Résumé À partir des années 1880, les données du marché international des travaux publics se modifièrent sensiblement en raison à la fois d'un déplacement de la demande (achèvement de la mise en place des grandes infrastructures de base en Europe occidentale et centrale, réorientation au profit des colonies, puis de la Russie, de l'Amérique latine, des Dominions et de la Chine) et d'une mutation technologique (révolution de l'acier, béton armé). Si l'industrie britannique des travaux publics demeurait la première du monde, elle fut de plus en plus concurrencée non seulement par les firmes françaises, mais encore par les entreprises allemandes et belges, voire suisses, Scandinaves et italiennes. En Allemagne et en Belgique autant qu'en Grande-Bretagne et en France naquirent de puissantes entreprises dont Philipp Holzmann (Allemagne) et Ackermans & Van Haaren (Belgique) offrent de bons exemples.

Résumé L'industrie parisienne du fiacre dans la première moitié du XIXe siècle était caractérisée par une libre et âpre concurrence entre les petites et moyennes entreprises qui dominaient alors l'industrie, par un strict et sévère contrôle de la police et de l'État sur la marche de l'industrie, et enfin par une main-d'œuvre très difficile à contrôler et discipliner. En 1855, Napoléon III créa un monopole du service des fiacres ordinaires à Paris au profit de la Compagnie impériale des Voitures, monopole qui fut supprimé en 1866. La conséquence fut le bouleversement de l'industrie du fiacre : la grande entreprise capitaliste du fiacre devint un trait permanent de cette industrie. Ce phénomène divisa la « corporation parisienne des cochers de fiacre » entre un groupe qui resta fidèle à ses valeurs corporatives et un autre chez qui apparurent au contraire une conscience et des organisations de classe.

The article deals with an important topic - social responsibility of business. Implementation Issues of corporate social responsibility is seen not only in terms of the social problems of society and the need for social protection of the working population, but also from the standpoint of using CSR to create a positive image for an enterprise, establishing public relations and central and local government, maintaining a positive image of the company. The article highlights the role of social responsibility for improving public relations and government cooperation and to attract highly skilled workers to gain competitive advantage in the job market. A description of the basic tools of implementing corporate social responsibility, the use of which in various combinations will allow each manager to find the necessary combination of actions and motives of creating a socially responsible business enterprise. The basic types of social programs, the basic reasons for its introduction and implementation tools are determined. The author also describes the most distributing templates implementing social programs in enterprises, which will simplify the use of corporate social responsibility to improve the competitiveness of any enterprise. ; В статье рассматривается важная тема - создание и поддержание положительного имиджа предприятия с использованием концепции социальной ответственности бизнеса. Вопросы внедрения социальной ответственности бизнеса рассматривается не только с точки зрения проблем социальной сферы общества и необходимости обеспечения социальных гарантий работающего населения, но и с позиции использования социальной ответственности бизнеса для создания и поддержания положительного имиджа предприятия, налаживаниея связей с общественностью и органами центральной и местной власти, поддержание положительного имиджа компании. В статье освещена роль социальной ответственности бизнеса как для улучшения отношений с общественностью и органами власти, так и для привлечения высококвалифицированных работников, то есть для получения конкурентных преимуществ на рынке труда. Дано описание базового инструментария внедрения концепции социальной ответственности бизнеса, использование которого в разных комбинациях позволит каждому управленцу найти необходимую комбинацию действий и мотивов создания социально ответственного бизнеса своего предприятия. Приведены основные типы социальных программ, базовые мотивы их внедрения и инструменты реализации. Также описаны наиболее распространении шаблоны внедрения социальных программ на предприятиях, что позволит упростить процедуру использования концепции социальной ответственности бизнеса для повышения конкурентоспособности любых предприятий. ; У статті розглядається важлива тема – створення та підтримка позитивного іміджу підприємства з використанням концепції соціальної відповідальності бізнесу. У статті висвітлено роль соціальної відповідальності бізнесу як для поліпшення стосунків з громадськістю та органами влади, так і для залучення висококваліфікованих працівників, тобто для отримання конкурентних переваг на ринку праці. Дано опис базового інструментарію впровадження концепції соціальної відповідальності бізнесу, використання якого у різних комбінаціях дозволить кожному управлінцю знайти необхідну комбінацію дій та мотивів створення соціально відповідального бізнесу свого підприємства. Наведено основні типи соціальних програм, базові мотиви їх впровадження та інструменти реалізації. Також описані найбільш поширенні шаблони впровадження соціальних програм на підприємствах, що дозволить спростити процедуру використання концепції соціальної відповідальності бізнесу для підвищення конкурентоспроможності будь-яких підприємств.

