Policies on the importance of lactation space in the workplace already exist, but the implementation of this policy still faces many obstacles and even many workplaces do not understand the importance of these facilities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the lactation room policy in accordance with PERMENKES No.15 of 2013 concerning lactation room facilities to increase the performance of female employees in the scope of work of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. This type of qualitative research with 50 initial informants and 2 additional informants. The results of the research are the implementation of the PERMENKES No.15 2013 policy regarding lactation room facilities in South Sulawesi Provincial Government Agencies has not been implemented in accordance with existing regulations, and there are even some agencies that do not have these facilities at all. Funding support is still focused on infrastructure, lactation room facilities have not become a major priority but it is different in Maros Regency where policy makers are very concerned about gender, as evidenced by the number of lactation room facilities equipped with Polyclinics and Child Care Centers. And there is a commitment from the Regent of Maros who wants to make Maros Regency a child-friendly regency. These facilities greatly affect the performance of employees, this is felt not only in the employees themselves, but also by the leadership as policy makers.

This is a theoretical reflection on the clinical nursing care in mental health that is offered to the family. In view of having a family member with mental suffering, the family would delegate the care to that relative to the mental institution, thus there should be collaboration between the nursing and medical team to organize the environment and ensure family and social isolation. With the Psychiatric Reform, based on the proposal for psychosocial care, the family becomes the center of attention for health care professionals. The necessary support for clinical nursing care includes making conceptual changes in implementing health education, interdisciplinary work, and in the broadened clinic, so as to ensure comprehensiveness and subjects' autonomy. Clinical nursing care should permeate the subjects' politicalization, in which the actors militate to reach autonomy, and the practices involve dignity, creativity, welcoming, interdisciplinarity, hearing, and knowledge sharing. ; Trata-se de reflexão teórica sobre cuidado clínico de enfermagem em saúde mental dado à família. Diante da existência de um membro em sofrimento psíquico, a família delegava ao manicômio o cuidado do seu parente, cabendo à enfermagem colaborar com o trabalho médico, organizando o ambiente e garantindo o isolamento familiar e social. Com o advento da Reforma Psiquiátrica, pautada na proposta de atenção psicossocial, a família passa a ser alvo de atenção dos profissionais de saúde. Enquanto subsídios para o cuidado clínico de enfermagem em saúde mental, acredita-se na necessidade de mudança conceitual, na implementação da educação em saúde, no trabalho interdisciplinar e na clínica ampliada, garantindo a integralidade e a autonomia dos sujeitos. Compreende-se que o cuidado clínico de enfermagem deve permear a politização dos sujeitos, na qual os atores militam em busca da produção de autonomia e as práticas envolvem dignidade, criatividade, acolhimento, interdisciplinaridade, escuta e compartilhamento de saberes. ; Reflexión teórica sobre cuidado clínico de enfermería en salud mental a la familia. Ante un miembro en sufrimiento psíquico, la familia delegaba al manicomio el cuidado de su pariente, correspondiendo a la enfermería colaborar con el trabajo médico, organizando el ambiente y garantizando el aislamiento familiar y social. Con el advenimiento de la Reforma Psiquiátrica, pautada en la propuesta de atención psicosocial, la familia pasa a ser foco de atención del profesional de salud. Como adyuvantes del cuidado clínico de enfermería en salud mental, se cree en la necesidad de cambio conceptual, en la implementación de educación en salud, en el trabajo interdisciplinario y en la Clínica ampliada, garantizando integralidad y autonomía de los sujetos. Se comprende que el cuidado clínico de enfermería debe facilitar la politización de los sujetos, para que los actores militen por la autonomía y las prácticas involucren dignidad, creatividad, respaldo, interdisciplinaridad; escuchar y compartir conocimientos.

Das Projekt ´Lebensqualität und Wohlbefinden hochaltriger Menschen in NRW (NRW80+)´, das vom Ministerium für Innovation, Wissenschaft und Forschung Nordrhein-Westfalen gefördert und dem Forschungsverbund CERES an der Universität zu Köln durchgeführt wird, soll repräsentative Aussagen über die Lebensbedingungen hochaltriger Menschen in Nordrhein-Westfalen ermöglichen. Ziel ist es, umfassende Informationen darüber zu erhalten, in welchem Umfeld hochaltrige Personen leben bzw. leben möchten, was ihre gesellschaftliche Rolle ist und wie zufrieden sie mit ihrer Lebenssituation sind.

