The development of a tourism strategy in the regions of our country requires scientific justification and systematic approach. These postulates are based on the need to study the subject of tourism strategy as a scientific category. The content characteristics of which primarily include the study of the nature of existing relationships regarding the development of tourism in the region between the main subjects of management and implementation of this direction. The author identifies three areas: the tourism administration, the subjects of the tourism cluster and important tourist flows. The main parameters of the necessary content of the socio-economic types of the relationship system are given.

The article deals with the relationship of twin cities and their role in the integration processes of the Eurasian space. First of all, it concerns the socio-cultural aspect of cooperation between twin cities. The existing developments of international practices of twinning movement have been studied and the most suitable ones for enhancing the ties of twin cities in the Eurasian space were suggested. The factors that slow down the interaction of Russian cities with their twin cities are highlighted. The author points out the lack of information support for twinning and proves the involvement of young people in this process within the framework of Eurasian integration.

The paper looks at perceptions of aging among elderly Iranian migrants in Nevsehir, Turkey. The author explores how socioeconomic and cultural factors and the transit migrant status of these migrants affect their perceptions of aging. The study used a semi-structured questionnaire to conduct in-depth interviews. It suggests that wage discrimination plays a significant role in determining the respondents' perceptions of aging due to the lack of official work permits for Iranian migrants. It also explores how the transit migrant status of elderly Iranian migrants and the uncertainty of their stay in Turkey restrict their social networks and access to social protection, sharply shaping their perceptions of aging.

The article constitutes the second part of a series devoted to analyzing the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of the United States with respect to the First Amendment's guarantee of freedom of expression and politically extremist speech. The author discusses the seminal case of Schenck v. United States wherein Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes established the famous "clear and present danger" standard as a means to determine the constitutionality of legislation pertaining to speech. The test allowed for criminalization of expression which had been deemed to cause such a peril. The article analyzes the original meaning of the standard, pointing out its speech-restrictive impact.

Abstract
This essay articulates how feminist, queer, and trans politics in the early aughts have become a precondition for the rise of feminist transphobia in Japan now. On the one hand, mainstream feminists in that period overlooked transphobia in the gender backlash from moral conservatives. On the other hand, a 2003 law on gender recognition for people with GID (gender identity disorder) endorsed the patriarchal system in which only some transsexual people would be recognized. The author argues that these backgrounds allow "gender critical" feminists to oppose what they see as the transgender ideology, forging an implicit alliance with moral conservatives while portraying themselves as being tolerant of people with GID.

This study will present some results of an online survey conducted by the author on a sample of 1640 subjects. The analysis of the results from the perspective of fear determinants during the COVID-19 pandemic has revealed that being less educated, older (but not over 70 years), social-network-informed, widow, or living in a rural area, may result in an increased level of fear. Direct experience with the virus does not result in significant differences in fear levels according to our findings. The impact analysis of fear on attitudinal compliance revealed that higher levels of fear may result in higher levels of compliance with preventive measures and in more willingness to get vaccinated.

This essay considers the stories of Blaccucini and Ángel Daniel, two Black transgender drag performers from Cuba, and dwells on the relationship they imagine between their work as performers and their subjectivities as trans people. The author situates these narratives within queer Cuban and Caribbean studies, noticing the ways they push back against renderings of gender and sexuality as inherently distinct categories. Instead, for these artist-thinkers, trans subjectivity is informed by various experiences related to gender, sexuality, race, class, and geography. The essay offers some possibilities for greater nuance in accounts of sexual subjectivity in Cuba and the Caribbean and locates the stakes of these discussions in broader transnational LGBT rights discourses.

The article analyses in details the life and achievements of the Emperor Menelik II (1865-1913) - the greatest Ethiopian political heritage. He rightfully considered the founder of Ethiopia in the modern borders. The author describes Menelik's II numerous military campaigns to conquest wage territories in the South, East and West of Abyssinia, his achievements as a brilliant commander, diplomat and reformer. In the article there are unknown data about the personal life of the Emperor, including his wives and children. Menelik's victory in Adwa on the 2 of March 1896 over the Italian colonizers received tremendous resonance in the world. Ethiopia's independence was recognized over the world. Diplomatic relations were concluded with many states including Russia.