Until recent yrs the measure of a nation's econ & soc prosperity was its consumption of electricity. Over the course of time, electricity has come to be considered indispensable. Thus, the aim of both gov & industry was directed towards reducing the cost of power. These aims & goals are now being seriously questioned by the environmental movement. In the developing struggle it is going to be necessary to institute an orderly procedure by which solutions to these issues may be discovered. Such procedures must not, however, allow any one segment of society to impose its value system upon another. This can be prevented if everyone is given a reasonable opportunity to express his own values, during both planning & decision-making. Without full public participation there is a serious danger that society will never agree to accept the increased restrictions on its conduct which will be necessary in yrs to come if man is to survive. This article aims to explain why Spanish growth has been so high since the mid-90s (with a significant reduction in public deficit and the unemployment rate), but also why it is not sustainable in the long term. Indeed, growth has recently been greatly dependent on European structural funds and an expansive monetary policy. Furthermore, it has induced severe imbalances (increasing current deficit and household debt, thus generating a house price bubble). For the catching-up towards the European Union to continue, higher productivity growth is necessary. ; Depuis le milieu des années 1990, et contrairement aux craintes d'un certain nombre de pays européens plus avancés, l'Espagne a fait figure d'excellent élève au sein de l'Union européenne : sa croissance a été très forte, l'assainissement des finances publiques a été remarquable et le taux de chômage a entamé une décrue durable. Cette performance a été en grande partie fondée sur une conjonction exceptionnelle de facteurs favorables (montée en puissance des fonds structurels, baisse importante des taux d'intérêt) et s'est principalement appuyée sur la construction et des services peu productifs. Le rattrapage espagnol a reposé sur l'emploi et sur le renforcement de la spécialisation de l'économie dans des secteurs à faible valeur ajoutée, la productivité du travail s'éloignant au contraire du niveau moyen européen. L'Espagne a donc de moins en moins pu compter sur la faiblesse de ses coûts, qui était à la base de son attractivité et de son développement, du fait d'une inflation toujours plus élevée que celle de ses principaux partenaires européens. De plus, la concurrence des pays de l'Est s'est révélée de plus en vive. De ce fait, le solde extérieur n'a cessé de se creuser depuis la fin des années 1990.Cet article vise à présenter le mode de croissance qui a émergé en Espagne depuis le milieu des années 1990 et à rendre compte de ses succès et de ses limites. Il en ressort que la croissance actuelle, tant au niveau de sa composition que de son ampleur, n'est pas soutenable à moyen terme, puisqu'elle est basée sur des facteurs favorables qui ne se renouvelleront pas et qu'elle a conduit à des déséquilibres croissants (forte hausse de la dette des ménages, surévaluation des prix immobiliers, déficit courant record). Ceci implique qu'un rattrapage en termes de productivité est désormais indispensable pour que la convergence espagnole vers l'Union européenne se poursuive.