Im Rahmen des Projekts wurde in zwei Wellen repräsentativ erfasst, unter welchen Umständen hochaltrige Menschen leben. In der zweiten Welle wurden zum einen die zu einer Panelteilnahme bereiten Teilnehmer der ersten Welle erneut befragt. Zusätzlich wurde eine Aufstockungsstichprobe gezogen, um weiterhin repräsentative Aussagen zu ermöglichen.

Der hier vorliegende Datensatz enthält die Daten aller Befragten der Welle 2 (Panel und Aufstockung).

Historical and conceptual aspects of Global Health and Global Mental Health are examined and topics such as resources, professional and social attitudes toward mental disorders, the multidimensional experience of getting ill and the presence of world systems of psychiatric diagnosis and classification, are reviewed. The application of these areas of knowledge in medical practice require the integrated use of clinical and socio-cultural perspectives whose precise alignment is an essential component of accurate diagnoses, successful treatments and a consistent improvement of mental health as a component of public health. The latter includes preventive measures applicable to general populations, communities and health care proper. Management of socio-cultural aspects of diagnosis and treatment is imperative as is that of the growing relationship between mental health and neurosciences. The operationalization of this series of interactive processes must be part of legislations which, in turn, can make training, research and dissemination of the resulting data, possible. ; Se examinan aspectos históricos y conceptuales de Salud Global y Salud Mental Global, formulándose temas de revision sobre recursos, actitudes profesionales y sociales o colectivas en torno a la enfermedad mental, las varias dimensiones de la experiencia de enfermar y la vigencia de sistemas diagnósticos y de clasificación psiquiátrica a nivel mundial. Esta tesis ofrece elementos de reflexión acerca de la forma en que se pueden entender los procesos de participación democrática en el sector salud. Se realizó un estudio de caso centrado en la experiencia de la Federación de Asociaciones de usuarios de Servicios de salud (FAUSALUD), organización formada en el marco del actual Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (SGSSS) Se estudió la organización, su estructura, sus procesos organizacionales internos, las características de sus miembros, su dinámica política interna y externa. Se definieron tipos y ámbitos de la participación tanto interna como externa, se estudiaron las relaciones de poder entre los miembros y con otros actores, lo cuál permitió comprender las posibilidades y límites de FAUSALUD en la construcción de democracia radical. Entre las posibilidades se encuentra la articulación con movimientos sociales y políticos más amplios como el Movimiento Nacional por la Salud y la Seguridad Social y el planteamiento de unos objetivos de lucha relacionados con el entendimiento de la salud como derecho humano fundamental, así como con la búsqueda de reivindicaciones sociales. Entre los límites se encuentran los relacionados con un contexto socio-político adverso para la construcción de democracia en el país, así como la lógica de mercado en la que se encuentra inscrito el SGSSS; una estructura organizativa con grandes rasgos de informalidad; la ausencia de un horizonte político claro y apropiado por todos los miembros y la ruptura de la organización con su base social. / Abstract. This thesis offers elements of reflection on the form in which the processes of democratic participation can be understood within the health sector. A case study was conducted centered on the experience of the Federation of Associations of Users of Health Services (FAUSALUD), an organization formed within the framework of the present General System of Social Security in Health (SGSSS). The organization, its structure, its internal organizational processes, the characteristics of its members, its internal and external political dynamics were studied. Types and scopes of the participation, internal and external, were defined, and the relationships of power between members and with other persons were studied furthering the comprehension of possibilities and limitations of FAUSALUD in the construction of radical democracy. Among the possibilities are the articulation of ampler social and political movements such as the National Movement for Health and Social Security and the proposal of objectives related to the understanding of health like fundamental human rights, as well as the search of social vindications. Among the limitations are the ones related to the adverse social-political context for the construction of democracy within the country, as well as the market logic that is enrolled in the SGSSS; an organizational structure with many informal characteristics; the absence of a clear and appropriate political horizon for all members and the rupture of the organization with its social base. ; Maestría
