The state policy in the form of providing village funds will have an impact on the pattern of relations and relations between the village government and the village community, as well as among their own village communities. At least the implications of this will affect the values of the mutual cooperation culture in the village community. The present study aims to answer the state policy through village funds towards village autonomy and its implications for the values of mutual cooperation culture in the village of Kedungbanteng sub-district, Banyumas Regency. This research is a sociolegal study, using the methodological approach of the social sciences and the nature of the research used in this descriptive-analytical study. The research location was in the Kedungbanteng sub-district of Banyumas using a purposive sampling method.The results of the study show that the state policy through village funds when associated with village autonomy turns out that the village has autonomy called village autonomy where village autonomy is not given by the state but village autonomy comes from the village itself. Village government is given more space in managing its own household affairs. While the implication, although we cannot deny that the existence of village funds is also the least influencing eroded mutual cooperation culture in society, but this is not a dominant factor

On April 2, 1948, the Congress of the United States passed legislation authorizing the appropriation of $6,098,000,000 for foreign aid, of which $5,300,000,000 was allocated for the first twelve months of the European Recovery Program. The bill became effective upon the signature of the President the following day, and early in April Mr. Paul Hoffman, President of the Studebaker Company, was appointed as director of the Economic Cooperation Administration, an independent agency to handle the funds appropriated by the Congress.

The current state of economic crime is characterized by stable growth, the structural diversity of new types of encroachments, a high latency level, and increased damage, making the topic under consideration relevant. This article studies the interaction of different states' legal systems in regulating international cooperation against transnational economic crimes and outlines the range of public relations arising from such activities under international public law. It employs a set of general scientific and special methods in the modern science of international public law to achieve the scientific objectivity of the results. Finally, it outlines the main trends in combating transnational economic crime at the international level.

The first section of this publication contains an outline of the origins of Regional Cooperation as an instrument of the Lome Convention, looking at its gradual evolution over the first two Conventions. The background set, section two examines the provisions for regional cooperation under Lome III, looking at its scope and objectives, its budget, its criteria for funding etc. Finally, section three looks at the practical operation of the policy of regional co-operation within the ACP's seven different regions (West Africa, East Africa, Southern Africa, Central Africa, The Caribbean, The Pacific, The Indian Ocean), highlighting current and past priorities, the various types of regional organisations, the resources allocated to each region under Lome III, and the regional projects or programmes financed to date under the current Convention

This Master's Thesis examines the dynamics of Baltic states' cooperation in implementing the political phase of electricity network synchronization with continental European networks (CEN). The main aim of this study was to identify the factors that led to the emergence of a unified position and made the political agreement in Brussels possible. To achieve this goal the following tasks were formulated: 1. Introduce the theoretical approaches of liberalism and neorealism, and the hypotheses that arise from them; 2. Review the context of synchronization process; 3. Identify how the positions of the three Baltic States have changed regarding synchronization process: including lengthy negotiations without finding a consensus and the achievement of an agreement. The first part of this Thesis discusses two theoretical approaches that are explaining regional cooperation – liberalism and neorealism. They are used to form two main hypotheses (H1 and H2), which are tested in the second part. H1 argues that the European Commission has become one of the most important actors in helping the Baltic states to reach an agreement, and thus solving collective action problems. H2 states that intensified cooperation between the Baltic states was driven by the threat of Russia. The second part of this work tests these hypotheses by conducting a case study using the process tracing method. The analysis covers the period from 2013 to 2018. Having examined both hypotheses, it was discovered that the EC had the greatest influence regarding the Baltic states' cooperation. Supranational institution has taken a leader's role and moderated the negotiation processes, initiated feasibility studies, and overseen the parties' compliance. The study also discovered that Lithuania had taken a leading role as well. First of all, Lithuania has made great efforts to improve bilateral relations with Poland, which resulted in involving Poland in the synchronization process. Furthermore, Lithuania's efforts have partly resulted in the EC taking the lead in this project. However, the second hypothesis in the work is only partially confirmed, as the study found that the strengthening and expansion of electricity networks in Russia and Belarus was not a primary factor in promoting more active cooperation between the Baltic states, but had some influence on Lithuania, Poland and later on the European Commission.
