The Internet of Things (IoT) connects and shares data collected from smart devices in several domains, such as smart home, smart grid, and healthcare. According to Cisco, the number of connected devices is expected to reach 500 Billion by 2030. Five hundred zettabytes of data will be produced by tremendous machines and devices. Usually, these collected data are very sensitive and include metadata, such as location, time, and context. Their analysis allows the collector to deduce personal habits, behaviors and preferences of individuals. Besides, these collected data require the collaboration of several parties to be analyzed. Thus, due to the high level of IoT data sensitivity and lack of trust on the involved parties in the IoT environment, the collected data by different IoT devices should not be shared with each other, without enforcing data owner privacy. In fact, IoT data privacy has become a severe challenge nowadays, especially with the increasing legislation pressure. Our research focused on three complementary issues, mainly (i) the definition of a semantic layer designing the privacy requirements in the IoT domain, (ii) the IoT device monitoring and the enforcement of a privacy policy that matches both the data owner's privacy preferences and the data consumer's terms of service, and (iii) the establishment of an end-to-end privacy-preserving solution for IoT data in a decentralized architecture while eliminating the need to trust any involved IoT parties.To address these issues, our work contributes to three axes. First, we proposed a new European Legal compliant ontology for supporting preserving IoT PrivacY, called LIoPY that describes the IoT environment and the privacy requirements defined by privacy legislation and standards. Then, we defined a reasoning process whose goal is generating a privacy policy by matching between the data owner's privacy preferences and the data consumer's terms of service. This privacy policy specifies how the data will be handled once shared with a specific data consumer. In order to ensure this privacy policy enforcement, we introduced an IoT data privacy-preserving framework, called PrivBlockchain, in the second research axis. PrivBlockchain is an end-to-end privacy-preserving framework that involves several parties in the IoT environment for preserving IoT data privacy during the phases of collection, transmission, storage, and processing. The proposed framework relied on, on the one hand, the blockchain technology, thus supporting a decentralized architecture while eliminating the need to trust any involved IoT parties and, on the other hand, the smart contracts, thus supporting a machine-readable and self-enforcing privacy policy whose goal is to preserve the privacy during the wholedata lifecycle, covering the collection, transmission, storage and processing phases. Finally, in the third axis, we designed and implemented the proposal in order to prove its feasibility and analyze its performances. ; Les objets connectés collectent et partagent des données dans différents domaines tels que les maisons intelligentes, les réseaux de distribution d'électricité intelligents et la santé. Selon Cisco, le nombre d'objets connectés devrait atteindre 50 milliards d'ici 2030 avec une quantité de données produites d'environ cinq cents zettaoctets. Toutefois, ces données recueillies sont généralement très riches et comprennent souvent des métadonnées telles que l'emplacement, l'information temporelle et le contexte, rendant ainsi possible de déduire facilement les habitudes personnelles, les comportements et les préférences des individus. Nos travaux de recherche sont focalisés sur trois problématiques complémentaires qui sont la problématique de la modélisation des exigences de la protection de la vie privée, la problématique de monitoring les objets connectés et la garantie du respect d'une politique commune quicorrespond à la fois aux préférences des propriétaires des données et aux conditions des consommateurs des données, et enfin la problématique de protection de la vie privée durant tout le cycle de vie des données générées par ces objets dans une architecture décentralisée qui élimine le besoin de faire confiance aux parties impliquées dans le réseau d'objets connectés. Afin de répondre à ces problématiques, nous avons proposé dans un premier lieu une ontologie appelée LIoPY qui modélise la métadonnée ainsi que les contraintes de manipulation des données en adéquation avec les normes et les lois de protection de la vie privée. Puis, pour aligner sémantiquement les exigences en matière de protection de la vie privée des propriétaires des données ainsi que des consommateurs des données, nous avons étendu l'ontologie par des relations sémantiques d'arborescence et des règles sémantiques d'inférence qui génèrent une politique de protection de la vie privée commune. Cette politique décrit comment les données doivent être manipulées une fois partagées avec un consommateur donné. Afin de garantir le respect de cette politique commune, nous avons introduit le framework PrivBlockchain, un framework qui implique toutes les parties intervenantes dans un réseau d'objets connectés dans la protection des données qui en sont issues lors des phases de collecte, du transfert, du stockage jusqu'à la phase de l'utilisation ou bien l'analyse. Le framework proposé repose, d'une part, sur la technologie de la blockchain d'où le support d'une architecture décentralisée, tout en éliminant le besoin de faire confiance aux parties impliquées dans le réseau d'objets connectés et, d'autre part, sur les contrats dits « intelligents » d'où le support d'une politique autoappliquée et lisible par la machine. Son rôle est de protéger la vie privée lors des phases de collecte, du transfert, du stockage jusqu'à la phase de l'analyse des données issues des objets connectés. Enfin, nous avons validé notre proposition par l'élaboration et l'implantation d'un prototype afin de prouver sa faisabilité et analyser ses performances.

This research focuses on how creative industries, apprehended as ideology and scientifically constructed theory, deploy in a non-linear way from the international to the local through the discourses and practices of heterogeneous actors (political, industrial, cultural .) to their operationalization as part of local territory policies of reconfiguration. These refer to policies aiming at transforming the territory image. This work focuses on the metropolitan area of Lyon, which is emblematic of several processes taking place for forty years (globalization, development of ICT, decentralization.) and reconfigurationpolicies conducted in other territories (Berlin, Reims, Lille.). The analysis deploys in three steps.First, we analyse how the creative industries are defined and promoted through institutional discourses (Unesco, DCMS, Creative France.). Three types of discourses are distinguished: those with explicit entrepreneurial goals; those addressing the creative industries as ensemble of sectors related to cultural industries, to which are added few others placing "creativity" at the heart of their activities; finally, the discourses that apprehend creative industries as the central pillar of territorial development. Nonetheless, these types of institutional discourses have in common to resonate with those of the promoters of the New Sprit of Capitalism.Then, we pay particular attention to discourses and practices of professionals of the territorial reconfiguration, namely those of the public and territorial communication to which are added those of the territorial marketing. These professionals are intermediaries who contribute to the diffusion of the creative industries by promoting assumptions, practices and arrangements resonating with those disseminated in institutional discourses. If a lexicon, notions and methods from management sciencessupplant references to creativity and territorial policies focusing on innovation and creativity, a gap between their discourses and their actual practices exists.Finally, we are interested in the way in which the creative industries are reinvested in the territorial reconfiguration policies of the metropolitan area of Lyon in order to create and disseminate a creative image. The reflection is articulated here on the way in which these policies are related to a triple territorial reconfiguration (tangible, reticular and symbolic). In particular, we are interested in the operationalization of major artistic and cultural events, spatial planning projects and stakeholder networks taking place on the territory aiming generating creative image. The practices and arrangements realized on the territory are in continuity or resonate with those prescribed in the institutional discourses and those of the professionals of the territorial reconfiguration.In the end, we show how the ideology of the creative industries deploys through discourses and practices of heterogeneous actors that resonate and, as a result, contribute to reinforce this ideology. Our study pays attention to circulations, which are not only downward or prescriptive but are also re-appropriations and interpretations of the creative industries by those actors. The logics of the actors studied are stressed, while showing how their discourses and practices are in interaction. ; Cette recherche porte sur la façon dont les industries créatives, appréhendées en tant qu'idéologie et théorie scientifiquement construite, se déploient de manière non linéaire de l'international au local à travers les discours et pratiques d'acteurs hétérogènes (politiques, industriels, culturels…) jusqu'à leur opérationnalisation dans le cadre de politiques de reconfiguration du territoire local. Ces dernières désignent les politiques visant à transformer durablement la représentation d'un territoire donné. Pour ce faire, l'étude se concentre sur le cas du territoire métropolitain lyonnais, emblématique de plusieurs processus à l'œuvre depuis une quarantaine d'années (mondialisation, développement des TICN, décentralisation, métropolisation.) et des politiques de reconfiguration menées sur d'autres territoires (Berlin, Reims, Lille…). L'analyse se déploie en trois temps.Tout d'abord, nous analysons comment les industries créatives sont définies et promues à travers les discours d'institutions internationales, nationales et locales (Unesco, DCMS, France Créative…). Trois types de discours se distinguent : ceux à visée entrepreneuriale explicite ; ceux abordant les industries créatives comme un ensemble de secteurs liés aux industries culturelles, auxquels sont adjoints quelques autres plaçant la « créativité » au cœur de leurs activités ; enfin, les discours les appréhendant comme le pilier central du développement territorial. Ces types de discours institutionnels ont cependant encommun d'entrer en résonnance avec ceux des promoteurs du nouvel esprit du capitalisme. Ensuite, nous accordons une attention particulière aux discours et pratiques des professionnels de la reconfiguration territoriale, à savoir ceux de la communication publique et territoriale auxquels s'ajoutent désormais ceux du marketing territorial. Ces professionnels constituent des intermédiaires contribuant à la diffusion des industries créatives par la promotion de présupposés, pratiques et agencements entrant en résonnance avec ceux diffusés dans les discours institutionnels. Si un lexique, des notions et méthodes issues des sciences de gestion supplantent les références faites à la créativité et aux politiques territoriales axées sur l'innovation et la créativité, un décalage s'opère cependant entre leurs discours et leurs pratiques effectives.Enfin, nous nous intéressons à la façon dont les industries créatives sont réinvesties dans le cadre de politiques de reconfiguration territoriale du territoire métropolitain lyonnais pour en susciter et diffuser une représentation créative. La réflexion s'articule ici sur la façon dont ces politiques portent sur une triple reconfiguration territoriale (tangible, réticulaire et symbolique). En particulier, nous nous intéressons à l'opérationnalisation des grands événements culturels et artistiques, des projetsd'aménagement du territoire et de réseaux d'acteurs mis en place sur le territoire dans l'objectif d'en susciter une représentation créative. Les pratiques et agencements mis en place sur ce territoire s'inscrivent dans la continuité ou entrent en résonnance avec ceux prescrits dans les discours institutionnels et dans ceux des professionnels de la reconfiguration territoriale.En définitive, nous montrons comment l'idéologie des industries créatives se déploie à travers les discours et pratiques d'acteurs hétérogènes qui entrent en résonnance et, de ce fait, contribuent à renforcer cette idéologie. Notre étude prête attention aux circulations, qui ne sont pas uniquement descendantes ou prescriptives mais qui sont aussi des réappropriations et des interprétations des industries créatives par ces acteurs. Les logiques propres aux acteurs étudiés sont mises en évidence, tout en soulignant comment leurs discours et pratiques entrent en interaction.

