The objective of the research was to analyze the perspectives of Ukraine's foreign economic policy with respect to Latin America. An overview of the economic and political situation in Latin America is characterized by intensification of inflation in the region, reduction of exports and foreign investment, erosion of the level of business and consumer confidence. She used the following research methods: methods of analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, methods of induction and deduction, generalization, and systematization, economic, etc. Defined strategic orientations have been identified to improve foreign economic cooperation between Ukraine and Latin America to seek new foreign markets and increase foreign trade, such as: opening representative offices of Ukrainian companies in Latin America; active participation of Ukrainian companies in trade fair and exhibition events taking place in the countries of the region; establishment of bilateral industrial cooperation in the territory of MERCOSUR member countries. It concludes on the need to develop a long-term strategy to activate trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and the countries of the Latin American region with the identification and justification of sectoral priorities.

The subject of the article was the analysis of the state regulatory policy in the field of securing foreign economic activity and the development of relevant directions for its adaptation in the conditions of martial law. In the study, the regulatory and legal support for the implementation of foreign economic activity in Ukraine was formed. Peculiarities of implementation of international trade activities in the conditions of martial law are determined. The losses of Ukraine's industrial potential during military operations are analyzed. The rates of decline of export and import operations during the period of martial law are estimated. Regulatory activity of the authorities with respect to stabilization of foreign economic activity and directions with respect to support of business entities have been studied. The conclusions highlight areas related to the support and activation of economic activity, which are aimed at creating the necessary conditions for the formation of a positive climate of innovation and investment, efficient and safe logistic flows, and a regulatory and legal field that is adapted to the standards of European countries.

The global crisis that began in advanced economies has sent severe shocks around the world, posing a test to the economies of Latin America and the Caribbean. The good news is that during this decade the region has made itself more resilient to external shocks, by strengthening policy frameworks and reducing vulnerabilities in its public finances and financial systems. These preparations, the report shows, mean that countries are now more able to respond to the external crisis, many for the first time, with active policies to boost output and employment and protect the most vulnerable groups

The objective of the research was to determine the scope and meaning of "administrative and legal regulation" and its components. The main purpose of the administrative and legal regulation of the economic security of the state is to ensure the implementation and protection of the economic rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of natural and legal persons. The methodology was based on the analysis of documentary materials for the regulation of the economic security of the state. They emphasize in the conclusions that, in its essence, the administrative and legal regulation of economic security must be considered in two aspects: 1) as a set of rules that regulate public and administrative relations in the field of economic security; 2) as a systemic organizing influence of state bodies specially authorized in economic and social relations through norms "objective and subjective" and other legal means, mainly of an administrative nature, for the purpose of their protection, improvement and creation of the appropriate conditions for further development in the context of ensuring national security.

Despite some global risks, external conditions for Latin America should remain stimulative. With monetary policy in advanced economies expected to stay accommodative, external financing conditions will remain favorable. Strong demand from emerging Asian economies and the gradual recovery of advanced economies will continue to support commodity prices, benefiting exporters. The article considers the socio-economic dimension of former President Donald John Trump's domestic policy concept in the United States during his presidency from 2016 to 2020. The contradictions between D. Trump's policies and the concept of globalism stand out. During his domestic policy course, D. Trump sought to regain the ability of U.S. leadership to rebuild the country's big industry to achieve the independence of transnational financial capital. His policies had been partially successful and had created the conditions for a redefinition of the concept of globalism. Methodologically, the research, in reviewing Trump's globalist strategy and economic strategy, adopted a socio-economic approach to politics that simultaneously explored geoeconomics and geopolitical issues in their dialectical interactions, including on the socio-economic dimension itself. It concludes that the U.S. elite faced the need to accommodate the interests of the American population, whether Republican or Democrat. Moreover, as asocial phenomenon, Trumpism has shown that the politics of globalism has entered a period of conceptual and resource crisis characterized by its inability to consider the interests of the American population.
