This paper aims to explore the potential of political cartoon discourse for creativity, critique and persuasion, in the representation of social actors and events and in the evaluation of the consequences of Brexit. The paper focuses on the use and interaction of metaphors, metonymies, blending strategies, and cultural models in cartoons depicting the Brexit conundrum, from the perspective of Critical Metaphor Analysis (CMA) (Charteris-Black 2011; Musolff 2012) and Multimodal Critical Discourse Analysis (MCDS) (Machin 2013). The case study adopts an integrated multifaceted framework in the analysis of a representative sample of cartoons selected from quality newspapers, published in the UK. The aim is to reveal the synergistic interplay in: (a) the use of metaphors, metonymies, blending strategies, and cultural models in the depiction of social actors, phenomena and events; (b) the features of creativity in the expression of political commentary by professional cartoonists (novelty, recontextualization); and (c) the role of political cartoons in the critique and challenge of political power, by creating counter-narratives and acting as vehicles of persuasion.

; Since the end ofthe decade ofthe '70's, Paris '68 and from the beginning ofthe '70's in New York, and artistic movement has appeared with pronounced cultural, sociological, psychological and even political overtones, which from the depths of the subway in New York, has extended itself first throughout the United States and later the rest of the world. This movement, known as Graffiti went from being a fringe movement fomented by an isolated few, to the point of spreading itself across the walls ofour cities and drawing the attention of gallery owners, museums of modern art and renowned contemporary artists (Jean Dubuffet, Andy Warhol, etc.) Graffiti is fundamentally an urban phenomena which has met with stiffresistance from local governments. In spite of this factor, and to a great extent owing to its marked character from the socially downtrodden, Graffiti has been warmly received by the youth culture on every continent. The Graffiti movement has brought with it the creation of codes of behaviour, and a distintive aesthetic which is not only visual but also musical with body language, dance, cinema etc. all of its own. It has developed an exclusive new language of slang as well. It has also established a new type of relationship among those who practice it. In the creative process we are able to distinguish several phases: The sketching of an outline on paper. The treatment of the surface on which the work is to be carried out. The drawing of a pictorial scheme in chalk or charcoal. The initial use of spray paints in light tones followed by finishing touches in darker colours. Graffiti as a relatively new movement (born not more than 30 years ago) appeals to the younger members of society, with the use of imagery which is near at hand; it is easily recognized by youth, bearing an intensive relationship, with the world of comics, cinema video and music such as break dance or rap. We must add to all of this its special risk appeal, placed as it is on the borderline of what is socially acceptable. In general terms, the style of Graffity is characterized by: The use of expressionist form. The use of loud colours. The transient nature of the work itself, exposed as it is to bad weather and human agression. The low quality of the materials employed. The use of imagery derived from cartoons and above all, comic strips. The influence of surrealism, pop art, brutalism and "arte povero". Its relationship with certain types of music and dance (break dance, rap.). The social background of its authors and its theme of social degradation.
There is an active search for policies and methods to improve the quality of education in the vocational studies system, with all that it represents. Pedagogical work is a special type of highly skilled mental work that has a creative character and is characterized by a high degree of tension. The work of a teacher is a conscious and appropriate activity for the training, education and development of students and of society as a whole. The objective of the research is to discuss the development of creativity based on the innovative activity of teachers. It is concluded that the teacher has a main role as an agent in the formation of professional knowledge among students. The real problems of psychology and pedagogy in the modern education system are the definition of the professional requirements for the personality of a modern teacher and the psycho-diagnosis of the level of his professional qualities. However, these questions take on a political meaning because they concern the human development of a society and must therefore also be politically debated.
With the rhizomatic deconstruction transmethod, the complex objective of analyzing some views of tetra is fulfilled: re-linking transcomplex pedagogies - creativity - educational innovations. The inquiry is located in the line of research entitled: education-transcomplex transpistemologies. In the reconstruction, with conclusions of openings, there are transcomplex pedagogies that undisciplined the curricula and the circumventing political educational system of the moment, that induce from institutional disobedience an anthropolitical praxis that reinvents itself in the artifacts of globalizing coloniality. Transcomplex pedagogies-creativity-innovation is an inclusive tetra of knowledge, demystifying the difference between the misnamed scientific and underground knowledge.