The theme of this paper is Leszek Nowak's reconstruction and systematization of metaphilosophy of the negativistic unitarian metaphysics described in Being and Thought in four volumes, published in the years 1998, 2004, 2007, 2019. The goal of the article is to contribute to the discussion on the status of metaphilosophy. Metaphilosophy is understood here as a separate dimension of every philosophical conception determining, on the one hand, how we understand the realm of objects (what we postulate), on the other hand, how we choose methods for the construction of theories and ways to legitimize them. The author tries to show that Nowak's metaphilosophy assumed in negativistic unitarian metaphysics meets exactly this definition of metaphilosophy.

The subject of the review is a monograph focusing on looking for the causes and determinants of changes taking place in the education system of sociologists in Poland. In the publication, its author presented the results of theoretical analysis and conducted empirical research. The research is in-depth and consistent in a methodological sense, and the approach to the description, diagnosis and interpretation of the most important thematic problems is balanced. The paper presents the leading trends and dynamics of educating Polish sociologists in a comparative aspect, relating to public and private universities. The cognitive and application values of the monograph are the basis for the search for solutions increasing the importance of sociological education in Poland.

The present study investigates the intertextual relationship between the Pahlavi "Story of Jōišt ī Friyān" and the biography of Zarathustra, as recorded in pre-modern Zoroastrian sources. The first part of the study contains the presentation and analysis of intertextual fragments within the Pahlavi tale, which can be discerned as referencing the Zoroastrian prophet's life and deeds, forging an associative link between the central character of the story and the image of Zarathustra. The second part provides an attempt to explain why the author of the story might have considered such a link necessary and what could have inspired him to choose Zarathustra's image and associate it with his protagonist.

In foreign historiography, including Ukrainian and Belarusian, the Norman version of the key issue of our history - the Varangian one - reigns supreme. It also prevails in Russian science. In its development and consolidation, the leading role since the beginning of the XX century has been played by archeologists, who interpret artifacts very biased and on the basis of which they represent the erroneous history of Russia, uncritically repeated after them by linguists and historians. The author shows on concrete examples that archaeologists in solving the Varangian question cannot be carriers of absolute truth primarily of their Norman prejudice, superficial knowledge of the richest historiography of this issue and inability to work with written sources.

The article analyzes the events of the August 1991 coup in the public discourse of the 2000s. After the "dashing 90s", a surge of public interest in this event occurred in 2021, thirty years after a group of managers attempted to change the course of history. The press actively participated in the discussion of the events. Moreover, journalists often made incorrect conclusions based on a biased assessment rather than on a real analysis. Based on press materials, the author examines the events of those years in the Far East and their impact on the development of the situation in the Russian Federation, focusing in detail on the position of the electorate and the authorities.

Currently, Indonesia and Russia are interested in improving the image of the states among the most active part of civil society, as well as creating a more favorable investment and political climate for strengthening bilateral cooperation. The purpose of the article is to identify the mechanisms and features of educational cooperation between Indonesia and Russia. The author emphasized the branching structure of bilateral cooperation in this segment of Indonesian-Russian relations. The article assesses the effectiveness of the educational policy of Indonesia and Russia on the formation of an image component in the partner country, and also offers recommendations on strengthening the "soft power potential" of the two sides.

Abstract
Qiu Jun (1421–1495) was an important Ming civil official who was also a prolific author. One of his works, the Daxue yanyi bu, devotes nineteen of its 160 chapters to military affairs. Qiu Jun puts particular emphasis on the importance of choosing the right commanders. The main body of this article consists of a translation of the passages from the Daxue yanyi bu dealing with rulers' selection and management of military commanders. Qiu Jun's opinions on the control and selection of generals are not always practicable, yet they shed considerable light on the Chinese state's strategies to control the military, civil-military relations, and the military examination system in imperial China.
