The article examines natural science competencies according to normative documents and standards in Bulgaria, aimed at the preschool-age child's ecological transition and sustainable development. That is an ecological transition that supports the preschool-age child in acquiring the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for a more sustainable life, the so-called "sustainability competences" described in the European sustainability competence framework GreenComp2). It creates a condition for changing consumption patterns. It directs the public's attention to adopting a healthier lifestyle in harmony with the environment. The content parameters of the preschool-age children's natural science competences in orientation in the surrounding world have been outlined. Special attention has been paid to their manifestation in the 6 – 7-year-old child by means of digital photography, guided by the idea that photography is regarded not only as a visualization technique, but also as a subjectively significant activity for the child

This article contributes to a special symposium on science fiction and international law, examining the blurry lines between science and fiction in the policy discussions concerning the military use of lethal autonomous robots. In response to projects that attempt to build military robots that comport with international humanitarian law [IHL], we investigate whether and how the introduction of lethal autonomous robots might skew international humanitarian norms. Although IHL purports to be a technologically-neutral approach to calculating a proportionate, discriminate, and militarily necessary response, we contend that it permits a deterministic mode of thinking, expanding the scope of that which is perceived of as "necessary" once the technology is adopted. Consequently, we argue, even if lethal autonomous robots comport with IHL, they will operate as a force multiplier of military necessity, thus skewing the proportionality metric and amplifying new forms of destructive, lethal force.

This research sheds light on how and why the politicization of nature leads to think of a new boundary between nature and culture. This study has been carried out thanks to the elaboration process of the French Guyana national park created in 2007. We are going to use Latoure's approach of social studies of science in order to understand the position of scientific research in this elaboration. Thanks to the bonds it makes between different elements of reality, it can build objects of research. The significance of our work is to pay attention to these objects of research when they turn into political objects within the project of the park. Thus, we will analyse the elements which trigger the political action process. Finally, this research shows that the politicization of nature brings about transformations be it in nature itself or in the elaboration of its collective approach. From then on, a tension can be found between two ontologies which define a type of relation to nature as described by Descola : the naturalistic ontology used by the Western countries and the analogical ontology targeted by the people of the park. The level of health mirrors this tension. It is in itself a link between nature and culture since it deals with human biology. From then on, it plays an important part in the creation of the Guyana national park. ; Cette recherche analyse comment et pourquoi la mise en politique de la nature amène à repenser la frontière entre nature et culture.
