada país y a la vez en común: intervención del Estado (protección a sectores productivos determinados), estimulación de la producción nacional y su exportación, y los conglomerados empresariales. Puede decirse que la política de China se centró en "cuatro modernizaciones" más "cuatro principios": agricultura, industria, ciencia y tecnología y defensa vía los principios socialista, dictadura del proletariado, liderazgo del Partido Comunista de China (PCCh) y pensamiento de Marx-Lenin-Mao Zedong. Corea del Sur, se focalizó en la implementación de planes quinquenales enfocados en diferentes sectores estratégicos, y en la formación educativa eficiente. Japón, su política se concentró en la educación de la población; en otorgar privilegios como repartición de materia prima, subsidios, créditos racionalizados, entre otros, principalmente al sector carbonífero y siderúrgico, y la generación de nuevas industrias como la automovilística, maquinaria eléctrica pesada, computadores y petroquímica, y para ello, el gobierno aplicó medidas como un impuesto especial, cuotas de importación, depreciación acelerada, entro otros (Nishijima 2009, 9). Al final se concluye que el impacto del Estado desarrollista en el éxito económico de los tres países analizados, fue de vital importancia en la expansión económica de estos países del Este Asiático, comprobando que, sin la participación activa del Estado desarrollista, el desempeño económico de estas tres naciones no hubiese conseguido las dimensiones alcanzadas.

Masjid Lake is one of the Natural Tourism Objects in Riau Province, which is located in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research is intended to determine the potential condition of the Koto Kari Mosque Lake area and its feasibility to be developed as an ecotourism object, identify and analyze tourist attractions, amenities and accessibility of ecotourism development, analyze the economic impact on ecotourism development, and formulate ecotourism development strategies in the Danau Masjid Regency area. Kuantan Singingi. The research method is a survey method by conducting direct field observations accompanied by interviews with the Kuantan Singingi Regency Government as managers, traditional and religious leaders. Traditional and religious leaders were used as representatives of the community to fill out the questionnaire. Respondents consisted of four traditional leaders and one religious leader, and the sampling was conducted at three station locations in the north, west and east which were seen based on differences in characteristics possessed in the tourist area of the Koto Kari Mosque Lake. To obtain an overview of the strategy to be used, an analysis was carried out with several stages and was guided by the FMU development design model S and the formulation of strategies from the data and information obtained were analyzed using the SWOT method, namely by analyzing internal and external factors owned by the Danau Mesjid Koto area. Station 1 based on the calculation of the Tourism Suitability Index value of this station is very suitable for fishing, camping, water games, sitting back and outbound, while station 2 is very suitable for fishing and sitting back, and at station 3 is suitable for outbound activities, sitting back and camping. . The results of the analysis of area management strategies for ecotourism using SWOT analysis resulted in 9 alternative strategies, but those that can be used as a top priority as a strategic plan for the development of the Koto Kari Mosque Lake tourism area, namely holding cooperation in promoting the Koto Kari Mosque Lake as a natural and sustainable tourism area. its resources, attracting investors for the development of Koto Kari Mosque Lake tourism while still paying attention to the preservation of its resources, as well as coordinating in overcoming problems and threats that exist in the Koto Kari Mosque Lake

ABSTRAK Latar belakang : Cakupan ASI eksklusif di Provinsi DIY tahun 2018 mengalami penurunan 17,34%. Program promosi kesehatan yang belum efektif merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi cakupan ASI eksklusif. Asosiasi Ibu Menyusui Indonesia Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (AIMI DIY) merupakan organisasi nirlaba pendukung program pemerintah yang melakukan kegiatan promosi, edukasi, dan advokasi dengan visi meningkatkan angka ibu menyusui. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan program AIMI DIY untuk mendukung keberhasilan ASI eksklusif di Provinsi DIY tahun 2019 dengan pendekatan teori sistem.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subyek penelitian utama yaitu Ketua sekaligus sebagai Kadiv Advokasi, Bendahara, Kadiv Edukasi dan Pelatihan, Kadiv Komunikasi, Kadiv Pengembangan SDM dan Organisasi, Kadiv Riset, dan subyek penelitian triangulasi yaitu Ketua AIMI Pusat dan Kasie Kesga dan Gizi Dinkes Provinsi DIY dengan metode purposive sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam secara online karena berlangsung pada masa pandemi Covid-19.