Indonesia is a country ranked fourth as the most populous country in the world, so it's no wonder there are many socio-economic problems. Development has several indicators, namely social conditions and economic conditions related to SDGs 3, 4, 8, 9 and 11 goals, where the goal to be achieved is to see which areas have optimal economic growth values. To encourage the achievement of SDGs in Indonesia, social conditions and economic conditions have a role to play in supporting economic growth. Economic growth in this study is described by the GRDP, namely the GRDP describes the total gross added value of each economic sector. By using a sustainability analysis technique, namely Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) using Tosmana software. Using the year of research in 2020 and research objects in 34 provinces. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the regions with optimal economic growth from social and economic conditions were North Sulawesi, Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, Lampung, West Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, Bali, Kep. Riau, Central Java, East Java and West Java. The relationship between socio-economic conditions on economic growth is expected to provide an increase in economic growth and see what programs have been successfully implemented that can have a positive influence on social and economic conditions.
"Between 1917 and 1923, Ukraine experienced an anti-colonial war for national liberation, foreign invasion, socialist revolution, and civil war simultaneously, resulting in almost unimaginable civilian casualties. In The Life and Death of Revolutionary Ukraine Stephen Velychenko surveys the plight of civilians, details the socio-economic background to the political events that unfolded during this time, and documents the country's demographic losses. Focusing specifically on two causes of civilian death, deliberate killing and appalling living conditions, Velychenko outlines prewar improvements in living conditions and describes their decline after 1917. He examines governmental culpability in civilian death and notes that while ideologies and the inability of leaders to control subordinates were undeniably a cause of violence, there were other factors at play. Velychenko exploits previously unused archival sources to create a picture of the social conditions leading up to and during this catastrophic period, combining this data with stories and reports from memoirs of the period. Readers familiar with the explosion of violence against Jews at this time will find here a compelling framework for understanding the context of that violence."--

Human societies exist within certain resource limits. Those limits reflect particular combinations of ma terials, language, and social structure and determine tenden cies toward social stability or change. Such issues seem best approached metaphorically. Energy stands for the level of resource-development a particular society has reached. Per meability indicates how distribution is arranged by the social structure; and myths stand for the group's available percep tions and its trajectory of belief. Such metaphorical co-ordi nates may permit prediction as to the future of a society. For example, the emergence of Western industrialism was dependent upon the surplus energy of a frontier: with the closing of that frontier, the associated social structures and mythologies now seem ill-adapted to the new environmental limits.

Proposals for using 'soc indicators' & 'soc accounting' & for initiating 'soc reports' by gov's have been put forth in the US & certain European countries. These proposals are closely related to the emergence of explosive soc problems in the econ'ly developed countries. But, at the same time, there has been also growing dissatisfaction in econ'ly developing countries with planning based on narrowly construed econ models & with the conspicuous absence of the adjective 'soc' in the definition of 'development.' if both developed & developing countries are now more concerned with the soc aspects of life, then perhaps soc information can be useful in both cases. A cluster of ideas deeply rooted in a certain situation cannot be easily transplanted. The diff's between the soc problems of a developed & a developing situation are so great that entirely diff kinds of soc information are needed in each. Nevertheless, certain ideas contained in the various soc information proposals could prove to be extremely useful for the specific problems of developing countries. HA.
