Within the framework of this publication, an urgent problem is considered - gender equality as a platform for full-fledged sustainable and harmonious development of the state and society in the brow. The author focuses on two aspects, sociological and legal. The article examines the phenomenon of gender equality using the achievements of gender sociology as a special sectoral sociological discipline that studies the processes of development and social interaction of male and female communities. However, the investigated issues are also cognized taking into account the achievements of the theory of law and state and the science of constitutional law. In our opinion, such a positive heuristic synthesis allows us to study the subject of the publication - the principle of gender equality. By the purpose of the work, the author understands an attempt to identify and show social and legal mechanisms that make it possible to eliminate gender asymmetry in relations that are currently demarcated by gender. The publication established that an illegitimate encroachment restricting human rights is a flagrant injustice. In this capacity, equality as a principle of law is nothing more than the ideal of a just structure of the state and society, which is characterized by the comprehensive implementation and protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Therefore, equality canonizes parity in the relationship between the individual and the state, discrimination on the part of state bodies with this interpretation is excluded.

The complication of relations in the society of the Enlightenment required the development of a scientifically based foresight of political dynamics. This led to the interest of scientists in cyclic concepts. Within the framework of the comparative-historical and systematic approach, the author considers the formation of their theoretical and methodological foundations. The main attention is paid to the content of the concepts. It is considered in the context of the worldview that dominated the Enlightenment. Each concept is an ideal scheme where scientists describe a complex reality in a simplified way. This made the theories open to criticism and further scientific research. The author comes to the conclusion that since the Enlightenment there have been four trends in the process of forming the theoretical and methodological foundations. First, the concept of linear progress is firmly established in the social sciences. In the future, it served as the basis for political research. Secondly, scientists finally departed from the religious worldview. In their writings, they laid the foundations for a logical and rational approach to the study of the development of society. Thirdly, the bourgeois revolutions generated an interest in the study of social conflicts. To analyze changes in society, scientists used cyclical and linear approaches. Fourthly, interest in the topic of the "golden age" has been preserved in society. During the Age of Enlightenment, this topic was further developed. Scientists have made attempts to realize abstract models of an ideal society.

In this article I examine the reading as a communication, that takes place within the text space. The investigation is based on the conceptions of H.-G. Gadamer and M. Merleau-Ponty. I consider the reading as quasi-dialog without a real "dia­log partner" and investigate, what produces an effect of request to the reader. I start with the examination of Gadamer's "logic of question and answer", and my proposition is to interepret "question" and "answer" as two aspects of sense, which are contained interwoven in every expression: the negative aspect and the positive one. Following the Merleau-Ponty's interpretation of the language as gesticulation, I trace the function of question, or the negative aspect of sense, in the communication. The question marks the gap between the spoken word and something that is to speak, it points on the open possibilities of sense. In his lat­est works Merleau-Ponty re-interprets Husserls concept of "significative inten­tion": he accents the meaning of a tendency, of a void, that is to fulfill by the reader. The text conveys not the sense nor the signification, but the significative intention. It is the request addressed to the reader from the "author" or the "text" who is supposed to be a "dialog partner". We propose to denominate it as "quasi-author", which is an unavoidable structural part of every act of reading.

This paper analyzes several aspects (technical, marketing, economic, social, and financial) of canned smoked fish (Pangasius) as a micro-industry in South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This article adopts mix-methods. A quantitative method is used to explain technical, marketing, economic, and financial aspects, while the social aspect is explained using a qualitative method. The author collects the Pangasius species sample from nine districts in South Sumatra Province for the technical aspect. This sample transformed into canned smoked fish using several steps: preparation, making and cooking, filling process, exhausting, sealing sterilization, and cooling process. The author also collects secondary data and interviews several key informants to analyze the non-technical aspect of the canned smoked fish industry. A canned smoked fish (Pangasius) has excellent potential to develop as a micro-enterprise in South Sumatra, Indonesia. In the long-term, it could be an instrument for the local government to increase citizens' well-being based on local resources and penetrate the ASEAN free trade area. In a short time, it could be an instrument for the local government to manage the economic effect of COVID-19 in South Sumatera, Indonesia. This study could be a baseline for the government to create a policy for developing the smoked fish industry. The result of this study could be a second opinion in planning capital investment within the smoked fish industry at the SSP for the investor and the entrepreneur.

The novel Pachinko is a form of historical work centering on Koreans who lived in Japan during a period of political and economic turmoil in the 20th century. In this work, the author Min-jin Lee proposes that individuals who play pachinko machines attempt to earn money by dedicating a substantial amount of time and energy to it, and yet they never win a large amount of money. This proposition is compared to the fate of Koreans in Japan. Similar to a Pachinko machine, where the input has already been entered, and the result is illustrated in a predetermined order, the Koreans in Japan cannot improve their 'predestined' lives regardless of how hard they try. Although this gruesome and heartbreaking story of history describes the fourth generation, the author's ultimate goal and the thesis of this novel are to break this chain of fate. To accomplish this goal, Lee sheds light upon these Koreans by transforming their daily lives into important 'events' and treating them as unforgettable 'history.' This is because only when their lives become history will people reflect upon the unfortunate events in the past and then usher in a new vision of history. In this regard, this paper will argue that the author of Pachinko is faithful to the role of mentor in Coaching Psychology by guiding us to be the creators of a new and improved society.

