AbstractPostcards, as 'travelling communication devices', have been identified as excellent tools for their ability to collapse 'the field' in a new, visually experiential way. Though often presented as a (post)colonial medium that has exoticized 'the other', they may also be able to give snapshots of diverse biographies otherwise silenced, and can therefore be utilised as a form of collaborative ethnography. This paper analyses postcards sent from Venezuelans living in Bogota during the pandemic. It will suggest that when migrants express lived‐experience via postcards, the coloniality of the medium is challenged and reimagined as collaborative ethnography.

Carrie Phillips is the Chief Communications and ­Marketing Officer at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Phillips has a Doctorate of Education from Texas Tech University. Prior to her role at UA Little Rock, she spent more than a decade in marketing at Arkansas Tech University. Active in the industry and in her community, Carrie also serves on various boards and committees, including the Council for Advancement & Support of Education (CASE), American Marketing Association, Higher Education Web Professionals, and the Boy Scouts of America. This paper endeavors to assess the overall level of employees' perception of corporate sustainable development (CSD) across its three defining dimensions – economic, social, and environmental. Variations in the perceived significance based on individual and professional characteristics among employees are additionally identified. The research methodology involves conducting Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on the information collected from a survey distributed to employees of companies operating in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector within Romania's Western region. The findings affirm a direct, restrictive and positive impact of employees' socio-professional characteristics on their perception of CSD.

This study deals with the European Commission and Communication Europe 2020, which was a result of the global economic crisis of 2007–2008 and forward. Europe 2020 was an initiative to deal with the crisis by promoting smart, sustainable, and inclusive growth. The Commission addressed the crisis as an existential threat to Europe, but also as a window of opportunity to build a new prosperous region. This study explores the political entrepreneurial efforts taken by the Commission as well as assesses the outcome of reforms implemented. The Commission has achieved many targets, although some challenges remain unsolved.

In this study, the key sectors of Turkey are determined using Input- Output (IO) network analysis. Different centrality measures are analyzed and compared. Accordingly, eigenvector, page rank, hub, and authority centralities are calculated. The effects of an economic shock are also analyzed using random walk centrality and counting betweenness. Findings indicate that the key sectors are ?Wholesale and Retail Trade; Repair of Motor Vehicles?, ?Transport, Storage and Communications?, ?Agriculture, Hunting and Forestry?, ?Construction?, ?Real Estate Activities?, and ?Textiles, Textile Products, Leather and Footwear?. Furthermore, the same sectors are determined to be vulnerable to economic shocks.

Numerous contemporary work teams encompass both virtuality, marked by geographically dispersed members relying on technology for communication, and fluidity, involving the rapid assembly of members with limited prior experience for immediate, time-sensitive tasks. Instances include global virtual teams, military command and control teams, and similar contexts in which rapidly assembled distributed teams are prevalent. However, research on fluid virtual teams remains scarce. In this article, we expound upon the concept of team fluidity, explain how fluid virtual contexts influence team dynamics, and explore the implications for effectively supporting fluid virtual teams.

After Hong Kong's handover in 1997, the development of its relations with Taiwan has been full of twists and turns. Formal and bureaucratic interactions have stifled the strategic ambiguity needed to utilise Hong Kong as a buffer for cross-strait tensions. The subtle interaction between Hong Kong and Taiwan, being leveraged to reduce tension and facilitate communication in the cross-strait conflict, has been weakened since the mid-2010s even though institutionalisation was enhanced. Thus, the future development of Hong Kong–Taiwan relations may seem even more pessimistic than cross-strait relations.

The importance of sports diplomacy, which has been growing in recent years, allows us to consider this direction as an important and effective resource of foreign policy. When the rules and norms of international communication are reconsidered after the start of the Special Military Operation, an objective need to create new platforms and institutions for the presentation of our country has been emerged. The most promising in this series are the BRICS structures. Based on the analysis, it was concluded that the resources and capabilities of the BRICS member countries make it possible to create alternative international sports grounds.

Social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik-Tok, etc., as well as alternative channels for communication, marketing and dissemination of information such as Whatsapp, Telegram, Viber, etc. create comfortable conditions for holding various events, campaigns, rapid promotion of political messages, promotion of new political formations and individual subjects. At the same time, the online environment is extremely convenient for filtering information, propaganda, spreading misinformation and fake news. The quality and credibility of information, among the mass reader and consumer, is displaced by sensationalism and the feeling of news "saturation".

One of the achievements of the era of Great Reforms in Russia was the intensification of the consolidation of social forces in various spheres of activity. The authors focus on the work of the Society of Penza Doctors, established in Penza in 1863, and the Hospital for Poor Patients who come to it. On a charitable basis, the first outpatient clinic in the history of the province was created. Through professional communication, the doctors tried to continue their self-education and promoted the popularization of the achievements of scientific medicine in the provincial society through the local "Gubernskie Vedomosti".

This article presents the concept of shared spaces among religious groups in the contemporary Indian context. In the land of unity in diversity which India is known to be, this article showcases some illustrations of attempts to build shared spaces historically through religion, social arrangements, and interfaith communications and discusses the challenges in this journey. It is argued that through shared spaces, people come together, feel closeness and engage in acts of reciprocity, cooperation, and mutual celebration. Such shared spaces have permeable boundaries. The boundaries can be either barriers or bridges. Attempts to create bridges will foster peace and harmony.

From 2002 to the present day, hundreds of constitutional bills have been proposed by delegates in Parliament, with forty of them being introduced within a year following the renewal of the Assemblée Nationale after the 2022 legislative elections. Each bill contains unique and far-reaching provisions. The proposals illustrate a shift within secondary constituent power, which no longer perceives the Constitution as a sacred text, the supreme standard of the French legal order, but as a wish list, and as an object of political communication subject to trivial media considerations.

The article highlights the general trends and features of the formation of the opposition movement in Ukraine from the late 1950s through the 1980s, and examines the forms and methods of the protest movement as well as the specifics of the information and communication activities of Ukrainian dissidents. The study focuses on the mecha­nism of political repression, the use of criminal legislation in the Ukrainian SSR to punish dissent, and the approximate number of citizens of the republic who were repressed for "anti-Soviet propaganda and activities" from the 1950s through the 1980s.
