Nowadays, cartographic projects are part of a multitude of procedures in the local administration. They allow as to define, in a graphic and efficient way, the different actions that are carried out over the entire territory of a municipality. In this article, the different phases in which the cartographic representation intervenes in the local administration are classified and enumerated, basically referring to the sections on the production, management and distribution of cartographic products. We highligh the support tasks of the specialist in these issues. These products are studied through applications of the real case of the municipality of Torrent (Valencia, Spain), after years of experience and been put into practice in the council of this town. Finally, the regional, state and European laws in cartographic area or cartography are highlighted too. ; [ES] Trabajos cartográficos en los procedimientos municipales: aplicación al municipio de Torrent, Valencia (España) La capacidad de comunicación de la representación cartográfica ha multiplicado su uso en los todos los campos de actuación de la administración. We propose an international comparison of school systems in OECD countries in terms of social mobility in schools based on the PISA (Program for International Student Assessment) test results in mathematics between 2003 and 2015. For each country, we calculate students'interdecile social mobility in schools on the basis of their ranking in the PISA test in mathematics, compared to their social ranking in their country, and compare this new index of equity to those generally used in OECD studies (slope and intensity of social gradient, percentage of resilient students). A new representation, the "Great Gatsby curve of school", in reference to the Great Gatsby curve of income, is proposed: the social mobility of a school system is closely linked to the educational inequality between students and schools. Countries such as Belgium or France with high levels of school inequality also stand out for low social mobility in schools. Inversely, countries such as Finland or Canada are characterised by low school inequality and high levels of social mobility in schools. A second important conclusion of the analysis is that the countries in which social mobility in schools is above average are also most often those with school achievement levels above the average.

International audience In France, profound changes have emerged in the approach to diseases and disabilities in a context of promoting the subjective rights of users and more broadly principles of health and social "democracy". The place of families of children with disabilities in the development and implementation of intervention projects concerning their children has acquired an institutional legitimacy in the new legislative framework of the medico-social sector, especially through the concept of "life-project". The traditional asymmetry between professionals and users is thus reduced. We make the hypothesis that parental activity will become more socially visible. The article draws on some of the results of a research aimed at highlighting the joint reconfigurations of the work of monitoring the pathways of young people with disabilities by families and professionals. We are interested here in the family aspect of this redefinition by restoring the place and the work of the families in the educational and therapeutic course of their child in situation of handicap.

International audience What can the notion of "shrine," especially "wayside shrine," tell us about a society? A wayside shrine could be defined as an edifice including a material representation of powers, which is built in a public space and open to all. Such a definition leads us to focus on three main notions associated with it. First of all, that of material representation and its complex association with the presence of powers. Secondly, the notion of public space and how it emerges in relation with the state. And, finally, that of ritual unit and the question of what a ritual unit implies, besides the participation of its members in ritual activity. Describing the emergence of these types of shrines among the Kulung Rai, a so-called tribal society of the Nepalese Himalayas, will lead us to discuss some major changes that have occurred in this society over the last hundred and fifty years and that can be regarded as a Hinduization process coming "from below."

narrative medicine provides health professionals with tools to better understand what patients endure during their illness and what they experience during patient care (Charon, 2006/2015). Building on the work of Rita Charon-in particular on the triad, representation and affiliate, we mobilise the tools of narrative medicine to train health professionals working with older people with dementia. In our article, we present the design and implementation of training at an Assisted Health Residence. We have designed the training in three phases: (1) creating a framework for giving a voice to older people with dementia (two video interviews); (2) "careful listening" exercise on recorded equipment and video synthesis; (3) collective return to the work done. We demonstrate that the tools of narrative medicine, developed as part of the doctor/patient relationship, can be effectively mobilised by a multi-professional team working with people with dementia, allowing caregivers to react collectively to their practice and improving the quality of the relationship with the carer. ; International audience Narrative medicine helps doctors to understand what they and their patients experience in the presence of illness (Charon, 2006/2015). On the basis of the work of Rita Charon, I assume that narrative medicine tools – attention, representation and affiliation – can be effectively employed in the training of medical staff working with people with dementia. I tested my hypothesis in a training session for multi-professional healthcare providers' at the nursing home Casa Amica (Lamezia, Italy). In this paper, I present the design and the setting up of the phases of this training session: (1) create a framework to allow the expression of people with dementia (two individual interviews); (2) close reading of the collected material and recording of a video summary; (3) collective discussion of the project. My work demonstrates that narrative medicine tools, originally conceived for the doctor / patient relationship, can be ...

https://journals.openedition.org/lbl/348 International audience The publication of Brizeux's Marie at the end of 1831 marked a turning point in the representation of Brittany. By setting his elegies recounting his amorous childhood encounters with a mischievous peasant girl in Arzano, a rural village in Finistère, the poet was showcasing a uniquely Breton scene and largely unknown bucolic spaces. He seems to have been keen to paint scenes that would allow the reader to discover the beauty of the landscapes and village life. In short, he was presenting an aesthetic and already social vision. In the early 19th century, this 'homeland' theme made a hitherto unspecified contribution to Breton literature. The article begins by identifying the most significant moments in Brizeux's intellectual, literary and artistic life and then focuses on his rootedness in his native soil through an examination of the Bretonness of his sensibility and his desire to familiarise the reader with his homeland. His innovative yet primordial approach from his very first poetic work onwards made a powerful contribution to putting Brittany on the map.

611 621 56 4 ; S ; [EN] Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is an effective treatment for those patients with severe heart failure. Regrettably, there are about one third of CRT "non-responders", i.e. patients who have undergone this form of device therapy but do not respond to it, which adversely affects the utility and cost-effectiveness of CRT. In this paper, we assess the ability of a novel surface ECG marker to predict CRT response. We performed a retrospective exploratory study of the ECG previous to CRT implantation in 43 consecutive patients with ischemic (17) or non-ischemic (26) cardiomyopathy. We extracted the QRST complexes (consisting of the QRS complex, the S-T segment, and the T wave) and obtained a measure of their energy by means of spectral analysis. This ECG marker showed statistically significant lower values for non-responder patients and, joint with the duration of QRS complexes (the current gold-standard to predict CRT response), the following performances: 86% accuracy, 88% sensitivity, and 80% specificity. In this manner, the proposed ECG marker may help clinicians to predict positive response to CRT in a non-invasive way, in order to minimize unsuccessful procedures.