Background The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Despite its importance, mental health provisions are often limited. In 2015, Indonesia had only 773 psychiatrists for 250 million residents. This shortage of specialist mental health professionals is shared by most Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) and is reflected in the Treatment Gaps in this region indicating the very small proportion of people who receive adequate mental health care for their needs. While the median worldwide Treatment Gap for psychosis is 32.2% (Kohn et al., 2004), in Indonesia it is more than 90%. Experts suggested integrating mental health care into primary care, to help bridge this gap (Mendenhall et al., 2014). The systematic introduction of the World Health Organization Mental Health Gap Action Programme into primary care clinics across Indonesia and the presence of a 15-year-old co-location of Clinical Psychologists in Yogyakarta province's primary care clinics presented an opportunity to assess the clinical and cost-effectiveness of both frameworks. Methods This research ("the trial") set out to develop an approach, and then implement it, to compare the adapted WHO mhGAP framework with the existing specialist framework within primary mental health services in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, through a pragmatic, two-arm cluster randomised controlled non-inferiority trial. This design enabled an examination of patients derived from whole populations in a 'real world' setting. The trial involved two phases: a pilot study in June 2016 with the objectives to refine data collection procedures and to serve as a practice run for clinicians involved in the trial; as well as a substantive trial beginning in December 2016. The 12-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12) was established as a 'fairly accurate' screening tool using a Receiver Operating Curve study. Using the GHQ scoring method of 0-0-1-1, a threshold of 1/2 was identified for use in clinical setting, i.e. the context of the trial. The primary outcome was the health and social functioning of participants as measured by the Health of the Nation Outcome Scale (HoNOS) and secondary outcomes were disability as measured by WHO Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 (WHODAS 2.0), quality of life as measured by European Quality of Life Scale (EQ‐5D-3L), and cost of intervention evaluated from a health services perspective, which aimed to determine the clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of both frameworks at six months. Results During the recruitment period, 4944 adult primary care patients attended 27 participating primary care centres. Following screening (n=1484) and in-depth psychiatric interviews (n=394), 174 WHO mhGAP arm and 151 Specialist arm participants received a formal diagnosis and were recruited into the trial. The number of required participants per treatment arm, to provide statistical power of 0.80 and statistical bilateral significance value of 0.05 was estimated to be 96. A total of 153 participants of the WHO mhGAP arm and 141 of the Specialist arm were followed-up at six months, representing 90.8% of all participants diagnosed. At follow-up, 82% (n=126) participants of the WHO mhGAP arm indicated they had attended at least one treatment session during the trial, significantly more than in the Specialist Arm (69%; n=97), 2 = 7.364, p=0.007. The WHO mhGAP arm was proven to be statistically not inferior to the Specialist arm in reducing symptoms of social and physical impairment, reducing disability, and improving health-related quality of life at six months. Cost-effectiveness analyses show that the Specialist arm was dominant for a unit of improvement in patient outcomes at six months. While the framework is more expensive for the Health System, participants in the Specialist arm were found to have larger improvements. Conclusion Given that both frameworks yielded positive patient outcomes, there is no immediate need to increase the absolute number of specialist mental health professionals in community psychiatry (i.e. replicate the specialist framework outside Yogyakarta). As most psychologists and psychiatrists in Indonesia reside in large cities, the current systematic roll-out of the adapted WHO mhGAP framework might address the need to strengthen non-stigmatising mental health care within community contexts, reflecting the preferences of primary care patients. In districts or provinces which could afford the additional cost, however, the Specialist framework was shown to be better at improving patient outcomes than the adapted WHO mhGAP framework. Existing resources for specialist care can be arranged in a hub-and-spoke (step-up care) model where higher-level interventions are provided for those with greater needs. The proposed model would free-up resources for advanced clinical training of the specialist workforce in key areas of need while keeping specialist services accessible. Trial Registration This trial has been registered with clinicaltrials.gov since 25 February 2016, NCT02700490. Ehical Standards Full ethics approval from the University of Cambridge, UK was received on 15 December 2015 (PRE.2015.108) and from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia on 14 April 2016 (1237/SD/PL.03.07/IV/2016). A condition of ethics approval from the University of Cambridge is that the investigator is covered by indemnity insurance and that participants are insured for the period of their participation. This was provided by the University of Cambridge Trial Insurance Office (609/M/C/1510). Ethics approval from all the clusters was not required as each cluster (Puskesmas) is a local GP surgery which does not have its own ethics committee. Instead, approval to conduct research at the province of Yogyakarta including all five districts: Kota Yogyakarta, Sleman, Gunung Kidul, Kulon Progo, Bantul Districts was obtained from the Provincial Government Office (070/REG/V/625/5/2016) following ethics approvals. The focus of this doctoral dissertation is a chronicle by Dominican friar Francesco Pipino (1270 CE – after 1328 CE), which has been little studied to date and is recorded in a unique manuscript kept at the Biblioteca Estense Universitaria in Modena, Italy (ms. Lat. 465.) This long chronicle (one hundred eighty-one folios, with an added six-folio table of contents) is organized in thirty-one books, which, with three exceptions, are titled after the name of an Emperor, from Charles The Great to Albert I von Habsburg. The first volume of this dissertation offers an analysis in three parts of the last books in the chronicle (volumes XXVII to XXXI), which focus on the years around 1250-1320. The second volume gathers the sources, bibliography and appendices including an edition and translation of the last books of the chronicle. The first part of the dissertation reviews the life and work of Francesco Pipino, whose presence is most specifically attested in Bologna and Padova, where he notably performed the duties of a monastic archivist, vice-prior, and prior. The peripatetic wanderings of Francesco Pipino also led him to the Middle-East; a first time for a pilgrimage in the Holy Land (1320) and very likely a second time within the framework of the Societas Fratres Peregrinantes. The second part of the dissertation interrogates the intellectual operations specific to historians by looking at the sources used in the research and their handling. Francesco Pipino might reprise his historiographical sources verbatim, or he might sum them up. He might also use diplomatic sources: Papal bulls and letters can constitute a whole chapter or be reused as excerpts. Other types of sources are enlisted: epigraphic, archeological or rural sources. Francesco Pipino was rarely subservient to his sources, which he reviewed critically. The chronicle also bears the mark of the Order of Preaching Friars, with its hagiographical choices, with the exemplary nature of the narrative, or with the insertion of a few Dominican figures inside historical time. The third part delivers a three-pronged political reading of the chronicle, which is inscribed within the contexts of the struggle between the clergy and the Holy Roman Empire. The imperial structuring of the chronicle gives the emperors precellence. By lending the quality of Emperor on the king of Romans, Francesco Pipino downplays the role of the imperial coronation and from there, theocratic contentions as well. His political stance is generally supportive of the Empire. Within each book, after a first narrative part devoted to the emperor, a second one deals with the Popes who have officiated under the emperor whose name is given to the book. Francesco Pipino remains moderate in his appraisal of the various pontificates, even though he once again condemns the theocratic pretenses of the Papacy. In a third and final stage, each book closes with events that have happened in Italian cities, in European kingdoms, and in the Middle-East. Here, the analysis is based on a case study of the city of Bologna at the end of the 13th Century, and on the denunciation of its divisions. ; La thèse porte sur la chronique, très peu étudiée, du frère dominicain Francesco Pipino (années 1270-après 1328) consignée dans un manuscrit unique conservé à la Biblioteca Estense Universitaria de Modène (ms. lat. 465). La structuration impériale de la chronique donne la précellence aux empereurs. En accordant la qualité d'empereur au roi des Romains, Francesco Pipino minore le rôle du couronnement impérial et, partant, des prétentions théocratiques. Ses positions politiques sont, de manière générale, pro-impériales. Au sein de chaque livre, après un premier ensemble narratif consacré à l'empereur, un deuxième ensemble traite des papes ayant officié sous l'empereur qui donne son nom au livre. Francesco Pipino reste mesuré dans son appréciation des différents pontificats, bien qu'il condamne ici encore les prétentions théocratiques de la papauté. Dans un troisième temps, chaque livre se clôt par les événements survenus dans les cités italiennes, dans les royaumes européens et en Orient. L'analyse prend ici appui sur le cas de la cité de Bologne à la fin du XIIIe siècle, dont les divisions sont dénoncées.

