La relació entre ciència, tecnologia i societat als llibres de text de ciències i tecnologia de batxillerat
In: Athenea Digital: Revista de Pensamiento e Investigacion Social, Heft 1, S. 1-17
Since they appeared, the studies of Science, Technology & Society (STS) have been interested in education as the key to help the citizens of tomorrow to participate in the discussions dealing with the future of technoscience. In Spain, the STS subjects became part of the secondary school programs since the educational reform. Nevertheless, the analysis of the textbooks used in Catalonia shows that a deterministic vision of science & technology - both of them thought as entities with their own logic of development, independent from social reality - coexists with a neutralistic conception, which considers technoscience as a basic tool that can be used by humanity either in a correct or an incorrect way. The student has the perception that science & technology shape the social reality, but that are somehow independent from society.

POLITICAL SCIENCE OF THE FUTURE: ADOLF BIBIČ AND THE FUTUROLOGICAL COMPONENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE
In: Teorija in praksa, S. 207-219
Abstract. The article presents an attempt to make sense of Adolf Bibič's
oeuvre as a whole. It reveals his broader intellectual (and also political)
project along with his coherent and systematic analysis of what may also
be understood as the 'possibilities' of political science. We claim that Bibič's
various analyses and interventions actually pivot on the question of the
future or, even better, the role and position of political science in it. We
name this aspect of Bibič's oeuvre the 'political science of the future', which
necessarily returns to the history of political ideas and political history to
even be able to understand the current political relations and their contradictions. The ambition and capacity of the 'political science of the future'
is not merely an explanation of what exists since, as Bibič states, political
science is the key science for facing the challenges of the future and, accordingly, vital for our existence – political and physical.
Keywords: Adolf Bibič, political science, future, state, democracy, citizenship.
Without a group theatre, an act of communication between people-actors and public- does not exist. In some social theatre formats, the division between public and actors is expressly broken down to generate reflection and change. Theatre is a resource that lets us desingn different forms of expression in very diverse languages. Dance, the plastic arts, music and corporal, oral anda written expression, forged into a single project where participants can find the best space to develop. Some experiences are presented that could be classified within what is termed social theatre.

El treball social a Suècia ; Social work in Sweden ; El trabajo social en Suecia
; The most far-reaching and exhaustive trend in Swedish social work over the last thirty years is functional specialisation, representing a route away from the notion of professional unity and genericism. This is a development that has gained ground incrementally without any active lobbying or distinct proponents. Reorganising towards specialisation may also be understood as an adaptation to external normative pressures and as a way of fostering productivity in times of tightened budgets. Other, and partly intertwined, trends have been the movement towards evidence-based practice and steps in order to implement elements of New Public Management.