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program AIMI DIY terdiri dari aspek masukan dan aspek proses. Sumber daya manusia AIMI DIY yang merupakan sukarelawan memiliki keterbatasan waktu untuk organisasi. Ketersediaan dana belum mencukupi untuk kegiatan edukasi dengan sasaran masyarakat menengah kebawah. AIMI DIY belum memiliki gedung sebagai prasarana kelas edukasi. Kegiatan AIMI DIY terfokus pada 3 hal yaitu promosi, perlindungan, dan dukungan untuk menyusui yang diatur dalam 6 divisi kerja, namun pembagian tugas kepada anggota divisi belum efektif.Simpulan : Program AIMI DIY untuk mendukung keberhasilan ASI eksklusif selain kelas edukasi belum terpromosikan dan terlaksana dengan baik karena keterbatasan waktu sumber daya manusia dan keterbatasan dana.Kata kunci: ASI eksklusif; AIMI DIY; kelas edukasi ABSTRACT Title: Association of Indonesian Breastfeeding Mothers Special Regions of Yogyakarta (AIMI DIY) programs to support the success of exclusive breastfeedingBackground : Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in DIY Province in 2018 decreased by 17.34%. AIM DIY's human resources, made up of volunteers, have limited time to dedicate on working for the organization. The availability of funds remains insufficient for the educational activities targeting those within the middle to lower-earning class. AIMI DIY does not yet have the infrastructure for educational classes. AIMI DIY activities focus on 3 things: promotion, protection, and support for breastfeeding, arranged in 6 work divisions. However, the division of tasks to division members so far has proven to be ineffective. Conclusion : The AIMI DIY program to support exclusive breastfeeding, aside from education classes, has not been promoted and implemented properly due to the limited time available for human resources as well as limited funds.Keywords : Exclusive breasfeeding; AIMI DIY; education class

Currently, one of the promising areas of economic development is digitalization in general and the formation of a high-quality information infrastructure in particular. This is especially true for the processes of activating public-private partnership – mutually beneficial interaction between the state and business. Due to the pandemic, investors are working with their portfolio more carefully, and it becomes more difficult to attract private funds. The purpose of the study is to analyze the information environment for PPP projects, namely, to assess its attractiveness and transparency for investors. The objectives are to analyze the distribution of concession agreements by investment volume, identify problem areas in the implementation of public-private partnership programmes of the Russian Federation, describe measures that contribute to improving the efficiency of public-private interaction. General scientific methods of analysis and synthesis were used in the work. The authors relied on such materials as current publications of domestic and foreign scientists on the research topic, materials of All-Russian and international management conferences, electronic reports of research centers and official statistics provided by government agencies. As a result, an interactive map is described rating of cities by the level of development of project activities in the field of public-private partnership. The interactive map is a powerful tool of digital transformation, unlike the annual published electronic and paper reports, more accurately reflects the situation on the PPP projects market at the current time, that is, the information remains relevant for each of the requests of each subsequent user. The article also presents the results of a comparative analysis of popular mapping programs as a definition of the most effective and sustainable platform for creating a service. By transforming the traditional information infrastructure in this way, it is possible to increase the investment attractiveness of subjects, and therefore affect the quality of life of residents of both individual cities and the whole country. ; В настоящее время одним из перспективных направлений развития экономики является цифровизация в целом и формирование качественной информационной инфраструктуры в частности. Особенно это актуально для процессов активизации государственно-частного партнерства – взаимовыгодного взаимодействия государства и бизнеса. В связи с пандемией инвесторы работают со своим портфелем более осторожно, и привлекать частные средства становится сложнее. Целью исследования является анализ информационной среды для ГЧП-проектов, а именно оценка ее привлекательности и прозрачности для инвесторов. Задачами являются анализ распределения концессионных соглашений по объему инвестиций, выявление проблемных зон в реализации программ государственно-частного партнерства РФ, описание мероприятий, способствующих повышению эффективности государственно-частного взаимодействия. В работе применялись общенаучные методы анализа и синтеза, а также экономико-статистический и сравнительный методы. Авторы опирались на такие материалы, как актуальные публикации отечественных и зарубежных ученых по теме исследования, материалы всероссийских и международных конференций по управлению, электронные отчеты исследовательских центров и официальную статистику, представленную государственными органами. В качестве результатов приводится описание интерактивной карты-рейтинга городов по уровню развития проектной деятельности в сфере государственно-частного партнерства. Интерактивная карта – это мощный инструмент цифровой трансформации, в отличие от ежегодных публикуемых электронных и бумажных отчетов точнее отражает ситуацию на рынке ГЧП проектов в текущий момент времени, то есть информация остается актуальной для каждого запроса каждого последующего пользователя. Также в статье приводятся результаты сравнительного анализа популярных картографических программ для определения наиболее эффективной и устойчивой платформы для создания сервиса. Преобразуя таким образом традиционную информационную инфраструктуру, можно повысить инвестиционную привлекательность субъектов, а следовательно, повлиять на уровень качества жизни жителей как отдельных городов, так и всей страны.

