The article analyses the role of the "Arab Spring" as the beginning of long time process of deep transformation changes in the Arab World. Special attention is paid to understanding of particularities of contemporary stage of the above-mentioned post-revolutionary period. The article also studies such actual problems as internal and external aspects of defeat of the first wave of the contemporary Arab revolutions, content and direction of contemporary change of format of the Arab Spring and results of acute sharpening of the Sunni-Shiite confrontation. It also studies reasons and purposes of the direct Russian intervention in the Syrian conflict. The analysis values of the Tunisian development model transformation prospects for democratic renewal of Arab society and identified the reasons why after the "Arab Spring" Tunisia became virtually the only Arab country which has been extended and deepened the democratic process. ; У статті аналізується роль «арабської весни» як початку довготривалого процесу глибоких трансформаційних змін в арабському світі. Зокрема, увагу приділено осмисленню особливостей сучасного етапу зазначеного процесу у так званий «постреволюційний» період. Досліджуються такі актуальні проблеми, як внутрішні та зовнішні чинники поразки першої хвилі сучасних арабських революцій, зміст та спрямованість нинішнього переформатування арабського світу, наслідки різкого загострення сунітсько-шиїтського протистояння. Розглядаються причини та цілі прямого військового втручання Росії у сирійський конфлікт. Проаналізовано значення туніської трансформаційної моделі розвитку для перспектив демократичного оновлення арабського суспільства та визначено причини, через які після «арабської весни» Туніс фактично став єдиною арабською країною, де було продовжено та поглиблено демократичний процес.

The phenomenon of the Islamic extremism rise is directly related to the very political situation that has developed in a number of regions that are marked by heightened conflict index. The emergence of Islamic extremism was promoted by the internal factors of Muslim countries development, where unemployment, the standard of living of the population overwhelming majority, the difficult demographic situation, rather low economic development rates, the low level of authoritative political regimes and their repressive opposition policy, the crisis of national ideology that created a massive social base for the Islamist opposition to secular political regimes. A special role was played by changes in the geopolitical situation in the world as a whole especially this became relevant after the collapse of the USSR and the world socialist system. The position of the USA as the only world hegemonic state strengthened, which became a catalyst for the departure from European samples, as well as the search for ways of original development. The conflict of different types of civilizations – European and Muslim, manifested in almost all spheres of Muslim society, showed the impossibility of blindly copying Western society on Islamic soil. The intensification of the search for new solutions and changes in the priorities in the economic development of Arab countries became a natural phenomenon during the crisis shocks around the world. The basic ideological principles and provisions of any doctrine can, with their radicalization and bringing to the edge, form both extremely positive and negative attitudes towards the place of man in the world and the environment. The ideological component of Islamic radicalism is radical Islam, which consists of fundamentalism, traditionalism and modernism, each of which is a reaction to events in society. Islamic fundamentalism and traditionalism are a defensive reaction to the deviation from the traditions and established norms of culture and society. ; Феномен сплеску ісламського екстремізму безпосередньо пов'язаний з самою політичною ситуацією, яка склалася в ряді регіонів, які відрізняються підвищеною конфліктністю. Виникненню ісламського екстремізму сприяли внутрішні чинники розвитку мусульманських країн, де особливий вплив надали безробіття, рівень життя переважної більшості населення, складна демографічна ситуація, досить низькі темпи економічного розвитку, низький рівень авторитетних політичних режимів і їх репресивна політика щодо опозиції, а також криза національної ідеології, які створили масову соціальну базу для ісламістської опозиції політичним і світським режимам. Особливу роль зіграли зміни геополітичної ситуації у світі в цілому, особливо це стало актуальним після розпаду СРСР і світової соціалістичної системи. Посилилася позиція США в якості єдиного світового гегемону, що стало каталізатором відходу від європейських зразків, а також пошуком шляхів самобутнього розвитку. Конфлікт різних типів цивілізацій – європейського і мусульманського, що проявився практично у всіх сферах мусульманського суспільства, показав неможливість сліпого копіювання західного суспільства на ісламську ґрунті. Активізація пошуку нових рішень та зміни пріоритетів в економічному розвитку арабських країн стала закономірним явищем у період кризових потрясінь у всьому світі. Базові світоглядні принципи та положення будь-якого вчення спроможні за умови їх радикалізації і доведення до краю сформувати як надзвичайно позитивне, так і негативне ставлення і до місця людини у світі, і до навколишнього середовища. Ідейною складовою ісламського радикалізму є радикальний іслам, який складається з фундаменталізму, традиціоналізму і модернізму, кожен з яких є реакцією на події, що відбуваються у суспільстві. Ісламський фундаменталізм і традиціоналізм виступають захисною реакцією на відхилення від традицій і сталих норм культури і соціуму.