This PhD research aimed to examine historical and present drivers of agricultural changes in the Mekong (MKD) and Red River (RRD) deltas in Vietnam since 1975 as well as explore adaptation pathways and resilience of agricultural systems facing increased salinity intrusion in these deltas. The research ultimately used the lens of complex adaptive systems theory to examine interactions and feedbacks in agricultural systems and their drivers of change at multiple levels in deltaic social-ecological systems. In addition, this study applied an adaptation pathway approach to identify various adaptation options and potential lock-ins in agricultural systems and the subjective resilience assessment method to quantify the resilience of agricultural systems in these deltas. Currently, the RRD is protected from salinity intrusion by a concrete sea dyke and sluicegate system. In the MKD, salinity is naturally happening as it is a tide-dominated delta and there are fewer protective structures in place. Case study research was carried out in villages located along salinity gradients in the MKD, and at different distances to sea dykes in the RRD in Vietnam. Empirical data consisted of 27 in-depth interviews with officials of local and national authorities as well as 11 focus group discussions, 198 semi-structured interviews, 226 structured-interviews and 3 role-playing games conducted with farmers in both deltas in 2015-2016. This study reveals that agricultural systems in the RRD and MKD since the end year of the war in 1975 have experienced considerable changes. The analysis of drivers of change and adaptation pathways shows that a dynamic interplay and feedback of various drivers of change such as policy intervention, farmers' desire for profit maximization, changing salinity conditions, and technological development at different levels of the deltaic social-ecological system have shaped the changes and adaptations in agricultural systems over the last decades. In response to increased salinity intrusion, as exemplified by the highest salinity levels in 90 years which were recorded in the MKD in 2015-2016, various adaptation options have been considered. These include adaptations that would lock-in agricultural production in particular agricultural systems or constrain changes in others, potentially problematic in light of the high uncertainty related to future changes. The study recognizes the need to apply both incremental and transformative changes and select adaptation pathways which allow for continuous change or that are reversible in order to avoid lock-ins and address future challenges. In addition, this study implemented a subjective resilience assessment method based on farmers' perception of the three resilience components i) the sensitivity of their agricultural systems to increased salinity intrusion, ii) the capacity to recover from salinity damage, and iii) the capacity to change to other systems if salinity increases in the future. Results from the subjective resilience assessment reveal that none of the agricultural systems received a higher score than the others when considering all three resilience components, implying that an increase in one resilience component by switching agricultural systems would negatively impact others. Improving resilience components (e.g. through policies and interventions, resource allocation and farming system changes) to sustain agricultural production or facilitate transformation to alternative systems when necessary is critically important for agricultural systems facing stress. For a methodological implication, this research emphasizes the need to complement subjective resilience assessment with qualitative data to enhance understandings of drivers of resilience in order to improve components of resilience for agricultural systems in the respective deltas. In summary, attention should be drawn to interactions and feedbacks in future changes within and across adaptation pathways as well as trade-offs involved in farming system shifts regarding resilience components. Consideration of this could contribute to preventing further increases in salinity intrusion and lock-in effects in agricultural systems in the deltas. ; Das Ziel der Arbeit ist historische und gegenwärtige Treiber für den Wandel der Landwirtschaft im Mekong Delta (MKD) und Red River Delta (RRD) in Vietnam zu identifizieren. Weiterhin sollen Anpassungspfade und die Widerstandsfähigkeit der landwirtschaftlichen Systeme im Hinblick auf die zunehmende Salzanreicherung in den beiden Deltas untersucht werden. Die Forschung baut auf der komplexen, adaptiven Systemtheorie auf, um Wechselwirkungen und Rückkopplungen in landwirtschaftlichen Systemen zu untersuchen. Der Ansatz zielt darauf ab, ein besseres Verständnis der Treiber des Systemwandels auf mehreren Ebenen im sozial-ökologischen System der Deltaregionen zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus hat diese Studie einen Anpassungspfad-Ansatz angewandt, um verschiedene Anpassungsoptionen und mögliche "Lock-ins" in landwirtschaftlichen Systemen zu identifizieren sowie die Methode der subjektiven Resilienzbewertung verwendet, um die Widerstandsfähigkeit von landwirtschaftlichen Systemen in diesen Deltas zu quantifizieren. Derzeit ist das RRD durch einen Deich und ein Schleusensystem vor dem Eindringen von Salzgehalt geschützt. Im MKD tritt der Salzgehalt natürlich auf, da es sich um ein von den Gezeiten dominiertes Delta handelt und es weniger Schutzstrukturen gibt. Im MKD wurden empirische Erhebungen entlang von Salzgehaltsgradienten durchgeführt. Im RRD lag der Fokus darin, den Einfluss von Deichen auf die landwirtschaftliche Entwicklung zu untersuchen. Die empirischen Daten wurden in den Jahren 2015-2016 erhoben und setzen sich zusammen aus 27 Interviews mit Vertretern von regionalen und überregionalen Behörden, elf Fokusgruppen-Diskussionen, 198 semi-strukturierten Interviews, 226 strukturierten Interviews sowie den Auswertungen von Rollenspielen mit Landwirten. Die Ergebnisse der Studie zeigen, dass sich die landwirtschaftlichen Systeme im RRD und im MKD seit dem Kriegsende 1975 erheblich verändert haben. Die Analyse der Treiber von Veränderungs- und Anpassungspfaden zeigt, dass ein dynamisches Zusammenspiel von verschiedenen Faktoren wie Politikintervention, Gewinnmaximierung der Landwirte, veränderte Salzgehalte und technologische Entwicklung in den letzten Jahrzehnten den Wandel und die Anpassung der landwirtschaftlichen System geprägt haben. Als Reaktion auf die zunehmende Versalzung, wie die seit 90 Jahren in 2015-2016 höchsten gemessenen Salzgehalte im MKD zeigen, wurden verschiedene Anpassungsoptionen in Betracht gezogen. Dazu gehören Anpassungen, die die landwirtschaftliche Produktion in bestimmten Agrarsystemen einschränken oder Veränderungen in anderen Systemen unterbinden. Angesichts der hohen Unsicherheit im Zusammenhang mit künftigen Veränderungen könnte dies problematisch sein. Die Studie erkennt die Notwendigkeit an, sowohl inkrementelle als auch transformative Veränderungen vorzunehmen und Anpassungspfade zu wählen, die kontinuierliche Veränderungen ermöglichen oder reversibel sind, um "Lock-ins" zu vermeiden und zukünftige Herausforderungen anzugehen. Darüber hinaus führte diese Studie eine subjektive Methode zur Bewertung der Widerstandsfähigkeit ein, welche basierend auf der Wahrnehmung der Landwirte die drei Komponenten von Widerstandsfähigkeit einschätzt: i) die Sensitivität ihrer landwirtschaftlichen Systeme gegenüber einem erhöhten Salzgehalt, ii) die Fähigkeit sich von den Schäden durch Versalzung zu erholen und iii) die Fähigkeit auf andere Systeme umzusteigen, wenn der Salzgehalt in der Zukunft weiter ansteigen wird. Die Ergebnisse der subjektiven Bewertung von Widerstandsfähigkeit zeigen, dass keines der landwirtschaftlichen Systeme bei der Betrachtung aller drei Komponenten eine höhere Bewertung erhielt als die anderen. Dies zeigt, dass die Erhöhung der Widerstandsfähigkeit gemessen an einer Komponente, beispielsweise durch einen Wechsel der landwirtschaftlichen Systeme, andere Komponenten negativ beeinflussen würde. Die Erhöhung der Widerstandsfähigkeit im Hinblick auf die drei Komponenten (z.B. durch politische Maßnahmen und Interventionen, der gezielte Einsatz von Ressourcen oder Änderungen der Anbausysteme), ist für landwirtschaftliche Systeme, die unter Stress durch Versalzung leiden, von entscheidender Bedeutung, um die Produktion aufrechtzuerhalten oder bei Bedarf die Umstellung auf alternative Systeme zu erleichtern. Die Ergänzung der subjektiven Bewertung der Widerstandsfähigkeit mit qualitativen Daten ist daher entscheidend für das Verständnis der Treiber von Widerstandsfähigkeit, um die Komponenten der Widerstandsfähigkeit für landwirtschaftliche Systeme in den jeweiligen Deltas zu verbessern. Zusammenfassend ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass Wechselwirkungen und Rückkopplungen bei