AbstractThis article discusses a recently enacted Colorado law that aims to reduce the youth suicide rate by lowering the age of consent for psychotherapy from age 15 to age 12. The author discusses the challenges therapists face when young adolescents seek therapy without parental consent in cases involving interparental conflict. Suggestions for managing adolescent‐directed therapy are offered.

The author examines the international experience in the development and use of the Central bank digital currencies (CBDC) – a new form of the officially distributed national currencies. The conclusion is made that in order to establish the Eurasian Economic Union's common financial market it is necessary to develop national digital currencies on the basis of the unified technical and regulatory standards.

The article analyses the dynamics of Turkish foreign direct investment in Central Asia. Internal prerequisites for the formation of investment policy and the main drivers of Turkish enterprises to enter the markets of the region are studied. The author proposes a periodization of Ankara's relations with the Central Asian countries and estimates the prospects of investment relations.
