The concept of public information in the form of open data and its main features are studied. It is determined that due to the possible wide application of open data, the definition of the main grounds for the classification of open data is an insufficiently covered issue. The purpose of this study is to determine the types and criteria for the classification of public information in the form of open data. This is necessary for their widespread use in order to solve socially important tasks and to use their full potential in unusual directions. The author has analyzed international reports on open data and identified the problems of the quality of such data and the possibility of using them to solve socially important tasks. The classification of open data is formed on the following grounds: 1. by data type; 2. by data format; 3. by subject. The article determines the value of open data to society and the possibility of its wide use in the example of other countries. The problems that complicate the implementation of the government data discovery initiative in Ukraine include the underdeveloped culture of open government; insufficient level of training of public authorities to work with open data; insufficient funding for the public data discovery initiative; low level of public awareness and interest in public data and the benefits of using it. Unfortunately, most citizens are still satisfying their curiosity by using open data. The author notes that using data that describes the patterns we live in can help us solve problems in ways we may not have anticipated. As a rule, public sector systems do not respond too quickly on changes. With open data, they could track, predict and respond to real-time changes. This would allow the public sector to streamline its processes and services and it would be possible to clearly identify areas for improving and increasing productivity, to develop specialized solutions based on various demographic indicators and other factors. This would be a huge transformational leap in attracting open data to the public sector, as it opens up a number of areas for innovation. The author substantiates the importance of open data for public sector transformation, economic benefits and their use as an instrument for creating an information society.

In the article, the legal aspects of information security in telemedicine in Ukraine are considered from the modern theory of information law based on current Ukrainian legislation and regulations of the European Union. The topic's relevance is due to the need to improve the legislation of Ukraine to provide a comprehensive theoretical justification for enhancing the effectiveness of information security. In the course of the study, the methodology of the systematic, comprehensive analysis of legal phenomena using factor and evolutionary research methods was applied. It is noted that modern information technologies allow doctors to provide remote medical care to monitor patients' health constantly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the need for remote medical care has increased. It is indicated that telemedicine technologies are used to conduct research and detect diseases based on the automated processing of large amounts of personal and medical data. In the digitalization of medicine, the importance of information security of patients and other subjects of telemedicine activities is growing. The processing of large amounts of personal data on patients' health in information systems increases the risks of privacy violations and requires higher standards of information protection.

The title of my presentation, besides being a play on the title of the Coen brothers film, makes it clear that Italy is not exactly the most hospitable environment when it comes to the popularity of arbitration. It is true that statistical data, when available, concern essentially institutional arbitration (the empirical data are not really updated. The only comprehensive survey of ADR in Italy concerns 2016; in that year the total number of arbitration procedures carried out by private and public institutions was 708 (784 in 2015) and can be considered misleading, at least to a certain degree, since nothing is officially known of the phenomenon of ad hoc arbitration, which, apparently, is very popular but escapes survey. In any event, my purpose here is to sketch out some of the reasons why arbitration is still an elitist method for resolving disputes, in general – as we will see – commercial disputes.

The study focuses on both theoretical and applied aspects of evidentiary law. The subject of this study is the legal institution of admissibility of evidence in criminal proceedings, as well as the legal mechanism for declaring evidence inadmissible. The author relies on the constitutional postulate (Part 3 of Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine) according to which the accusation cannot be based on evidence obtained illegally, as well as on assumptions. Based on this constitutional imperative, it is stated that the prosecution has no right to form charges and go to court if the accusation is based on illegal evidence or subjective assumptions, and emphasizes that the subject who forms the prosecution must operate on legal evidence. Thus, a legal contradiction is revealed between the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine and Part 2 of Article 23 of the CPC of Ukraine regarding the legal nature of evidence in the pre-trial investigation. Given that according to the domestic legal structure, factual data must be recognized as evidence at the stage of pre-trial investigation, there is a legal need to guarantee the right of a person to a fair trial, the introduction of a clear mechanism for verifying factual data for admissibility at the stage of pre-trial investigation. The author argues that such a mechanism should provide effective tools for self-control and neutralization of illegal sources of factual data by both the prosecuting authorities and the court, during the implementation of judicial control over pre-trial investigation in making key decisions to restrict guaranteed rights and freedoms. Keywords: evidence, accusation, suspicion, admissibility of evidence, exclusion from evidence.