künftigen Veränderungen innerhalb und zwischen den Anpassungspfaden sowie Kompromisse hinsichtlich der Komponenten der Widerstandsfähigkeit zu berücksichtigen sind. Asimismo se investiga el papel de la fotografía como herramienta de trabajo en el despacho del arquitecto y como difusora de la arquitectura. A partir del establecimiento de la definición de arquitectura turística y de las tipologías que la conforman, agrupadas en tres usos –transporte, alojamiento y ocio-, se hace un recorrido por la historia de la construcción turística en ámbito internacional y español para centrarse a continuación en el análisis específico de la situación en las Baleares. Se establece una división cronológica en cinco períodos delimitados por proyectos y acontecimientos históricos que marcan un cambio de rumbo y en cada uno de ellos se incide en el contexto, marco legislativo, promotores, arquitectos, planes urbanos, equipamientos y difusión fotográfica. En el primero (1939-1952) se ponen las bases para el regreso del turismo después de la Guerra Civil, con unas obras enraizadas todavía en modelos tradicionales. The research begins by establishing the definition of tourist architecture and the typologies included in it, divided into three categories related to their use –transport, lodgement and leisure-. It is followed by a recapitulation of the history of tourist architecture both in the international and Spanish context. Then it focuses on the specific analysis of the case of the Balearic Islands, divided into five chronological periods delimitated by projects and historical events that alter the course of architecture. In the first one (1939-1952) the foundations are laid for the return of tourism after Spanish Civil War, with works still based on traditional schemes. Introduction. In modern society, there is a growing demand for the spread of prosocial practices, among which the leading role is given to the volunteer movement. In this regard, the actual pedagogical task is the education of a prosocial person - a member of the public, whose activity is focused on the gratuitous societal service and is resulted from altruistic motives. Students are potential members, who can be involved in such activities. Student community is considered as a special social group, which is characterised by the highest degree of civic activity, the desire for self-organisation and self-realisation in various spheres of life.The aims of the research presented in the article are to identify and analyse the attitude of youth to different types of volunteering; to justify the need for support and development of the volunteer movement as one of the main conditions for the safe and sustainable existence of society.Methodology and research methods. The research was based on personal and socio-cognitive approaches to the process of education of the new generation, as well as on the key provisions of the theory of social security. The methods of focus group research, interviews, questionnaires and Internet surveys were employed as tools for information collection. The data obtained were generalised and processed using qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis, including content analysis, percentage analysis, correlation analysis through Pearson coefficient and factor analysis (principal component method, varimax rotation). The calculations were made with the use of the statistical software package SPPS 17.Results and scientific novelty. The phenomenon of volunteering is considered as an important factor of social solidarity and social trust and as a form of safe prosocial behaviour of the individual. Based on the responses of respondents, who took part in the surveys, typical ideas about the motivation of the volunteer, his or her personal qualities and conditions of familiarising with various volunteer practices are identified, studied and generalised. The authors built up a psychological profile of a modern young man, capable of voluntary selfless acts for the benefit of others. Three groups of factors of formation of prosocial behaviour in the youth environment are allocated: social and ecological, educational and civil, cultural and religious. The types of volunteer activities are ranked according to the degree of their influence on the social well-being of the people around them in society according to the potential of gratuitous benefit for other people. From the perspective of the Russian Government and student community, it was revealed that there are some differences in assessing the potential of volunteerism in terms of the importance of selfless actions that contribute to human well-being in society. Conflicting priorities defined by the survey participants, and, the range of activities proclaimed in the Concept of development of volunteerism (volunteering) in the Russian Federation until 2025, can be connected with students' insufficient awareness on voluntary projects or can be indicative for the risks of socialisation of young people.Practical significance. The present research, on the one hand, enriches the field of knowledge about the essence of safe prosocial behaviour of the individual and, on the other hand, this study has a practice-oriented significance, as it can serve as a basis for the development of methods of psychological and pedagogical impact on the development of human readiness for prosocial behaviour, implemented through voluntary activity. ; Введение. В современном обществе растет запрос на распространение просоциальных практик, среди которых ведущая роль отводится волонтерскому движению. В связи с этим актуальной педагогической задачей становится воспитание просоциальной личности - субъекта, деятельность которого ориентирована на безвозмездное служение обществу и обусловлена альтруистическими мотивами. Таким потенциальным субъектом является прежде всего студенчество как особая социальная группа, характеризующаяся наибольшей степенью гражданской активности, стремлением к самоорганизации и самореализации в различных сферах жизни. Цели представленного в статье исследования - выявить и проанализировать отношение в молодежной среде к различным видам волонтерства; обосновать необходимость поддержки и развития волонтерского движения как одного из главных условий безопасного и устойчивого существования социума. Методология и методы. Работа базировалась на личностном и социально-когнитивном подходах к процессу воспитания нового поколения, а также на ключевьгх положениях теории социальной безопасности. В качестве инструментария сбора информации применялись методы фокус-группового исследования, интервью, анкетирования и интернет-опроса. Полученные данные обобщались и обрабатывались с помощью качественных и количественных методов анализа, в том числе контент-анализа, анализа процентньгх соотношений, корреляционного анализа с применением коэффициента Пирсона и факторного анализа (метода главньгх компонент, варимакс-вращения). Расчеты производились с использованием пакета статистических программ SPPS 17. Результаты и научная новизна. Феномен волонтерства рассмотрен как важный фактор социальной солидарности и социального доверия и как форма безопасного просоциалъного поведения личности. На основе мнений респондентов, принявших участие в опросах, изучены и обобщены типичные представления учащейся молодежи о мотивации волонтера, его личностных качествах и условиях приобщения к различным волонтерским практикам. Составлен психологический портрет современного молодого человека, способного на добровольные бескорыстные поступки во благо других людей. Выделены три группы факторов формирования просоциалъного поведения в молодежной среде: социально-экологические, образовательно-гражданские, культурно-религиозные. Виды волонтерства ранжированы по степени их влияния на социальное благополучие отдельных сограждан и общества в целом и по расположенности студентов заниматься той или иной добровольческой деятельностью. Обнаружены различия в оценках потенциала добровольческой деятельности и в распределении ее видов в зависимости от предпочтительности и важности, с точки зрения студенческой молодежи и государства. Несовпадение приоритетов, обозначенных участниками опроса, и направлений деятельности, декларируемых в Концепции развития добровольчества (волонтерства) до 2025 года, может быть связано с недостаточной осведомленностью студентов о волонтерских проектах либо указывает на существование рисков социализации молодых людей. Практическая значимость. Der 2017 erschienene Sammelband, herausgegeben von Timo Storck und Svenja Taubner, nähert sich der populären Genre-TV-Serie mit Ansätzen aus unterschiedlichen Disziplinen. Neben den im Titel genannten Serien finden sich Texte über jüngere US-amerikanische Produktionen wie The Americans (Anna Tuschling und Till A. Heilmann), Girls (Rolf und Jan Schröder) und True Detective (Birgit Däwes). Aber auch Beiträge zu älteren Produktionen wie CSI (Lorenz Engell), Sex and the City (Nülüfer