В диссертации дается его правовая характеристика в цивилистической доктрине, выводится научно обоснованное понятие, пересмотрен перечень его реквизитов, с учетом его значения как ценной бумаги, предложена классификация видов коносамента. Особое внимание уделяется исследованию правового значения вносимых в его текст оговорок. Существенное внимание уделено рассмотрению проблемы гражданско-правового регулирования отношений, связанных с оборотом коносамента. Детально рассмотрены вопросы его выпуска, размещения и погашения, определено его функциональное назначение в гражданском обороте. Выявлены пробелы в правовом регулировании отношений, связанных с оборотом коносамента, и на их основе вносятся предложения по усовершенствованию действующего гражданского законодательства Украины.

У статті подано визначення та аналіз поняття "глобалізація освіти" як одного з основоположних у авторському навчальному курсі "Порівняльна педагогіка". Охарактеризовано чинники розвитку глобалізації освіти в історичному аспекті та в сучасних умовах. Розглянуто чотири виміри глобалізації освіти як процесу, що визначає сутність освітніх реформ кінця ХХ ст.: економічний, політичний, культурно-етичний та технологічний. ; The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept "globalization of education" as one of the fundamental in the authors' course of "Comparative education". The characteristics of the factors of the globalization of education in its historical and modern aspects is done. The concept is structured into four dimensions: economic, political, cultural and technological, which are commented in the article.
The factors having an effect on the system of air transport in the Republic of Lithuania in connection with Lithuania's membership in the European Union are discussed. The structure of the system of air transport of the country is presented, an analysis of the current situation and a strategic analysis of the development of the system is made, and the measures addressed at the long-range perspective are proposed. ; Рассмотрены факторы, действующие в системе воздушного транспорта Литовской Республики после вступления в Европейский Союз. Приведена структура системы воздушного транспорта страны и выполнен стратегический анализ развития транспортной системы на долгосрочную перспективу. ; Розглянуто чинники, що діють у системі повітряного транспорту Литовської Республіки після вступу в Європейський Союз. Подано структуру систем повітряного транспорту країни та виконано стратегічний аналіз розвитку транспортної системи на довгострокову перспективу.
У статті подана характеристика теоретичних засад ринково-орієнтованих освітніх реформ, що активізувались у розвинених країнах у 80-90-х рр. ХХ ст. Визначені глобальні політичні і економічні передумови та рушійні сили цих реформ. Сформульована порівняльна характеристика ринково-орієнтованої та демократичної парадигм освіти. ; The article is devoted to the description of the theoretical background of market-oriented educational reforms, that took place in the developed countries in the 80th -90th of the XXth century. The global political and economical premises of the reforms are determined. The comparative characteristics of the market-oriented and democratic educational paradigms is presented.
The article analyzes intermediate results of reforming the structures of railway transport management in developed European countries after adoption of the European Union's declarations on the issue. The conclusion has been made that the governments of European countries have different attitudes toward the EU directives and do not always consider it necessary to reform the structure of railway transport management. ; В статье анализируются промежуточные результаты реформирования структур управления железнодорожным транспортом в развитых европейских странах после принятия деклараций Европейского Союза по этому вопросу. Сделан вывод о том, что правительства европейских стран по-разному относятся к требованиям Директив ЕС и не всегда считают нужным реформировать структуру управления железнодорожным транспортом. ; У статті аналізуються проміжні результати реформування структур управління залізничним транспортом у розвинених європейських країнах після прийняття декларацій Європейського Союзу (ЄС) з цього питання. Зроблено висновок про те, що уряди європейських країн по-різному ставляться до вимог Директив ЄС та не завжди вважають за необхідне реформувати структуру управління залізничним транспортом.
Соціалізація розглядається авторами як основний чинник формування особистості, що здійснюється під впливом екологічних, демографічних, економічних, політичних, культурних та інших факторів. Аналізується зміст світоглядного формування особистості в сучасних умовах. ; Socialization is considered by the authors as the main factor of forming of a personality put into effect under the influence of ecological, demographical, economic, political, spiritual and other factors. The contents of forming personality's world outlook under modern conditions are analyzed.