Since early 90's of the XX century up to our times, in the context of the Internet role transformation analysis, it has become a factor of the information technology rapid spread and the number of network users growth (from several millions to several billion) not only for entertainment, communication or search information, but also it has acquired significance as an influential political tool in the struggle for power, thus conceptualizing the relevance of the current study. For the last decades, the Internet has begun gaining the role of a powerful and informative engine, developing at the expense of social networks. It is social networks that have become an arena for both domestic and international political struggle. The study suggests a thesis that the geo-cultural factor specificity of the "century of new technologies" was significantly evident during the "Arab Spring" period. Herewith, the freedom of the Internet is not the same in the Arab world countries. It is rather limited as taken for the Gulf countries. The factor of social networks in protest movements requires a more detailed study, especially in relation to the level of political culture, economic development and public consciousness of the Arab countries population.

Висвітлено сутність, внутрішні й зовнішні чинники та політичні наслідки "Арабської весни". Визначено загальні тенденції розвитку подій в окремих регіонах Близького Сходу та Північної Африки. The general tendencies of the development of events in certain regions of the Middle East and North Africa are determined. The peculiarities of the transformation of the political regimes of the Tunisian-Egyptian, Libyan, Yemeni, Syrian and Bahraini versions are noted.

The development of the contemporary system of international relations in the Middle East is marked by a high intensity of the conflict-based type of interactions between key actor of theregional politics, which thereby has a negative impact on the relations between the Middle East and the rest of the world. This tendency may be said to have become especially acute in the aftermath of the 2010-2011 revolutionary upheaval in the Middle East which came to be known as the 'Arab Spring'. While the influence of the Arab Spring on the dynamics of the Middle Eastern system of international relations has been explored in the works of many researchers, both Ukrainian and international, the specificity of post-Arab Spring regional political processes, especially the ones that unfolded in the second half of the decade of 2010s, has often been overlooked. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the specifics of the increasing conflict behavior and conflict potential in the relations between the region's main actors in the aftermath of the Arab Spring, so as to be able to set out the contours of main coalitions and to sketch some of the scenarios of further regional development.The research findings presented in this article may allow one to assume that the events of the Arab Spring initially led to the emergence of the rival pro-Saudi and Qatari-Turkish coalitions, with their main difference being their attitude toward the permissibility of regime change as a form of political regulation, with Iran being relatively marginalized. However, the emergence of the 'Islamic State of Iraq and Levant' led to the relative and temporary blurring of inter-coalitional differences, while the Syrian Civil War, which was used by both coalitions as the scene of their proxy war against the pro-Iranian Assad regime, was disrupted by Russia's intervention in favor of Assad. Simultaneously, the left-wing Kurdish forces took their opportunity and proclaimed their own political formation, known as Rojava, which has in turn secured the U.S. backing. Likewise, Turkey distanced itself from the U.S. after the latter's ambiguous position in regard of the 2016 failed coup d'etat which risked toppling Erdogan's government. In addition, the U.S. support for Rojava would further aggravate Turkey's concerns.More importantly, the rise of ISIL enabled Iran to break through its previous diplomatic isolation and establish closer ties with both Iraqi and Syrian authorities for the sake of fighting against ISIL, while in Yemen the pro-Iranian Houthis took over the state power, to be attacked in turn by the Saudi-led Gulf Arab states' coalition. With Iran's backing, Iraq has meanwhile managed to destroy ISIL forces on its soil and even to tame the powerful Iraqi Kurd- istan separatist movement. In contrast, Libya remains in chaos, with several factions claiming to be its legitimate national government and the refugee crisis continuing unabated. Finally, Qatar has become isolated among the Gulf states, with only Turkey lending a hand of help to that small emirate as a counter-balance to Saudi influence.To summarize, the processes currently unfolding in the Middle East, collectively known as the 'Arab Winter', tend to foster further conflict and strife between the region's key players. Therefore, the article ends with the conclusion that a further growth in conflict potential appears to be the surest prediction as to the future dynamics of Middle East's regional development. ; У статті викладено аналіз основних точок конфліктогенності в регіоні Близького Сходу після завершення «Арабської весни» та початку «Арабської зими» як періоду загострення суперечностей між ключовими групами держав регіону. Наголошується на тому, що поточний стан близькосхідної регіональної системи вказує на її високий рівень конфліктного потенціалу.

