This investigation aims to reflect on the impact generated by organizational communication in society, considering its capacity to interfere in the public sphere construction. For this, theoretical research was made addressing the communicative constitution of organizations and their relationship with society. Furthermore, in-depth interviews were conducted with Portuguese communication agencies for verifying perceptions about the communication impact in society. In the results, it was identified that to evidence this impact, it is necessary to discuss the communication organizational power in the interactional context and the discourse influence in individuals' perceptions and behaviors formation.

New technologies have allowed the development of the industry, transforming it from 1.0 to the current, called 4.0 industry, which sees a rapid growth by the penetration of artificial intelligence and its various technologies that promise to surprise us all and invade the market and transform the world. Many of these technologies go hand in hand with intelligent automation that projects a large-scale transformation. Faced with this metamorphosis, in this article deepens on the intelligent automation and in a special way in the management of the communication of the organizations, reviewing the existing bibliography and deepening on it. In conclusion, we propose a much more clarified state of the question and a contribution to the scarce bibliography referring to the subject of study that can serve as a connector between the aforementioned theories and a projection of automation in the field of communication.

The relationship between political institutions and citizens has been redefined in the digital environment. The aim of this paper is to identify the main circumstances of this transformation. In this regard, individualization has been a key factor. So far, this relationship had been based on collective commitment and a global vision of society. Instead, it now depends on personal commitment and interest in individual issues. The voting process, traditionally based on affiliation, is now conditioned by voters' opinions. Public opinion can no longer be taken for granted. In addition, persuasion as the only strategy to connect with the electorate is insufficient. Therefore, professionals of political communication have been forced to use the logic of marketing and to explore the potential of digital media, to obtain more consensus and visibility in an increasingly competitive context of communication. ; La relación entre las instituciones políticas y la ciudadanía se ha redefinido en el entorno digital. El objetivo de este artículo es identificar los principales factores que enmarcan esta transformación. La individualización ha sido un factor clave en este sentido. Hasta ahora, los vínculos entre los ciudadanos se sustentaban en el compromiso colectivo y una visión global de la sociedad. En cambio, actualmente se basan en el compromiso personal y el interés por los asuntos individuales. El proceso de votación, tradicionalmente basado en la afiliación, depende ahora de las opiniones de los votantes. La opinión pública ya no puede darse por sentada. Además, la persuasión como única estrategia para conectar con el electorado resulta insuficiente. Por eso, los profesionales de la comunicación política se han visto forzados a emplear la lógica del marketing y a explorar el potencial de los medios digitales, para obtener mayor consenso y visibilidad en un contexto comunicativo cada vez más competitivo.

ABSTRACTGlobalization and communication technology are bringing the world closer together in a global village, including language barriers. The things that prevent us from understanding each other's constitute a common challenge to individuals, groups, international companies, governments, nations, and the whole world. This qualitative study aimed at exploring the factors that cause language barriers, their types, and their impact on effective communication and our life as well as ways to make people aware of the importance of overcoming them. The study concluded that language or semantic barriers arise from different subjects such as meanings and uses of words, symbols, images, gestures, languages and dialects.RESUMENLa globalización y la tecnología de la comunicación están uniendo al mundo en una aldea global, incluyendo barreras del idioma. Las cosas que nos impiden entendernos constituyen un desafío común para las personas, los grupos, las compañías internacionales, los gobiernos, las naciones y el mundo entero. Este estudio cualitativo tuvo como objetivo explorar los factores que causan las barreras del idioma, sus tipos y su impacto en la comunicación efectiva y nuestra vida, así como las formas de sensibilizar a las personas sobre la importancia de superarlas. El estudio concluyó que el lenguaje o las barreras semánticas surgen de diferentes temas, como significados y usos de palabras, símbolos, imágenes, gestos, idiomas y dialectos.