The youth association of the mosque is a forum or place for organizations to study Islam, cultivate religious morals, through habits such as recitation, da'wah and reading the Koran as an effort to guide religious understanding for generations of the nation who are often referred to as teenagers. Therefore, the group is often called the mosque youth association. One of them is in the Nurul Hikmah mosque in Purwadana village. The purpose of doing this research is none other than to find out how influential the current chairman's leadership is in terms of improving the performance of its members. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research in which the author conducts direct observations and interviews with the resource person, namely the chairman of IRMANUH at his residence. The results obtained indicate that it is true that during this pandemic the spirit and performance of each member decreased due to restrictions on direct and crowding activities and were not accustomed to online activities, so it could be interpreted that the management experienced a lack of understanding of online activities. The role of a leader in an organization is so great in improving the performance of its members, because after all now is a difficult time for any organization because the covid pandemic always mutates into several variants that contain activities directly and involve many calls to be limited by the government.

In this article, the author addresses the contemporary conception of Consular Law and how it is understood in the light of international legislation and the Peruvian legal system. At the same time, he describes the challenges that Peruvian consular institutions must face in the 21st century and especially in the post-COVID-19 era. To this end, the author begins by explaining the contemporary concept of Consular Law in accordance with international regulations and authoritative doctrine. Subsequently, he analyses Peruvian legislation and how it influences consular institutions and their actions. Finally, he focuses on explaining the main challenges that the executors of consular policy must face today. ; En el presente texto, el autor aborda la concepción contemporánea de Derecho Consular y como ésta se entiende a la luz de la legislación internacional y del ordenamiento jurídico peruano. A la par, describe los desafíos que las instituciones consulares peruanas tienen que afrontar en el siglo XXI y sobre todo en la era post COVID-19. Para cumplir con esta finalidad, el autor comienza explicando el concepto contemporáneo de Derecho Consular acorde con la normativa internacional y la doctrina autorizada. De forma posterior, analiza la legislación peruana y cómo ésta influye en las instituciones consulares y en su accionar. Por último, se enfoca en explicar los principales desafíos que los ejecutores de la política consular deben afrontar en la actualidad.

The role of BUM Desa is very important in the village economy. This means that BUM Desa must provide a profit margin for the village that can be measured, through financial reports. The BUM Desa Financial Report aims to provide information on the position and financial performance of BUM Desa that is useful for users in decision making by the management and the village government in general. Therefore, the author makes the target in this activity is BUM Desa in Panyangkalang Village, Mangarabombang District, Takalar Regency. Based on the interviews conducted, information was obtained that the BUM Desa management had difficulties in preparing financial reports. So, the author makes a financial report format where users only need to make a general journal, then automatically the balances in the Profit and Loss Statement, Changes in Capital Report, and Statement of Financial Position will change according to the journaling done. The difference between this format and the format that is usually used is that it is simpler, easier to use, and still provides reliable data for decision making by BUM Desa managers. This format is also equipped with account explanations and journaling tutorials, to make it easier for BUM Desa managers in compiling their financial reports. The conclusion of this activity is that the report format has been submitted directly to the Head of BUM Desa Panyangkalang on January 18, 2022 and has been used to report BUM Desa finances to the Panyangkalang Village Government.

Introduction and purpose. The paper is devoted to social and philosophical aspects of evolution of Russian social in connection with advancement of Fuller's ideas, and also analytical aspects of Fuller's contribution into the global social science. Methods. The author of the paper applies theoreti- cal methods (analysis, synthesis, etc.), acting in contemporary philosophy and sociology of social sciences. The author also uses the method of social observation. Scientific novelty of the research. The key idea of the paper is to analyze the phenomenon of "Fuller- dependency" in contemporary Russian social epis- temology as a type of "Ldsh-dependency". "Ldsh- strategy" is a strategy of entering the world science following some scientific leader as an authoritative scientist. "Ldsh-dependency" is an absolute or nearly absolute dependency of our Russian sphere of knowledge from some concrete leader or an authoritative scientist who favors our entry to the world science. Results. «KSE-group» (I.T.Kasavin's group) success- fully and effectively uses "Ldsh-strategy" on the first stage of its entering the world science. But further the strategy begins to regenerate into "Ldsh-de- pendency" i.e. "Fuller-dependency". Such depend- ency does not contribute to constructing original and innovative Russian social-epistemological program, competitive to the programs of S.Fuller, D.Bloor and A.Goldman. It is necessary to learn to overcome and solve problematic issues in limits of "KHM-style" since only this style can form "break- through vectors" in the research area of Russian social epistemology.