Aydin, Katharina Dinhof, Caroline Elz und Sarah Stepanovsky) und Supernatural (Christian Sell und Svenja Taubner) sind hier versammelt. Ausnahmen von den überwiegend in den USA produzierten Serien bilden die deutsche Lindenstraße (Bernhard Strauß), die österreichische Serie Vorstadtweiber (Jutta Menschik-Bendele) und die italienische Serie Gomorrha (Isolde Böhme). Da nicht im Einzelnen auf jeden der zwanzig Beiträge eingegangen werden kann, wird diese Rezension nur einen Gesamteindruck und die Lektüre einiger Texte zusammenfassen. Beim Durchblättern fällt besonders die Gestaltung des Bandes auf, zumindest der an Lektüre von akademischer Literatur gewohnten Rezensentin. Die Inhaltsangabe der einzelnen Aufsätze erscheint vor dem Hintergrund einer Kinosaalabbildung. Auf der Leinwand ist eine Szene der im Text besprochenen Serie zu sehen. Die darauffolgende Seite zeigt jeweils ein DVD-Cover, versehen mit Copyright-Angaben. Auf jeder zweiten Seite gibt es im linken oberen Feld, neben der Angabe der Seitenzahl einen etwa passfotogroßen Screenshot zu sehen. Darüber hinaus finden sich viele Farbabbildungen (genau 70). Zitate aus den Serien sind in doppelter Schriftgröße rot gedruckt, andere längere Zitate visuell mit durchgehenden Linien abgesetzt. Der Band ist also auffällig bunt gestaltet für ein inhaltlich akademisches Buch, oft jedoch mit wenig Erkenntniswert, wodurch sich der Eindruck einer Werbeschaltung nicht vermeiden lässt. Die tatsächliche Werbung des Springer-Verlags auf den letzten Seiten legt nahe, dass der Band, aufgrund der ähnlichen Cover-Gestaltung, Teil einer nicht näher benannten Reihe ist. Somit ist anzunehmen, dass nicht die Herausgeber*innen selbst, sondern der Verlag für die Gestaltung verantwortlich ist. Die Auswahl der Serien beruhe auf dem persönlichen Zugang bzw. der Vorliebe der Autor*innen, wie im Vorwort zu lesen ist. Die Motivation des Bandes wird wiederum mit zwei Gegebenheiten begründet: Zum einen die Beobachtung der Herausgeber*innen, dass Serien dem Film in vielerlei Hinsicht den Rang ablaufen. Zum anderen gaben Veranstaltungsreihen, wie z. B. "PsychoanalytikerInnen kommentieren Filme" den Impuls, Psychoanalytiker*innen über Fernsehserien schreiben zu lassen. Dieser wurde dann um einen transdisziplinären Ansatz erweitert, so dass auch Autor*innen aus der Sozialpsychologie, Medien- und Kulturwissenschaft, Amerikanistik, Philosophie und Forensik angefragt wurden. Die Herausgeber*innen Timo Storck und Svenja Taubner haben wie die Mehrzahl der Autor*innen einen psychoanalytischen Hintergrund. Taubner ist psychologische Psychotherapeutin und Psychoanalytikerin, sowie Direktorin des Instituts für Psychoasoziale Prävention am Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg. Storck ist Professor für Klinische Psychologie und Psychotherapie an der Psychologischen Hochschule Berlin. Dementsprechend wird bereits in der Einleitung auf die methodologische Schwerpunktsetzung der Psychoanalyse und psychoanalytische Filmtheorie eingegangen. Diese wird in den einzelnen Beiträgen freilich unterschiedlich angewandt. Für die Herausgeber*innen beinhaltet eine psychoanalytische Perspektive, die eigene Reaktion auf eine Serie zu betrachten und zu befragen "und sie so zum Ausgangspunkt einer Interpretation über Beziehungen zu machen"[1] (S. 5). Das Ergebnis sei nicht, etwas über das individuell Unbewusste auszusagen, sondern "potenziell über gesellschaftlich Unbewusstes" (ebd.), wobei hier auf einen ethnopsychoanalytischen Ansatz Bezug genommen wird. Dabei verstehen Storck und Taubner die Psychoanalyse als Ergänzung anderer theoretischer Zugänge, wie die der Medienwissenschaft, Kulturwissenschaft und Psychologie. Der Psychoanalytiker Ralf Zwiebel beschreibt seinen methodischen Zugang in den einleitenden Bemerkungen seiner Interpretation von In Treatment als einen Dialog zwischen Filmkunst und Psychoanalyse. Da die Serie In Treatment explizit Psychotherapie thematisiert – jede Episode zeigt eine Sitzung des Therapeuten Paul Weston – begreift Zwiebel die fiktiven Personen in der Serie als Repräsentant*innen eines Typus von Therapeut*in bzw. Patient*in und deren Problematiken wie Narzissmus oder Alterskrise. Er betont ausdrücklich, dass er sich nicht ausschließlich auf das Narrativ der Serie bezieht, sondern visuelle Komponenten, räumliche Gestaltung und filmtechnische Aspekte wie Verdichtung und Zuspitzungen ebenso miteinbezieht. Und obwohl die Serie von Psychoanalytiker*innen, wie Zwiebel selbst, als Anschauungsmaterial benutzt wird, geht es ihm nicht darum, wie realistisch die Therapie in der Serie dargestellt[2], sondern um die Frage, welches Bild von Psychotherapie vermittelt wird. Svenja Taubner bezieht sich in ihrem Beitrag "'We are the walking dead' – neue Formen des Altruismus in einer Zombiewelt" auf die Psychologie und Evolutionstheorie, um ihre Hauptthese zu erläutern, dass in der Serie The Walking Dead die Frage nach dem 'Survival of the Fittest' neu gestellt und Egoismus antagonistischem Altruismus gegenübergestellt wird. Die Frage an sich scheint gut gewählt, ließe sich jedoch politischer stellen und auch anders beantworten. Meiner Ansicht nach setzt sich die Ideologie des Überlebens des Stärkeren im Verlauf der Serie weit stärker durch, als es die Autorin beschreibt. Taubner demonstriert vor allem anhand des Hauptcharakters Rick Grimes, wie verschiedene Spielarten eines empathischen bis pathologischen Altruismus durchgespielt werden. Obwohl dieser alle sieben Staffeln überlebt, könnte man daraus ebenso folgern, dass er dies nicht wegen, sondern trotz seines Altruismus tut. Politisch ist nicht nur fragwürdig, dass dieser durch seine Funktion als ehemaliger Polizist als vermeintlicher Retter auftritt, sondern auch, dass die Evolutionstheorie einfach umgeschrieben wird. Denn laut Taubner wird "auf der Grundlage der Idee einer Multi-Level-Selektion das Überleben einer kooperierenden Gruppe" (S. 45) gegenüber 'egoistisch' handelnden Gruppen oder Gruppenmitgliedern gesichert. Das Narrativ der Serie vermittelt jedoch, dass es in einer regierungs- und scheinbar staatenlosen Gesellschaft[3] zwingend (An-)Führer geben muss. Es werden immer neue Diktatoren (wie der 'Governor') generiert, die das Publikum faszinieren oder abstoßen zu vermögen. Die Serie zeichnet entsprechend kein anarchistisches oder hierarchieloses Gesellschaftsmodell. Da aber gerade Zombiefilme oftmals Allegorien gesellschaftlicher Zustände produzieren, ist in dieser Hinsicht meiner Einschätzung nach die Serie reaktionär und stellt die altruistische Position auch als nervend dar, wie Taubner richtig bemerkt. Etwas strittig erscheint mir auch der Beitrag der Amerikanistin Birgit Däwes, die sich mit den ersten beiden Staffeln von True Detective auseinandersetzt. Da sie explizit einen semiotischen und intertextuellen Ansatz verfolgt, erstaunt es, dass Däwes nicht auf aktuelle philosophische Referenzen wie Ray Brassier oder Eugene Thacker eingeht, die selbst in dem Wikipedia-Eintrag zur Serie erwähnt werden. Stattdessen bezieht sie sich lediglich auf kanonischere Werke von Ambrose Bierce und Robert W. Chambers aus der Zeit um die Jahrhundertwende, die auch buchstäblich in der Serie zitiert werden. Zudem weist sie auf "vielgestaltige Grenzüberschreitungen" (S. 320) hinsichtlich Genres (hard-boiled detective fiction und andere klassische Detektiverzählungen wie denen von Edgar Allen Poe und Arthur Conan Doyle, sowie den Film noir und Alfred Hitchcock), Zeitebenen, Räumlichkeiten und gesellschaftlichen Normen hin. Auch ihre Kritik an der "Behandlung der Frauenfiguren" und der "ethnischen Repräsentation" (S. 230) bleibt oberflächlich, ebenso wie ihr Ausblick, der sich schlicht damit zusammenfassen lässt, dass aus (Lebens-)Zeitgründen die Ära der komplexen Quality-TV-Serien vorbei sei und im kleinen Format die Zukunft der Serie liege. Interessanter erscheinen mir die Beiträge, die sich eingehender mit der Signifikanz von 'race' und 'gender' in Serien auseinandersetzen, wie etwa Timo Storcks Beitrag zu Mad Men, Christine Kirchhoffs Analyse von Grey's Anatomy und Ulrike Kadis Interpretation von Masters of Sex. Mad Men zeige, so Timo Storck, dass Rassismus in den USA nicht nur ein Problem von 'rednecks' und 'white trash' in den Südstaaten sei, wie man sie in der ersten Staffel von True Detective sehen kann. Die Serie lege Rassismus vielmehr als Norm offen. Die zeitliche Verortung in den 1960ern habe keinen nostalgischen, sondern einen verfremdenden Effekt. Diese Verfremdung und Distanz sorge nicht nur dafür, dass Mad Men eine Identifikation des Publikums mit den Charakteren verunmöglicht, sondern schlägt sich auch in der Darstellung der Geschlechterverhältnisse nieder. Storck beruft sich (wie auch Ulrike Kadi in ihrem Beitrag) auf Jacques Lacans Formulierung "Es gibt kein Geschlechterverhältnis", um die Nicht-Beziehung zwischen den Geschlechtern in Mad Men zu thematisieren. Lacan wendet sich mit diesem Satz gegen die Illusion, dass sich Männer und