<p>Συζητούνται οι μεθοδολογικές προϋποθέσεις της ορθολογικής επιλογής. Λιακρίνεται η «κοινωνιολογική» εκδοχή της ορθολογικής επιλογής από την αυστηρά ωφελιμιστική «οικονομική» της εκδοχή. Σκιαγραφείται το δίλημμα του φυλακισμένου (δ.φ.), γίνεται περιληπτική αναφορά στο πλήθος των κοινωνικών διαδράσεων που μπορούν να σχηματοποιηθούν με όρους παιγνίου .φ. και διερευνώνται οι μηχανισμοί που αποτρέπουν τις κοινωνίες από το να περιπέσουν σε καταστάσεις τύπου παιγνίου δ.φ.. Τέλος, η προσοχή εντοπίζεται στα παίγνια θετικού αθροίσματος. Οι παράγοντες που ενθαρρύνουν τις λύσεις συνεργασίας και την ανάδειξη εκβάσεων θετικού αθροίσματος ιχνογραφούνται με τη βοήθεια περιπτωσιολογικών αναφορών από το πεδίο τόσο της εσωτερικής όσο και της διεθνούς και διεθνοτικής πολιτικής.</p>

Στο άρθρο αυτό προσπαθήσαμε να δείξουμε ότι η κοινωνική ψυχολογία και πιο συγκεκριμένα η κοινωνική ψυχολογία των ενεργών μειονοτήτων, η οποία αναπτύχθηκε μέσα από την πειραματική μέθοδο στα πλαίσια του εργαστηρίου, μπορεί να μας βοηθήσει να προσεγγίσουμε πολύπλοκα φαινόμενα κοινωνικού μετασχηματισμού. Για την ενδυνάμωση αυτής της πρότασης παρουσιάσαμε έξι εφαρμογές της θεωρίας των διαδικασιών κοινωνικής επιρροής στην κοινωνική πραγματικότητα, συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της πολιτικής διάστασης (ο Σολζενίτσιν ως ενεργός μειονότητα, Το κίνημα των γυναικών της Ιταλίας, Το χάρισμα και η ανάδυση, Η σχέση Ελληνοκυπρίων- Τουρκοκυπρίων, Η εξέγερση του Πολυτεχνείου, Το Συνεταιριστικό «Κίνημα»), Στο άρθρο δεν περιοριστήκαμε στην απλή παρουσίαση των πιο πάνω μελετών. Επικεντρώσαμε ιδιαίτερα την προσοχή μας στη σχέση της θεωρίας των διαδικασιών κοινωνικής επιρροής με το μαρξισμό.

<span class="style7">Η αναλυτική προσοχή του άρθρου επικεντρώνεται στους συγκεκριμένους τρόπους με τους οποίους συλλαμβάνεται και χρησιμοποιείται η μεθοδολογική έννοια της αναστοχαστικότητας, καθώς και στον («ανοσοποιητικό») ρόλο που πραγματικά διαδραματίζει στην ποιοτική έρευνα και την κοινωνική θεωρία. Εξετάζοντας τις κυρίαρχες (κριτικές και κονστρουκτιβιστικές) αναστοχαστικές προσεγγίσεις, θα μπορούσε κανείς να διαπιστώσει με ευκολία τη σύνδεση των μεταθεωρητικών προσπαθειών με το ιδεώδες της «ισχυροποίησης της κοινωνικής θεωρίας» (Bourdieu, Harding). Ωστόσο, η επιδίωξη αυτού του ιδεώδους τείνει πάντοτε στην παράκαμψη της «γνωστικής κυκλικότητας» (Maturana/Varela, Luhmann), με στόχο τη συντήρηση του επιστημονικού εξουσιαστικού κύρους (authority), του «επιστημονικού μεγαλοϊδεατισμού» (Hammersley). Ενθαρρύνοντας τη συνειδητή αυτο-τοποθέτησή μας στον επιτελεστικό «κύκλο της αναπαράστασης», αποφεύγουμε οριστικά τις παγίδες της (δήθεν «ισχυρής») θετικιστικής σκέψης.</span>