The primary purpose of the article is to indicate some specifics of military-political factors affecting the Middle East countries, and particularly the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan within the 2nd decade of the current millennium. Two tendencies have been discovered, which had made an impact on development of the Monarchy, following the events of the Arab Spring. Jordanian participation has been shown in its respond to the new challenges posted by Islamic state threats. ; В статье показаны новые петли противостояния в регионе Ближнего Востока. Автор анализирует прогресс Иордании в ее региональной международной политике в период 2011–2015 годов. В статье осуществлен анализ событий «арабской весны». Автор указывает, что революционные события в регионе нарушили стратегический баланс сил. Все страны были разделены на две категории: сторонников демократических преобразований и сторонников экономической стабильности. Хашимитское королевство оказалось между двумя сторонами: с одной стороны, это был Совет по сотрудничеству арабских государств Персидского залива (GCC) под руководством Саудовской Аравии, а с другой стороны, действовали силы «арабской весны», призывающие к реформам. Иордания превратилась в поле боя между искателями боль шей демократии и защитниками статус-кво. Осложняющим фактором автор называет этносоциальное многообразие королевства (население Востока, имеет корни на восточном берегу реки Иордан и население Запада — иорданцы палестинского происхождения). Автор отмечает обеспокоенность тем, что демократическая трансформация может заставить коренных жителей Иордании отступить от своей политической власти в пользу палестинских иорданцив и организованной оппозиции, которая представлена фракциями исламистов, где Исламский фронт мусульманского братства (МАФ) остается крупнейшей и активной фракцией парламента Иордании. В отличие от других арабских стран, мусульманское братство политически интегрировано в иорданском обществе, и Исламский фронт исламского действия мусульманского братства (IAF) исторически играет роль лояльной оппозиции. Новые спирали соперничества между слоями палестинцев, усиленных мигрантами, и так называемых «старых» иорданцев, поддержаны бедуинскими племенами. Автор доказывает, что дуалистические монархии (Иордания, Марокко) демонстрируют большую стабильность во время «арабской весны» по сравнению с республиканскими режимами квази-демократии в Северной Африке. Иорданское население осознаёт важность реформ, но демонстрирует неприятие провокационной демонстрации левых и мусульманских оппозиций в пользу фантомного благосостояния в союзе с процветающей монархией Персидского залива. Усиление исламской государственной идеологии может создать напряженность между общинами. ; У статті показані нові аспекти протистояння у регіоні Близького Сходу. Автор розглядає Йорданію в якості одного з посередників у регіоні та аналізує прогрес її регіональної міжнародної політики у період 2011–2015 років. У статті здійснено аналіз подій «арабської весни». Автор вказує, що революційні події в регіоні зсунули стратегічний баланс сил. Всі країни були розділені на дві категорії: прихильників більш демократичних перетворень та прихильників стабільної економічної ситуації. Research Methodology. The research addressed to the general scientific methodology, in particular, such methods as analysis and synthesis.Results. With its significant branching in the world and a large number of subsystems, the Arab world as a rather complicated social system is an extremely complex and diverse phenomenon. The only one most important factor for it is the world religion – Islam. Due to this factor the Arab world can be characterized as been formed as a single system. At the same time, the great shock for this system was the so-called «Arab Spring», the phenomenon that embraced a number of Arab states in North Africa and the Middle East. It should be noted the peculiarity of this phenomenon to be the fact that Islam has not become the consolidating factor of the system during these events. And therefore, quite clearly in the Arab world, you can track the gap in communication between political elites and other social groups. It should also be noted that mass media, including social media, played a significant role in the «Arab Spring». The latter still played a more unifying role.As a result of the rupture of social communications in the Arab world, protracted civilian confrontations began. Their most severe manifestation was in Syria, burdened not only by civil war, but also by foreign aggression on the part of the Russian Federation. A significant part of the Arab states still remains a source of destabilization for the entire Arab world. The only country that emerged from the «Arab Spring» is Egypt (the largest Arab Republic), however, this process ended for it with a significant weakening in the domestic economy and foreign