UK: Досліджено важливість інформаційних ресурсів через призму звітності, яка є незамінним інструментом узагальнення результатів фінансово-господарської діяльності суб'єктів господарювання, а також основним джерелом інформації при залученні інвестицій. Будь-які користувачі фінансової звітності підприємств - інвестори, кредитори, представники державних органів, управлінський персонал - прагнуть отримати максимум достовірної інформації про підприємство, керуючись його звітністю. Високий рівень інформованості про фінансово-майновий стан ув ринкових умовах є суттєвим, якщо не головним засобом конкурентної боротьби. Прозорість та розкриття інформації - сутність ефективного корпоративного управління підприємства. На сьогодні в більшості розвинених країн річні звіти фактично слугують єдиним джерелом інформації про діяльність підприємства. Дана стаття присвячена обгрунтуванню необхідності розширення звітної інформації для прийняття стратегічній управлінських рішень та підвиїцення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. В Україні в більшості підприємств спостерігається розбалансованість у питаннях звітності та інформаційної політики підприємств на рівні органів державного управління: Міністерства фінансів, Держкомстату, Державної комісії з цінних паперів та фондового ринку, ДПС. Звітні форми, як правило, знаходяться в різних структурних підрозділах підприємства, систематизовані за різними ознаками, тому не забезпечують і унеможливлюють їх ефективне використання для оцінювання фінансово-майнового стану підприємства не тільки інвестором, а також його управлінським персоналом. З метою залучення інвестицій та підвищення рівня корпоративного управління запропоновано на підставі звітно-інформаційних ресурсів підприємств складати Річний звіт-брошуру (презентацію). Він буде у вигляді добірки презентаційних матеріалів, що характеризують становище підприємства на ринку, його ділову репутацію та досягнення у сфері виробництва продукції. Такий річний звіт буде ґрунтуватися не тільки на фінансовій звітності, а й управлінській, статистичній, кадровій звітності й документації, аудиторських і податкових перевірках, інформації з засобів масової інформації, соціальних мереж тощо. EN: The importance of information resources through the prism of reporting, which is an indispensable tool for summarizing the results offinancial and economic activities of economic entities, as well as the main source of information in attracting investment is investigated in this paper. Any users of financial reporting of enterprises - investors, creditors, government officials, management staff - are anxious to obtain maximum reliable information about the company guided by its reporting. A high level of awareness of the financial and property status in market conditions is essential, if not the main means of competition. Transparency and disclosure is the essence of effective corporate governance. At present, in most developed countries, annual reports actually serve as the only source of information about the company's activities. This paper is devoted to the substantiation of the need to expand reporting information to make strategic management decisions and increase the investment attractiveness of the enteiprise. In Ukraine, most enteiprises have imbalance in reporting and information policy of enterprises at the level of public administration: the Ministry of Finance, the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market, the State Tax Service. Reporting forms, as a rule, are located in different structural units of the enterprise, systematized by different features, so they do not provide and prevent their effective use to assess the financial and property status of the enterprise not only by the investor but by its management staff as well. In order to attract investment and increase the level of corporate governance, it is proposed to compile the Annual Report-Brochure (presentation) on the basis of reporting and information resources of enteiprises. It will be in the form of presentation materials selection characterizing the company's position in the market, its business reputation and achievements in the field ofproduction. Such annual report will be based not only on financial statements, but also on management, statistical, personnel reporting and documentation, audits and tax audits, information from the media, social networks etc.