Lifelong Learning is an expanded field of science, encompassing those activities by which people learn in a systematic and organised way and acquire new skills and attitudes. This new area of learning activities started to emerge in Europe and the United States in the middle of the last century. In Greece, the development of Lifelong Learning is directly linked to developments that have taken place and are taking place at economic, political and social level. In this Communication, we focus on the main historical scenes of this development, focusing on the perspective it has in the European context. Towards 2020, Europe's strategy in the field of Lifelong Learning aims at sustainable and inclusive growth in which education has to play a leading role again. The rapid changes, signalling the modern era in areas such as technology, society and the environment, highlight the urgent need for people to acquire specialised knowledge and skills in order to meet the continuous and growing demands of their personal and working lives. ; Η Διά Βίου Μάθηση συνιστά ένα διευρυμένο επιστημονικό πεδίο, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει τις δραστηριότητες εκείνες, με τις οποίες άνθρωποι μαθαίνουν με τρόπο συστηματικό και οργανωμένο γνώσεις και αποκτούν νέες δεξιότητες και στάσεις. Το νέο αυτό πεδίο μαθησιακών δραστηριοτήτων άρχισε να εμφανίζεται στην Ευρώπη και στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες στα μέσα του περασμένου αιώνα. Στην Ελλάδα η εξέλιξη της Διά Βίου Μάθησης συναρτάται άμεσα με τις εξελίξεις, οι οποίες συντελέστηκαν και συντελούνται σε οικονομικό, πολιτικό και κοινωνικό επίπεδο. International audience Discussions on sustainable development in French forests challenge conventional forest policy options, from a perspective that combines sustainability in the biological, economic, institutional and political realms. It would be wrong to focus only on discussions relating to biological sustainability since the major weaknesses that need priority attention probably relate to the other components of sustainability. But more than a standard, these discussions provide a valuable modality for reconsidering apparently uncontroversial options among forestry stakeholders. Additionally, debate on sustainable management can also be seen as indicative of a new method for major international debate that produces a new international (and community-based) culture. ; Le débat sur la gestion durable des forêts françaises a fait émerger des questionnements nouveaux sur les choix traditionnels de la politique forestière, sur la base d'une grille de réflexion combinant durabilité biologique, durabilité économique, durabilité institutionnelle et durabilité politique. Il serait erroné de n'en retenir que le débat sur la durabilité biologique, car les points de faiblesse prioritaires à prendre en compte résident probablement dans les autres composantes de la durabilité. Mais il s'agit moins d'une norme que d'un mode fécond de questionnement des choix qui font en apparence consensus parmi les partenaires forestiers. Par ailleurs, le débat sur la gestion durable peut aussi être compris comme révélateur d'un nouveau mode d'organisation de certains grands débats publics internationaux où se façonne une culture internationale (et communautaire) nouvelle.

256 259 339 ; S ; Highly siliceous zeolites, namely MFI type have attracted the great attention due to their higher hydrothermal stability, higher selectivity to organic compounds, and often better catalytic properties in comparison with Al-rich zeolites. The native zeolite (Si/Al = 164) and its desilicated analogues were deeply characterized with regard to their structural and textural properties by X-ray diffraction, low temperature adsorption of nitrogen and solid-state Al-27 MAS NMR. Their acidic properties were evaluated in quantitative IR studies. Finally, the catalytic performance of desilicated zeolites ZSM-5 was evaluated in the cracking of n-decane, 1,3,5-tri-iso-propylbenzene and vacuum gas oil. In this article, it is shown that high silica zeolites prepared by NaOH and NaOH&TBAOH leaching presented good hydrothermal stability with only slightly lower resistance when comparing to native steamed zeolite. The mesoporosity was preserved after the steaming treatment. The influence of the generated mesoporosity on the higher activity was evidenced in both 1,3,5-tri-isopropylbenzene and diesel oil cracking of steamed hierarchical zeolites. In spite of their lowered acidity, the mesopores system benefited the diffusion of the bulky molecule and finally provided higher activity of hierarchical zeolites. (C) 2016 Elsevier Inc. National hearing the presence of migrants in the territory of a state result in a multitude of contacts between them and very diverse institutions, some of which are not specific. The Valencia Colloquium draws attention to the interest in studying not only the organisation but also the functioning of these bodies and their interaction with migrant populations. ; National audience la présence des migrants sur le territoire d'un état se traduit par une multitude de contact entre ceux-ci et des institutions très diverses dont certaines ne sont pas spécifiques. Le colloque de Valence attire l'attention sur l'intérêt qu'il y a à étudier non seulement l'organisation mais aussi le fonctionnement de ces instances et les interactions qu'elles entretiennent avec les populations migrantes.