Frauen gegenseitig ergänzen und somit gegen ein bestimmtes heteronormatives Liebesideal. Mad Men zeige dementsprechend vielmehr die verfehlte Beziehung zum 'Anderen', Masters of Sex dagegen die Versuche der Sexualwissenschaft dieses 'Fehl' mit Sinn, Bedeutung und Sprache zu füllen, wie Kadi analysiert. Es finden sich mehrere solcher Korrespondenzen in dem Band, sei es die zwischen Psychoanalyse und Film- und Medientheorie oder jene zwischen Co-Autor*innenschaften. Neben der genannten Formulierung Lacans, die in zwei Beiträgen aufgegriffen wird, werden auch in anderen Beiträgen Polaritäten und duale Ordnungen thematisiert: um die duale Geschlechterordnung und deren Subversion geht es auch in den Texten zu Girls und Sex and the City. Der Beitrag "Married. With a Mission" behandelt die Dualität von Privatem und Politischem in The Americans, die Polarität von Privatem und Beruflichen ist Thema in "Die ewig jungen Ärzte" von Christiane Kirchhoff. Das charakteristische Unterlaufen der Opposition von Gut und Böse im sogenannten Quality-TV steht im Fokus der Interpretation von Dexter (in dem Beitrag des forensischen Psychiaters Philipp Masing) und von Breaking Bad. Andreas Hamburger und Bettina Hahn folgen dabei dem bereits angesprochenen filmpsychoanalytischen Ansatz, das Unbewusste des Publikums zu analysieren, wobei sie die Serie als Langzeit-Psychoanalyse begreifen. Gerade der Fokus auf psychoanalytische Perspektiven hebt den Sammelband von vielen anderen Publikationen ab, sowohl von denen, die sich mit Fernsehserien befassen, als auch von denjenigen, die lediglich eine repräsentierte Psychoanalyse thematisieren. Es wird dabei auf den Begriff des "binge eating" aus der psychiatrischen Nosologie verwiesen, einem Symptom, bei dem die Betroffenen die Kontrolle über ihr Essverhalten verlieren. This research focuses on how creative industries, apprehended as ideology and scientifically constructed theory, deploy in a non-linear way from the international to the local through the discourses and practices of heterogeneous actors (political, industrial, cultural .) to their operationalization as part of local territory policies of reconfiguration. These refer to policies aiming at transforming the territory image. This work focuses on the metropolitan area of Lyon, which is emblematic of several processes taking place for forty years (globalization, development of ICT, decentralization.) and reconfigurationpolicies conducted in other territories (Berlin, Reims, Lille.). The analysis deploys in three steps.First, we analyse how the creative industries are defined and promoted through institutional discourses (Unesco, DCMS, Creative France.). Three types of discourses are distinguished: those with explicit entrepreneurial goals; those addressing the creative industries as ensemble of sectors related to cultural industries, to which are added few others placing "creativity" at the heart of their activities; finally, the discourses that apprehend creative industries as the central pillar of territorial development. Nonetheless, these types of institutional discourses have in common to resonate with those of the promoters of the New Sprit of Capitalism.Then, we pay particular attention to discourses and practices of professionals of the territorial reconfiguration, namely those of the public and territorial communication to which are added those of the territorial marketing. These professionals are intermediaries who contribute to the diffusion of the creative industries by promoting assumptions, practices and arrangements resonating with those disseminated in institutional discourses. If a lexicon, notions and methods from management sciencessupplant references to creativity and territorial policies focusing on innovation and creativity, a gap between their discourses and their actual practices exists.Finally, we are interested in the way in which the creative industries are reinvested in the territorial reconfiguration policies of the metropolitan area of Lyon in order to create and disseminate a creative image. The reflection is articulated here on the way in which these policies are related to a triple territorial reconfiguration (tangible, reticular and symbolic). In particular, we are interested in the operationalization of major artistic and cultural events, spatial planning projects and stakeholder networks taking place on the territory aiming generating creative image. The practices and arrangements realized on the territory are in continuity or resonate with those prescribed in the institutional discourses and those of the professionals of the territorial reconfiguration.In the end, we show how the ideology of the creative industries deploys through discourses and practices of heterogeneous actors that resonate and, as a result, contribute to reinforce this ideology. Our study pays attention to circulations, which are not only downward or prescriptive but are also re-appropriations and interpretations of the creative industries by those actors. The logics of the actors studied are stressed, while showing how their discourses and practices are in interaction. ; Cette recherche porte sur la façon dont les industries créatives, appréhendées en tant qu'idéologie et théorie scientifiquement construite, se déploient de manière non linéaire de l'international au local à travers les discours et pratiques d'acteurs hétérogènes (politiques, industriels, culturels…) jusqu'à leur opérationnalisation dans le cadre de politiques de reconfiguration du territoire local. Ces dernières désignent les politiques visant à transformer durablement la représentation d'un territoire donné. Pour ce faire, l'étude se concentre sur le cas du territoire métropolitain lyonnais, emblématique de plusieurs processus à l'œuvre depuis une quarantaine d'années (mondialisation, développement des TICN, décentralisation, métropolisation.) et des politiques de reconfiguration menées sur d'autres territoires (Berlin, Reims, Lille…). L'analyse se déploie en trois temps.Tout d'abord, nous analysons comment les industries créatives sont définies et promues à travers les discours d'institutions internationales, nationales et locales (Unesco, DCMS, France Créative…). Trois types de discours se distinguent : ceux à visée entrepreneuriale explicite ; ceux abordant les industries créatives comme un ensemble de secteurs liés aux industries culturelles, auxquels sont adjoints quelques autres plaçant la « créativité » au cœur de leurs activités ; enfin, les discours les appréhendant comme le pilier central du développement territorial. Ces types de discours institutionnels ont cependant encommun d'entrer en résonnance avec ceux des promoteurs du nouvel esprit du capitalisme. Ensuite, nous accordons une attention particulière aux discours et pratiques des professionnels de la reconfiguration territoriale, à savoir ceux de la communication publique et territoriale auxquels s'ajoutent désormais ceux du marketing territorial. Ces professionnels constituent des intermédiaires contribuant à la diffusion des industries créatives par la promotion de présupposés, pratiques et agencements entrant en résonnance avec ceux diffusés dans les discours institutionnels. Si un lexique, des notions et méthodes issues des sciences de gestion supplantent les références faites à la créativité et aux politiques territoriales axées sur l'innovation et la créativité, un décalage s'opère cependant entre leurs discours et leurs pratiques effectives.Enfin, nous nous intéressons à la façon dont les industries créatives sont réinvesties dans le cadre de politiques de reconfiguration territoriale du territoire métropolitain lyonnais pour en susciter et diffuser une représentation créative. La réflexion s'articule ici sur la façon dont ces politiques portent sur une triple reconfiguration territoriale (tangible, réticulaire et symbolique). En particulier, nous nous intéressons à l'opérationnalisation des grands événements culturels et artistiques, des projetsd'aménagement du territoire et de réseaux d'acteurs mis en place sur le territoire dans l'objectif d'en susciter une représentation créative. Les pratiques et agencements mis en place sur ce territoire s'inscrivent dans la continuité ou entrent en résonnance avec ceux prescrits dans les discours institutionnels et dans ceux des professionnels de la reconfiguration territoriale.En définitive, nous montrons comment l'idéologie des industries créatives se déploie à travers les discours et pratiques d'acteurs hétérogènes qui entrent en résonnance et, de ce fait, contribuent à renforcer cette idéologie. Notre étude prête attention aux circulations, qui ne sont pas uniquement descendantes ou prescriptives mais qui sont aussi des réappropriations et des interprétations des industries créatives par ces acteurs. Les logiques propres aux acteurs étudiés sont mises en évidence, tout en soulignant comment leurs discours et pratiques entrent en interaction.

