International audience ; Simulation techniques are well suited to macroeconomic analysis, both for teaching, economic policy and research. It develops the path of scientific preparation of decisions and the analytical and synthetic understanding of the national economy, even if it tends to simplify the complexity of a national economy whose economic variables are influenced by the erratic behavior of the economic agents, the power relationships and the normal behaviors of men that the economy sometimes considers irrational. Computer science can also be used in heuristic analysis, as an instrument of creativity. In the framework of this analysis, systems of macroeconomic equations have been tested, before being used for theoretical experimentation, through simulation over several periods. L'informatique peut aussi être utilisée dans le cadre d'analyses heuristiques, comme un instrument de créativité. Competitiveness as a research object is important for foreign and Lithuanian scientists. Competitiveness concept is widely used by government, business, and science representatives as well by other social characters. Competitiveness, science and technology development is very important part of country's development strategy. More and more global world, economical market brings new opportunities and danger. Thus bigger influence and bigger competitiveness helps for country to reach its goals and to strengthen its positions in international sphere. Object – competitiveness stimulation of territories. The Aim – to justify the importance of European support which helps to stimulate competitiveness of sub national territories. This paper reveals the analysis of documents and quality research, which is based on structural interviews with five respondents, who represent business, science and government's interests. It also discusses about the concept of competitiveness, analyzed strategies, and the importance of various levels of institutions' strategies for stimulating competitiveness, also networking and its links with competitiveness. It is shown that in European level created documents foresees long-term and short-term tools, aims and subsidies to accomplish tasks. Country in the frames of these strategies adopts national strategy, schematic documents and a wide range of tools to achieve goals. The success of European strategies depends on national states, their various levels institutions and public institutions, companies, educational and research institutions, acceptance of various decisions by investors and other organizations and their actions, and ability to use and apply these documents. Finished analysis of networking instruments shows that all networking forms have an influence to the stimulation of competitiveness. The usage of networking can help gradually introduce innovations and increase creativity.

Despite seven decades of development of the European Union project, on 23 June 2016, the United Kingdom, Europe and the rest of the world were surprised when the Leave campaign won the Brexit referendum, offering an extraordinary case study for researchers. We spatially disaggregate the vote share data, which allows us to explore where anti-European sentiment took root in the UK and why. In this paper, a spatial dependence model is applied to clarify and quantify the relevance of the different dimensions - demographic, cultural/educational and economic - that play a role in explaining the rise of support for the Leave campaign. The analysis is conducted at the local level, using local authorities (LAs) as the spatial unit of analysis due to the combination of official datasets with newly generated data in the context of an EU H2020 project. A new indicator capturing the affluence of each local area relative to its close neighbours is proposed and included in the model. In general, we observe that most of the main conclusions obtained by large regions or at the national level also hold at the local scale. However, it is particularly interesting that inequalities by LAs are clearly significant, indicating a marked influence on voters' decisions that have thus far been unaccounted for. This result provides further support for the existence of, to use Andrés Rodriguez-Pose's terminology, an even more intense "revenge of the places that do not matter" at the local scale.

В статье образовательный процесс рассматривается как особая форма коммуникативного пространства. Автор рассматривает особенности интерпретации политических текстов в различны видах образовательных практик в их истории и современности. Особое внимание в работе уделяется проблемам исследования концептуального аппарата политического текста; исследуются вопросы доступности информации в различных пространствах интернета. ; The educational process is a kind of communicative space in which there are both peculiar and traditional elements, communication patterns and parameters of functioning information in the interaction between source of messages and their recipient. Complex (system) of such communication space may be viewed in the coordinate system of political communications themselves, in particular, as political texts used in different types of educational practices. In the process of understanding the meaning of political reality, there is little that can replace the research side of the political analysis of the text associated with the specific policy questions and presented in concrete political science courses. Political texts help build general social characteristics of plurality of actors involved in the political process. During the work on such texts common communication units used by the parties in the understanding and perception of the information are formed. Thus, the features of the place and role of political text in modern educational space are a matter of significant interest. The subject of my study is the educational process as a special form of communication space. For these purposes, I use social-philosophical, structural-functional and discourse analysis. In my work, I pay special attention to problems of studying conceptual apparatus of political text. I also study the question of accessibility of information in different spaces of the Internet. Electronic means of information delivery themselves do not predispose to thoughtful analysis of official government document, particular actor's political text. As soon as the process of obtaining information is simplified, intellectual mechanism promoting the development of skills of problem understanding through the comprehension of text information, operates weaker and weaker. Skill and the need to communicate with the book in the framework of educational process are disappeared. It is a significant threat, particularly for the formation of new generations of political scientists under conditions of increased global information warfare and pressure of soft power. I show under the conditions contemporary in the framework of political communication the full range of formal and informal processes of information exchange between government institutions and the community actively used. Thus, political communication as a whole looks like activity related to the production (creation) and the interpretation of texts. It is in this context, importance of thoughtful analysis of political texts in the context of opponent circle of educational process, which includes both teachers and students, is just increasing. I conclude that accustoming students to care expert work, we 'vaccinated' them by thoughtless, lightweight and credulous relationship to any materials, regardless of who they throw in the media space, whether our foreign adversaries or domestic media, government institutions or non-governmental organizations. Thus, we are increasing the practical importance of humanitarian knowledge and, after all, protect future political analysts from the manipulative influence.

National tests in the natural sciences for grade 6 were carried out 2013 - 2015. One aim was to provide information about students' scientific knowledge according to the "abilities": communicating, exploring and explaining, as stated in the syllabus. Are these "abilities" possible and reasonable to distinguish from each other? Answers (60,000) were used for exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses and controlled for dimensionality in a Rasch model. The results show that the tests mainly capture one overall ability. It was not possible to separate the three "abilities" in a reliable way. Thus, our analyses show that dividing the test into subscales for grading the "abilities" jeopardize test validity. A more reliable option might be to let students' strong and weak performances in relation to different parts of the syllabus compensate for each other. Lastly we discuss our results in relation to the Swedish educational legislation.

As a developing Arabic country, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is seeking to use the best methods of digital education. Spending on education technology in the UAE is one of the highest in the world. The UAE is constantly looking to better the educational system. The economy in UAE has developed into a modern state. The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is another an Arab Kingdom in the Middle East. This research discusses the importance of the information and communication sectors in Jordan. These sectors, as well as telecommunications and technology, business banking, the internet and e-commerce solutions, online shopping, and communication centers are the fastest growing areas in Jordan. Finally, Saudi Arabia has the highest reserves of national oil in the world. Recently, Saudi Arabia has developed rapidly because of its oil exports, so quality of life for citizens has improved. The government has provided an inexpensive distribution of electrical power, which helps advance internet use. Also, the improvement of the living level, and the internet and cellular phones have entered into people's lives which bring more convenience to communicate in Saudi Arabia, especially in education.

This report on the German results of the Integration of the Second Generation in Europe (TIES) survey looks at the integration process for second generation inhabitants of Turkish and Yugoslavian backgrounds living in Berlin and Frankfurt. Examining the TIES results, Inken Sürig and Maren Wilmes discuss diverse topics such as educational outcomes, segregation and housing, ethnic and cultural orientations, and social relations.