We surveyed 50 people between the ages of 18 and 25, most of respondents are college students. We used the following assessment tools: SMOL (abbreviated adaptation of MMPI), Heim's test for coping strategies, Mendelevich's methodic, Michigan Alcohol Test (MAST), Urgent Dependence Questionnaire in Shibko's adaptation. Respondents show some signs of predisposition, or even a clear presence of addictive behavior. Choosing a way to escape from reality was a cultural phenomenon, that is, the choice of an addictive agent is more dictated by advertising, public opinion, and art products. This data confirms the close direct relationship between alcohol dependence (according to MAST) and psychopathy — a correlation coefficient of 0.27. According to the regression analysis, the data of this scale strongly depend on the indicators of the hysteria scale (P-value = 0.01). This indicates that expressing alcohol and the consequences of such abuse can make a person protesting, uncomfortable, and seeking to exaggerate their problems and attract attention. The results of the study confirmed the literature data about self-centered, depressive, and anxious fetures of addictive personality. We can assume that the higher the emotional lability, anxiety and depressive personality, the greater the likelihood of addiction to computer games. It is worth noting that this dependency is different from the other vivid virtual world, which gives the person the opportunity to hide in him from the troubles. For people with adaptation disorders and computer addiction, clinical manifestations of anxiety and depression, severe depressive and anxiety episodes are common; high levels of situational and personal anxiety, excessive nervous and mental stress. That is, we can conclude that both computer addiction and gaming addiction are strongly linked to anxiety and depression. We assume that these dependencies are very closely related and that it is difficult to draw a clear boundary. In addition to health problems, psychoactive substance use, and addiction to procedural addiction, it causes significant social and economic damage to individuals and society as a whole.

The active use of social media can potentially jeopardize the quality of romantic relationships. The present study contributes to the existing research body investigating the connection between social media use and relationship satisfaction, by focusing on the users' social media activity, their relationship visibility, relationship satisfaction and the different types of intimacy. We conducted a web-based data collection where participants (n 418) completed various types of questionnaires, namely the Social Media Use Integration Scale (SMUIS) (Jenkins-Guarnieri, 2013), the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) (Diener, 1985), the Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS) (Hendrick, 1988), Personal Assessment of Intimacy in Relationships (PAIR) (Schaefer & Olson, 1981), and an additional questionnaire created to study the visibility of romantic relationships on social media. To analyze the collected data, first a correlation analysis was conducted. The findings show that there is a negative correlation between social media activity and romantic relationship satisfaction. Besides, social media activity is negatively associated with emotional, intellectual, recreational and social intimacy. No negative correlation has been found regarding social media activity and sexual intimacy. The correlation analysis also indicates that the users' visibility on social networks is negatively associated with relationship satisfaction and with all types of intimacy, predominantly with social and recreational intimacy. In the second part of the study, a series of moderated regression analysis were carried out. These analyses have shown that social media activity does not moderate the association between romantic relationships' visibility on social media and relationship satisfaction.

The subjective aspects of class, such as class identity, class awareness, or Bourdieu's "sense of one's place", compound the whole cluster of modern class studies. A sufficient amount of empirical data on subjective class issues has allowed Ukrainian scholars to define major class categories that are subjectively salient for Ukrainians, as well as to follow its dynamics throughout the period of Independence. This paper continues the tradition of such studies while using the data from the latest International Social Survey Programme 2019 and previous research. It depicts the current state of subjective stratification as it is viewed and constructed by Ukrainians. We use two methodological approaches here to define and measure classes with which Ukrainians identify themselves: one implies a single-answer multiple-choice survey question and the other is based on an open-ended question. That allows us to compare and verify the results received from the two approaches. Then, we analyze and describe the connection between the dynamics of class self-identification and bigscale changes of the Ukrainian transformation period. The working class and the middle class continue to dominate the landscape of the subjective class structure in Ukraine. These two class identities are the most popular ones whether being chosen by respondents in a multiple-choice question or being mentioned in an open-ended question. However, the dynamics of the two classes differ. While the public request for the middle class increases steadily, the popularity of the working class declines. We suggest addressing these trends, taking into account the conditions of time and place, both from local and global perspectives, and factoring in economic, social, and discursive changes of the period researched.

The article highlights the relevance of this issue and presents the results of a pilot study aimed at indicating whether there is a relationship between functional asymmetry and the level of development of imaginative and verbal-logical thinking. For more than 150 years, psychologists have studied the impact of functional asymmetry on human development. Depending on this, there are mainly groups: right-handed (right-handed), left-handed (shulg), ambidexter. However, in the scientific community, the connection between the left and right hemispheres is quite deep and not clear. For the sake of clarity of results, this study was conducted on a sample of children in grades 4-6. The research was carried out with the help of a diagnostic complex, which includes psychodiagnostic methodology for determining the integral index of figurative and verbal-logical thinking, as well as diagnostics of functional asymmetry of motor and sensory systems. The relationship between this study and the results of our pilot study is being traced. In addition, the study presents data from different social strata. For example, among the lyceum students the "mosaic" asymmetries were more common, while the pure "right-handed" type was often noticed among the students. This pilot study is the basis that defines a new space for research, namely the study of thinking and detailed analysis depending on two groups of variables – asymmetries: hand, foot, ear, eye; and classic units of analysis – age, gender, social status, nationality. The data obtained indicate a tendency for such an impact. In the course of the study, no significant influence of the dominance of sensory and motor systems on the level of development of figurative and verbal-logical thinking in young and middle school children (grades 4–6) was found. Trends in the influence of the dominance of the visual sensory system on the development of imaginative thinking have been identified, as well as a tendency to float on the development of thinking on the side of the motor system, in particular the leading leg. There is a recommendation to repeat the study on a larger sample.

