Section 22 of the Protected Disclosures Act, 2014 requires public bodies to publish an annual report setting out the number of protected disclosures received in the preceding year and the action taken (if any). This report must not result in persons who make disclosures under the legislation being identified. This is the fourth annual report of the Department of Health. It covers the period 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.

Kecelakaan yang sering terjadi di jalanan mendorong badan legislatif untuk membuat Undang–Undang No. 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. Sebenarnya, Undang–Undang No. 14 Tahun 1992 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan telah banyak mengatur tentang urusan lalu lintas tetapi karena perkembangan cara berlalu lintas sehingga peraturan yang terdapat di Undang–Undang No. 14 Tahun 1992 tidak sesuai lagi sehingga perlu diganti dengan peraturan terbaru yang terdapat dalam Undang–Undang No. 22 Tahun 2009. Sosialisasi UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 telah dilakukan kepolisian tetapi masyarakat ada yang menerima peraturan tersebut (pro) dan ada yang tidak menerimanya (kontra). Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu: a) mengetahui pengaturan lalu lintas dalam UU No. 22 Tahun 2009, b) mengetahui dampak pelanggaran lalu lintas, c) mengetahui bentuk sanksi yang bisa diterapkan bagi pelanggar UU No. 22 Tahun 2009. Berdasarkan pengamatan tim selama melaksanakan kegiatan, peserta nampak serius dan sungguh-sungguh dalam mengikuti acara sampai akhir. Sebagai bukti adalah terjalinnya sikap pro aktif dengan bertanya sehingga terjadi interaksi. Tim pengabdian memberikan saran agar kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan ataupun sosialisasi kesadaran hukum dengan materi yang lain karena di masyarakat pedesaan ternyata banyak pemahaman hukum yang belum diketahui.

Main description: Public Private Partnership (kurz PPP) steht für die Zusammenarbeit von Privaten und der öffentlichen Hand zur gemeinsamen Erfüllung einer Aufgabe. Als gemischtwirtschaftliche Unternehmen befinden sich PPP in einem Graubereich zwischen der Organisations- und Aufgabenprivatisierung.Silke Noltensmeier widmet sich schwerpunktmäßig der Frage, ob PPP-Mitarbeiter Amtsträger nach § 11 I Nr. 2c StGB sein können. Sie kommt zu dem Ergebnis, dass § 11 I Nr. 2c StGB auf PPP-Mitarbeiter grundsätzlich keine Anwendung finden kann, sofern der private Partner aktiv am Unternehmen beteiligt ist. Nach den außerstrafrechtlichen Regelungen zum Betrieb gemischtwirtschaftlicher Unternehmen sind die Steuerungsmöglichkeiten der öffentlichen Hand schwächer als es zur Bejahung von § 11 I Nr. 2c StGB erforderlich wäre. Allein bei Unternehmen der Organisationsprivatisierung und PPP mit einer stillen privaten Beteiligung kann im Einzelfall eine staatliche Steuerung i. S. e. Behördenäquivalenz vorliegen. Die Verfasserin konkretisiert die von der Rechtsprechung aufgestellten Grundsätze, indem sie einen Kriterienkatalog entwickelt, wann i. d. R. von einer staatlichen Steuerung auzugehen ist.Bei Anwendung und Auslegung der klassischen Korruptionstatbestände der §§ 331 ff.; 299 StGB können sich aufgrund der Nähe der PPP zur Privatwirtschaft Probleme ergeben. So etwa bei der Bestimmung der Tätereigenschaft bei mehraktigen Korruptionssachverhalten oder der Frage nach dem Maßstab zur Bestimmung sozialadäquater Zuwendungen.Ausgezeichnet mit dem Promotionspreis der Rechts- und Wirtschaftwissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg 2008.

The supervision of the social services is highlighted in the literature through a series of practices specific to the field of social services. There must always be a relationship between the supervisor and the supervisee in order to ensure qualitative actions, but also in order to improve the characteristics of this relationship. The author Elena Unguru brings to the forefront a new approach in her doctoral thesis, published as a book with a title "Construcția socială a supervizării în asistența socială" [Social construction of supervision in the social work], by Lumen Publishing House from Iași, Romania, in 2019.

I choose to talk about the book "Parental resources and children's education: A comparative perspective for Poland and Romania", authored by Monica Marin, published by Lumen Publishing House, in 2018, as a result of a desire to know the news in the field of education, from a sociological perspective, both as a professor and as a doctoral student. The interest for the research of the specialized literature regarding the child, the parents and the mutual influences in the sphere of educational services are topics approached in my doctoral research.
