Η κατάρρευση του κρατικού σοσιαλισμού το 1989 και η μετάβαση της Αλβανίας στην οικονομία της ελεύθερης αγοράς αποτελεί αφετηρία μεγάλων αλλαγών στην ιδιοκτησία της γης και την παραγωγή κατοικίας, άμεσα συναρτημένων με ευρύτερες διεργασίες που σημειώνονται σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο. Στόχος του άρθρου είναι η διερεύνηση των διαδικασιών με τις οποίες η ιδιοκτησία της γης μεταβαίνει από μια κεντρικά σχεδιασμένη οικονομία στην ελεύθερη αγορά το διάστημα μετά το 1989 και έως το 2007, εστιάζοντας στις διαδικασίες παραγωγής κατοικίας στην πόλη του Αργυροκάστρου. Κεντρικός ισχυρισμός του άρθρου είναι ότι η δυναμική που αναπτύσσεται γύρω από την ιδιοκτησία της γης και την κατοικία, αν και εμφανίζει σημαντικές ανισότητες, διαχέει τα οφέλη από τη γαιοπρόσοδο σε πλατειά κοινωνικά στρώματα.
19846 19853 23 15 ; S ; We present a new family of Zone Plates (ZPs) designed using the Thue-Morse sequence. The focusing and imaging properties of these aperiodic diffractive lenses coined Thue-Morse Zone Plates (TMZPs) are examined. It is demonstrated that TMZPs produce a pair of self-similar and equally intense foci along the optical axis. As a consequence of this property, under broadband illumination, a TMZP produces two foci with an extended depth of focus and a strong reduction of the chromatic aberration compared with conventional periodic ZPs. This distinctive optical characteristic is experimentally confirmed. This property is useful to study the asymptotic behavior of a dynamical system and specifically, in positive systems. Stabilization of linear systems using feedbacks has been deeply studied during the last decades. Motivated by some results, in this paper we find conditions on the system such that the eigenvalues of the closed loop system are in the open left half plane of the complex plane C. Sociological analysis of graphic objects that prescribe the environment usually focuses on the adjustments made to build up their resources for the action, making use the main function of their performance. In the case of metro signage, this article reverses this perspective and focuses on the activity of fitting-out the premises. It thus seeks to avoid treating graphic artefacts as inert objects, and from making immutability an intrinsic property of writing. On the contrary, it shows the crucial importance of maintenance work, which maintains the physical and physical qualities of objects on a day-to-day basis and ensures an ever-updated performance force. ; L'analyse sociologique des objets graphiques qui ordonnent l'environnement se concentre généralement sur les ajustements effectués pour les constituer en ressources pour l'action, faisant des usages le principal ressort de leur performativité. À partir du cas de la signalétique du métro, cet article renverse cette perspective et se focalise sur l'activité d'aménagement des lieux. Il cherche ainsi à éviter de considérer les artefacts graphiques comme des objets inertes, et de faire de l'immuabilité une propriété intrinsèque de l'écrit. To clarify these connections is the purpose of this note. The starting point was a question raised by M. Kunze and W. Arendt and the answer provided by J. Bonet and B. Cascales. We fully characterize mu(X, Y)-completeness or its failure in the case of Banach spaces X with a w*-angelic dual unit ball in particular, separable Banach spaces or, more generally, wealdy compactly generated ones-by using the norming or, alternatively, the Mazur character of Y. International audience One of chemical Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) methods consists in injecting aqueous solutions of polymers into the reservoir in order to improve mobility ratio between the injected fluid and the remaining oil. This "polymer flooding" process is usually only characterized with the low shear viscosity of the injected fluid, even if these aqueous solutions are strongly shear thinning and may show high elastic properties evidenced by normal stresses appearance. In order to study the mechanisms at the interface level, we develop simple model experimentations with the goal of quantifying the influence of viscoelastic properties on fluid displacement in a simple geometry. For this purpose, we propose and characterize a model fluid formulation, for which elastic and viscous effects can be tuned systematically. We study then the displacement of a viscous oil by a Newtonian non elastic, a viscoelastic or a purely shear thinning fluid in a two dimensional flow cell. Observing the shape of the interface between aqueous fluids and displaced oil permits to appreciate viscoelasticity effects on the displacement. Using model geometries and controlled rheology fluids, we show that viscoelastic fluids tend to better displace immiscible liquids than Newtonian fluids and that those effects are closely related to the apparitions of normal stresses independently of shear thinning property or variation of interfacial tension as soon as viscous effects govern the flow.

In this way, we extend several well-known fixed point theorems and, in particular, improve some very recent results on weaker Meir-Keeler functions. Fixed point results for well-posed property and for limit shadowing property are also deduced. Finally, an application to the study of existence and uniqueness of solutions for a class of nonlinear integral equations is presented. We propose a Kronecker product model for correlation or covariance matrices in the large dimensional case. The number of parameters of the model increases logarithmically with the dimension of the matrix. We propose a minimum distance (MD) estimator based on a log-linear property of the model, as well as a one-step estimator, which is a one-step approximation to the quasi-maximum likelihood estimator (QMLE). We establish rates of convergence and central limit theorems (CLT) for our estimators in the large dimensional case. A specification test and tools for Kronecker product model selection and inference are provided. In a Monte Carlo study where a Kronecker product model is correctly specified, our estimators exhibit superior performance. In an empirical application to portfolio choice for S&P500 daily returns, we demonstrate that certain Kronecker product models are good approximations to the general covariance matrix.
229 245 23 4 ; SWORD ; [EN] In order to estimate pluvial flood damages within urban areas, a widely element employed are the well-known depth damage curves, which relate water depth to a certain level of damage. This study presents the development carried out in order to obtain depth damage curves tailored for Barcelona city and related to 14 types of properties. Moreover, a conceptual model to transfer outside-of-properties water depths into inside-of-properties water depths. The developed curves, have also been transferred to Badalona municipality and damages for actual flood events have been estimated for both cities. The obtained outcomes have been considered accurate enough, according to the conducted validation process based on the comparison with actual flood claims provided by the Spanish re-insurance company Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros (CCS). ; [ES] Para la estimación de daños por inundaciones pluviales en zonas urbanas, un elemento ampliamente utilizado son las llamadas curvas de daños, que no son más que la relación de los daños producidos en un tipo de propiedad para un cierto nivel de agua. En este estudio se presenta el desarrollo llevado a cabo para obtener curvas de daños asociadas a 14 tipos de propiedades para la ciudad de Barcelona. Se propone también un modelo conceptual para transferir el calado en las calles al calado en el interior de las propiedades. Las curvas desarrolladas, han sido trasladadas a la ciudad de Badalona y se han estimado los daños de dos eventos reales de inundación para ambas ciudades. Los resultados obtenidos han sido aceptables, de acuerdo con la validación realizada a partir de los datos de indemnizaciones facilitados por el consorcio de compensación de seguros (CCS).