Through this article, youth is understood as a historical route around the notion that puts emphasis in the socio, historical-cultural conditions that made their irruption possible. The beginning of the way into the primitive societies happened through old, medieval, and industrial when society arrived at the denominated postindustrial era, as we named it at this present moment. This route made it possible to notice youth subjectivities that occurred at different historical moments, and that has been valued and recognized socially, through different arguments of social recognition that, often, left other forms inadvertent to inhabit youth. Finally it is maintained that the construction of this writing was possible from the diverse bibliography existence around youth, at present, as a dominion of understanding that the emphasis in the influence of the social context allows us to extend the vision toward the journey to a stage of life placing, historical, cultural, economic and political in the production of the youthful subjectivities. In this sense, the article proposes to install questions to those who were in the field of investigation, which makes it possible to question itself what youth subjectivities we contributed to constructing when investigating those to whom `we in investigate' without forgetting that when saying, and when speaking, it expresses subjectivity. ; En este trabajo se realiza un recorrido histórico en torno a la noción juventud, entendida como un discurso que pone énfasis en las condiciones sociohistóricoculturales que hicieron posible su irrupción. Se inicia el camino en las sociedades primitivas, pasando por la sociedad antigua, medieval, industrial, arribando a la denominada sociedad postindustrial, que denominamos como el momento actual. Este recorrido posibilitó advertir las subjetividades juveniles que acontecieron en distintos momentos históricos, y que han sido valoradas y reconocidas socialmente a través de luchas de reconocimiento social que, muchas veces, dejaron inadvertidas ...

As in other business education programmes elsewhere, the University of Botswana integrates entrepreneurship into its business education programme. It incorporates experiential learning and carefully arranged student placement in industries and workplaces. This practice differs from the traditional business education programme as it involves a variety of learning activities and experiences which reflect the spirit and principle of entrepreneurship (Solomon et al . 2002; Wilson, Llewellyn, and Robertson 2003). This article is based on a study which aimed to assess and evaluate the benefits of the University of Botswana Business Clinic (UBBC) to students, and the outcomes of its community outreach to the prospective and new enterprise owners. The findings suggest that the Clinic's activities included value-adding experiential learning, which enhanced the students' entrepreneurial education experience, and in the process, extended business support to the local community. However, there was lack of continuity and efficient coordination of these activities, which hampered the Clinic from realising its full potential to develop entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and values in the students and the local community. In spite of this shortcoming, the UBBC has a potential role to play in facilitating and coordinating the integration of entrepreneurship education into the University's programmes and disciplines, as part of the University's aim to be an enterprising institution for national benefit (University of Botswana 2004,5).

Cet article propose une analyse sociologique d'inspiration pragmatique du statut de la preuve dans les procès de la finance. Le procès peut être considéré comme l'une des scènes privilégiées de cette tradition sociologique, mais également comme un lieu particulièrement pertinent pour traiter de la question de la causalité. À partir de l'ethnographie du procès d'un trader impliqué dans un scandale financier international, l'article propose une distinction entre deux types de causalités qui se donnent à voir lors des audiences de procès et des oppositions qui s'y font jour. La première, appelée causalité directe, implique de replacer l'accusé dans les conditions très concrètes de réalisation des pratiques délictueuses. La seconde, appelée causalité relationnelle, nécessite une mise en relation entre des éléments disparates, lui donnant dès lors une dimension collective. L'article montre en retour les contraintes qui pèsent sur les preuves présentées au procès, et les critiques auxquelles elles s'exposent.

Résumé La façon dont la prestation compensatoire est prise en compte lors du divorce permet de comprendre comment le statut de l'homme et de la femme dans le couple est questionné par les transformations qui le rendent plus fragile et moins durable. La vie privée avec le travail domestique pénalise la femme d'autant plus que l'union a été longue. Cependant, ce que l'on peut considérer comme un don de celle-ci pour permettre au mari de réussir sa carrière professionnelle au détriment de la sienne fait difficilement l'objet d'une compensation financière, tant ce travail véritable, naturalisé comme un attribut de genre, devient invisible socialement. C'est donc un rapport de force qui s'instaure dans le couple au moment de la rupture, dans lequel la femme se trouve en situation subordonnée, sans régulation véritable.
