Anxious to join Partridge at Norwich; asks about compensation, board; announces the birth of [Dunbar] Alden Partridge Ransom, his first child. ; Truman Ransom's first child was named Dunbar Alden Partridge Ransom, according to vital records. At his death he was named Dunbar Richard Ransom. This perhaps is an indication of the deterioration of the relationship between Alden Partridge and Truman Ransom in the 1840s.