This thesis deals with smallholder agriculture in the Romanian Carpathians and its development within ongoing globalization processes of the dairy sector. Within the thesis, there is a special focus set on changing regulation on regional, national and European level. Further it deals with the new entries of globally acting dairies, food retailers and intermediaries with the geographical and economic proximity of smallholders. The empirical sections (chapters 4-6) draw a conclusive picture of the socio-economic impacts of these processes and help to understand and evaluate their ecological consequences. The three articles are connected through the following common features: 1) All the articles deal with smallholder agriculture in the Romanian Carpathians 2) The analyses are made through the lenses of global production networks and global value chains 3) The importance of the concept of "embeddedness" in all socio-economic dimensions of economic activities of smallholders 4) The used methods are semi-structured expert interviews and interpretation of secondary statistical data 5) The importance of post-socialist structures in outlying, mountainous regions of Romania 6) The emphasis on informal, traditional structures in which smallholder agriculture is traditionally embedded The Romanian dairy sector is coined by subsistence and semi-subsistence agriculture. Through waves of consolidations in the retail and dairy sector, the price pressure within the dairy value chains was shifted toward raw milk producers. Through new European and national standards and regulations as well as through private standards, this price pressure is reinforced. Further, globally acting lead firms from the agri-food industry are entering the Romanian markets and strengthen that shift of price pressure. At the same time, smallholders, whose informal economic activities were formerly widely accepted, are now hindered to access their main distribution channels. Through new legislation since Romania's accession to the EU, they can barely issue invoices or gain access to certain subsidy programs, as they are often no juridical persons. In section 4, the consequences of this disembedding of smallholders are addressed. Smallholders are pushed into informality within their traditional structures or need to become a part of new global value chains governed by globally acting lead firms which leaves the smallholders with very low bargaining power. The theoretical approaches of "Global Value Chains" and "Global Production Networks" build the framework for section 4. It shows that informal structures are crucial for existing smallholder structures and that these must be included into discussions on value chain issues. In section 5, short food supply chains as a distribution channel for smallholders are discussed. They are traditionally important for subsistence- and semi-subsistence farmers. Furthermore, they are acknowledged to be a part of sustainable rural development by institutions such as the UN and the EU, as they can contribute to a better distribution of food and global nutrition. While sustainable rural development is meant to be fostered by these institutions, the livelihood and reality of smallholders is still often marked through missing market access, low means of investment, high price pressure through globalized competition and lead firms, as well as limited access to subsidies. The approaches of short food supply chains and sustainable rural development are combined as a theoretical framework for this section. It is discussed that specific preconditions of smallholders in the Romanian Carpathians and the national interpretation of CAP subsidies leads to vanishing possibilities of access to short food supply chains for smallholders. Furthermore, it is argued that this leads to an accelerated rural exodus and to smallholders who do not have any relevance in bargaining power on how global value chains are governed and developed. Therefore, the complex, integrated farming systems which are no-to-low-input almost closed-circle farming systems are often replaced by specialized agricultural enterprises. Concluding, it is argued that this development contradicts the initial thoughts of sustainable rural development, from a social as well a from an ecological point of view. As shown in section 6, the Romanian sector of smallholder agriculture is marked by the rising average age of farmers. Many farmers stop their family business to work abroad for higher loans or to move into the growing Romanian cities. Others stop farming because they are to old. Often, a successor from inside the family cannot be found. This leads to many small patches of land, which are not worked and further to new structures of land ownership. In the outlying mountainous regions of the Carpathian Mountains, the pressure on land through the global agro-industry is not as intensive as in the Romanian lowlands which are hit by critical developments such as land grabbing. This leaves space for other developments than consolidation through food empires. The sixth section deals with push and pull factors for possible successors within family farms and with the fate of land, which is not overtaken by an intra-family successor. While the resource-based view serves as theoretical framework for understanding the question of farm succession, the fate of land is described using the concept of embeddedness from the discussion of global production networks. It is argued that societal and network embeddedness are at the same time decisive resources for the question of farm succession and the fate of land, which is no longer worked. Methodically, the thesis is based on around 25 semi-structured interviews, which were led and analysed in the sense of a grounded theory. Concluding it can be stated that recent political and economic developments have enormous impacts on the livelihood and economic situation of Romanian smallholders in the Carpathians. In the sense of sustainable rural development and the conservation of cultural and biologically diverse farming systems, which are highly efficient per used agricultural area, smallholder agriculture needs to be supported within the globalized agri-food production networks. This might be achieved through a fostering of cooperatives and collaboration, subsidy design and a re-connection of consumers and producers of food.

Introduction. In modern society, there is a growing demand for the spread of prosocial practices, among which the leading role is given to the volunteer movement. In this regard, the actual pedagogical task is the education of a prosocial person - a member of the public, whose activity is focused on the gratuitous societal service and is resulted from altruistic motives. Students are potential members, who can be involved in such activities. Student community is considered as a special social group, which is characterised by the highest degree of civic activity, the desire for self-organisation and self-realisation in various spheres of life.The aims of the research presented in the article are to identify and analyse the attitude of youth to different types of volunteering; to justify the need for support and development of the volunteer movement as one of the main conditions for the safe and sustainable existence of society.Methodology and research methods. The research was based on personal and socio-cognitive approaches to the process of education of the new generation, as well as on the key provisions of the theory of social security. The methods of focus group research, interviews, questionnaires and Internet surveys were employed as tools for information collection. The data obtained were generalised and processed using qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis, including content analysis, percentage analysis, correlation analysis through Pearson coefficient and factor analysis (principal component method, varimax rotation). The calculations were made with the use of the statistical software package SPPS 17.Results and scientific novelty. The phenomenon of volunteering is considered as an important factor of social solidarity and social trust and as a form of safe prosocial behaviour of the individual. Based on the responses of respondents, who took part in the surveys, typical ideas about the motivation of the volunteer, his or her personal qualities and conditions of familiarising with various volunteer practices are identified, studied and generalised. The authors built up a psychological profile of a modern young man, capable of voluntary selfless acts for the benefit of others. Three groups of factors of formation of prosocial behaviour in the youth environment are allocated: social and ecological, educational and civil, cultural and religious. The types of volunteer activities are ranked according to the degree of their influence on the social well-being of the people around them in society according to the potential of gratuitous benefit for other people. From the perspective of the Russian Government and student community, it was revealed that there are some differences in assessing the potential of volunteerism in terms of the importance of selfless actions that contribute to human well-being in society. Conflicting priorities defined by the survey participants, and, the range of activities proclaimed in the Concept of development of volunteerism (volunteering) in the Russian Federation until 2025, can be connected with students' insufficient awareness on voluntary projects or can be indicative for the risks of socialisation of young people.Practical significance. The present research, on the one hand, enriches the field of knowledge about the essence of safe prosocial behaviour of the individual and, on the other hand, this study has a practice-oriented significance, as it can serve as a basis for the development of methods of psychological and pedagogical impact on the development of human readiness for prosocial behaviour, implemented through voluntary activity. ; . Введение. В современном обществе растет запрос на распространение просоциальных практик, среди которых ведущая роль отводится волонтерскому движению. В связи с этим актуальной педагогической задачей становится воспитание просоциальной личности - субъекта, деятельность которого ориентирована на безвозмездное служение обществу и обусловлена альтруистическими мотивами. Таким потенциальным субъектом является прежде всего студенчество как особая социальная группа, характеризующаяся наибольшей степенью гражданской активности, стремлением к самоорганизации и самореализации в различных сферах жизни.Цели представленного в статье исследования - выявить и проанализировать отношение в молодежной среде к различным видам волонтерства; обосновать необходимость поддержки и развития волонтерского движения как одного из главных условий безопасного и устойчивого существования социума.Методология и методы. Работа базировалась на личностном и социальнокогнитивном подходах к процессу воспитания нового поколения, а также на ключевых положениях теории социальной безопасности. В качестве инструментария сбора информации применялись методы фокус-группового исследования, интервью, анкетирования и интернет-опроса. Полученные данные обобщались и обрабатывались с помощью качественных и количественных методов анализа, в том числе контент-анализа, анализа процентных соотношений, корреляционного анализа с применением коэффициента Пирсона и факторного анализа (метода главньгх компонент, варимакс-вращения). Расчеты производились с использованием пакета статистических программ SPPS 17.Результаты и научная новизна. Феномен волонтерства рассмотрен как важный фактор социальной солидарности и социального доверия и как форма безопасного просоциалъного поведения личности. На основе мнений респондентов, принявших участие в опросах, изучены и обобщены типичные представления учащейся молодежи о мотивации волонтера, его личностных качествах и условиях приобщения к различным волонтерским практикам. Составлен психологический портрет современного молодого человека, способного на добровольные бескорыстные поступки во благо других людей. Выделены три группы факторов формирования просоциалъного поведения в молодежной среде: социально-экологические, образовательно-гражданские, культурнорелигиозные. Виды волонтерства ранжированы по степени их влияния на социальное благополучие отдельных сограждан и общества в целом и по расположенности студентов заниматься той или иной добровольческой деятельностью. Обнаружены различия в оценках потенциала добровольческой деятельности и в распределении ее видов в зависимости от предпочтительности и важности, с точки зрения студенческой молодежи и государства. Несовпадение приоритетов, обозначенных участниками опроса, и направлений деятельности, декларируемых в Концепции развития добровольчества (волонтерства) до 2025 года, может быть связано с недостаточной осведомленностью студентов о волонтерских проектах либо указывает на существование рисков социализации молодых людей.Практическая значимость. Проведенное исследование, с одной стороны, обогащает область знаний о сущности безопасного просоциалъного поведения личности, с другой - обладает практико-ориентированной значимостью, так как может служить основой для разработки способов психологопедагогического воздействия на формирование готовности человека к такому поведению, реализующемуся через добровольческую деятельность.

El presente artículo analiza la aplicación de la condicionalidad en
el Mecanismo Europeo de Estabilidad (MEDE) desde la perspectiva de los derechos
fundamentales reconocidos en el ámbito de la Unión Europea. A tal efecto,
se toman como referencia las posiciones doctrinales que han venido defendiendo
la aplicación de los convenios internacionales en materia de derechos humanos
como límite a la condicionalidad introducida por el FMI y otras instituciones financieras
internacionales en sus operaciones con los países en desarrollo. Los organismos
creados en el ámbito de la Unión Europea para dar respuesta a la crisis de
la Deuda pública de 2009-10, y de modo singular el MEDE, organismo creado para
garantizar la estabilidad de la zona euro, han introducido, sin embargo, la condicionalidad
como un elemento estructural en sus operaciones, con una filosofía
parecida a la del FMI, es decir, conseguir el crecimiento económico a partir de la
austeridad, con lo que se ha visto perjudicado el ejercicio de diversos derechos
fundamentales. Ello plantea la cuestión de la compatibilidad de tales políticas con los objetivos y principios de la Unión Europea, definida en su día como «Comunidad
de Derecho» y fundada sobre los valores de los derechos humanos.
