This study aims to determine the imperative sociopragmatics form on speech of 'amak-amak' during the cooking process for the 'manujueh hari' tradition in Nagari Salayo in March 2020. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the analysis of this study reveal that there are 33 imperative sociopragmatic forms of data used as imperative sociopragmatics analysis material. 6 advertisements in the form of imperative sociopragmatic ordinary, 11 advertisements in the form of imperative sociopragmatic licensing, 7 advertisements in the form of imperative sociopragmatic invitations, 9 advertisements in the form of imperative sociopragmatic orders. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that the form of sociopragmatics that often arises is licensing sociopragmatics.

This quantitative study was designed to analyze the effects of teaching Islamiyat on students' character building at the elementary level. The proportionate sample of 817 elementary school teachers was drawn from the total population of Okara district elementary schools using random sampling.The tools' reliability was also tested using a pilot study and Cronbach's alpha on the pilot study's responses. Scale reliability was.88. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics (means and standard deviations), t-test and ANOVA to compare teachers' demographics, and regression to examine the effects of variables. The researcher used factor analysis to determine if the scale's items were gears of a common construct. The study found that most teachers agree that Islamiyat teaching is vital in developing students' character.

This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic shopping and utilitarian values on impulse buying in the marketplace and also to determine the role of gender in moderating this influence. The type of research used was descriptive quantitative, namely a causal associative research. The population in this study are consumers who have shopped at the marketplace. The number of samples taken were 150 people. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through an online survey and analyzed by using SEM-PLS through the SmartPLS application version 3.0. The results show that hedonic shopping and utilitarian values have a significant influence on impulse buying while gender does not moderate the effect of hedonic shopping or utilitarian values on impulse buying.

The current condition during the COVID-19 pandemic forces the Village Government to provide spending using unexpected expenditures in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget, which in normal conditions is rarely done. This study discusses the accounting treatment of unexpected expenditures conducted by the Village Government, which includes recognition, measurement, and presentation in financial statements. In this study, the researchers analyzed secondary data, namely the 2021 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget Report using qualitative descriptive analysis to find out how the accounting treatment of unexpected expenditures was applied by the Village Government. The results of this study can be used as a reference by local governments in treating unexpected expenditures that have been realized during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the performance of the economic sector during the Covid-19 pandemic in Makassar City. This research was conducted from June to August 2021 in Makassar City. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25.0. The population and sample in this study were employees affected by COVID-19 in Makassar City in the four sectors of hospitality, retail, restaurant and welding, totaling 200 people. Sample selection is done by using the sampling method. Based on the results of this study indicate that (Competency Training, Government Regulations) have an effect either partially or simultaneously on economic performance in Makassar City. This study aimed to investigate the impact of safety climate on safety behaviour with the mediating role of safety attitude and mediating role of safety-specific transformational leadership. Data were collected from 294 respondents from different construction projects in Pakistan. The study employed an analytical descriptive approach as its research methodology. The results revealed that safety climate exhibits a significant positive correlation with safety behaviour in projects, as well as with safety attitude. Moreover, the findings demonstrated that safety attitude and safety-specific transformational leadership do not mediate the relationship between safety climate and safety behaviour in projects. In this study, the implications for the project managers and employees as well as future research directions are discussed.

Today, the study of Chinese films has attracted the attention of researchers, both in China and other countries. In this regard, this article aims to explore a Chinese movie Great Wall from a psychological perspective. The study uses a qualitative method with descriptive exposure. The researcher uses the Great Wall movie as a data source. The data collection technique is a documentary study. The data analysis technique is carried out with three stages: identification, classification, and reduction. The study's result indicates the psychology of Chinese people in facing the enemies, which raises the psychology of nationalism and justice in dealing with captured enemies. In relation to human psychology with western people, Chinese people raise attitudes related to cautiousness and cooperativeness with western people.

This study aims to analyze online based integrated social studies learning. This research method uses qualitative methods, namely research conducted by taking data sources using descriptive analysis. The location of this research is at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation. This study uses data analysis with the Miles and Huberman model, namely through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The triangulation technique used is data source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online learning at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. Online learning of teachers and students using the Whatsapp and Google Classroom applications has been carried out well.