policy.Novelty. Within the framework of this article, the author has attempted to analyze ways of modifying social communications in the process of the «Arab Spring» and clarified the main factors that influenced them.Practical significance. The article is an attempt to analyse historical roots of creation of the contemporary integration architecture in the Gulf region as well as to disclose principal tendencies and particularities of development the integration processes in the above-mentioned region after «Arab Spring». The author also researches influence on complication of integration processes in the organisation of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) of following factors: significant sharpening of Iran-Saudi confrontation, Middle East policy of the new USA president Donald Trump, Qatar crisis etc.The article is an attempt to research the latest attempts of Saudi Arabia together United Emirates to formulate a new centre of integration gravity of loyal to them Arab states, first of all – Egypt and Jordan with the help of the following projects like a new military, political and economic union between Saudi Arabia and UAE as well as such project as NEOM.The author also formulates main conclusions that are to be taken into consideration while evaluating the contemporary condition of integration processes and geopolitical balance in the Gulf region for the implementation of strategic tasks of Ukraine in the whole Middle East and the Gulf region in particular. ; Проаналізовано історичні витоки формування сучасної інтеграційної архітектури у такому ключовому регіоні Близького Сходу, як Затока, визначено головні тенденції та особливості розвитку інтеграційних процесів у зазначеному просторі після революцій «арабської весни». Виявлено основні чинники підвищення ролі аравійських монархій в арабському світі протягом зазначеного часу.Досліджено вплив на ускладнення процесів інтеграції у рамках такого об'єднання, як Рада співробітництва арабських держав Затоки (РСАДЗ); таких чинників, як політичне загострення саудівсько-іранського протистояння, близькосхідна політика нового президента США Д. Трампа, катарська криза тощо.Розглядаються останні спроби Саудівської Аравії спільно з Об'єднаними Арабськими Еміратами сформувати новий центр інтеграційного тяжіння лояльних до них арабських держав, насамперед Єгипту та Йорданії через такі проекти, як новий воєнно-політичний та економічний союз між Саудівською Аравією та ОАЕ, а також проект NEOM.Сформульовано основні висновки щодо врахування нинішнього стану інтеграційних процесів та геополітичного балансу в регіоні Затоки на реалізацію стратегічних завдань України на Близькому Сході в цілому і у регіоні Затоки зокрема.

The impact of changes in the geopolitical landscape at the global and regional levels on the development and transformation of such an important region of the Arab world as the Persian Gulf is analyzed. It is noted that the transformation processes of this region were primarily influenced by the US intervention in Iraq in 2003 and the "Arab spring" of 2010-2011. Over the past two decades, Iran has become the main rival of the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf. The tough and uncompromising confrontation with Iran mainly determines the peculiarities and aspirations of the foreign policy of these countries, the development of their integration formats and the emergence of new alliances. It isindicated that under the influence of the events of the "Arab spring" and the need to confront Iran, a "revolution from above" is unfolding in the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf today, and large-scale reforms have begun. The prospects for creating a new military-political project "Middle East Strategic Alliance", the possibilities and risks of normalizing relations between the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf and Israel are analyzed ; Проаналізовано вплив змін геополітичного ландшафту на глобальному та регіональному рівнях на розвиток та трансформацію такого важливого регіону арабського світу як Перська затока. Визначено, що на трансформаційні процеси в першу чергу вплинула інтервенція США до Іраку 2003 р. та «арабська весна» 2010-2011 рр. Протягом останніх двох десятиліть головним суперником арабських країн Перської затоки став Іран. Жорстке і безкомпромісне протиборство з Іраном головним чином визначає особливості та спрямованість зовнішньополітичного курсу цих країн, розвиток їх інтеграційних форматів та появу нових альянсів. Підкреслено, що під впливом подій «арабської весни» та необхідності протистояння Ірану, в арабських країнах Перської затоки нині розгортається «революція зверху», почалися широкомасштабні реформи. Проаналізовано перспективи створення нового воєннополітичного проекту «близькосхідний стратегічний альянс», можливості та ризики нормалізації відносин арабських країн Перської затоки з Ізраїлем.