The contemporary labour legislation, as a rule, provides the definition of the term "employer". While the reason for defining the concept of "an employee" rests on the need to determine the personal field of application of labour legislation, the essence of providing a legal definition of the term "employer" is to identify the entity that is responsible for fulfilling the obligations towards employees and other temporarilly engaged individuals, as well as their unions and other representation insitutions. Despite the importance of providing an accurate definition, comparative labour legislation can barely offer a classification of the term "employer" which indicates that the legislation bodies have managed to overcome the circular (idem per idem) definition. Additionally, the present definitions are not adjusted to triangular (and multilateral) labour-generated relations. Consequently, in order to harmonize the legal framework with the changes which occur in economic reality, an increasing number of labour law systems initiate the process of introducing a new legal model of plural-employer. In that context, the author of this paper first considers the need to re-conceptualize the term "employer" and analyzes the current unitary and (new) plural-employer conceptions of this term. Finally, using the example of digital platforms, the author demonstrates the inadequacy of the existing legal definitions of the concept "employer" and emphasizes the need for adopting new ones which are more adjusted to the labour market realities.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of "reality" in the philosoph­ical and scientific works of the theoretical physicist Werner Heisenberg. It ana­lyzes the Heisenberg's works on the philosophy of natural science, a significant part of which is devoted to quantum theory and its basic concepts. The author shows that Heisenberg's thought was formed in parallel with the development of relevant problems among neo-Kantian philosophers (N. Hartmann, B. Nicolescu, etc.) throughout the 20th century. According to the author, many European re­searchers focus their attention on the scientific side of Heisenberg's work, that is, on the analysis of his physical argumentation. The philosophical aspects of Heisenberg's works are mostly studied by Russian philosophers of science. The intellectual vector of Heisenberg's work was the idea of the need for a new philosophical thinking that goes beyond the scope of rational activity and re­quires a reconception of the gnoseological categories used as an instrument for the cognition of the reality. It relies on the phenomenological tradition, as well as on the arguments of J.W. von Goethe that theory cannot "capture" reality; it re­quires a synthesis of "trust in experience" and "intelligent observation" (discre­tion) to understand it. It is also demonstrated in the article the Heisenberg's atti­tude to the formation of the language of science and to the comparative studies of the philosophical systems of such thinkers as Plato, Democritus, Aristotle.

The article is devoted to Aḥmad al-Kardūdī, a Moroccan official in the second half of the nineteenth century, and his state and diplomatic activities, with particular emphasis on the account he wrote for Sultan Al-Ḥasan I (ruled 1873–1894) from the 1885 expedition to Spain, which had been published for the first time in 1963 under the title At-Tuḥfa as-saniyya li-al-Ḥaḍra al- Ḥasaniyya bi-al-Mamlaka al-Iṣbanyūliyya [Shining Gift for His Majesty Al- Ḥasan about the Kingdom of Spain]. This report often is included into Arab travel literature. It is not only a report on the tasks that the ruler set before the diplomatic mission of which Al-Kardūdī was a member, but also an image of the social and political consciousness of Moroccan elites associated with power of the West in times of active attempt at reforms undertaken by the ruler. Unfortunately, these attempts had little effect. The delegation was received in audience by Regent Maria Krystyna, also visited the capital of Spain and the most important Andalusian cities, but the author himself, probably on the orders of the Sultan, was also very interested in the military achievements of the Spaniards. The Gift, written in rhyming and rhythmic prose, can be treated as a literary work (although the author probably did not intend to), and simultaneously an example of an original, official, court document in the shape of a diplomatic report addressed to the ruler.

We also obtain complete minimal surfaces with genus 1 and 2k ends in the quotient of H-2 x R by an arbitrary vertical translation. They all have dihedral symmetry with respect to k vertical planes, as well as finite total curvature -4k pi. In the review of V.S. Gruzdev's monograph "Realism in jurisprudence: theoretical, methodological and historical aspects" it is noted that the research of the author of the reviewed work seems to be in demand by modern philosophy and jurisprudence. The purpose of this monograph is to study on the basis of original texts the main directions of legal realism as a paradigm of legal understanding in the context of its genesis, typology, main interpretations and directions of development, to show its evolution and interpretation. To achieve it, the author solves a number of theoretical, methodological and methodical tasks: generalizes approaches in domestic and foreign literature to the interpretation and justification of realism as a theoretical and methodological attitude and method of cognition of law; identifies the main directions of evolution and typology of conceptual legal realism; explores the concept of activity as a semantic characteristic of legal practice; analyzes the most significant trends in the evolution of legal realism in the history of Western European and Scandinavian legal thought; explores the specifics of American legal realism; determines the role of realism among the dominants in the history of Russian legal thought. The issues raised in the monograph and their presentation are of interest for further scientific research in the field of theory, Philosophy and Sociology of Law, history of political and legal doctrines, history and methodology of legal science.
