The article explores the problem of the ideology of Putinism. It draws attention to the fact that in modern analytical texts about the phenomenon of Putinism, the dispute between scholars has shifted toward clarifying its ideological foundations. A few years ago, an intense scientific debate about the correctness of usage of the term "Putinism" itself took place. The authors investigate the current analytical publications on the ideological foundations of Putinism. The article points out the divergence of views of researchers on the existence of state ideological doctrine developed in the current Kremlin regime. The purpose of this article is defined as proving the fact that Putinism is not only a practical but also an ideological phenomenon of our age. The authors conclude that the ideology of Putinism exists. It seems convincing to consider Putinism as an ideological doctrine of the hybrid type, the general characteristic of which can be defined as neo-imperialism of the autocratic type with the elements of totalitarianism, "assembled" from a set of different doctrines of the past and present. Among them: Pan-Slavism, Russo-Centrism, Eurasianism and Neo-Eurasianism, Duginism (ideologically extremely close to the ideology of the Third Reich and the ideologists of the German "conservative revolution" at the same time, according to L. Lux), Messianism, Isolationism, Anti-Westernism and Anti-Americanism, Neo-Stalinism, Orthodox Fundamentalism, the role of the strong leader. Putinism as a neo-imperialist ideology is in line with the Kremlin's practice, beginning with Putin's rise to power when neo-colonial wars began on the perimeter of the former Soviet empire. It is partly orientated to suppress internal separatist movements, as it was in the case of Chechnya and partly to attempts to "gathering lands" as in the case of Georgia and now – of Ukraine.
The problem of creating of governmental clusters as a method of spatial organization of representative architecture is studied. The problem is considered in the context of formation a new interdisciplinary research area – political urban science. Urban science is studied as neo-ideology (modern Post-classical ideological currents), and as political urban science. Unique philosophy of creation of everyday life – outside of private homes and of new (higher) quality is defined. Functional differences of elements of urban landscape in different historical periods are determined. It is emphasized that modern representative architecture should be directed to the widest social inclusion, provision of new opportunities for interaction of population as well as interaction between «government – society». It is underlined that there is a tendency of uniting within a single building (block) of the highest possible number of state or local governmental authorities for optimization of the management process in view on the inclusion of architecture (so-called governmental clusters). The foreign experience of the cluster approach usage is analysed. The main formats of its application are: 1) separation of governmental cluster in structure of «old» capital, usually by having government buildings outside the historic centre or on the outskirts; 2) transposing the capital to the newly built administrative-territorial units. European experience of governmental clusters organization on the example of successful West-European projects – the government blocks in Oslo and Berlin, as well as the complex of governmental buildings Lombardy in Milan is researched. Practices of Asian cities, including Sejong in South Korea, Putrajaya in Malaysia, Chandigarh in India are studied. Attention is also paid to several projects in the former Soviet Union, including: Astana in Kazakhstan and plans to construct a new Parliamentary Centre in North West Administrative District (Mnevnikovskay plain) in Moscow. It is emphasized that intention of ...

The definition of advertising is given. It's considered as a holistic socioeconomic phenomenon, which consists of three basic components: advertising as a product, the final incarnation in the material and ideal forms of the customer's ideas; advertising as an activity that is advertising as a profession; advertising as an integral part of the social space of the individual. It is proved that the study of sociohumanitarian field is characterized with a permanent disciplinary interaction in the case study of advertising (the pairing of linguistics and psychology, political science and psychology, sociology and psychology). The chief strategies of advertising research within social and humanitarian fields include: a single basic approach strategy: the recognition of advertising as a twoway communication process; communication strategy: the rejection of research within the subject of a separate discipline, active interaction with the related sciences on the subject of the study; application of the principle of mutual academic enrichment; future strategy: focus on new technologies, methods, implementation of schemes of advertising in the social space, the attempts of futurological analysis. The article demonstrates the importance of interdisciplinary scientific cooperation in the study of advertising as a social phenomenon.