In this article, we put forward two arguments for greater attention from central banks to the distributional implications of monetary policies. Using the dual effect doctrine, we show that central bankers are responsible for the distributional effects of their unconventional monetary policies. Moreover, given that the traditional leverage of taxation is facing serious difficulties today, central bank support could be decisive in reducing economic inequalities. We then assess the theoretical and empirical arguments raised by central bankers against this proposal. We conclude that these objections do not undermine the attractiveness of central banks' responsibility for distribution. ; Dans cet article, nous présentons deux arguments en faveur d'une attention accrue des banques centrales à l'égard des implications distributives des politiques monétaires. En mobilisant la doctrine du double effet, nous montrons que la responsabilité des banquiers centraux quant aux effets distributifs de leurs politiques monétaires non conventionnelles est engagée. De plus, étant donné que le levier traditionnel de la fiscalité fait face à de sérieuses difficultés aujourd'hui, l'appui des banques centrales pourrait être décisif pour la réduction des inégalités économiques. Nous évaluons ensuite les arguments théoriques et empiriques soulevés par les banquiers centraux contre cette proposition. Nous concluons que ces objections ne minent pas l'attrait d'une responsabilité des banques centrales en matière de distribution.

International audience This paper analyses the interest that developed in Great Britain around composting from the late 1920s. It argues that before the current vogue for composting, the technique attracted considerable attention in the middle of the twentieth century and that interest in this technology was not limited to a few 'mystical' members of the organic movement. This paper also analyses the role of an institution called the Natural Resources (Technical) Committee and attempts to show that opposition in Whitehall played a key role in the marginalisation of this technology. It thus suggests that the rise of the 'hegemony of disposal' in the twentieth century did not go uncontested and that it was not a purely technical and inexorable movement. The example of composting thus shows that the birth of a 'throwaway society' was not as consensual as usually described and rather than the result of a widespread aversion to refuse, it should be seen as the result of political decisions, themselves informed by a specific type of quantitative and reductionist type of expertise.