This study aims to describe and interpret the hybridity and mimicry in Iksaka Banu's novel, Pangeran dari Timur. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a postcolonial approach. The data in this study are symptoms of hybridity and mimicry in the data source, namely the novel Pangeran dari Timur by Iksaka Banu. Data were collected using reading and note-taking techniques. The collected data then analyzed using the interactive analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. The results show that in the novel Pangeran dari Timur by Iksaka Banu, there is hybridity which includes the educational hybridity, fashion style, and the meaning of transportation. The mimicry contained in the novel is in the form of imitating lifestyle, ways of dressing, and transportation instrument.

This study aims to find the potential, solutions, and strategies in reconstructing the development of Hunimua Beach. The research method used three methods of data collection, namely interviews, observation, and literature study, which analyzed in a descriptive-qualitative-analytical way. Results of the study show that Hunimua beach has great potential to become a regional priority tourist destination and even Indonesia's priority. The strengths of Hunimua Beach are easy accessibility, support for other tourist attractions, being located in traditional villages, and extensive tourist sites. However, in maximizing the potential of Hunimua Beach, various obstacles need to be addressed immediately, namely the Hunimua Land claim, internal problems between the village and the region, and the weak support from the central government.

This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis, the type of data used in this study is secondary data and literature study survey by taking from previous research and collecting data from websites related to this research. The local government of Wakatobi Regency continues to innovate to create tourist attractions that can attract visitors. To achieve the success rate of local government in making innovations will be seen in the development of the region itself. So that the government of Wakatobi Regency continues to innovate in tourism. Wakatobi regency has natural tourism and cultural tourism, 195 natural tourism, and 451 cultural tourism. And not only that good transportation will also support the development of tourism and provide comfort to visitors who come.

This study examined the effect of the implementation of participatory budgeting, transparency, accountability, and performance-based budgeting to performance Unit (SKPD) Bengkulu provincial government. The study was a descriptive survey method. Data were obtained from the employee personnel involved in budget preparation on all SKPD in Bengkulu province government. Data obtained using a questionnaire given to the respondents directly. Based on data from 56 respondents who participated in the study, the research found that the simultaneous implementation of participatory budgeting, transparency, accountability, and performance-based budgeting affect the performance of the Regional Working Units (SKPD) Bengkulu provincial government. Only partial implementation of transparency and performance-based budgeting that have a significant positive impact on the performance of the government on education Bengkulu province.

This thesis aims to determine whether the maturity of the implementation of the government internal control system (SPIP) and the capability of the provincial /district/city government internal control apparatus (APIP) in Indonesia affect the corruption perception index in Indonesia. The sample used in this study were 508 districts / cities in Indonesia during 2017-2019. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach processed with the help of SPSS. This study uses quantitative analysis methods which include descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the maturity SPIP and the capabilities APIP in provinces/ istricts/cities in Indonesia have an influence on the corruption perception index in Indonesia

This study aims to perform a systematic review of the scientific literature on the topic Independent Audit. The research method of this study was based on descriptive statistics, a sample of 32 full articles published in scientific journals national, and have been published in the period between 2008 to 2019. Accordingly, the results of this study show a summary of scientific literature on the topic Independent Audit and allowed to statistically summarize the state of the art scientific production carried out in recent years on the subject auditor independence. The results show research networks in the area, the most prolific authors, journals with the highest percentage of publications about independent audit, most applied methods, and major gaps.

This study ascertained whether rice trade restriction policies embarked upon by Nigerian government between 2007 and 2019 as a way of boosting domestic rice production has any empirical justification. To achieve this objective, the study utilised time series data on domestic rice production (DP), border closure (BC), Rice import tariff (Tariff), Volume of rice imported (Imp) and Food price deflator for crop production sub-sector (Def). These data were analysed using descriptive and bivariate tools as well as the OLS regression models. The study found that trade restriction (proxied rice import tariff and border closure) alone was not effective in stimulating domestic rice production. A combination of other non-trade factors (e.g. measures to enhance local productive) also matter.
