In the publication, based on the analysis of documentary sources published and stored mainly in the archival collections of Moscow (Russian State Archive of Ancient Documents) and St. Petersburg (NLR), the author raises the question of updating scientific research on the history of domestic diplomacy and the diplomatic service of the Grand Duchy of Moscow of the 15th century.

This paper describes the practical ethical issues and addresses some of the difficulties that arise at the interface between religion and the practice of medicine.Situations that arise between the physician and the patient concerning religious and spiritual beliefs are described. Approaches and caveats to offering religious opinions, instructions and evangelising in the medical encounter are proposed by the author.

The author proposes his undestanding of ideology. It is shown that the existence of global ideological alternatives (liberalism and socialism) is based on two fundamentally different sets of human values. Criticism of Marxism as paneconomism is given. It is substantiated that the main conflict in society is connected not with relations to property, but with values (life goals).

AbstractThis article discusses a recently enacted Colorado law that aims to reduce the youth suicide rate by lowering the age of consent for psychotherapy from age 15 to age 12. The author discusses the challenges therapists face when young adolescents seek therapy without parental consent in cases involving interparental conflict. Suggestions for managing adolescent‐directed therapy are offered.
