En las últimas décadas, el sistema educativo español ha experimentado continuos cambios legislativos y reformas, siendo probablemente las enseñanzas de Formación Profesional las que se han visto más modificadas. Nadie duda a día de hoy de su importancia a nivel de desarrollo social y económico, pero la realidad muestra que su presencia en la investigación educativa sigue siendo escasa, especialmente si el foco de atención es su profesorado. Así las cosas, en este trabajo, bajo una metodología cualitativa concretada en una historia de vida, la voz de Jaime (profesor jubilado de FP) narra sus vivencias y experiencias durante 50 años. The centenary of the University Reform (RU) of 1918 leads historians to try to answer the question of validity or the decline of the reformist ideas that so influenced the Argentine university. For this, the purpose of this article is to reflect on the connection between this nucleus of ideas, the university and politics in the different historical junctures, with the aim of remembering the project of university renewal, the reconfiguration of that matrix and theemergence of some intellectuals who assumed interesting contributions of political intervention during the twentieth century, in particular, until the democratic transition of the eighties. The writing aims to convey the concern of the social sciences in general, history in particular, in making contributions to the transformation of the link between university, society and politics at the current time. ; El centenario de la Reforma Universitaria (RU) de 1918 lleva a los historiadores intentar responder a la pregunta sobre vigencia o la declinación de las ideas reformistas que tanto influyeron en la universidad argentina. Para ello, el propósito de este artículo es reflexionar sobre la vinculación entre ese núcleo de ideas, la universidad y la política en las distintas coyunturas históricas, con el objetivo de recordar el proyecto de renovación universitario,la reconfiguración de esa matriz y la emergencia de algunos intelectuales que asumieron interesantes aportes de intervención política durante el siglo XX, en particular, hasta la transición democrática de los años ochenta. El escrito apunta a hacer llegar la preocupación de las ciencias sociales en general, la historia en particular, en realizar aportes a la transformación del vínculo entre universidad, sociedad y política en los momentos actuales.

The first ten years of the People's Republic of China (1949-1959) saw a series of radical transformations on all levels of higher education, as universities and curricula were reformed to follow the Soviet model. At the same time, public campaigns to "reform the thought" of an entire generation of older academics and intellectuals were instigated, which aimed at conforming "antiquated" mindsets to the new standards in politics and education. The present thesis presents a case study in three chapters of how these elements – university reforms, public campaigns and pre-1949 scholarship – merged and redefined the contents and shape of early P.R.C. liberal arts by focusing on one of the most central and delicate subjects in Chinese academia: the study of classical Chinese literature. Chapter 1, "A Shandong Professor", traces the academic origins and career of Lu Kanru (1903-1978), a former president of Shandong University and a prime literary scholar of his time, from the Republican period into the later 1950s. It seeks, as the only detailed biographical approach to the field, to understand the generation targeted by the campaign against "bourgeois approaches" to the Qing-novel Dream of the Red Chamber (i.e., the Honglou meng-Campaign), specifically in terms of their previous educational, political and work experiences. Lu Kanru, in this sense, is a model protagonist who stands for a peer group of his generation. At the same time, he is treated very much as an individual protagonist, as his career may well have had symptomatic traits, but it was also decidedly the result of his own personal choices and preferences, a fact which would initially play out in his favor, but later also secure him a spot in the negative limelight in the aftermath of the Honglou meng-Campaign. 20 years of dispute over one and a half seconds of copied music? The dispute in the »Metal on Metal« (German: »Metall auf Metall«) case between the music group Kraftwerk and the composer Moses Pelham even occupied the European Court of Justice in 2019. It shows that copyright has become a socially contentious issue that has pushed its way out of the niche of the artistic sphere and into the everyday lives of almost everyone. This process has not gone unnoticed by academia, and yet academia is only just beginning to understand the implications and effects of this copyright expansion in more detail. Sociologist Georg Fischer provides the first empirical study of sampling in music that explicitly examines the impact of German copyright law on creative practice. He shows the abundance and diversity of creative circumvention strategies that have spread and taken root in the shadow of copyright law – and with which artists necessarily limit their own visibility as well as the aesthetic complexity and monetary exploitation of their works. - 20 Jahre Streit um eineinhalb Sekunden kopierte Musik? This edited volume of 14 essays is an aptly titled and useful resource, particularly for anyone interested in the first of its three themes, the history of Hong Kong film from the 1920s up to the present. Like most such volumes, the essays are of uneven quality and the editors could have done a bit more to fix some awkward writing and iron out some grammatical wrinkles and typos.

