non-peer-reviewed ; This paper looks at the 'cultural turn' in Russian politics that took place after 2011 and explains it as a 'rhetoric of reaction' that was introduced to deal with a crisis of neo-patrimonialism in Russia.
The paper sketches briefly the cultural and political context against which one may study the classical South Indian concert called the Kutcheri. It goes on to trace the development of the modern concert and then concentrates on the devotional poetry of Tyagaraja who is the foremost composer in the tradition. The paper demonstrates the centrality of Bhakti (devotion) as an emotion and its role in creating a link between the composer, the singer, the song and the audience. ; El artículo esboza brevemente el contexto cultural y político en el que se puede analizar el concierto de música clásica del sur de la India conocido como Kutcheri. Rastrea el desarrollo del concierto moderno y se centra en la poesía devota de Tyagaraja que es el más importante compositor en esta tradición. El artículo constata la importancia de Bhakti (devoción) entendida como emoción y su papel en la creación de un vínculo entre el compositor, el/la cantante, la canción y el público.

Abstract Management in last decades has seen knowledge sharing become a key tool for the success of a variety of institutions. Many international companies and other organizations have developed knowledge management programs as key to their future development strategies. There are number of international organizations that have identified knowledge sharing as one of their core management tools. Yet despite its growing popularity, knowledge sharing remains a complex and challenging task. This article discusses what cultural barriers can impede knowledge sharing processes
Despite weaknesses the Swiss management model keeps demonstrating its competitive ability. In large part it is accounted for the fact that not the engineer-technocrat's psychology, but that of a peasant-manager in the nature of the Swiss makes them realists, and the direct democracy allows to consider the interests of all population groups (any Swiss is primarily a citizen of his municipality and a worker of his enterprise, and only after current issues are arranged he is a citizen of his country). "Small, but dignified" neutral Alpine country deserves inspecting of its unique experience of prosperity in a complicated world of global transformations, and specifically by a management science. The Swiss management style is not only interesting, it also helps to explain how to administer in order not only to survive in the age of globalization, but also to demonstrate a high competiveness.