Summary. The research aims at defining the key methods Yanukovych's regime applied to fight the opposition parties and their top leaders. The research methodology is based on historicism and objectivity principles, comprises general scientific (analysis, synthesis, comparison) as well as specified historic methods (those of diachrony, synchrony, historical genesis and retrospective). The article's scientific novelty is determined by a system analysis of the methods Yanukovych's retinue applied against his political opponents highlighting their role in building up the fourth President of Ukraine's authoritarian rule. Conclusions. The specificity of Ukraine's political and legislative climate under Yanukovych's rule has been demonstrated. The patterns of the criminal proceedings against the opposition leaders have been defined and researched. The criminal prosecution against Yuliya Tymoshenko, the Preimer and the leader of Batkivshchyna party, following her government's management audit, serves as a case of Ukraine's political field's prime cleanup. The key phases of the criminal prosecution against Yurii Lutsenko, the Orange Top leader, have been defined. The political repressions of more than twenty Tymoshenko's supporters, the article suggests, serves as a background for preparing and implementing the tax overhaul project authored by V. Yanukovych and S. Tigipko. The fundamentals of this reform, as well as its reception by Ukrainian business elite, have been analyzed in brief to provide the necessary context, i.e., to demonstrate the roles the agents affiliated with the Regions Party had taken and the methods they applied to break the so-called Tax Maidan and to subsequently persecute its organizers and participants. Specific attention has been paid to the fight Yanukovych's regime initiated against the radical right and nationalist movement, forging the criminal cases against the members of certain nationalist organizations and movements functioning in Zaporizhzhya and Kyiv regions, i.e., "Tryzub" ("The Trident"), "Ukraine's Patriot", "Social National Assembly". Restraining the forces opposite to the Regions Party and the regime was done through bribing or granting governmental preferences to the business elites. The secret ledgers of the Regions Party serve as an important source for identifying the officials thus corrupted by the regime. To define the corruption scales and the key bribery initiators identities, a thorough analysis of these ledgers (known as "the spreadsheets") has been provided. ; Анотація. Методологія дослідження заснована на принципах об'єктивності та історизму, залученні загальнонаукових (аналіз, синтез, порівняння) і спеціально-історичних методів (діахронного, синхронного, історико-генетичного та ретроспективного). Наукова новизна полягає у системному вивченні методів боротьби оточення Віктора Януковича з політичними опонентами та демонстрації їх ролі в побудові режиму особистої влади четвертого Президента України. Висновки. Показані особливості політико-правової ситуації в Україні в період становлення режиму Януковича. В дослідженні охарактеризовано та проаналізовано специфіку розгортання кримінального переслідування лідерів опозиційного табору. На прикладі аудиту діяльності уряду Юлії Тимошенко (2007–2010) та подальшого кримінального переслідування лідерки уряду та голови політичної сили «Батьківщина» показано перший етап зачищення політичного поля в Україні та основні етапи кримінального переслідування лідера «Помаранчевої верхівки» – Юрія Луценка. На фоні політичного переслідування більше ніж двадцятьох соратників Тимошенко описано процес підготовки та реалізації проєкту податкової реформи за авторством В. Януковича і С. Тігіпка. Подано короткий аналіз основних положень цієї реформи та описано реакцію бізнес-еліт Україна на неї. Зокрема, автором здійснена спроба показати роль та методи боротьби близьких до Партії регіонів осіб у розколі Податкового майдану і подальшого переслідування його організаторів та учасників. Особливу увагу в дослідженні приділено боротьбі режиму В. Януковича проти праворадикальних та націоналістичних рухів. Описано процес фальсифікації справ проти членів окремих націоналістичних організацій та рухів («Тризуб», «Патріот України», «Соціал-Національна Асамблея»), що діяли на Запоріжжі та Київщині. Приборкання опозиційних до Партії регіонів та режиму сил, здійснювалося і за допомогою підкупу або ж через пропозиції державних преференції бізнес-елітам. Важливим джерелом у виявленні осіб, які були корумповані у такий спосіб режимом, стала так звана «амбарна книга» партії регіонів. З метою окреслення масштабів та виявлення основних фігурантів цих підкупів здійснено спробу аналізу її записів.