La primera ¿y temprana¿ sentencia dictada al respecto por el Tribunal de
Justicia (sentencia Pringle) dejó, sin embargo, en el aire la cuestión de la compatibilidad
de la condicionalidad del MEDE con los objetivos y principios de la Unión
Europea y el respeto de los derechos humanos. Parece, no obstante, que este criterio
tiende a modificarse a partir del reciente fallo en Ledra Advertising, que ha
abierto la puerta a invocar el derecho de propiedad para ser indemnizado por los
daños causados por la aplicación de la condicionalidad. Con todo, será a partir de
la transformación del MEDE en el Fondo Monetario Europeo, si éste se constituye
como institución comunitaria, como puede hacerse efectiva la invocación de los
derechos fundamentales para frenar o mitigar los efectos perjudiciales de la condicionalidad.
Más aún, el control judicial de la condicionalidad en el FME podría
servir como referente para otras instituciones financieras internacionales.
Egonkortasuneko Mekanismo Europarrean (EME) baldintzapena
nola aplikatzen den aztertuko dugu artikulu honetan, Europar Batasunaren esparruan
aitortuta dauden oinarrizko eskubideen ikuspegitik. Horretarako, giza eskubideen
alorrean nazioarteko hitzarmenak aplikatzearen alde egin duten jarrera doktrinalak
hartu dira erreferentziatzat, Nazioarteko Diru Funtsak (NDF) eta nazioarteko
beste finantza-erakunde batzuek garapen bidean diren herrialdeekiko operazioetan
txertatu duten baldintzapenari muga jartzeko. Europar Batasunaren eremuan
2009-2010 urteetako zor publikoaren krisiari erantzuna emateko sortu diren organismoek
eta, batez ere, EMEk (euro eremuan egonkortasuna ziurtatzeko organismoak,)
ordea, egiturazko elementu gisa sartu dute baldintzapena haien operazioetan,

This article analyses the application of conditionality within the
European Stability Mechanism (ESM) from the perspective of the fundamental
rights recognized within the EU. To this end, we take as a reference the doctrinal
positions that have been defending the application of international conventions
on human rights as a limit to the conditionality introduced by the IMF and another
financial international institutions in their operations with developing countries.
The public agencies created within the EU in order to meet the demands of
the public debt crisis of 2009-10, and specifically the ESM, a body created to
guarantee the Euro zone¿s stability, have nonetheless introduced the conditionality
as a structural element in their operations, with a philosophy comparable to that
of the IMF, i.e. to achieve economic growth from austerity, thus impairing the
exercise of several fundamental rights. That raises the question of compatibility of
those policies with the objectives and principles of the EU, defined one day as a
«community of law» and founded upon the values of fundamental rights.
The first ¿and early¿ judgement delivered on this ground by the European
Court of Justice (Pringle case) left nevertheless in the air the compatibility of the
conditionality of ESM with the objectives and principles of the EU and with the
respect to human rights. It seems however that this criteria tends to be modified
by the recent judgment Ledra Advertising that opened the door to invoke the right
to property in order to be compensated by damages caused as a consequence of
conditionality. Even so, it will be after the transformation of the ESM into an European
Monetary Fund, if this is constituted as a Community institution, that invoking
fundamental rights shall be effective in order to stop or mitigate the adverse
effects of conditionality. What is more, the judicial control over conditionality
within the EMF might serve as a reference for other international financial institutions.

La mise en oeuvre de l'aménagement durable des forêts (ADF) est marquée en République Démocratique du Congo (RDC) par des enjeux importants. Le but de notre thèse était d'explorer, d'une manière holistique, les défis et les opportunités associées à la mise en oeuvre de l'ADF dans le contexte socio-écologique de la RDC. Elle se focalise sur le cas du territoire d'Oshwe dans la province de Maï-Ndombe en RDC. C'est une étude de nature interdisciplinaire qui englobe trois volets distincts de l'ADF. Le premier chapitre porte sur les perceptions des acteurs locaux, nationaux et internationaux sur les enjeux de l'ADF en RDC. Nous avons appliqué l'analyse qualitative du discours des différents acteurs. Après cette analyse, la liste des enjeux de l'ADF en RDC a été établie. Cette liste a orienté la détermination des critères d'ADF qui répondent aux attentes des différents acteurs consultés. Cette étude révèle que les acteurs locaux sont surtout préoccupés par les enjeux sociaux; les acteurs nationaux par les enjeux de la gouvernance forestière et les acteurs internationaux par les enjeux écologiques de la conservation de la biodiversité. Les deux autres chapitres portent respectivement sur les défis et les opportunités relatives à un enjeu social et à un enjeu écologique, enjeux reconnus critiques par les acteurs consultés. Ainsi, le deuxième chapitre concerne les défis de la mise en oeuvre des Cahiers des Charges Sociales (CCS) au territoire d'Oshwe. Nous avons appliqué l'analyse qualitative des discours des différents acteurs locaux et nationaux. Cette démarche nous a permis d'établir des convergences dans le contenu de leurs différents discours sur le CCS. Nous avons observé l'enthousiasme des différents acteurs sur la structure organisationnelle de la mise en oeuvre du CCS lors des négociations. En plus, le CCS est reconnu comme un mécanisme formel et horizontal de partage des bénéfices tirés de l'exploitation forestière. Il contribue à réduire les conflits entre les communautés locales et les concessionnaires forestiers en faisant office d'un « arbre à palabre ». Toutefois, la lenteur dans l'exécution des chronogrammes retenus dans les clauses des CCS constitue un germe de conflit. Le troisième chapitre porte sur l'enjeu du maintien de la composition forestière après les coupes d'Abattage Contrôlé et Directionnel (ACD). Ainsi, nous avons comparé les effets des coupes d'ACD et des effets des chablis sur la régénération des espèces forestières commerciales. Nous avons recouru à l'analyse de redondance canonique afin de déterminer les espèces qui sont influencées significativement par un type de trouée tout en considérant la taille des trouées. Guarea cedrata se penche vers les trouées naturelles et Canarium schweinfurthii s'attache aux trouées d'ACD. Ces informations sont fondamentales pour mettre en oeuvre l'aménagement écosystémique basé sur l'émulation d'une perturbation naturelle telle que le chablis. Cette thèse de doctorat atteste que l'ADF est peu facile mais pas impossible en RDC en associant les différents acteurs dans la recherche des solutions aux enjeux que ces derniers ont perçus localement dans les unités d'aménagement forestier. Elle espère contribuer à la mise en oeuvre de l'aménagement adaptatif des forêts en RDC et à l'élaboration de la norme nationale de certification forestière. ; Important issues mark the implementation of sustainable forest management (SFM) in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The aim of our thesis was to explore, in a holistic way, the challenges and opportunities associated with the implementation of SFM in the socio-ecological context of the DRC. It focuses on the case of the Oshwe territory in the province of Maï-Ndombe in the DRC. It is an interdisciplinary study that encompasses three distinct components of SFM. The first chapter deals with the perceptions of local, national and international actors on the issues facing SFM in the DRC. We applied the qualitative analysis of the discourse of the various actors. After this analysis, the list of SFM issues in the DRC was established. This list has oriented the determination of the SFM criteria that meet the expectations of the various actors consulted. This study reveals that local stakeholders are mainly concerned about social issues; the national actors by the stakes of the forest governance and the international actors by the ecological stakes of biodiversity conservation. The other two chapters deal respectively with the challenges and opportunities related to a social issue and an ecological challenge, issues recognized as critical by the consulted actors. Thus, the second chapter concerns the challenges of the implementation of the Social Responsibility Contract (SRC) to the territory of Oshwe. We applied the qualitative analysis of the discourses of the different local and national actors. This approach allowed us to establish convergences in the content of their various speeches on the SRC. We observed the enthusiasm of the various actors for the organizational structure used for the implementation of the SRC during the negotiations. In addition, SRC is recognized as a formal and horizontal mechanism for sharing the benefits of logging. It helps to reduce conflicts between local communities and forest managers by acting as a "palaver tree". However, the slowness in the execution of the chronograms chosen in the SRC constitutes a germ of conflict. The third chapter deals with the issue of maintaining the forest composition after use of Controlled and Directional Felling (CDF). We compared the effects of CDF and windfall effects on the regeneration of commercial forest species. We used canonical redundancy analysis to determine which species are significantly influenced by both gap type and gap size. Guarea cedrata leans towards the natural gaps and Canarium schweinfurthii attaches to the CDF gaps. This information is fundamental for implementing ecosystem-based management based on the emulation of a natural disturbance such as windthrow. This doctoral thesis attests that SFM is not easy but not impossible in the DRC by involving the different actors in the search for solutions to the issues perceived by actors locally in the forest management units. It hopes to contribute to the implementation of adaptive forest management in the DRC and the development of the national forest certification standard.
