The study investigates one of the uses of the equative marker kad' in Tatyshly Udmurt — the construction N kad' jos, where N is a noun or a pronoun and kad' jos is a form of the marker kad' with the plural noun affix -jos (cf. pet'a kad' jos [Petya like-pl] '[somebody] like Petya'). This construction is attested in works on the grammar of Udmurt, but its morphosyntactic and semantic restrictions are
not properly discussed. According to my field data collected in the Tatyshy district of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the restrictions on the dependent of the marker kad' jos are formulated in terms of the animacy hierarchy. The speakers allow the use of all personal pronouns, proper names, as well as human animate nouns; in
some idiolects it is also possible to use non-human animate nouns, and all the interviewed speakers rejected constructions with an inanimate noun as a dependent of kad' jos. I propose an analysis of this construction which suggests the presence of a phonologically covert head noun. The construction N kad' jos is a dependent of
this head noun, and thus may be considered as an equative construction belonging to the nominal type, cf. the other type of equative constructions where the phrase with kad' is a dependent of the predicate.

The subject of the research is management systems used in construction organizations and methods of decision support while choosing the system of management. The purpose of the work is to offer a method of decision support for managing a construction organization when choosing a transition to a process management approach or a project-oriented management approach. The article emphasizes the relevance of improving the quality of enterprise management in construction industry, and provides an overview of domestic and foreign literature on improving management methods. The study substantiates the need for a method to support decision-making while shifting to a new management system. The authors propose a method based on the evaluation criteria obtained through a survey of the company's management. The proposed method helps managers and founders to make a decision concerning the choice of management system and warns against erroneous decisions and losses associated with the introduction of a management system "inefficient" for the construction company.

This article presents the results of constructing and validating the "Normless anomie index" (NLAI) sociological test, designed to measure the level of anomie among Russian-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking respondents. The theoretical validity of NLAI is based on an understanding of anomie that was proposed and detailed in the works of R. Merton. The content of the index is based on normless indicators presented in the articles of D. Dean, G. McCloskey and J. Shaar, as well as indicators presented in this article. The study is based on data from two surveys (November 2018, N = 600; April 2019, N = 600), which represent the adult population of Ukraine according to such parameters as age, gender, type of settlement and region of residence. For the purpose of empirical validation, the factor structure of the theoretical construct was analyzed (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis) and construct validity was confirmed based on indicators that describe respondents' political consciousness and their social well-being (correlation analysis). Three versions of NLAI were tested: 1) based on indicators claiming the existence of norms, as well as based on indicators claiming the opposite (survey conducted in 2018); 2) based on indicators claiming only the absence of norms, with more specific wording (survey conducted in 2019); 3) based on indicators claiming only the absence of norms, with more abstract wording (survey conducted in 2019). A conclusion is made about the higher quality of the second version of NLAI.
A classifier of answers to the NLAI indicators is proposed, which allows for categorizing respondents into four groups: anomic (predominance of answers which indicate the absence of norms), ambivalent (there are answers indicating both the absence of norms and their presence), undefined (answers prevail which indicate the absence of a clear position) and non-anomic (prevailing answers indicating the presence of norms).

The article is devoted to the consideration of ways of representing disability in social networks. The construction of the virtual identity of disabled people is considered by the authors in the focus of the dramatic approach presented in the works of I. Hoffman. Based on the qualitative content analysis of the accounts of bloggers with disabilities (N = 6), the author's typology of ways to represent disability was formulated. The main criterion for selecting profiles for analysis was the presence in the posted content of visual content that allows identifying the author of the profile as a person with physical or mental disabilities, as well as a description formulated by the author about himself. Among the studied accounts, different strategies for organizing self-representation were identified, due to different life experiences of individuals. This allowed us to identify several exceptional types of virtual representation of persons with special needs. Six types of disability were identified — demonstrative, abstract, built-in, accepting, frustrating and adapting. In the course of the study, the distinctive features characteristic of each type and diametrically opposed approaches to the construction of identity are interpreted. It is concluded that there are obvious and latent differences due not only to the unique experience of the actors who formed the requests, in an effort to satisfy which they create and maintain their blogs, but also to a different audience that makes up the target group of people consuming the posted content. It is recognized that the correlating parameters that determine the direction, thematic features, contextual nature of the analyzed accounts, although they may be dissimilar, are still focused on the integration of their creators into society through virtual communications. Social networks, with the opportunities they provide, today serve as a modern stage for performance and at the same time are a way of entering the communities of individuals and their life worlds. The activity of people with disabilities in social networks opens up additional prospects for their further inclusion in society and increases the inclusive culture of communities in online and offline environments.

The article is devoted to the development of the modern politics of identity construction in Japan, which actively refers to the practice of designing self-image in international relations. This trend dates back to the 19th century, when there was the end of Sakoku (Japan's policy of isolation). It is now possible to talk about the institutionalization of the identity construction policy to organized structures and regulations. Enhanced efforts in the field of Japanese traditional and popular culture, education and creative content has led to a number of institutions appearance (like Japan Foundation Fund, Japan Creative Agency, Japan Culture Fund, Agency for Cultural Affairs, Cool Japan Fund, Japan brand Fund) and changing idea about the role of culture in foreign policy realization (it is fixed the documents of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry), as well as a number of projects (Cool Japan, Visit Japan, Japan Culture Power, Japan Manga Awards, Kawaii Ambassadors, Cosplay International Fest and etc.). These efforts are aimed at forming Japan identity abroad to solve a number of foreign policy challenges of the future and the development of economic cooperation. The Japanese government nearest plans is to increase funding in order to create a positive image of Japan in the region of East Asia. All of these allows us to speak about the policy of the Japanese construction of identity as an institutionalized process in which there was clearance of organizations and regulatory activities.

The special attention is given for the construction as one of the branches of human economic activities, rapidly modifying the living environment in quantitative and qualitative approaches. In this work construction is evaluated by taking into consideration principles of sustainability. In order to successfully integrate into the European Union changes of infrastructure planning and development are required, it is necessary to improve the quality of life and environment. Country policy, as well as sustainable construction issues, must be adequate to the European countries. In recent years the great attention is paid for the sustainable construction including the use of compressed straw not only in the popular literature: newspapers, magazines, but also in the scientific literature. Not only articles are written, but books as well. Scientific researches are performed in the issues of renewable construction material use as well as the dissertations are prepared. Taking this into consideration it can be stated that Lithuania will establish a state construction policy based on sustainable development criteria. However, at the moment in an attempt of sustainability in the sphere of construction industry, we have to follow general environmental, political and legal documents declaring the ideas of sustainable development. In Lithuania the possibilities of sustainable construction expansion have not been evaluated. Master thesis consists of five chapters, conclusions and suggestions and the list of used literature sources. The first chapter analyses the concept of sustainable development and its evolution. In the second one – the impact of construction sector on the environment. In the third and fourth chapters the sustainable construction is analysed, the information about straw houses, as possibly most modern ones, is provided. In the fifth chapter the evaluation of sustainable construction expansion possibilities is performed, the attitude of society and experts towards the expansion of sustainable construction is found out. During the research questionnaires were completed, also the methods of scientific literature and statistical data analysis were applied. While performing the analysis, pressed straw as the construction material was overviewd under the essential requirements for the buildings defined in the Law on Construction of Lithuania. Work results, conclusions and suggestions are useful while solving the development problems of Lithuanian cities, residential areas. Analysed and evaluated possibilities of sustainable construction expansion in Lithuania will allow popularizing and stimulating this construction, take into account the consideration of natural resources and energy, reduction of environment pollution.