Στη μελέτη αυτή διερευνώ την αρετολογική και καθηκοντολογική ηθική του Νεοελληνικού Διαφωτισμού και τη σύνδεση της με την πολιτική μέσα από κείμενα ηθικά και πολιτικά που αποδεικνύουν τις σχέσεις των Ελλήνων λογίων με την αρχαία ελληνική φιλοσοφική παράδοση και με τη δυτικοευρωπαϊκή, αντιστοίχως. Στις αρχές του 17ου αιώνα ο νεοαριστοτελισμός —τον οποίο ο Θεόφιλος Κορυδαλέας, ο σημαντικότερος Νεοέλληνας φιλόσοφος, διδάχθηκε στο Πανεπιστήμιο της Πάδοβας από τον Cesare Cremonini— κυριάρχησε στη φιλοσοφική παιδεία της ελληνικής Ανατολής και τα έργα του Αριστοτέλη, και όχι πλέον ή μόνον τα υπομνήματα των μεταγενέστερων του σχολιαστών και παραφραστών, σηματοδοτούν πλέον τη διδασκαλία των φιλοσοφικών μαθημάτων, κυρίως της λογικής, της ρητορικής και ποιητικής αλλά και της ηθικής, της φυσικής και της μεταφυσικής. Ερμηνευτικά υπομνήματα και «εξηγήσεις» των αριστοτελικών έργων, αλλά και βυζαντινών κειμένων της πρακτικής ρητορικής, των γνωστών «κατόπτρων ηγεμόνων», γράφονται για τις ανάγκες της διδασκαλίας και χρησιμοποιούνται σε όλο τον 17ο και 18ο αιώνα. Η αριστοτελική ηθική υπήρξε η πλέον σταθερή φιλοσοφική παράδοση, που κυριαρχούσε στη μεταβυζαντινή διδακτική πρακτική όπως αυτό είναι φανερό από την Περί αρετών και κακιών εξήγηση του Σεβαστού Κυμινήτη αλλά και από τα σχόλια αυτού στα Ηθικά Νικομάχεια. Παράλληλα, διαπιστώνεται η επίδραση της στωικής ηθικής, η οποία διδάσκεται στις Σχολές και τις Ακαδημίες του ελληνικού χώρου και της νοτιοανατολικής Ευρώπης. Ο εκλατινισμένος Αριστοτέλης προσελκύει επίσης την προσοχή των Ελλήνων λογίων του 17ου αιώνα, όπως αυτό είναι φανερό από τη μετάφραση του έργου του Conte Emanuele Tesauro Laf ilosofiam orale derivata dall' alto fonte del grande Aristotele, μετάφραση που φανερώνει το ενδιαφέρον τους για την αριστοτελική ηθική, η οποία συνδέεται με τη χριστιανική. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται στη διάκριση των αρετών και κακιών και στη διατύπωση συνόλου καθηκόντων προς τον θεό, τον εαυτό και τους άλλους ανθρώπους. Κατά την περίοδο του Νεοελληνικού Διαφωτισμού παρατηρείται παράλληλα εισαγωγή της νεοτερικής φιλοσοφίας και στο πλαίσιο των νέων ενδιαφερόντων των Ελλήνων λογίων μεταφράζονται τα έργα των Montesquieu, Locke, Voltaire, Rousseau, Muratori, Soave, Beccaria κ.ά. με σκοπό την ηθική και πολιτική διαπαιδαγώγηση του Γένους. Έργα όπως του L. Muratori και του Fr. Soave, που σχολιάζω στην ανακοίνωση αυτή, φανερώνουν τον συμφυρμό της αρετολογικής ηθικής της αρχαιότητας και της καθηκοντολογικής χριστιανικής ηθικής, που έχει ενσωματωθεί σε έργα Δυτικοευρωπαίων φιλοσόφων, αλλά και το ενδιαφέρον για προβλήματα της πολιτικής φιλοσοφίας, όπως τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα, οι κοινωνικές αρετές, τα καθήκοντα και οι υποχρεώσεις του ανθρώπου προς το θεό, τον εαυτό του και τους άλλους ανθρώπους, ή η ελευθερία στην πολυμορφία της. Η καθηκοντολογική ηθική ανευρίσκεται παράλληλα και σε πρωτότυπα έργα των Ελλήνων στοχαστών. Όλες αυτές οι κοινωνικές ιδέες διαδίδονται στο ευρύτερο κοινό της νοτιοανατολικής Ευρώπης μέσω της «εξήγησης», μορφής απλουστευτικής ερμηνείας του αρχαίου κειμένου, ή των σχολιασμένων αρχαίων κειμένων ή και μέσω των παραφράσεων και μεταφράσεων έργων δυτικοευρωπαϊκών. At the same time, the results of acquisition manoeuvres are still disappointing. This disappointment has been brought closer to the lack of attention given to the managerial dimension of acquisitions in favour of strategic analyses of essentially economic inspiration. While there is now some agreement on the importance of post-acquisition management, there are still differences as to the principles that should guide it. By using the case methodology, the research is used to test the relevance of competing proposals, when the purchaser adopts a symbiotic integration policy. The suggestion that a mindset of rationalist inspiration does not allow the acquisition of symbiosis to be sifted out is corroborated. This result is explained by the nature of symbiosis policies, which aim to develop innovative practices and/or offers within a co-operative framework. Joint innovation is revitalised in cases where there is an emerging caractere that is poorly aligned with a mindset of rationalist inspiration. ; En depit de l'engouement suscite, les resultats des manœuvres d'acquisition restent decevants. Cette deception est a rapprocher du manque d'attention portee a la dimension manageriale des acquisitions au profit d'analyses strategiques d'inspiration essentiellement economique. Si un certain accord existe aujourd'hui sur l'importance du management post-acquisition, des divergences subsistent quant aux principes qui doivent guider celui-ci. En utilisant la methode des cas, la presente recherche permet de tester la pertinence des propositions en concurrence, lorsque l'acquereur adopte une politique d'insertion de type symbiotique. Peer reviewed ; Borders and human mobility have become key elements in the development of the global society of the twenty-first century. Growing attention to the development potential of migration has recently raised a new concern regarding the issue of return migration. Linked to this, the debate on the migration-development nexus considers circulation to foster development as it enhances the flow of financial, social and cultural capital to the countries of origin. This paper links cross-border mobility and return to development migration. Taking into account the historical, geopolitical and social changes in Moldova, the paper examines the perceptions of mobility and return for development of the Moldovans engaged in emigration in the countries of the European Union. Using a multi-discipline approach and ethnographic research (in-depth interviews) conducted among Moldovan migrants in their home country, this paper seeks to analyse how mobility and return can support social change and development within the country.

