Da beide Ansätze in.

SUMMARYThis article aims at developing an approach towards measuring the "psychic distance" of the client towards the extension service on the basis of the psychological market model. Along with this, some indications are given on possible ways of reducing this distance. Special emphasis is laid on the concept of attitudes as determined by the theory of behavior; for attitudes have a large impact on perception which, in turn, may influence the former. As a rule, attitudes are changed when this change contributes to a greater consistency in the structure of attitudes. The totality of a person's attitudes vis‐à‐vis the extension service is called the "image of extension". The psychological market model, which is expounded in some detail, is based on the hypothesis that a person assesses the actual extension service primarily with a view to the image of an ideal extension service. If the service succeeds in moving its actual image close to the ideal one, as well as to create an urge vector characterized by pressure of needs and advertising presentation, it will be adopted by the individual. The relationship between the urge vector on the one hand and the distance between the ideal and the actual image on the other is the central measure for the gradient or the invitational atmosphere conveyed to the farmer by the extension service.RésuméL'article présent a pour but de développer les prémices permettant de mesurer la distance psychique du client par rapport au service de vulgarisation sur la base d'un modèle psychologique du marché.
A lack of consent about legal terms and concepts is not just a communication problem, but may also be viewed as a problem of the definition of legal terms and concepts. This paper starts by discussing several reader text models, and goes on to introducing the concept of the open text. This concept helps to analyse contexts in which, apart from texts, the definitions of legal concepts and terms (for example "legal text", " legal lan-guage" or "legal comprehensibility") are generated during complex, dynamic and ideally democratic interactions. A unilateral act of definition does not only assign certain mean-ings, rules of interpretation, or authorisation of executive action to legal terms, but also ademocratic assumptions about political participation. In this constellation, individuals will always be subjected to the intentions of others, namely those who exert all power, influence and control over the very definition of legal key terms and concepts.
