In the globalizing world, quality in communication and internationalization are important. Higher education institutions are taking the necessary steps for the standardization. Quality commissions are formed to maintain the education given at universities to a certain standard, and private organizations and associations are widely engaged in communication. The European Association for Communication Studies and Education operates internationally works on various themes in communication. In Turkey, Communication Research Association established to accredit programs related to communication education; evaluates training programs upon the application of institutions, carries out the training activities of those who will take part as evaluators in accreditation studies, assists programs in meeting the necessary criteria, and carries out joint projects with educational institutions. The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship of the keywords determined as quality, internationalization and communication through the example of ECREA and to compare these themes with ILEDAK themes. Information about the similarities and differences between the quality standards of communication education in Turkey and Europe is obtained. The method is thematic content analysis. The data presented within the program outputs determined for the communication basic areas on the official websites of ECREA and ILAD.

Civil society is one of the most important elements of the democratic order, as a means for citizens to influence the state independently and voluntarily. Non-governmental organizations that are the output of civil society are among the important organizations that ensure the influence of citizens, politicians, the state and other management organizations. The idea of associating nomadic Nomads with a way of life is influenced by political developments in Turkey, but an increase is especially noticeable after the 2000s. In this study, the qualitative research method was used; The relationship between leadership and Yörük associations has been deciphered by explaining the conceptual frameworks of Yörüks, NGOs and leadership. With the help of the study, it was concluded that these associations, whose number has increased especially recently, may face the danger of not being well managed and turning into sign associations that fall into political expectations.

Internal auditing is a collection of activities performed to bring value to corporate operations. It is critical for organizations to have effective and efficient internal control in order to continue their operations and compete with rivals. The management of the firms is also responsible for the implementation and monitoring of effective audit operations. Therefore, top management must be thorough and open in their approach to internal audits. As a result, internal audit efforts are critical for businesses.
This study was conducted from a management standpoint to establish the elements that actively contribute to the effectiveness of effective internal audit activity in organizations. The efficacy of audit units in organizations, the quality of audit work, organizational independence, career advancement prospects, and senior management support for the internal audit unit were all attempted to be assessed using the criteria. In the study, he conducted face-to-face interviews with enterprises in the Diyarbakir Organized Industrial Zone. The research found that the competency of internal auditors in firms, the quality of audit work, organizational independence, and career advancement prospects existed and that enterprises had a statistically significant and beneficial influence on the efficacy of audit units. However, statistical analysis revealed that there is no relevant association between the businesses' senior management's support and the efficacy of the enterprises' internal audit units and that the enterprises have no influence on the performance of the internal audit units.