The paper is based on the field ethnographic material, collected in the village of Kubachi, Dakhadaevsky district of Dagestan. The method of participant observation was used for obtaining the material, while the source base for the study consisted of the interviews with the residents of the village and urban Kubachins.
The Kubachi wedding is a complex of specific customs and rituals, which last for three days in a certain sequence within the context of the mountain village. Local features and key points of a modern rural wedding are described. The author considers the traditional festive women's costume as part of the whole wedding ceremony: these are dresses of a bride and closest married women of the family. Features of a collective wedding procession, which carries a certain function for each of the three days of the ceremony, are discussed: the rite of matchmaking with gifts on the first day, the relocation of the bride with relatives to the groom's house on the second day, and the transfer of dowry on the third day of the wedding. The custom of the wedding ritual-show in the open air, accompanied with food and music, dances and mummers' games is revealed. The material on the types of wedding food, traditions of its cooking is considered. The paper also discusses the custom of good-wishing and magic rituals, performed during the wedding, as well as the symbolism and their function. Among these rituals are: showering the bride with sweets, concealing the face with a veil, honey treating; features of popular magic beliefs on even numbers are also mentioned. The study also proposes material on city weddings of the Kubachins, their traditional rites, performed in an urban setting: women's festive dress, traditional dances, etc.

In the paper we present progress of a research project that aims at studying the political-pedagogical project and actions of popular education with youth and adults in the Department of University Extension of the University of Buenos Aires which ran between 1956 and 1966.The Department of University Extension attempted toarticulatethe university with the people. The focus of its actions was in the Maciel Island. There, for ten years, they developed educational, health and welfare actions in order to solve the problems of the inhabitants of the island, from a joint effort between the university and the community. ; En el artículo presentamos avances de una investigación cuyo objeto de estudio se focaliza en el proyecto político-pedagógico y las acciones de educación popular con Jóvenes y adultos del Departamento de Extensión Universitaria (DEU) que funcionó en la Universidad de Buenos Aires, entre los años 1956 y 1966.El Departamento de Extensión Universitaria se propuso articular la Universidad con el pueblo. El foco de sus acciones estuvo en la Isla Maciel. Allí, durante diez años, se desarrollaron acciones educativas, sanitarias y asistenciales que tuvieron como objetivo solucionar los problemas de los habitantes de la Isla, a partir de un trabajo conjunto entre la universidad y la comunidad

Este artículo indaga las estrategias desplegadas por Ernesto Sabato para la difusión de su particular visión de la historia argentina, especialmente de la controvertida figura del general Juan Lavalle. El deseo de terciar en el campo intelectual y político lo llevó a ensayar diversas formas de participación en los combates por la reinterpretación del pasado. Romance de la Muerte de Juan Lavalle, obra poético- musical realizada en colaboración con el músico folclórico Eduardo Falú, es abordada con la intención de analizar la construcción de discursos acerca del pasado desde ámbitos historiográficos no tradicionales. ; This article inquires about the strategies suggested by Ernesto Sabato for the diffusion of his point of view about argentinean history and in special, general Juan Lavalle's life. The author, in his will of participating in the intellectual and political field, essayed to diverse forms of participation in its re-interpretation of past. His piece of work entitled Romance de la Muerte de Juan Lavalle has been written in collaboration with native music composer Eduardo Falú. En el transcurrir de los últimos años las ciencias sociales han ido evolucionando teórica y metodológicamente, a la par de las transformaciones estructurales de las sociedades producto de coyunturas de diversa naturaleza genésica, pero que al fi nal los elementos de mayor incidencia en estos cambios son los de corte político, económico y tecnológico, creándose de manera procesal nuevos paquetes culturales, los cuales en su mayoría necesitan de nuevos medios paradigmáticos para ser entendidos en primera instancia por minorías y de allí transitar a la explicación para las masas. En este sentido, es perentorio señalar que en la actualidad se cuenta con una nueva metodología para reconstruir procesos socio-históricos o de otra índole; nos referimos a la historia oral. Esta línea metodológica, paulatinamente, se ha ido convirtiendo en un área de investigación, la cual contribuye al estudio social y de la historia en distintas perspectivas; entre ellas podemos nombrar la posibilidad que tiene el investigador de trascender del uso del documento escrito como univoca fuente a lo que sería la utilización del testimonio oral,pudiendo el investigador acercarse aún más a la realidad objeto de estudio a través de la entrevista a un actor de determinado hecho. ; Dans les dernières années les sciences sociales ont été évoluées théoriquement et méthodologiquement, avec aux transformations structurelles des sociétés comme produit de conjonctures de diverse nature génésique, mais á la fi n, les éléments les plus incidents, dans ces changements, sont auxquels qu'ont un ordre politique, économique, et technologique en créant de manière du procès nouveaux paquets culturels,lesquels, la plupart ont besoin de nouveaux moyens paradigmatiques pour pouvoir être entendus, premièrement par les minorités et après par les masses. À ce propos, nous devons signaler qu'il existe, actuellement,une nouvelle méthodologie pour reconstruire des processus sociohistorique ou d'un autre genre ; nous parlons de l'histoire orale.