We consider marriage problems where myopic and farsighted players in- teract. To study such problems, we use the pairwise myopic-farsighted stable set. Blocking occurs by coalitions of size one or two. We require that all blocking players should strictly improve. We pay particular attention to the question whether core elements survive in this environment. This is the case when all players are myopic as well as when all players are farsighted. It also holds for matching problems satisfying the top-coalition property. For general matching problems where all women are farsighted, there is only one core element that can belong to the pairwise myopic-farsighted stable set, the woman-optimal stable matching, so all other stable outcomes are excluded for sure. If the woman-optimal stable matching is dominated from the woman point of view by an individually rational matching, then the pairwise myopic- farsighted stable set cannot contain a core element. We show that blocking by coalitions of arbitrary size leads to identical results.

Summary Justification and Target. There is a lack of awareness of the palliative care needs in Costa Rica, which makes it difficult to distribute resources properly. This study aims to identify palliative care needs per province to serve as an input for the proper planning and use of resources. Methods. The methodology designed by the Lancet Commission on Palliative Care and Pain Relief based on severe health-related suffering for 20 diseases with the most likely need for palliative care was used using the database of the Costa Rican Institute of Statistics and Census and databases of the Ministry of Health and the Costarricense Social Insurance Fund. Results. In Costa Rica, 19502 people needed palliative care in 2018, with neoplastic diseases in the first place, followed by cerebrovascular diseases, external causes and HIV-AIDS. Most of the cases are located in the central provinces of the country (San José, Alajuela and Heredia) and the minority in Guanacaste. Conclusions. It was possible to estimate palliative care needs in Costa Rica by diagnostics and home province by documenting that most of the needs are due to terminal non-oncological diseases and in the provinces of San José, Alajuela and Heredia. ; Resumen Justificación y objetivo. Contribution to the study of the circulation of noble elites in the Hispan reindeer in the Lowo-edieval period. Since the end of the 14th century, many Portuguese nobles exiled in the Kingdom of Castile, where successful social and political progression races took place. The aim of this article is to contribute to knowledge of this process, paying attention to the middle-ranking boundary of the Fonseca, which was established in the city of Toro following exile in Castile de la Queen Beatriz. It is peculiar that many of its members had successful ecclesiastical careers and occupied many episcopal sites in Castile, and even enjoyed influence in the Curia. On this occasion, the analysis will focus on one of the least known churches, Alonso de Fonseca, who was bishop of Ávila, Cuenca and Osma.