El cambio permanente que vive el género humano está directamente relacionado con el desarrollo de una sociedad de la información. Se dice hasta la sociedad, "información es poder", y se promueven nuevas formas de vida, actividades económicas, servicios y negocios ligados a la información. Todos los sectores de la vida contemporánea, finanzas, ocio, salud. educación, se relacionan con la información y ésta –por supuesto- usa las comunicaciones para generalizar el bienestar o el control.La tecnología informática y de las telecomunicaciones camina mucho más aceleradamente que, por ejemplo, la aeronáutica.Quienes pueden oír a muchos sin tener que limitarse a escuchar y leer a los líderes y dueños de las comunicaciones y de la información tradicional, se van haciendo cada vez más libres y también más independientes. ; The permanent change experienced by the human race is directly related to the development of an information society. This article analyzes the communication strategies applied by the Peruvian Government during the second wave of Covid-19. In order to support the variable "communication strategies" in times of crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the following approaches were used: Castillo-Esparcia (2020), Soto & Fernández (2020), Macassi (2020), Guibarra & Sánchez (2020), Lázaro & Herrera (2020). The research was developed methodologically with a quantitative approach. Ruling with the criteria of a non-experimental, descriptive design. An analysis was carried out at 734 hours of press conferences; 40 communication products from the communication campaigns 'Let's not lower our guard' and 'Put my shoulder' and 200 posts published on Facebook. The variables were operationalized in 3 dimensions and 15 indicators, measured using observation as a technique, and the observation guide as a data collection instrument. It was found as a final result that the press conferences were one of the main strategies that have served to maintain communication by the Government towards the Peruvian people. Additionally, Facebook was the main social network that served as a channel to communicate issues related to Covid-19, and the two communication campaigns were mostly informative and preventive.

La comunicación didáctica en la tutoría virtual es la base para el desarrollo de contenidos formativos en el diseño de los nuevos planes de estudio. La comunicación virtual se ha convertido en el eje de la formación a distancia y en la herramienta clave del proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. La flexibilidad de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los medios virtuales incide en el diseño e implementación de los contenidos didácticos de las asignaturas en escenarios educativos, destacando la influencia de la función tutorial en los procesos formativos. La capacidad de adaptación de los estudiantes, docentes y docentes-tutores a éste medio ha de partir de la adquisición de las siguientes competencias claves para el desarrollo de la tarea educativa: la competencia didáctico-formativa y la competencia tecnológica-digital. A continuación presentamos una investigación de innovación docente en el que la comunicación didáctica virtual es la clave para el desarrollo de los procesos formativos.

El propósito principal de este artículo es inscribir a la Mass Communication Research de los años cuarenta-cincuenta del siglo pasado en una genealogía del gobierno de los públicos. Con ese objetivo en mente, a lo largo de estas páginas volvemos sobre la conocida propuesta de Foucault de pensar la Modernidad como un proceso tendencial de politización de la vida y, más específicamente, sobre su conceptualización del público como una dimensión específica de la población; presentamos parte de las condiciones de emergencia de la Mass Communication Research y reconstruimos, en clave gubernamental, algunas de sus principales operaciones; además, postulamos que esta tradición ayudó a constituir una nueva mirada operativa acerca del viviente humano, en tanto homo communicans, vital para el campo de la comunicación. ; The main purpose of this article is to inscribe The Mass Communication Research of the fortiesfifties of the last century in a genealogy of the government of the public. During the study, the authors monitored the media to reveal quantitative and qualitative indicators of Russian universities' media activities in 2015-2017 on the basis of data from Medialogia (mlg.ru) and Public.ru (public.ru) resources. The analysis of the most actively used newsbreaks in the media practice of these universities and their typology is based on the expert method. The conducted study points to a pronounced trend in universities' media activities of demonstrating in the media space those characteristics that correspond to the criteria, on which major stakeholders assess their activities.

ABSTRACT Although globalization and communication technology are bringing the world closer together in a global village, language barriers constitute a common challenge to individuals, groups, international companies, governments, nations, and the whole world. This qualitative study aimed at exploring the factors that cause non-verbal language barriers, their types and impact on effective communication, and our life, as well, are making people aware of the importance of overcoming them. This study concludes that misunderstanding, miscommunication, and misinterpretation of non-verbal messages arise when the sender (speaker) and receiver (listener) do not fully understand each other's language and culture.RESUMEN Aunque la globalización y la tecnología de la comunicación están uniendo al mundo en una aldea global, las barreras idiomáticas constituyen un desafío común para las personas, los grupos, las compañías internacionales, los gobiernos, las naciones y el mundo entero. Este estudio cualitativo tuvo como objetivo explorar los factores que causan las barreras del lenguaje no verbal, sus tipos e impacto en la comunicación efectiva, y nuestra vida, así como las formas, están haciendo que las personas sean conscientes de la importancia de superarlas. Este estudio concluye que los malentendidos, la falta de comunicación y la mala interpretación de los mensajes no verbales surgen cuando el emisor (hablante) y el receptor (oyente) no entienden completamente el idioma y la cultura del otro.