; Milurteko berriak komunikazio politiken, kulturaren eta sormen nozioaren arteko harreman berri eta, era berean, polemikoa ekarri du. Sormen-ekonomia eta industriei bideratutako hainbat diskurtso sortu dira, eta hauek logika funtzionalista eta erredukzionista baten ezarpena erraztu dute Espainian. Artikulu honen helburua joera honen ardatz nagusiak aztertzea da, "sormen" nozio espezifikoaren sarrera eta tratamenduaren azterketaren bitartez, sektore honi eskainitako estatu mailako politiken konfigurazioan. ; The new millennium has encouraged a new but also polemic connection between the configuration of communication and cultural policies and the notion of creativity, giving place to numerous discourses around the so called creative industries and creative economy, which are linked to a reductionist and functionalist logic that can also be identified in Spain during most recent years. The aim of this article is therefore to present the main elements that define such tendency through the analysis of the introduction and development of the concept "creativity" in the configuration of Spanish communication and cultural policies. ; Publicado
Human Embryonic Stem Cells were discovered in 1998 and many speculations arose about their therapeutic possibilities, motivated by ideological, political and economic aspects. The difficulties were insurmountable. However, induced Pluripotent Stem Cells appeared in 2007 and this research trajectory showed key aspects of creative thinking. a) Motivation ethics to find a nondestructive starting point to mark the rationality of that way: the physiological processes occur within the unit of an organism. b) A thorough knowledge of the scientific experience to choose the most natural way. c) Future vision exhausting possibilities offered by animal testing and finding useful applications for the knowledge obtained. d) Responsibility for the consequences.
; From the feminism, different women artists have faced the patriarchal policy that has marked their bodies and limited their personal way of life, appropriating and subverting masculine silences. All of them have developed a political and compromised art, as an example of resistance and fight to take into reality that kept hidden, then, ruled from patriarchic society. Their bodies have become knowledge and visibilization gadgets to denounce tortures in dictatorial ages and the feminicide as a state crime, not only in pace years but also in war ones ruled by patriarchic society. Far away from a patriarchal point of view, all of them have know how to build up a public space where showing the way of healing pain and violence through sanitation. They have rejected to stand still, deciding to show us that hidden through extreme images, shocking society and acquiring political perspectives for supporting women human rights, since they provoke and promoting punctual repercussions.
Chance is one of the best allied of researching. Most part of relevant knowledge to which we are able to get through the research has a high component of chance, of unpredictability. However, chance is maintained out of any scientific methodology. This article defends that this exclusion, beyond being a mere practical matter, responds to an epistemology that conceives of the reality occurring independent from our capacity for knowledge and thinks creativity as a quality of projecting brilliant ideas above things, instead of emphasizing its empathetic basis. Anthropology, thanks to the nature of its method, makes possible scenarios of comprehension and creativity action in which we should persist and that we should defend as fundamental tools of knowledge and political struggle. ; Zoria ikerketarako aliatu on bat da. Ikerketan lortu ahal dugun ezaguerarik gehienek zorizko parte oso garrantzitsu bat daukate. Hala ere, ausa metodologia zientifikotik kanpo geratzen da. Artikulu honek defendatzen du bazterketa hau ez dela bakarrik arazo praktiko bat, baizik eta epistemologia konkretu baten ondorioa. Epistemologia horrek errealitatea pentsatzen du gure adimen ahalmenatik independente, eta kreatibitatea gauzen gainean aparteko ideiak proiektatzeko balioa, bere oinarri enpatikoa aipatu beharrean. Antropologiak, eremu zientifikoan legitimatzeko saiakerak gorabehera, eta bere metodoari esker, ulertzeko eta sormenezko ekintzaren egoerak posible egiten ditu. Izan ere, egoera hauek ezagurako eta eraldaketa politikorako tresnak bezala defendatzea merezi du.

; The paper aims to investigate the innovative potential of the concept of "creativity" in Philology.