According to the Land Code of Ukraine, the land is the main national wealth, which is under special protection of the State. As a result of the land reforms in Ukraine, the private ownership of land is renewed, restrictions on granting the land plots to citizens are removed, but the rational highly-efficient land use and agriculture growth in the trajectory of sustainable development is not provided. One should also point to the lack of a comprehensive approach to determine the place of the land reform in the system of transformation of the national economy. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the principles of the land reform and determine its dialectic link to other reforms of the national economy. To achieve this goal we applied system approach, general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. The information basis of the research is the legal regulating data of Ukraine and the reporting data of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre. The main scientific result of the paper is substantiation of principles of land reform and determining of its dialectic link to other reforms of the national economy, namely, decentralization of management of the national economy; environmental reform, reform of agriculture and forestry. The following principles and guidelines must underlie the land reform in accordance with a system approach: inventory and delimitation of agricultural lands, conducting their financial evaluation and regular re-evaluation, creation of a civilized land market and the right of rental of land plots for agricultural purposes on a competitive basis, stimulation of medium-term and long-term lease relations, decentralization and eco-friendliness of land relations, etc. The scientific novelty of the work is defining the principles of land reform in Ukraine, which includes identification of its dialectic unity with other reforms in the national economy. Practical significance of the results of this work consists in identifying specific measures for reforming land relations with regard to causal relationships of economic reforms in Ukraine. The prospect of further research on the topic of the work is the development of proposals to improve the taxation of land.

The article analyzes the dreams of teenage youth as a social phenomenon. Іt is emphasized that the relevance of the research is related to the transitivity, the instability of the social position of teenagers as a socio-demographic group, which determines the specifics of their life strategies and projects, which is expressed in their dreams. The theoretical basis of the research are the basic concepts of phenomenological methodology. It is noted that the theoretical basis of the publication is the fundamental concepts of phenomenological methodology. It is emphasized that phenomenological sociology rehabilitates the dream as a subject of sociological research, considering it as one of the finite province of meanings within the life world of the personality, which can be attributed to the worlds of fantasy and imagination. The empirical material of understanding the dreams of teenage youth is analyzed, in particular the results of a quantitative sociological study conducted by the Department of Sociology of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University among teenage youth in Kharkiv and Kharkiv region in 2013. The article presents the results of a content analysis of schoolchildren' answers to an open question about what they would want from a goldfish if it agreed to fulfill their three wishes. It is emphasized that the data obtained thanks to this method made it possible to distinguish seven groups of schoolchildren' answers: "Life guidelines", "Life strategies", "Significant resources", "Relationships with others", "Supernatural", "Personal desires", "Combined desires". It is noted that among the life goals of schoolchildren in the first place "health", among life strategies – "education", and among resources – "money". The authors focuses on the group of desires "Supernatural", which most clearly demonstrate the essence of the dream, which, although detached from the reality of life, but expresses the deep existential desires of teenagers. The results of the research are presented, indicating the importance of the role of relatives and close peoples in the life world of teenage youth, which is not only significant but also recognized by them. It is emphasized that the obtained data can be interpreted in different ways, including as an expression of teenagers' life landmarks, their life strategies, life plans and/or ideas about the future, that is, using concepts that are more traditional for sociology. The need for further research in this area is noted.

Nowadays the multinational corporations due to direct foreign investments constantly enhance their impact on both international economic relations and the competitiveness of the national economy. Inflows of investment capital serve as the basis for development of the infrastructure of the territory and production while attracting foreign technologies increases competitiveness of domestic products in foreign markets. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the investment strategies of TNC when entering the Ukrainian market, as well as general trends of attracting foreign direct investments that influence the investment attractiveness of Ukraine. Research methods are analysis and synthesis, comparison. Based on the comparison of the data on the dynamics of volume of foreign investment in the economy of Ukraine and other countries of the world we analyzed the peculiarities of attracting foreign direct investment in Ukraine. The sectoral structure of foreign direct investment was explored and the trends specific to the major types of economic activity were determined. According to the data of analyzed scientific materials it was determined that the overwhelming part of the capital of foreign TNC is concentrated in the food and tobacco industry, trade, finance, real estate operations, i.e. in the areas with high turnover of capital and secured markets. In addition, a negative trend of decrease in the inflow of foreign capital in the real sector of economy was discovered. The paper considers the criteria, according to which Ukraine is attractive for the activities of TNC, and the factors that reduce the competitive advantage were also taken into account. Scientific novelty of the work is in determining the characteristics of the current development of investment processes in Ukraine, as well as the substantiation of the necessity of studying the aspects of TNC investment activities to attract foreign investments into the economy of the country on mutually beneficial conditions. The practical significance of the work is in that providing appropriate measures to improve the investment climate will allow by rational approach obtaining a number of competitive advantages, related to functioning of foreign corporations on its territory. Further research will tackle government programs to create appropriate legislation with regulation of incentives to attract foreign TNC and the system of the shock absorbers against possible negative consequences of transnationalization.
