This article is an attempt to structure the discourse on poverty and inequality, as it appears in the works of renowned philosophers, economists and sociologists. Globally, the problem of poverty and inequality remains unsolved and is aggravated by global crises and, most recently, the COVID-19 pandemic, posing a threat to social stability. The authors point out that, in the short and middle term, solution to this problem under the current paradigm of development seems highly unlikely. The sustainable development paradigm, which has been globally recognized, has numerous strong points; however, it also has a number of internal contradictions, especially regarding the social aspects of development. Therefore, a more socially oriented model of development could help overcome these drawbacks. With this goal in mind, the authors introduce the concept of responsible development, and dwell on the history of thought on the problem of poverty and inequality. This review could serve as a basis for further research of social policy, as well as for development of analytical and policy tools that pay more attention to the moral and ethical dimension of social issues.

Critical infrastructures usually include those assets and services which are essential for the country, and the disruption or destruction of which would have a significant impact on the national security, economy, vital social functions, health, protection as well as social well-being, as assessed by the criteria of the government of the state. Owners or operators of critical infrastructures are state bodies, companies, institutions and other organizations responsible for investing in or responsible for the operation of a particular infrastructure capacity, system or part thereof. Since many of assets and services are not of state property or organised by the state, governments usually regulate the protection of critical infrastructures by legislation, defining who and in to what extent is obliged to carry out measures for the protection of critical infrastructures. This is the opportunity for private security firms since rare institutions, companies and even state bodies are capable to organise security on their own. In the article, a comparative study of Macedonia and Slovenia regarding the protection of critical infrastructures with special emphasis on the role of private security is presented. The paper comprises comparative analysis of the legal documents and practices of critical infrastructure protection in both countries. Although the critical infrastructure protection in Macedonia is relatively new field of work within private security, a steady growth and development in the last decade can be observed, while Slovenian private security has played quite important role in critical infrastructure protection long before Slovenian government designated both, the European critical infrastructure located in Slovenia, as well as critical infrastructure of national importance. Subject of the work: information and knowledge technologies as a key element of the 4th industrial revolution. These technologies are represented by a variety of Smart technologies, the scope of which is constantly expanding. However, there are still many unexplored features and capacities of these technologies. The purpose of this work is to analyse educational capacity of information-knowledge technologies and to formulate the strategies of their implementation at universities and secondary schools. The research methodology is based on the concept of convergence, according to which new technologies emerge from the convergence of both established and new technologies. The result of the analysis of the educational capabilities of information and cognitive technologies suggests that the technology of the full cycle information prevails in the field of education. This technology allows shifting from data to information and from information to knowledge. The area of application of the results includes educational standards, textbooks and teaching aids, programs of additional professional education

تتبلور في إدب المقاومة روح الوطنية الجازمة(Patriotism) والقومية الصارمة(Nationalism)، فالشاعر المناضل والمجاهد يتخذ من شعره وسيلة کفاح ونضال مسلح للدفاع عن وطنه وحريتِه وقيمه المتعالية، فَيُجنّد شعره لخدمة وطنه وشعبه وللدفاع عن القيم بالشعرالحماسي والجهادي. فقصیدته رصاصة بوجه العدوان. عندما يتحدث الشاعر عن ركيزة القومية ، فإنه لا يعني نوعاً من العداء اللاعقلاني تجاه الأجانب. بل یعني عمود التعاطف وليس العداء. يقصد به ركيزة الوحدة وليس عمود الفراق. إنه يعني الشعور بالاهتمام المشترك بين أولئك الذين يعيشون في ظل حكومة أوحکومات ، وتحيط بهم حدود طبيعية أو تاريخية أوعقدیة.
إن الفكر السياسي الناشئ من الحجج التحرریة متجذر في أعماق وجود الناس ومشاعرهم ، عندما يتم دمج هذه المشاعر مع الكلمات الشعرية ، فإنها تخلق قوة غيراعتیادیة وتدفع الأمور إلى الأمام بأعجوبة. وقد حاولت شاعرتنا عاتکة الخزرجي، إثارة الوطنية وحب الوطن في نفوس المخاطبین بفن الخطابة والتعبير الشعري ، لتعدهم للدفاع عن القيم فإحساسها بفلسطین کان مبکراً ومنذ وعد بلفور عام 1917 إذ بدأت خیوط المؤامرة تُنسَجُ ضد فلسطین والأمة الإسلامیة. فرأينا في ديوانها 12 قصيدة کان مضمونها أدب المقاومة، فضلاً عما جاء في ثنایا قصائدها حول الجهاد والنضال والوطن.. فعلی المنهج التحليلی و النقدی في الجانبين المعنوی و النفسی، سوف نکشف أهم ميزات إسلوبها و فَنِّها فی أدب المقاومة ووطنياتها وقومياتها. فهي تبکي بشوق و حنين علی ما جری في فلسطين بقصائدها، ففي قصيدة ( فلسطينُ هّيا ثورة عربية ) بأسلوب حماسي، تدعو جميع العرب للقيام وتبرزُ عتاب وشکوی فلسطين من عدم النصره وقلة الاهتمام بهم من قبل الأمة العربية وحکامها. فأهم ملامح ادب المقاومة في ديوانها هي: فلسطين، القدس، الوطن، الوحدة القومية، الشهيد والشهادة، الجهاد والمجاهدون والمناضلون

The research is aimed at disclosing the threats to national security in the humanitarian sphere related to the need of outlining value- and sense-bearing contents in terms of social shifts, military actions, and an axiological crisis, as the actualization of historical and cultural heritage and ethnonational processes overlaps with the axiologically inhomogeneous and fragmentary modern sociocultural space. The complexity of national security policy formation is due to the fact that it must encompass social, economic, political, and cultural features of unity; create national space without denying the right to represent other identities. Thus, it is crucial to form the common sociocultural space as horizontal solidarity of the society based on the national identity's dominant values. The notion of national values must serve as a conceptual basis for such an approach as, along with the notion of national interests, it most fully depicts the specifics of the humanitarian sphere. The legacy of substance and spirit, as well as traditional ethnonational dimensions, which are fundamental for the national being of Ukraine and allow feeling a constant connection with the Motherland, form an essential foundation for the further representation of Ukrainians and their culture in Ukraine and abroad. The article draws attention to the insufficient depiction of humanitarian problems, the role of national values in the formation of national interests and goals in the strategic security documents of Ukraine. The fact of constructing fake identities and nourishing separatist tendencies in the regions of Ukraine as an element of hybrid warfare requires the state's reaction. Consideration of dominant meanings and values when working on legal documents in the educational field, language issue, and ethnocultural processes will allow the prognosis of conflict situations, security threats, and elaboration of tools to avoid the crisis.

S'inscrivant dans le « renouveau confucéen » apparu au sein de la population chinoise à partir des années 2000, une forte mobilisation des ressources traditionnelles relevant principalement du confucianisme dans les approches managériales s'observe dans le monde des entrepreneurs. Reposant sur une enquête de terrain effectuée entre 2016 et 2019 dans trois entreprises privées chinoises, nous essayons de répondre aux questions suivantes : dans quelles mesures ces entreprises « confucéennes » s'inspirent-elles de valeurs traditionnelles pour la gestion de leurs activités dans le but de fonder une éthique entrepreneuriale ? Quelles sont les particularités et les raisons intrinsèques des mobilisations de ces entrepreneurs ? Nous nous interrogerons également sur une question plus large : comment la tradition constitue-t-elle une ressource importante permettant la moralisation du capitalisme dans la Chine contemporaine ?
