Carta de V.E. Dillon a Fernando Torreblanca, pidiendo ayuda para pasar una temporada fuera de Tampico, ya que así aconseja el médico que los está atendiendo contra la malaria a él y a su esposa. Carta a Fernando Torreblanca anexando artículo titulado "Para México siempre existe el peligro de ser anexado por los Estados Unidos", que piensa será útil al señor Presidente para la formación del Partido Nacionalista Revolucionario.