Summary. The research aims at defining the key methods Yanukovych's regime applied to fight the opposition parties and their top leaders. The research methodology is based on historicism and objectivity principles, comprises general scientific (analysis, synthesis, comparison) as well as specified historic methods (those of diachrony, synchrony, historical genesis and retrospective). The article's scientific novelty is determined by a system analysis of the methods Yanukovych's retinue applied against his political opponents highlighting their role in building up the fourth President of Ukraine's authoritarian rule. Conclusions. The specificity of Ukraine's political and legislative climate under Yanukovych's rule has been demonstrated. The patterns of the criminal proceedings against the opposition leaders have been defined and researched. The criminal prosecution against Yuliya Tymoshenko, the Preimer and the leader of Batkivshchyna party, following her government's management audit, serves as a case of Ukraine's political field's prime cleanup. The key phases of the criminal prosecution against Yurii Lutsenko, the Orange Top leader, have been defined. The political repressions of more than twenty Tymoshenko's supporters, the article suggests, serves as a background for preparing and implementing the tax overhaul project authored by V. Yanukovych and S. Tigipko. The fundamentals of this reform, as well as its reception by Ukrainian business elite, have been analyzed in brief to provide the necessary context, i.e., to demonstrate the roles the agents affiliated with the Regions Party had taken and the methods they applied to break the so-called Tax Maidan and to subsequently persecute its organizers and participants. Specific attention has been paid to the fight Yanukovych's regime initiated against the radical right and nationalist movement, forging the criminal cases against the members of certain nationalist organizations and movements functioning in Zaporizhzhya and Kyiv regions, i.e., "Tryzub" ("The Trident"), "Ukraine's Patriot", "Social National Assembly". Restraining the forces opposite to the Regions Party and the regime was done through bribing or granting governmental preferences to the business elites. The secret ledgers of the Regions Party serve as an important source for identifying the officials thus corrupted by the regime. To define the corruption scales and the key bribery initiators identities, a thorough analysis of these ledgers (known as "the spreadsheets") has been provided. ; Анотація. It was examined the nature and character of the interaction between the government and parliamentary opposition in Slovakia in the period from 2010 till 2014 in the context of the flow of social and political processes. A change in the political behavior of the parliamentary opposition before and after the early parliamentary elections of 2012 was traced.The arrival in 2010 to power of the opposition showed that in the party system of Slovakia there was a real inter-party political competition and contested action. At the same time, the parties began to more clearly express their attitude to power, and their actions became more predictable. The new government coalition, as a rule, was formed by parties between which during the elections there were convergence of positions and similarity of program statements on the government policy. It also included new opposition political parties with which ties were established prior to the election, which, at the same time, had similar critical positions towards the socioeconomic policies of the previous government and the quality of democracy.Gradually, a new inter-party model of interaction between the parliamentary and extra-parliamentary opposition appeared in the country, which starting from the electoral period was transferred to the interelectoral one. This kind of interaction between the representatives of the political opposition made them more stable and allowed to more clearly outline the discontinuation between the political forces in the context of "pro-government – opposition". Agreed actions during the elections made behavior between political partners more predictable in the status of pro-governmental. Belonging to the opposition camp in the past made impossible any coalition agreements between them with Smer-SD.With the advent of parties of entrepreneurial type, competition between the pro-government and opposition parties went into the technological stage, introducing corrections into the traditional line of division of "left – right". ; З'ясовано природу і характер взаємодії між парламентською опозицією та урядом в Словаччині в період з 2010 по 2014 рр. у контексті протікання суспільно-політичних процесів. Простежено зміну політичної поведінки парламентської опозиції до та після дострокових парламентських виборів 2012 р.Прихід у 2010 р. до влади опозиції засвідчив, що в партійній системі Словаччини діяла реальна міжпартійна політична конкуренція і змагальність. При цьому партії стали чіткіше виражати своє відношення до влади, а їх дії стали більш прогнозованими. Нову урядову коаліцію, як правило, формували партії, між якими під час виборів спостерігалося зближення позицій та подібність програмових положень стосовно політики уряду. Вона включала в себе також нові опозиційні політичні партії, з якими було налагоджено зв'язки ще до виборів і які водночас мали схожі критичні позиції стосовно соціально-економічної політики попереднього уряду, стану якості демократії.Поступово в країні вимальовувалась нова міжпартійна модель взаємодії між парламентською та позапарламентською опозицією, яка з електорального періоду переносилась на міжелекторальний. Такий характер взаємодії між представниками політичної опозиції робив їх стійкішими і дозволяв чіткіше окреслити дисконтинуацію між політичними силами в розрізі «провладні – опозиційні». Узгоджені під час виборів дії робили більш прогнозовану поведінку між політичними партнерами в статусі провладних. Належність в минулому до опозиційного табору унеможливлювало між ними будь-які коаліційні угоди з Smer-SD. Із появою партій підприємницького типу конкуренція між провладними та опозиційними партіями перейшла в стадію технологічну, вносячи корективи в традиційну лінію поділу на «ліві-праві».

It was examined the nature and character of the interaction between the government and parliamentary opposition in Slovakia in the period from 2010 till 2014 in the context of the flow of social and political processes.
