Volume 4 provides insights, perspectives, and reflections of eminent persons and experts on issues of significance to the success of building the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Political–Security Community (APSC) and the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) and ASEAN moving forward. The article deals with the process of formation, development, and manifestation of the distinctive features of a phenomenon called Latin American nationalism and its reflections in the local print media. This theme was chosen because of author's scientific interests related to the study of the nationalist media discourse and specific strategies of political communication presented in contemporary Latin America. In this paper, the author analyzes causes of Latin American nationalism of historical, philosophical and geopolitical positions, describes the process of its gradual transformation and names its standard markers.

The author examines the last volume of the Kronprinzenwerk on Croatia-Slavonia in the context of the interaction between empire- and nation-building processes, that is, the ways in which imperial expectations of the Kronprinzenwerk differed from the final product done by the local experts. Special emphasis is put on the volume's editor, Izidor Kršnjavi and his editorial policy as well as on the image of Croatia-Slavonia and internal Croatian public debates which occurred during the editorial process of the Kronprinzenwerk and its political implications.

This study looks at current workflows, practices and preparations for the future among North American Hebraica catalogers in academic, government and other special libraries and archives, The survey explores the demographics of the Hebraica cataloging community. Questions were asked about what types of materials this group processes, workplace responsibilities, and metadata practices and trends. The author was very interested to know what steps and types of training Hebraica catalogers are undertaking to learn about new technologies and tools being developed to describe bibliographic and digital resources.

Actuaries working in claims reserving are often faced, among others, with the following two tasks: the prediction of future outstanding loss liabilities, as well as the quantification of their risk. Within claims reserving there exist various methods in which vagueness and subjective judgement is often not considered. A formal approach is given e.g. by fuzzy set theory. Besides an overview of applications of fuzzy set theory in claims reserving the author presents three ways of how subjective assessment can be implemented in the chain-ladder as well as the Bornhuetter Ferguson method.

Автор демонструє, що погляди карикатуриста на Лютневу революцію і більшовицьку революцію 1917 р. суттєво відрізнялися, а втручання Альянсу в російську громадянську війну представлено в карикатурах як вимушена необхідність. ; The article contains analysis of political cartoons by Jay Norwood Darling (Ding Darling). The author demonstrate that the views of the cartoonist on the February Revolution and the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 were significantly different and Allied intervention in the Russian Civil War is represented in cartoons as a forced necessity.
